Waiting 20 min for 3 pizza..what part if hot and ready do they not understand?

Well like all take out , you have to check your order because it is hardeous work,so got italian cheesy bread instead of cheesy bread and dip was missing..however the food was delicious..

The most disgusting food Ive ever eaten!!!!! Will never recommend to go there and will never go back!!!! The pizzas are pre made and heated when ordered and the cheesy puffs were raw!!! From someone who works in the industry, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: This location needs to adjust their doors, I wouldnt trust allowing anybody with mobility issues to attempt to get through the door themselves as its slams pretty hard!

There is only one word to describe the service I received at Little Caesar s in Cornwall. WOW. Nancy on cash was the most accommodating and kind customer service worker that I have ever encountered. After calling her this evening to ask a quick question I already knew that it would be an excellent experience, then after getting to the store my high expectations were blown away. She is truly an amazing employee! Wonderful work Nancy, we ll be back again soon for more quattro bundles!!

Horrible service, waited 45 minutes for 1 pizza when I was told 15-20. Asked for an update after 20 minutes to be told they were just putting it in the oven... Raw crazy bread and almost no cheese on the pizza. Staff was rude!

Super fast and went out of their way to help me, out of business hours, with all courtesy. Never met restaurant staff who recognized the challenges of people in a wheelchair and went out of their way to minimize them.

Missing pop upon delivery. Had to go to restaurant in the rain!, to get the pop as delivery driver blamed restaurant. Returned only to find that the entire order was wrong. Ordered a large cheese crust meat lovers, got a medium Pepperoni and the crazy bread was garlic bread sticks. Unacceptable. Should have stuck with Pizza Hut.

Where to begin, first of all I asked what she had hot and ready and she only shows me the pizza. I asked what about in the middle? So she shows me the rest, I point directly at the 2 for 6$ bread sticks on the counter and say I want that and a boneless wing. She charges me for 1 bread sticks and 1 boneless wings. So I asked where my second one was and she said she would adjust it, fully charges me for another bread sticks and gives me the wrong sauce for the wings. I paid over 25$ for something that should of been less than 20$. I mentioned I felt over charged multiple times and she just ignored me and packaged my things and said have a good night. She needs some re training, a lesson in math, and a refresher on customer service. Embarassing.

Fast cheap but decent pizza

I ordered delivery and the package arrived without a safety seal. I would never eat it without the seal in place and untampered with. I spoke with the young woman who said she was the night manager at Little Caesars on 9th street , Cornwall location and she refused to give me her name and was extremely rude. She told me they have no drivers to send me a new pizza (huh??), they have no safety seals (wha??) and to call skip the dishes and hung up on me. Little Caesars Customer service Cornwall is the worst I have ever experienced since moving here. I threw the pizza away and tried to contact skip the dishes which seems to be a scam operation. Their local phone is always busy so no help there and I had to send my complaint to some online survey site. No customer service at all! I will dispute this transaction through my bank as Little Caesars sucks the bag and skip the dishes is a joke if you have a complaint. I implore you - DO NOT order Little Caesars Cornwall location delivery through skip the dishes. 0/10. ZERO stars but even with that - you can only post a bad review if you give it 1 star. $27.16 for a 12 inch pizza sent without a secure seal . . . who knows if someone wiped their snot, sneezed or put their dirty hands on my food. ] Beware! No one cares!

They did not deliver my order, refused to make and send my food when I called to ask where it was, told me I had to phone a corporate little Caesar s phone number, and then gave me the wrong phone number. I will not be ordering on line from this location again.

It has become too expensive unless it is a pepperoni pizza. Lack of decent menu display with prices and choices. The place has become too small for the crowd ordering and waiting, they should expand to make it more customer friendly and organized streamlined service.

Got told I didnt pay for 2 pizzas and crazy bread when I had the recipe for it the staff was very. Rude and gave me a hard time when I realized they didnt cook my crazy bread either wouldnt recommend coming here.

Dietary restrictions: They were good about making a seperate pizza for me with no sauce and were careful to use a seperate cutter to reduce risks of cross contamination

The member of staff was super friendly the restaurant was very clean! I have zero complaints they cooked me up a fresh hot and ready-cheese pizza within 7 mins. Keep it up.

If you enjoy raw dough then I suggest ordering from here, ordered a deep deep dish and 2 stuffed crazy bread off skip the dishes, driver was amazing, food was all raw, called in to have them replace it, spoke with I believe the manager Hannah, offered to give 2 crazy breads on future order instead of replacing the order, horrible food, manager sounded like a kid, will never go back

I used to love this lil Caesars, their pizza was consistent, fast, cheap. I always ask for fresh pizza, but lately every time Ive been given a pizza theyve brought it from the back and its not fresh. I think theyre pre-making pizzas and keeping them in the back to make it look like theyre fresh when someone asks for fresh. Not impressed. *EDITED REVIEW* the night crew is just on meth, day crew is literally great and make the best pizza.

Always delicious and fast. They have a pager for you to sit in your car for a few minutes and beeps when ready. No clusters of customers to worry about. Its always fun for a quick bit when your on the go. And left overs are always as yummy. Just dont over reheat it your cheese will get hard. Love the seasoning on the cheese bread.

Little Caesars is a quick on the go place to go when you like pizza. Staff are always there to serve you. And you can have an order done less than 10 minutes. Especially when youre on the go in between jobs. And for the most part you can actually see your pizza being made. How many places can you say you can do that.
