Their pizza is the absolute best! I liked the service: fast, pleasant and friendly. Definitely my go to.

Rude staff

Something off with the cheese on the pizza. It seems to be hit and miss these days.

I usely come to Cornwall once a month to visit family. But before I return home to Montreal I have to order a pizza at Riverside. There pizza is the BEST!!! 5 Bob from Montreal

They make a hell of a pizza

Always good pizza, but dont ask for double ingrediance because it comes with extra any way(thick with peperoni). Sorry there in store dining is out dated, the same it was 45yrs ago, when l was in my 20s. Hate to see it this way, time pays a price. Parking: We never had a problem finding parking on the street

After picking up our pizza, we were having a conversation about why I did not tip because they were not wearing hair nets, and then she pulls out a long hair out of her mouth, Pizza Hut from now on.

Good food but a good renovation would do it wonders and would make me come back. Very dirty and old.

Top-notch pizza has me craving it ...and coming from out of town to indulge. This is a quaint little restaurant which would have been on heck of a spot at its peak. It is a shame that dine-in is not an option because the restaurant is full of character and charm. If you never tried it, definitely give the pepperoni pizza a try!

Their pizzas have changed! Ordered an All dressed last night and there was barely anything on it, except for cheese, the crust was so different that I almost threw our the whole pizza. Im no longer happy with their pizzas. BTW the last three times, they were not great. Im going somewhere else.

I went with my friends and we ordered Pepperoni Pizza, Chicken Pizza, and fries, the pizzas were good, we didnt expect the quantity would be more, it was really heavy for 4 of us, but the taste was good.

Legendary Cornwall style pizza

I received my order, but it was taken over two hrs with cold food. I dont recommend this store.

LOADS of pepperoni. This is a very different type of pizza when compared to what Im used to. Its great for when Im in Cornwall and a must try IMO.

Great food. Also this is the only place my son can have a pouting because they dont put garlic in there gravy. He loves this place because of the poutine

3 hours of delivering the wrong order, and the last time blaming me, being that phone person is too busy to check bill, sent money back... found somewhere else to eat, they were happy to send AD with bacon....just lost a customer of 20 years.

Tried to order at 8 20 on a Monday. They lied and said they were closed. Then hung up on me when I questioned it. Not our 1st bad experience with this place. Just stick to Louis and Northend.

Rude customer service, dont go into the restaurant business if you lack the basic concept of service. Was told Closed when walked inside at 8PM instead of 9PM, even though Google maps which is managed by the owners said it was still open. Inside looks disgusting, smelled bad. Do not go here.

Ordered pizza on May 16th around 5pm order didnt arrive for over an hour. Called at the 45ish min mark and an older lady answered and was extremely rude when we asked when our order would be here she said its on it way in a heavy accent and hung up on us. The pizza finally arrived , it was cold and hard and looked like it had neen reheated many times over. It WAS DISGUSTING!! Never again wil I order from Riverside !!EVER !!

I not from Canada but brought a client over we ordered food when it came time to eat mine was so burnt n everything just came apart I just threw it in the trash I was thinking I was ordering a$7 dollar pizza which turned into $27 the pizza wasnt worth no $27 ..just saying I realize restaurants get busy but come on .....

Its always a great visit to riverside pizzeria. One of our familys favorite places to grab a pizza and poutine to head home with.

You will not find a better pizza than Riverside. You will get what you pay for!

Pizza is wonderful, European man and lady are super rude! Call for pizza at 6:45, at 8:15 still nothing so I call with apologies for calling again to see what s up. They answer with Closed so I rush to explain that I didn t receive my pizza and they start arguing that I cancelled the order and something about me wanting to pay by credit card over phone! I told them they must have their customers mixed up because I only called once, there were no issues during my order and I intended on paying cash. Still rude to me about it, they continue to argue with me, said that I m wrong (I know what I said!) and too bad. They did not care a bit that they alienated what had been until now a pretty loyal customer.

This pizza is simply delicious the sauce is good they dont add to much cheese the crust is perfect I highly recommend this pizza restaurant

Great food, well priced for the quality of food but dont go there expecting a fine dining experience. Always friendly and professional when I call or walk-in.

I dont know who was cooking tonight Monday, but oh my goodness it was awesome back to the way it use to be. Whoever you are thank you so much for an awesome dinner.

I am a diehard north, end, pizza purchaser, but I thought I would try north end tonight. It took almost 2 hours for the pizza to arrive and it was over cooked and cold. I will never order from this place again.

Delicious pizza!

The person who answered the phone was friendly and courteous. After that not so good. After waiting an hour and a half I called about the pizza. Attempting to complain about waiting so long the person hung up on me. The pie came about five minutes later. It was cold and very salty. Overall not a good experience. Will never order from Riverside again.

Ive been here back in 2011 around the same time and most recently and love the Pizza.... very tasty in deed and would def recommend folks to come and check you guys out.

Of course, clean isnt enough. Good cooking is a form of good cleaning and while good, fresh ingredients go a long way, there is something to be said for using a good, fresh night soil. soil as well as the added bonus of being considerably more authentic. the government maintains a vast database of people they consider a threat to the nations security. Love the pizza

Normally I always have great service, today on the other hand was the worst customer service experience. Unfriendly staff, lack of communication and delay on the food was beyond unacceptable. 30-40 minutes was the time given when order was placed, ended up being 75 minutes. Get your priorities and employees straighten out and I just may change my review.

I m from Montreal and have been hoping to find similar quality pizza in Cornwall since it is so close to Quebec. Well, I ve found it!!!!! Thank you Riverside for making such amazing pizza and saving me a trip to La belle province to get my pizza. Hands down best pizza in Cornwall!!!!!!

Riverside Pizza was very heavy and greasy, pasta was ok but not great. No dine in allowed in the restaurant still so had to pick up the food.

Very good poutine for 10.00. The cooks added fried onions for us. Fast delivery. Drinks were warm though ..

Leaving a 3 star because they dont answer phones at 11:30 on Saturdays but apparently are open until midnight? I will suggest an edit on Google that theyre only open until 11pm.

Phone service for delivery is atrocious. Getting food delivered is worst. Delivery will take about 1 hour nearby, longer if you are 3-4km away or away. I live 1 km away and wait 1 hour or more for cold pizza.

We ordered a pizza while we are cursing the river we told them we would meet at Marina 200 and they told us okay I would take 20-30 minutes it ended up taking 1hr 30 minutes Just horrible

I ordered from them at 5:40 I was told 40 minutes at 7pm still no pizza so I called and said I dont want cold food and he said they will have to remake it they expected me to wait another 40 minutes...worse service ever I cancelled my order ...will not order from them ever again

If you like pizza delivered 1+ hours after you order it, and then being chastised and yelled at for having the audacity to politely call to inquire about its whereabouts then this is the pizza place for you! Epic and award winning levels of snark before she hung up on me. Delivery guy was kind, and I still gave him a good tip, pizza was still hot so obviously not his fault. Pizza was actually pretty good, though I was so hungry I could probably have eaten the box and been impressed. Up your customer service game, Riverside!

This goes for almost every restaurant in cornwall , anyways restaurants were decent way back jn the 1960s till about late 1970s , riverside original owners were good , but new ones dont have what it takes on service or as some pointed out clean store .. I dont order from riverside or many others since late 1990s due to many issues , health being top reason ..i mean risk eating unsafe food ..

Hands down, the very best pizza in Cornwall, maybe all of Canada. It can take a while for delivery, especially at peak times but thats because it is great pizza. We usually order ahead of time and pick up. We brought friends down to Cornwall a few times for pizza and they enjoyed pizzas from all the places we tried. But, they tell us the best came from Riverside. They now drive over an hour just for Riverside pizza. :)

Lasagna garlic bread, ceasar salad. Excellent, good value for money, generous portions. Delish! Side note - different style lasagna than around SW Ontario but still good

Worst delivery and customer care. Pizza took over an hour on a Tuesday, arrived box was soggy and tepid. This was a credit from two weeks ago when the order took 1 1/2 hours to arrive and was cold. Will NEVER order from them again. Rudys is way better.

Never had such a filling pizza in my life... No stuffing. Dont look at the cleanliness of the restaurant you will run away.... Very unsanitary. But its the best pizza ever.

This is my first time there today my review is 1. Poor customer service, specially the cashier chubby with pink Floyd hair not sure why she have attitude and grampy and wood food 2. Pizza amazing and the guy that work in oven . 3. Prices on menus even the printed one. Would I go there no, would I recommend them no. Maybe you should learn. Some customers service and come back to Earth and have a mirror specially the cashier women

...so, if you are looking for the BEST EVER old fashioned CLUB SANDWICH PLATTER this is the place to get it...none of this new fandangled different breads with this trending spice or other things you cant even pronounce...just a simple plain old club sandwich which has real chicken and the freshest lettuce and tomatoes, not to mention the hefty portion of bacon cooked to perfection...definitely a must.

Pizza is either a 5 star or a 1 star, This is definitely a 5! Picture on the left is the veggie and the right is the meat lovers (sorry about the bad pics, it was a screenshot off a video).

I havent anything to say but their hours showed open, no one was there, and we werent able to eat.

Our first pizza in Cornwall, bought here based on reviews. 5 out of the 6 people in our family did not enjoy it but perhaps it was an off night.

Worst experience I ve ever had. Unhelpful on the phone, twice the time for delivery, and absolutely disgusting pizza. Soggy, pizza slices weren t cut through. If you like scrambled pizza this place is for you. Cheese was like a layer of rubber, canned mushrooms were gross. Way over priced for what we got- should have followed my gut and ordered from Pizza Hut.

The best pizza I ever tasted....I live in casselman and I drive 45 min to get it. Theirs a lot of stuff on it and always a delight to eat.

Amazing pizza that has remained unchanged over the years. I can t stress nearly enough how incredible the pizza is. After travelling all over the world and sampling countless pies, Riversides pizza remains my favourite by far! I have been enjoying Riversides delicious pizza for 30 years now (oh man time flies!). If I am anywhere near Cornwall, I will make a detour to grab a pizza, just to relive the memories of the past and to remind myself that even today, some of the best things don t change they simply stay the same. In Riversides case, this is a good thing! Thanks for the years of amazing pizza! You have left a permanent mark on my tastebuds.

Its a family go-to dining place, although you can also go dine alone, which is fine. Its what I did. The food was great! I ordered a large Lasagna but I didnt mind to ask how big it was, compared to the only other size option small, so when the order came, man large is indeed large! I was happy though - ate what I can and had the rest to-go for dinner.

Love that its almost as good as Cornwall BBQ. Second best Id say.

I was recommend here by a colleague who said if your passing by Cornwall, and hungry, it s worth jumping off the 401 and taking a 10mins detour for the best deep-dish (but not Chicago style) pizza you ll have in a while. Well he was right... Riverside did not disappoint! I had the small Riverside special pizza (which means bacon and onions, on top of the already included green peppers, sauce, cheese and a shockingly large amount of sliced pepperoni... bring on those meat sweats fellas!) I had to pack out two and a half slices in the end... though I did also have a regular classic poutine too. The service and price are good to boot aswell... it s worth the detour.

Amazing Cornwall-style pizza

This is the best pizza in Canada, and Ive eaten pizza in every single province and territory. Cornwall style pizza is similar to Montréal in appearance, but way better. Truly a pizza pie without being deep dish. Excellent quality toppings, especially the local sources pepperoni. The amount of toppings they put on a pizza is second to none. A small pizza can feed 2 to 4, while a large single slice is a meal for many. The XL is absolutely enormous and heavy with cheese and toppings.

What happen to you guys. . One hour 37 minutes to receive a poorly made pizza. Cold to the touch. . Refused delivery and called North End Pizza. For a hog PIZZA So sad Cornwall best pizza now horrible.
