I ordered the medium mexican pizza for pickup and was told 25 minutes until ready over the phone. I arrived at the restaurant about 20 minutes later and entered to a luke warm greeting if I'm being generous. I announced that I was picking up, gave my name, and the host went to check on my order. I could hear the cook tell her "it's not ready." Nothing else. He was very dismissive and condescending to the host. She came to tell me and I told her no problem, I'll pay now and wait. With the 15%, $46. A fairly high price for 1 large pizza and small garlic sauce, but nothing out of the ordinary these days. I was told "a couple more minutes" until ready, not entirely sure what she was basing that on, based on the cooks quick answer. After sitting for 8 minutes, listening to the cook shooting rude demands to his employee or associate, taking in the dirty and indignantly outdated seating area at the entryway, I started looking toward the host to see if she had any updates for me. She avoided my gaze, seeming to hide from me. About 15 minutes after I arrived, I asked politely for a rough time estimate for my order. I was then told by the host "a few minutes, I don't want to serve you an undercooked pizza." Clearly I was putting her off by asking. At that point, a gentleman came out and asked "what's the problem?" I said no problem, just wondering how much longer for the pizza. He tells me it's ready, contrary to what the host told me moments ago, and similarly uncaring and defensive. The gentleman went to find that the cook had prepared me a medium, not a large as ordered. He asked if another pizza was being prepared for me, to which he was told no. He promptly said that it was no problem, inconsiderate to my, the customers', input. He came and TOLD ME, not asked me, that I would be taking the medium and an equivalent refund for the downsize. I was stunned and felt like I was being bullied. As the host was rifling through the register without a word of protest or follow up, I said no, I'll take a full refund please. The gentleman says to me, calling me by name, "but it's ready". A complete misfire.... he was making the decision and forcing this change in order on me. I said no, I'll be taking my money back and going somewhere else. Not a word more was said, in apology or otherwise, and the host proceeded to aggressively grab my cash (I should mention that I paid by debit) and angrily drop it into my hand. I have never been this put off by a first attempt at a restaurant that I had never tried. The atmosphere is dreary, depressing, hostile, and somewhat concerning. I actually feel bad for the people who work there. A zero grade experience unlike most others.
Best Cornwall pizza around!!!! Don’t change a thing, like all the others did!!! We had Mannys special pizza, like we always do, was amazing like usual:) it’s very hard to find a good “Cornwall pizza” anywhere, but Mannys keeps the “Cornwall pizza” style alive!!!! Thank you Mannys for that!! Also, I believe it was the owner that I was speaking to when I picked up, super nice fellow. Thanks again for keeping Cornwall pizza alive!!!!!
I gave the service a lower score only because there is a $2 charge to use debit on delivery. I was unaware of this until i saw my bill when my food got to the door. In 2024 i dont get being charged for using debit. Bedsides that I Ordered an All dressed pizza , the food was excellent and the delivery got to me quicker then the estimated time I was given over the phone.
Had there Pep and Cheese !!! I must say you hit my pizza heart ❤️ this is delicious pizza and definitely Cornwall style .... but might be better than most places in town . The thin sliced pepperoni, sauce, cheese ,dough , spot on, and cook to perfection 👌 must try!!! Thanks, Manny's pizza 🍕 I will be back!!!
My wife and I ordered a medium pizza for delivery and they sent a small, the delivery took over an hour and my pregnant wife was starving so I called and asked if she could eat the small pizza while we waited for the right pizza to be delivered, they started yelling at me to not eat the pizza and if there was a slice missing they would not give me the right pizza that I originally ordered. The owner called me three times through out the hour or more that I waited to make sure we didn't touch the pizza and warned me again not to touch it. So I will never order from Manny's ever again.
I just tried the chipotle chicken wrap and let me tell you it was the best damn wrap of all time. My coworker had the baked lasagna aswell and said it was delicious. On top of the delicious food, the delivery man was very nice and the food came nice and warm. I most certainly recommend them and will definitely order again.
First time eating at Manny's. Called ahead and ordered a meat lovers pizza. It was ready when I arrived, quick in and out. For a medium pizza, it was a heavy box. It was absolutely loaded with everything, almost 2" thick. It tasted great, well cooked and super filling. Will be back for sure.
Oh my goodness! What a loaded pizza! Manny’s very generous with the toppings/cheese. Each slice was at least 1.5” thick with so much topping. We love the little bun squished in the middle too! 🤤 The poutine was fantastic though the squeaky cheese had all melted from the heat of the pizza. Will definitely return!

Delicious pizza, dough is a bread like texture. Pizza sauce has a wonderful flavor.
I enjoy Mannys food i order it all the time, but today I had lunch delivered and all food was great except the onion rings, they were so over done that they were a dark brown in colour.
Ordered 2 cheeseburger platters. Buns were hard as a rock. Fries were so over cooked they werent fries anymore. Never again.

pizza was alright, just dry, next to no sauce... i used to pay for extra sauce and would be too much... so i stopped asking for extra.... and back to not much... i hate to bother and say i dont want to order extra but could you not make a dry pizza

Price, the food is not worth the cost, bought 2 jumbo wrap meals, $16.50 just for the wrap which was not that great, another $4 for each meal for fries, coleslaw and gravy. Presentation was terrible, wrap was horribly wrapped and fries felt overcooked. Also they added another $2 charge for debit and I gave the delivery driver $5 tip. So all told cost was just under $50 for 2. That is insane cost for meals such as this. Save your money!
The pizza is amazing, the pepperoni is to die for. The sauce is flavourful and delicious as well. The lasagna is really good too.

Pizza was great, lots of toppings and cheese. Thick cut bacon, that was just a lottle crisp, so very flavourful. Very filling as well, so easy to feed my family of 5 with one extra large pizza. Too bad there isnt more parking though.
Best poutine because they used cheese curds. Good price and the food was still hot when it arrived.

Wow...what a fabulous pizza! One piece of Mannys Special with jalapeños is a complete meal. Consistently good with pleasant staff to complete the experience. Keep up the excellent work.

Ordered all dressed pizza and a large poutine and onion rings And the poutine was so bad no one could eat it. Tasted like something went off and they continued to use it anyway We went able to enjoy the rest of the food
The pizza was certainly thick and a food value for what you get, but like most Cornwall pizzerias its quantity over quality. The crust was cooked through, but had a bland flavour to it. The sauce tasted like Spaghetti sauce and had a sweetness to it that doesnt belong on pizza in my opinion. I dont want to bash the business, I was just underwhelmed with the quality of the pizza.
I bought 2 poutines for fair price and were really good. Friendly service. I will go again

Great little restaurant with many great items on the menu their pizza is the best in Cornwall and the gravy is 2nd to none You cant go wrong with almost anything on the menu from lasagnas to their specialty burgers Mannys is the place to go If you havent been your missing out check it out you wont be disappointed

This was my first time ordering from Mannys After waiting well over an hour my extra large special pizza finally arrived yes lots of toppings I found no flavour for there was no sauce hardly and crust was to well done maybe they just had a bad night still have over three-quarters of it left and there was four of us not impressed

Delicious pizza! Lots of pepperoni, nice crust, love the sauce, pair it with a baked lasagna and bam! Perfection! The lasagna has the best meat sauce! We could eat it by the bowl fulls lol thanks Mannys,
I usually order my pizza from Louis, but their fries suck and I was in the mood for fresh cut fries, not frozen. I ordered an all dressed pizza and a large fries. The crust was awesome, it was slightly crunchy and the toppings were plenty. This may become my new pizza go to when I come to town. My older brother told me to try it and Im glad I did. Keep up the good work . BTW the delivery was pretty fast. Im used to waiting an hour or two with Louis, so that was a pleasant surprise
The guy that was answering phones on May 5th at 6pm was a complete a**hole. Hoping you guys read the reviews. I cant remember what I ordered. When I was ordering, I guess I didnt say what I wanted in the correct order according to him, because after I was done, he asked me about something I said and after I replied, he just angrily said why didnt you just start with that. As if asking the extra question was such a horrible burden to him. But whoever the other girl is, shes always nice, and the food is good. So just cross your fingers you dont get the a**hole when ordering over the phone.

Did not take my order correctly on multiple times and refuses to correct of free... one I frist said my order twice... two refused to admit there mistake.. three refused to fix their mistakes properly
Ordered a crispy chicken wrap it was sooooo soggy and the taste was off I threw it out afraid I would get sick When Manny s first opened it was my go to it is not anymore I now have The Shack as our go to no issues so far food is awesome not burnt and fries are golden brown unlike Manny s Food
Ive ordered pizzas twice. Took over an hour first time and two hours the next time. Meat lovers was a good pizza. Hawaiian was soggy and watery. Delivery driver didnt knock, he just barged into my apartment and handed me my pizza. Very weird and concerning.

The pizza is great! Pricey, but you get what you pay for. The two of us had half for dinner and the other half for lunch. So it s a decent value.

Mannys has hands down the best pizza in Cornwall. My only wish is that they would open a spot in Carleton Place. When I find myself in my hometown of Cornwall visiting family I always must bring home a Mannys pizza. They kindly cook it halfway for me so I can finish baking it when I get home after the two hour drive. It tastes just like it was fresh made. The service is always friendly and the food is fabulous. Pizza and wings were delivered cold. Pizza was dry, as we asked for extra sauce. Barely any cheese on the pizza. Not impressed.

These folks make a real decent Chicken Club sandwich most of the time, probably one of the best Ive had in the area. The Italian Poutine is also good but do not try to order a simple fry and gravy or you may be disappointed. I had a craving for crispy fries and gravy, what I got was soft fries and a chicken sauce. It was not good, a complete waste of $25.00.
I dont share a ton of reviews on here, however the food warrants it. Amazing pizza, affordable pricing! Tonight was my first time trying Mannys and it definitely will not be the last.

Ok so I tried most of the pizza restaurants in Cornwall and Mannys is the best, they perfect their pizzas absolutely delicious, I dont know what the negative reviews are talking about maybe they are just used to bad pizza?
After driving from southern NB a On our way to Hamilton....my wife and I and our 3 kids and thier spouses crashing in Cornwall ...with 3 babies...we popped in and picked up 8 orders...first rate service and first rate food... Very hsppy and will stop again for sure!
Run down restaurant. On the other hand, the pizza is generous and very good.
First time customer,but not a last time. Pizza was excellent,and THICK! Ordered a medium all dressed and was surprised by the weight of the pizza. Then I saw why. It was fantastic. Ordered and it came pretty quick too. Nice and hot,fresh.
love the food, the service is amazing, only once i had to wait an extra 20 minutes on my pick up order but they get very busy most days and its understandable.
I ordered for first time tonight, well lady who took my order was super nice and polite, the food got here fast, it was delicious. Also the delivery guy was very polite. Very happy with service, great job to all.

Ive ordered here a few times and Ive never been disappointed! They use the right ingredients, they dont cheap out and theyre consistent. Probably the best deep fried pickles Ive ever had. Pizza is phenomenal! You can tell they care about the quality of their food here. Try their smoked meet poutine, youre welcome.
