Dropped in while passing through. The staff exemplifies the meaning of customer service. The food was amazing and you could tell it wasn't store bought. When I asked if they made the sauce, they assured me that in fact all sauces are made by them. I highly recommend this restaurant, and will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area. Love this place! Incredible pizza: beautiful toppings, delicious crust, and the best sauce I've ever tasted (I like it saucy). The customer service was amazing: such a friendly and helpful staff. I'm also glad I did pickup because the storefront is super cool, too. It's a family business that the owners put a lot of love and effort into. You should check it out!
Stopped by today(12 July )mid afternoon. If someone is able to give 110% into customer service, these fine folks are the ones. Incredibly friendly and met with a smile. We ordered the Luigi special(we considered a medium, but the owner suggested a small would do for two, oh, how he was not wrong). So customer service- amazing. The location- well situated, ample parking, the restaurant is very clean and inviting, no sit down service, but then again Lamoureux park is not 5 minutes away, which is where we went to enjoy our lunch along the water. Now- the pizza. I have had pizza all over this country and abroad. Yes, pizzas vary(thin, thick, etc,), and so do tastes, that being said. My wife and I simply loved this pizza, it is Cornwall style, if you want to use the term, so most toppings were under the generous amount of perfectly cooked cheese. The ingredients, fresh? Oh yes! The bacon, oh my! My wife loved it, crispy and flavourful, perfect, a hard thing to do on a pizza. The sauce, excellent. We ordered a 10in,the toppings are almost to the edge allowing the edge to crisp nicely. The crust not to thick, not to thin, it was just right. So overall, if one is ever in the Cornwall area, even if it's just driving down the 401 heading east or west, it is worth the time to stop by and try their pizza. They are family owned, proud and it shows. We had a side of fries and gravy as well, they were great, the gravy...nice. though we didn't finish all the fries because we were full from the pizza. But as I am writing this, they are being warmed up to finish. Last words- to father and son, thanks for making my wife's and my day. Your happy smile and friendliness, with the delicious pizza was a great way for us to end our afternoon.
First time trying this pizza. Pepperoni and bacon. Staff and owner very friendly. Just watch your step when entering and exiting, there are steps inside the door. My wife heard of this place on Facebook. It’s a saucy pizza with great flavour and is a heavy to lift. It can be messy but worth the it. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. They thanked us for choosing to come there. Definitely will be coming back. Looking forward to trying more from their menu!
My family and I were in Cornwall for the eclipse. We arrived a day early to get the lay of the land. My brother-in-law also joined us in Cornwall. While down by the river, we started getting a bit peckish and thought we'd try out some local pizza. A few of the local kids jumped out of car near us, so I asked them what are popular pizza places in Cornwall. One of them said Luigi's, and the another said a different place that's also by the river. You might say it's beside the river. Anyway, we decided to try both pizza places. We ordered a cheese and a Hawaiian pizza from each place. Luigi's was the clear winner. It rivals my favourite spot in Ottawa. The staff were very friendly, made sure to ask us about anything we might need (plates, cutlery, extra sauces). The owner made sure to spend a bit of time speaking with my son and I about their history. The in-store experience was top notch. Their pizza boxes are warm and inviting, and when you open them up, you're immediately hit with a fantastic aroma. And the cheese. You immediately know these guys take their pizza seriously. The taste was wonderful. It had a terrific balance of all the flavours. We all found the pizza from the other restaurant good, but too heavy on the grease. My wife also tried the greek salad with chicken from Luigi's. She found there was lots of chicken, lots of feta. The greens were very fresh. She loved it. Thanks to the staff at Luigi's for helping make out eclipse trip to Cornwall memorable. I hope they continue to find the success they deserve for offering a top quality product and service.

I had my first lasagna at Luigis and it was absolutely amazing so I decided to try the Hawaiian pizza which is my favorite and I was blown away incredibly rich and tasty would highly recommend if you have not tried to try and if you have tried to keep on trying

As soon as we left Luigis Pizzeria, the fighting started. Who gets how many slices,who gets how many bites...endless bickering! Being the parent,I claimed more rights,I paid for it,I get the extra piece! The kids yelled unfair!, but I was ruthless. The food is awesome! By the time we got home,a full fledged fued was on! Someone stole a bite from my sub, another nicked extra fries,and in no time flat,it was all mercilessly devoured.Always a treat to get anything(everything is awesome) from Luigis Pizzeria! The guys are fabulous,the prettiest girl,Kaitlyn,always with the best smile.The pizzeria that reigns in Cornwall! Fast and delicious...and will forever stir up a food feud in our house! Youve got to be crazy not to eat from here!!!
The pizza was delicious!!! I love that the toppings are hidden under cheese. Keeps it all together and it just melts in your mouth. Service is phenomenal. Definitely home away from home.

Wow what a place. You ll love it. Travelled an hour to go try this place. Worth the drive. The owners Louis, Kaitlyn and Kosta are Incredibly engaging, funny just fantastic. Had a large all dressed pizza and a couple chicken souvlaki wraps. Holy moly good stuff. Pizza like it used to be made. One of the best ever. They are not shy with the toppings. Loaded. Chicken Souvlaki amazing super pita just the way it s supposed to be. Great fries and rice. You won t be disappointed. They make everything there. It s all fresh. And it shows. Ive never had a bad pizza, until now! The entire top layer just falls off the pizza, abd the crust is so soggy you cant even pick it up after the tops slide off in one piece. The slices were not cut through either. Super greasy. The bacon slices are completely black and burnt, and yet the ham pieces are chewy and slightly raw. Do not recommend! No website either.

We just moved to Cornwall and we re super excited to go out for a pizza. The restaurant was so nice inside and the service was fantastic. So disappointed that for a small pizza and fries it was $35 and really greasy, heavy, flavourless, we couldn t eat it. The pepperoni was soggy under the cheese and it was super gross. I see all the 5 star comments which confuses me, I think the cheese on the top and the heavy crust is not good.

I ordered a pizza from Luigis after reading so many positive reviews about the restaurant and I have to say I was not disappointed! The pizza was delicious the sauce was very flavorful and obviously homemade and the toppings were more than generous. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant many times! Its great to support a local business and especially one that is family run and owned! Love love this place:-) To add to that if you havent tried their baked spaghetti you would be in for a treat! It is loaded with Yummies like pepperoni green peppers cheese and mushrooms. That is if you order what I am now calling theyre Supreme baked spaghetti. It is just like their lasagna toppings but I just call it the Supreme baked spaghetti:-) It is delicious!
Ever since trying the pizza for the first time, we have been hooked on Luigis pizza. We have also had the spaghetti, the chicken souvlaki, the poutine and everything is delicious!

They have the best pizza in town and rice! There isnt one food on the menu that I been disappointed. When you come in luigi or call they are the most friendliest people on earth. Customer service always by far the best in town. Delivery guy Ive gotten I wish I knew his name he is awesome. Hes quick and food always always arrive pipeing hot and very friendly. I have order their food since they first open. Best than and forever always the best. This is the restaurant you will never have to worry about being disappointed. They are that awesome.

I got to try this place out. You cant sit it but thats fine. Did my order and they were kind enough to bring it to my car. The all dressed pizza was like I used to remember as a kid: well made, overflowing with toppings, juicy and had the awesome bun in the center. The taste was heavenly. Definitely recommend to get! The gyro pita was awesome made as it should be, the flavors blended well. Another good product to get!
Wow. I have never had worse pizza in my life, couldnt even pick up a slice without all the toppings sliding right off. Always thought cheese before toppings was a known way to make pizza but I suppose not. The sauce tastes very odd, almost like lunchables tomato sauce. Couldn t even finish this abomination of a pizza, I think the trash can even hated it. Staff is very nice and definitely could sell a cabbage to a grizzly bear. But that said this pizza is downright horrible. Don t even get me started on the toonie spaghetti, lookin like something from dennys in detroit. Only thing that was good was the sealed dr pepper, cuz how can u mess that up?

It was our first time trying Luigis. We were swayed by the photos on their socials. The people working there were probably some of the friendliest people ever. You can tell they pride themselves on great, personable customer service. Very saucy pizza with a thick crust and the best part for me was the bun in the pizza lol I love those pizza buns so much :)
EDIT: Thank you to the owner for clarifying . The staff were nice and engaging . But the food was a bit of a disappointment. The pizza wasnt cooked properly, no tissues were provided, and no sauce was included with the fries.

11/10 stars! Absolutely wonderful experience. Friendly on the phone and in person. The pizza was absolutely delicious. It was like eating a true Italian pizza pie! The sauce was sweet and savoury, beautifully cooked! You can tell by the way something is cooked and presented when a Cook/Chef puts their 100% into their culinary skills! I don t usually give this high of a rating because I attended culinary school and I m very picky about food! I will definitely be ordering from here again! One of the best pizza s I ve ever eaten!

Do yourself a favour and stop by and pickup your order for the full experience. Everyone there was super friendly and full of energy. The pizza of course was amazing and the Greek dressing I got for dipping delivered the garlic like I was hoping. Ill be back the next time Im in town for sure.

Luigis is the best pizzeria in town! My partner & I have tried their pizza, onion rings, burgers, chicken souvlaki, chicken fingers, and spaghetti ~ EVERY experience has been wonderful! Their orders are delicious, hot, and prepared on time, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, and their portion size is generous for the price you pay! Ive never had a bad experience, with over a year of dining with them! You can really tell they love their customers ~ definitely stop by and try something. Youre going to love it!

The owner or who i belive is the owner has such full passion when he picks up the phone and when you go to pick up the orders his customer service is none that I have ever seen or witness the Greek poutain and regular poutain are the best I ever have and if you have a sweet tooth try their apple turnover you will never regret nor go hungry here

The best food in Cornwall
Fantastic pizzas that outclasses formal dine-in restaurants. Ordered a Luigis specials (large), with their special meat spaghetti and drinks. Got a meal and a half (for 4) at below $50, and at great quality too! They make their pizzas on demand, so you get it piping hot. Its packed full of fresh toppings (pepperoni, green peppers, bacon, mushroom, etc.) and cheese, but more impressive is the base of the pizza. The tomato sauce is light, tart and herby, and the bread is crusted just right. This alone puts their pizzas way above your average pizzeria lunch. IIRC they are a family business and definitely an outstanding one at that. Would definitely visit again whenever Im travelling between Montreal and Toronto. (My only complaint would be that it gets sloppy if you eat in a car. You can make a mess with that much toppings and sauce. Hopefully theyll have some seats for dine-in in the future.)
I paid 5.00$ for extra gravy thinking it be enough for all of our fries . It s not. That s disappointing. Besides that food was great! Food

First time customer. Anyone that knows me knows i love pizza! The chap on the phone was almost overwhelmingly nicenin taking my order. He made sure to point out the specials and offers. My pizza arrived within 40 min and piping hot even though i was told they were super busy. I ordered the special and when it arrived, i was aghast at how much it weighed! The dricer pointed oit they arent cheap on the toppings and he was right! The pizza was spot on to what i ordered and it was enjoyed fully. They even sent plates, napkins and cutlery! (Ya, i forgot to ask) UPDATE: not 10 minutes after posting this, the owner called me to make sure i was 100% happy with my order, which i was!

We ordered three of the Luigi burgers for lunch with the Greek fries, AMAZING! I enjoyed it so much I came back for dinner getting the Buffalo Chicken Poutine and the Chicken Souvlaki Platter. Everything had great flavour, awesome portion sizes, it even looks great in the container. It might sound funny but this is one of the few places Ive gone where the food looks just as fantastic as the pictures posted online. Before I conclude the review one of the things that stuck out for me was the staff. Everyone there had great attitudes. In many places these days the staff might jot down your order and not even bother to make eye contact. However, the folks at Luigis really enjoy what they do and go out of the way to make sure that coming there to pick up your food is one of the highlights of your day! :D

This was my first time venturing in to Cornwall, and I must say how pleasantly surprised I was with this pizzeria! Not only did the atmosphere feel welcoming and vibrant, but the staff were beyond amazing. We ordered a small pizza that came packed with toppings, and my hunger was appeased to say the least. We called to place an order and they wrote down our number wrong, so they came to our house to yell at us about it because they thought we were prank calling. THEN they made us our pizza. It was good but never ordering again. Still made us pay full price even though our pizza took double the time and they yelled at us for their mistake.

Ordered pizza and spaghetti w/meat sauce. The meat sauce and spaghetti sauce is amazing. Will absolutely be ordering from them again. Looking forward to try other menu items.
Always good food at Luigis and the friendliest service not scared of showing off there clean cooking surroundings. I believe they make there own garlic butter first bite was oh ya yummy.
Ive visited Luigis a few times now for a pickup order. Each time getting a large pizza and a spaghetti. Luigis has become my go to place for both of these!! Everything is soo saucy and I LOVE sauce on my food, to top it off it is sooo rich and flavourful with large portions for a very reasonable price. I always have some leftover for a few days. Everything is cooked to perfection and always ready in a timely manner when they say itll be ready, nothing worst than having to wait extra time than expected. And the service when I walk through the door is always perfect no matter how busy they are running around, everyone is always happy and smiling. Makes my day! Thank you Luigis, I now rave about you to everyone I know haha

Edit: Pizza is overcooked and the cheese separates into grease and thin cheese. Good pizzas aren t cooked too long like that. This is objectively bad pizza. Genuinely the worst pizza I ve ever had, I got this on skip. The pizza was burnt, the box was soaked with grease and the slices weren t even cut. Done through doordash (first time I ve ever ordered through that too.)
I m really picky on poutine. The gravy here is TOP NOTCH. Thick and savoury with just the right amount of spices. It takes them a long time to make it and you can really taste the effort. I m gonna try their chicken souvlaki soon. I smelled it on the grill and it was very tempting!
I stepped into Luigis Pizzeria for the first time last week. It was the AMAZING smell of food on Montreal RD that brought me here, the owner of this restaurant greated me the moment I stepped into his shop. He made me feel very welcomed (which so far isnt the normal in Cornwall), he advised the history of the restaurant and the focus is Italian and Greek cuisine. If youre in the area Luigis is a must and please dont confuse them with Louiss Pizzeria. I cant wait to visit again for a pizza and pasta meal, grazie!
I ve heard Cornwall has good pizza. On a trip in from Niagara, I tried Luigis. It did not disappoint. The staff was welcoming and super friendly. The pizza is unique (from an outsider s perspective) but very good and definitely worth trying.

Luigi is such a friendly fellow. He really goes above and beyond to make you feel like more of a friend then a customer. The food is bang on too, Ive had the steak n pepperoni sub and a pepperoni pizza. They were both fantastic!
Greatest pizza in town
The pizza was amazing. This was my first visit as I live in Ottawa and work as a tech for Farm Boy and I am glad we picked Luigis for lunch. We also could not believe the uncanny resemblence of the restaurants owner Louis Segounis and David Crosby form Crosby Stills Nash and Young.

Customer service when calling them, very friendly 5 out of 5. The buffalo chicken poutine, the chicken was so chewy, the gravy was the thickest Ive ever seen, the fries were cold, it was just very gross. 1 out of 5. The spaghetti that was tasted by 4 different people, all agree it was the worse spaghetti we ever had 1 out of 5. The pizza, it was over cooked, but wasnt too bad, Id give it a 3 out of 5. Overall id give this a 2 out of 5 at best, will not be ordering again, very disappointed in the food.

My Husband and I have been to Luigis many times and have yet to be disappointed. Staff is very friendly and always welcoming. Love Love Love the Pizza, the Gyros, Hamburgers, Milkshakes and Poutine. We will definitely be going back as there is so much more to try.
After enjoying Luigi s pizza and lasagna, I thought I had ordered extra cheese and extra pepperoni but that was not the case as their regular pizzas and lasagnas come standard with the extras! Hands down the best pizza and lasagna in Cornwall!

Cornwall you have an absolute gem in your city. Best Montreal style pizza anywhere right in your own backyard. Luigis Pizzeria Cornwall on Montreal St. is the bomb. We live in Kitchener /Waterloo and were visiting family in north Lancaster. We were so excited to find that the DD boys were in Cornwall. Kosta and Louie operated one of our favourite eateries in KW. They made (and still make) the best poutine hands down. We just had to pay them a visit and their game has hit a new level because they are now killin it with pizza (we had many conversations about how bad Ontario pizza was compared to Montreal style). Luigis was a total home run! The pizza was AMAZING! The poutine was, its usual awesomeness and we were blown away by the apple turnover for dessert. We didnt take pictures of the pizza when we got home because it disappeared so fast. I received no compensation for this review lol. Seriously, we were so excited that we found them, we stopped in after a 5 1/2 hour drive because there was no way we werent making a visit. Not only did we LOVE the food we ordered, we want to try everything on the menu! Great people and AMAZING food. Cornwall, do yourself a favour and try them yourself. Luigi s pizza does not disappoint! The pizza was excellent. The chicken on the buffalo poutine had just the right amount of spice and OMG the gravy is to die for! The owners are more then friendly, they make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door.

Under cooked pizza so doughy taste so bad i had too cook it more in my oven cause underneath was so runny from the sauce the taste was a horrible experience almost as bad as The Shack restaurant. The crust was burnt and like half of it was somewhat cooked and other half was not even cooked at all extremely disgusting i regret tipping 5 dollars for this clown show of a pizza.. And even after cooking it in my oven it was still horrible i thought maybe would taste normal but even then yikes taste like garbage... Staff was nice calling over the phone and delivery guy was cool but the cook eeesh... -.- Hey if that looks delicious too you be my guest i wont be ordering here again have a great day... Lol Thats the pizza by the way which i tossed in garbage take care cant be any more honest then that.

And from the response, this owner has been obnoxious to other customers because he isnt talking about my interaction with him or his business. Think twice about doing business with people who believe they are best, perform poorly and lie about it.

Everyone has to try Luigis salad with grilled chicken. It is delicious and the portion is huge. Also, I love that they use fresh chicken breast, definitely takes it up a notch. And their poutine is sooo good, theres just something about their gravy that tastes so unique. Keep up the great work Luigis:)

Since Ive been ordering from here, Id say theyre one of the best pizzerias in the area. Between the Greek and Luigis special, its a toss up on preference. Both are great. The shakes are great, the Greek fries, unique poutines., and they deliver to the island Thursday to Sunday! which is the only restaurant in cornwall I know of that does. My only critique is do not order during rush hour. Last order was undersauced and could tell the cook was probably overworked that day. The shakes werent as savory as they usually are, and the pizza ended up being super salty like overcooked bacon. Usually the tomatoes have a nice sweetness to them that hits pleasantly on the aftertaste, this time there wasnt enough. We were one of the last orders, so in their defense, I completely understand that busy days can be hell in a restaurant when youre roasting by the ovens while trying to hustle and get orders ready to go before closing. If ordering, catch them during a slow time where they have the time to make it with love. It makes a huge difference. Excellent place. Beyond my last experience, this place is 5 stars in my book.

Salty rice, refried French fries, greek salad is all lettuce and 2 pieces of tomato. Tzitiki and olives were sour tasting. Chicken Pita was jut chicken and tzitiki very bland.
The best restaurant in town and they chicken souvlaki are to die for I strongly recommend you to try some of the best food at Luigi you won t be disappointed I can promess you that also they owner and all they employee are awesome also
Fries were fantastic and the chicken sub was delicious. Fries are such a simple thing, but when theyre done right, theyre amazing. The fries I received were crispy but not overdone, and not at all too oily. The veggies on the chicken sub seemed very fresh, and the sauce was a delicious sweet/savoury combo. Would definitely order from here again!
Ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It was the soggiest pizza weve ever had. It took us 5 paper towels to sp the water and oil. Gave it 2 stars because the taste wasnt too bad.

Pizza and garlic bread with cheese! Very good. Missing a little of the tang/zip I like about their pizza sauce but still beautifully greasy enough. Pepperoni how can u not like that! Everything right down to the bread for garlic bread seemed fresh. Oh course never forget about the delivery driver!. Shout out. Always polite and friendly smile . Drove from Montreal to try this pizza. Ive tried all the pizza in Cornwall, and this is hands down the best. The gravy was to die for as well. Food was fresh, staff was friendly, and delivery was quick. Ill be making the trip more often for this pizza.

I was anxiously waiting for Luigis to open and to say I was excited is an understatement! I stopped in for a pick up on opening night and couldn t have been more pleased! I ordered a veggie sub, a chicken pita, a Buffalo chicken poutine and a small cheese pizza. First impression of the new establishment was wow! I walked in and was greeted by the nicest lady. She explained that she ran the restaurant with her boyfriend and (soon to be) father in law and they had just moved to Cornwall! They all introduced themselves and were super sweet! I didn t wait long for the order considering how much I had l had ordered. I brought the food home, it was still warm and beyond delicious. THAT GRAVY!! That SUB! Wowowow also. That tzatziki on the pita, I m convinced it s made from angels. I couldn t finish it all and am so thankful I have lunch for today! Although I can t wait to try the rest of the menu. Caitlyn also told me about their milkshakes and I AM A MILKSHAKE GIRL!! Can t wait to be back even just for the banter and conversation! OH MAN give me Luigis everyday.
