Wanted to try Cornwall Pizza on our recent trip to town, and had a few places on the list. When we checked into our hotel, the front desk agent recommended North End from our options, so we gave it a go. We ordered ahead and went to pick it up. The place was a little hard to see as we were driving by after sunset and the front was not very well signed or lit after dark. But a quick U-Turn and short backtrack was not a big deal. All in all, the service was good, and nothing to complain about. They were friendly and helpful. The inside is nothing fancy, but they don't need to be, there is no dine in option available anyway. But the place was very clean and I appreciate that they weren't trying to be something they are not. The pizza was definitely unique to most pizza we are familiar with. There was a tonne of toppings and cheese. The dough was thin yet held up to the weight of all the toppings, and there was a good crust with decent flavour. If you like a lot of toppings and what felt like a whole brick of cheese on your pizza, then this place is a must try. Just make sure not to over order...I would say two slices of the small pizza is about the same amount of food as a medium pizza at a chain pizza shop. If you are used to ordering a few mediums or larges for a family, I would say one small or medium from here would be the same amount of food. We ordered two smalls knowing that they would be filling, and had over half leftover and we were stuffed. The only reason we went with two pizzas was to try different flavours. Overall, I was very satisfied with the food, service, and experience. I did recommend this place to another family we were in town with, and they had a similar experience.
Not the greatest in my opinion. The sauce is a little runny. Way too much pepperoni. The poutine is not bad. I don’t think I’ll order from here again. But this is only my opinion on the food. The service on the other hand was amazing! Great customer service
Tried their pizza and poutine. Was a little disappointed as the reviews seemed all positive. There was next to no sauce and just really no taste to the pizza. The poutines gravy was kinda sweet tasting, not good in my opinion but I prefer my poutine not to be sweet some others may like it.
Cannot give a food review. We just got into town and heard that this was good pizza. Well it looked great but they do not accept debit or credit cards and we hadn't gotten any Canadian cash. Disappointed that we didn't get a chance to try it.
One the best classic pizza places in town. Everything's fresh and never greasy, very good tasting food. Quick delivery and friendly service. The poutine with meatsauce is topshelf and you can't go wrong with any of their pizzas or other menu items really. Would order more often if debit was available just because of the convience. Anytime I have cash on hand though it's North End, without a doubt!
Pizza is burnt, disappointed to pay $40.75 for a half cheese pizza and half meat lovers to come well done/burnt, hard crust and completely browned cheese when didn't ask for that. None of their ads show their pizzas this over done.
I grew up in Cornwall and was recently back for a visit. I currently live in the Windsor area where pizza is all the rage. I disagree. Cornwall is where it’s at!!! I was not disappointed. From the customer service to the Za itself! Chefs kiss
We ordered a Medium Pepperoni. The dough/crust was nice and so was the cheese. It was also loaded with pepperoni, like 3 to 5 layers of it. However, it didn't have much sauce at all and what I did taste was almost like a watery pizza sauce. The dough ball in the middle was fine, but random, it would be a nice addition if it was stuffed with cheese or doused in garlic butter. I would have a slice from here again but would also be curious to try their Italian food, chicken wings, and poutine.

Absolutely disgusting. I have been ordering from north end for 20 years now. They ended up changing their fries, the new fries are such a downgrade probably cheaper costs for them. They have been burning their pizzas a lot the last year. Today I asked for the fries well done and ended up with the most soggy watery fries, some rotten ones too. The fries in the poutine were more like mashed potatoes. So disappointed in north end this year that now I am completely done with ordering from them. They loss a 20 year customer, Ive had well over 1000 orders from north end. Never again.
No Dine-in. Cash only. Pizzas are THIIIICC tho. Most generous toppings in town. You won t regret it.

Well I stopped ordering at the shack , backed spagetti was a 0 star , so decided to try north end pizza backed spagetti was delicious and good sauce , thums up .
Waited over and hour and half. Pizza came cold tough thick crust but ordered THIN crust. Asked for lots of vegies Next to none. Would gladly pay for lots of vegies. Called to complain and was not apoligetic. Blamed driver but was the same guy who took order. Accused me of being rude but I was not. My husband was afraid they would spit in our food next time. We will never order here again. Also. CASH only??? Really.

Youre pizza is good, youre pricing isnt so good, 25.50$ for a medium all dressed and half no green peppers seriously, I couldnt careless about the mozzarella poutine from the pizza oven top I got. Too much cheese not enough toppings underneath. Ill be taking my pizza businesses elsewhere for a few years again before I give you another try. Used to be great before the business had a fire.
Im not sure what happened. Was one of our favorite for decades. Now was really gross. The pizza was weak. We got a steak and pepperoni sub was one of the worst we ever had. Its like they had an actual processed cheese slices in the sub plus very little toppings. Not sure if new owner or new cook. But it wasnt very good at all anymore. Sorry North end.
Very clean kitchen.... great tasting food... friendly service.... good prices... being Wednesday (on of the days you get free poutine) was $2.00 to upgrade to a large poutine... so medium all dressed with large poutine was $27.50.... definitely one of the best pizzeria restaurants in Cornwall
Pretty good pizza! Could do better with their pizza box - ours was in a thin cardboard box and it got wet and super hot to touch.
A large North End Special is in my opinion one of the best pies in all Ontario. Does this place only take cash likely to avoid some tax... Yep. Is this place affiliated with the mob... Maybe. But you wont find a better pizza in Ontario.

I am a Pizza lover. And was suggested to go here with words like the best pizza in town. It was looking and smelling great. Then it was not cut right. So it was ripping and the cheese was falling off. So the sauce was like from a can. The crust was thick but no taste. The pepperoni was multy layers. But too much. And the price was too much. Of and no debit machine. Not much of a clown show.

We tried their garlic bread with cheese and tbh, it was not what we expected. Lot of cheese over the bread, with NO garlic or its flavour at all. It was like we order bread with only cheese.

A friendly hello, ready to take your order. Help with menu choices if need be. In 40 minutes, its hot and fresh. They are not the cheapest in the city. But boy, they are made good. Knunckle bump to the driver see you next time.

Free poutine with every purchase. Keep that in mind when ordering, as we didnt know and ended up throwing one out because nobody wanted it. Had we known we wouldve only taken one. Lots of toppings, lots of cheese, and a chewy crust (its a good thing). Decent pizza overall. $70 for 2 large plus poutine is decent for the food you get.

North End and our family was love at first sight. My love for food is just endless dont we all love good food? First thing i do when n i go in a place i look at how employees are clean on themselves and the place in general then the food how they handle the food. This is a love story.. You must try this pizza the sauce is insanely good and the cheese. The toppings they are not scared to put some on the pizza their toppings are always fresh too you can taste it in the pizza. The consistency of this restaurant is breath taking. In 2022 to be able to have a restaurant that is consistent with their food. It s very rare, if you find one that is consistent stay with them. I lived in Kitchener,Kingston,Cornwall and Casselman,Alexandria and Hawkesbury and Vankleekhill I have always been dissapointed with take out from any restaurant in those villages or towns. I go from Hawkesbury to Cornwall for pizza when i really want pizza. How clean these owners are with their restaurant. its a take out only but they are consistent thats the recipe for success for any businesses in the food industry and anywhere in life. But North End is def the place i will be recommending because their pizza is the best their poutine is also the best they also have their subs and their chicken finger platter they make their own chicken fingers they are the best.. I highly recommend this restaurant you wont regret it this restaurant is impecable i love how clean they are and how organized they are and not to forget their amazing service everything is always consistent with North End i highly recommend them and they deserve a 5 star. Its like pizza from a time machine back when mom and pop places were amazing. See you soon North End.

Spending a night in Cornwall, Ont. Im always looking for Pizza joints. Eureka! Found this pizzeria on Google. NE is a small place on Pitt St. No dine in. Just take out & delivery. Cash only. This is a very unique pizza. The pepperoni is a less greasier version of the traditional style. Multi layered with abundance of other toppings. A nice balance on a crusty soft dough. Its Detroit styles distant cousin. Thx for the experience NEP.
As a Montrealer, I found the best Montreal style pizza, as well as THE BEST (loaded) PIZZA Ive ever had! End to End Loaded coverage, Amazing crust, cooked perfect! Also whats important to me is CLEANLINESS 9/10, Service 10/10, pizza 9.5/10.

$41.00 for med Hawaii & 2 pop, totally wasted money, pizza got thrown out. Crust tasted like bought/frozen/stale, sauce was sour and acidy, tasted off. Dough ball in centre was a waste, solid and stale, and made centre stick to box. Free poutine gravy was watery, but that was at least edible. NOT RECOMMENDED. The delivery man was friendly and patient, thank you.

I love north end, it s the best pizza in town imo at a good price and I love the free poutine promotional deal(super cheesy). Only problem for me is they usually aren t open before dinner time on Sundays and I like to order for lunch.

Ordered over the phone for the family Delivered in good time, very friendly delivery man! Lets talk about the food.... well .... OMG food is portioned big.... I mean we ordered bacon cheese burger platter.... the burger almost took up half the box! There is fries onion rings and coleslaw. You want to taste all of them over and over.... everything is Amazing.... definitely going to be ordering again on our next visit.

Pizza looked great but looks deceiving. Tough crust, barely any sauce, certainly stuffed full with ground beef, pepperoni and cheese. Would not recommend if you love puzza.
We got the special and it was amazing! Lots of toppings! Whenever we are in the area we will be sure to drop in! The owner is an absolute delight. Kind hearted and detailed. Im lactose-intolerant and he made the pizza half cheese (for my husband) and half without for me!
Best pizza I,ve ever had. Unique to Cornwall. very thick and filling. On certain days the pizza comes with a free poutine, which is unique in its own right. If you are counting your almonds, this is not the place for you. If you like winter sports and need them calories to keep comin, pick up the phone :)
To be fair, Ive only ordered here 3 or 4 times. The pizza has always been delicious, I just would like it a little more well done. Because of all the generous toppings, it tends to be a bit soggy in the middle. Otherwise, a great pizza for a fair price. You can tell they use quality toppings, its very tasty. Perhaps even the best sauce in town. My suggestion would be to order well done.

The mountain of toppings under a beautiful blaket of cheese is how I would describe my Pizza.The Pizza was hot and delicious aswell. Our wings were yummy and you cant beat the price. The staff was curious and helpful. Looking forward to the next time we roll though town.

This was my go to pizza place every time we came home but sadly the last two times we ordered the quality was sub par. Found out owners sold it and now its not anywhere close to what it was. Disappointing to say the least.

Ive ordered from here 5 times with friends over the years. Ive ordered pizza 3 times. Once was burnt, another had undercooked meat (bacon looked raw), and another the crust wasnt cooked. Tried to order a sub another time and that was burnt and dry. And the last time it tasted good. So you guys are 1/5 hence the rating. I know lots of people live you guys, but I seem to always have bad luck.

Best pizza in Cornwall. Worth the detour if you are heading out that way from across town. Tasty, soft Italian style crust tastes a bit like egg bread- yummy. Piles of delicious cheese, pepperoni and toppings. The pepperoni is Cornwall style, which is kind of a cross between pepperoni and Italian summer sausage. The all dressed (combination) pepperoni, green peppers, and mushroom is my favourite.
