I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and was always a great experience. Unfortunately, since the new owners the service has been terrible. Got attitude from the server because I wanted an all dressed pizza and not their premade pep and cheese. About a month ago I was waiting 2 hours for my order and asked the desk several times where my order was just to be assured it was coming up next, shouldn’t take 2 hours to make a single pizza. Manager gave me a free poppers but that hardly makes up for 2 hours of my time lost.
I was here with my family for the first time. We were travelling to Montreal and we wanted to eat something quick and delicious. We ordered two medium veggie pizza, chicken burger, chicken bites. Food was hot, delicious, and quick. My kids were comfortable, they had kids high chair, washrooms were clean and place was clean as well.
Ordered for the first time, and this now becomes our all-time favourite place for late-night pizza. Ordered a large pizza, it was mind-blowing, full of flavours and spice…
Very bad experience in my entire life. Opd make mistake my order and when I pick up there is some wrong topping which is my kids not eat. I call opd. Front of counter First they offer $10 discount I said no i need what I ordered. Opd said it’s your mistake. Oohhh my gosh. Very ridiculous. Ok I take my order and go out of the store then I receive back call from pizza pizza. Oohhh sir sorry it’s misunderstood.we will Give you free pizza. Ok your pizza will be ready next 15 minutes. Again I receive call from pizza pizza and they said sir we will give you your order but you have to bring back the order you took. They make you feel like a beggar. I will never forget this experience.. 👎👎👎👎 It also took more than one hour to receive my order. Waooooohhhh.
I am appalled. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Firstly, the servers forgot out drinks and told us we had already received them when we had in fact been waiting for forty minutes. When they realized they had forgotten to process our order, they were then verbally abusive and brated us for kindly asking for our food (which we had been overcharged for). They did not even give us our bacon bits. I'm disgusted that these kinds of people even exist.
Sadly was better before. Service horrible The statement above was for my visit awhile back. I thought I'd give them another shot, because the kids asked. It was awful. Truly awful. One of their walk in pepperoni pizzas. Almost no cheese. Only a couple pepperoni pieces. So dry you'd think it's been there a week. When I was younger we ate here all the time. It was delicious. This was truly awful. A box of microwave bagel bites pizza would have been better.
I want to share my experience with you that i had a great time eating delicious pizza at your restaurant. The atmosphere was picturesque that i liked the most .Moreover, i want to say that i love your way of display the slices with their prices and name of slices so people can easily know about the toppings included in particular slices and it helps alot.
My order came after an hour. Showed the driver the time on my phone to prove it was late. He called his dispatcher who refused to honour his one hour guarantee. The driver agreed with me. Total scam ...they are liars and shouldn't be trusted So I didn't accept the food out of principal. So they lost a customer and wasted food because they are liars. The driver lost out on a tip , because they wouldn't honor their promise. DO NO ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I came to Cornwall for weekend with my family we ordered food at 9:30pm and received at 10:40pm food arrived late uncooked I think the food was microwave the wings were so uncooked that they were pink in the middle I think if you eat this food you will get salmonella from the chicken curly fries were like they came from the freezer straight to me then they take back the food and gave back my money and told me it would be another one 1.30 minutes till I receive it again and will have to pay full price this place would not even get a 0 rating from me the workers have such bad attitude also everything about this restaurant is atrocious
Keep away food poisoning and hospital this is were it will end with this place do not go near this place

After well over 40 mins of waiting in restaurant for a large pizza and wings to come home with it to have a weird taste to not only the wings but pizza as well I am now horribly sick in my bathroom at 3:49am currently writing this with my head hanging over my toilet not impressed will never eat at pizza pizza again.

I have been eating here since I was a kid all the way till I was an adult walking home from a bar run lol. Always has good slices and great people Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian stuff. Food came after 1 hour and 20 minutes and the restaurant is 400 meters away from me I always order from pizza but this time they made me to think twice before ordering from them again food is cold so I didn t want to pay 70 for cold food so I call to fix this they tell me if I don t like this cancel the order after wating on the phone for 20 minutes and they hung up on me never ordering agin from piazza
Just picked up a slice, in a rush, pizza wasnt even cook and bottom was burnt. Guy at cash couldnt be bothered to say HI, and game me the impression I was bothering him. Wasted money, I threw it out.
Air conditioner not working at all, the restaurant was so hot inside making it so uncomfortable for dine-in. last time it was not working too, I request the pizza pizza to look in.
They dont turn on air conditioner. It is cery difficult to eat pizza over there
We went to see a movie at cineplex and wanted something quick and cheap. We grabbed a walk-in special - plain pepperoni. We were told it would take 20 mins so we went and grabbed a drink from timmys. The pizza was fresh because it was just made. It wasn t the best pizza ever but it was 12.95 plus tax (which still seems high but so does everything lately) The bathroom was out of order. One other thing to note is the spiders. They are all over the place outside and they are in the entry vestibule. If you aren t a big fan of them - this is your heads up (I never saw this in any of the other towns or cities I ve lived in but it seems fairly common in cornwall)

As soon as you walk in, theres a strong Smell of deep-frying grease, its a strength that says it old and needs a change badly, what they deep fry with it, Im not aware, but it wasnt there before with the last owner, the single slices of pizza are not up to par as far as Im concerned.

25 years ago, this chain was great. Now, not so much. The food is average here. If you are feeling lazy and dont want to make a frozen pizza, then this is your place. The breaded wings are good, and so are the dipping sauces
