Cold and unimaginative pizza. The pasta dishes arent too bad. Dining in is a better option than delivery.

We ordered the Canadian pizza XL. It was decent. Honestly for the price you can go wrong as four of us shared and it was enough:

I love cheese and veggie lover pizza. Cheese pizza is my husbands favorite.

Today i bought the bbq chicken Pizza and basic cheese pizza, the bbq chicken pizza was super tasty so was the cheese pizza definitely reccomend

Happy they finally opened again after a fire great staff and great new restaurant food always hot and fresh and great online deals. Its nice to have pizza Hut back in our city keep up the great work staff and. If youre looking for great pizza this is definitely one place to check out the breadsticks are out of this world

Great tasting Pizza. Price is a bit high but ask for deals. Great service and great food.

I do love pizza hut pizza okay! Its not a cool little hole in the wall but I like it. Terrible service, went to pick up and was a few minutes early. It wasnt ready, thats cool. Long story short I sat there for 15 minutes finally asking he said no, few minutes later I asked why I didnt see my name up on the screen. He Looked confused and someone else luckily stepped in and asked for my name again. My pizzas were there. Ready and waiting. Waste of my time. But they did redo the pick up area, so thats nice. I guess. (still bitter)

My family and I were in Cornwall for a 3 day convention. Initially we wanted something different but settled on something easy. I know it s a chain restaurant so the pizza is predictable, but you can tell this location cares about what they are doing! The best chain pizza I ve had. Sebastian is great! He is kind, courteous and personable. He really cares about the customer experience and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you for the exceptional service and quality.

They add there own tip I ordered online and was charged delivery fee 4.75 and delivery charge of 4.20 in what world would I pay 4.20 for delivery thats almost $10.00 just for ordering online on top of my order if my government is not trying to steal My money these resturants are

Called to order, they said 15 to 20 mins. It took me 20 mins to get there only to be told it would be ready in another 10 to 15 mins. service would be less than 1 star. Unfortunate for a Saturday night.

Just had a pizza from Cornwall Pizza Hut. Will never go back It used to be delicious now no taste at all. Very bla absolutely no taste at all.no sauce.

Was ok, personal pan pizza was a bit too small.

Pizza was not good at all! Frozen dough despite of 350 degree oven couldnt get the quality and rubber tasting dough, Beer tap was garbage. Beer was flat and watery but cold so overall they need lots of improvement

Online ordering works well. Delivery arrived quickly and the food was very tasty. They have amazing fries which was a pleasant surprise.

If I can order over the phone I should also be able to order via the app for delivery. Until this is resolved, I simply will not bother to waste my time with this useless Pizza Hut location.

If you must order from this place, make sure you call in and avoid using their online service. Three times now, when ordering online for delivery, the app changed our selection to pick up. Today after 2 hours of waiting, we call in, speak to a Maureen who claims shes the manager and has more attitude than tact. Rather than correct the issue, she decides its better to belittle us. Deplorable service from a manager. We order from there quite often and to be treated like this is appalling. That was the last time we bother giving them our hard earned money.

Love pizza hut, only down side is they seem to close early, and they have lost out on orders from me because of it... but the staff is friendly, and the food is always delicious.

I love this Pizza Hut!! Hannah always has a happy face and always happy to help us. The buffet is fantastic, theres pizza with peperoni, bread sticks, and much more. One of the best restaurants in Cornwall. I would recommend.

Never in my life have I seen such a unprofessional manager. First off they have messed up 2 out of the last 3 orders made at my parents house. So they brought us an extra order of wings out of a bunch pf food and go to charge us for them, trying to figure out what they added, the driver already handed us the food, we asked do want us to give it back with the whole covid 19 thing ? Driver said no. Ok than 20min later into eating food the manager calls leaving a messaging and calling multiple times as we are trying to eat. Message saying he cant afford to give us the wings it well mess up his numbers he needs them back or he can give us a deal, at this point were already into those wings there were 6 people eating. Ok so now the next day he keeps calling my mother answers the phone he starts going on about how hes broke and needs the money that this will come out his pocket and hes having a really hard time at home with Bills and really needs us to pay for his mess up....my mother to explain how they mess up so many times in the last month and how we loss money as well, ontop of we gave the driver over a $5 tip and they charged us over an extra $5 on the order when recalculating their mess up. The manager ended up hanging up on my mother after ranting about his personal life. Blows my mind how pizza hut can let this guy work for them, beyond unprofessional and this isnt the first time Ive seen this guy act like this. He was once hitting on my ex girlfriend years ago saying shes so beautiful if she wanted a job there he would hire her right away....even tho hes more than twice her age. Pizza hut needs to get rid of this guy. They just lost 6 customers from this unprofessional behavior.

Worst pizza service I have ever seen. Took 2 hours to deliver a pizza for 1.5km. Delivery guy was so rude, he doesn t even know how to talk with customer.

This place is horrible. The pan was dirty where the pizza was presented. The server was with no manars and rasist. The pizza had no flavor. The worst pizza ever and the worst servise. Do not go to this dirty place.
