Common sense isnt so common these days, but today Big Bites showed me a glimmer of hope. Was placing an order on UberEats while doing something pretty consumptive of focus at the same time. When I chose an item and list of ingredients appeared, and I saw nothing I didnt want I quickly selected all of them and finished my order. Little did I know I had just chosen to remove every single topping besides the chicken from my wrap. Instead of simply doing what the tables said they questioned the order (presumably because it was reduced to nothing you couldnt whip up at home in a second with the same results) and reached out to Uber Eats to confirm there wasnt a mistake. Its little things like this that go a long way. I really hope the food is as good as the other reviews say, because I have always disliked staying in Cornwall for work. The hotel my employer puts us in is kinda cruddy and besides the selection chain joints (BP, ESM, etc) the food Ive tried is bordering on miserable. Have I found my spot? If so Id love to cut out Uber and come meet the crew! Vegetarian options: I havent recieved my food yet and only glanced at the menu but saw at least one item (vegetable pita) which leads me to believe they are accomodating.

First time in Cornwall. Went to Big Bites on recommendation. Did not disappoint! Food was delicious and service was fast!

Got the smoked meat poutine, it tasted funky, barely any gravy and the cheese tasted sour. We took 2 bites and stopped eating it. -Ordered something else instead.

Wow ok I now had to edit my review. First time I went there I gave it a 5 star. Got the exact same thing and wow absolutely disgusting. Omg talk about a different cook or something. Half the bacon on my cheese dog was cooked other half was still raw it was so gross. Ill never go back. So disappointed.

Smoked meat isnt just a sandwich, its an experience! Sadly, You may not find it here. For $13.00 I expect the experience. Sadly, the sandwich provided had the meat. A sorry piece of dill, and two rye loaf ends. The meal was more of a thick slder than a sandwich- totally unacceptable and maybe a result of drive through customer service...you know, you have already driven away and are unlikely to turn around and waste more time! I wont be returning.

Loved this place. What an amazing discovery. We all loved our food and the service was amazing. It is hard to decide which was more amazing the cheeseburger or smoked meat. I love the fries and the Greek salad too. Food : 5/5

Enjoyed this place Service was solid, burger was phenomenal, and the pricing was good. The fired were a little soggy and needed salt, but thats about the only negative to my meal. Ordered the Big Bite Burger, and it was worth every penny.

Went to get 2 gift cards for Christmas and the cashier wanted to charge me $5. tax on 2 gift cards I refused to pay and turned and told her didnt want them and then she changed her mind with out paying the tax why pay for gift cards and the person that is going to use them pay tax again

The guy on drive thru was so polite the food was awesome.

I would never order from big bites because they call in for a delivery but it takes 30 minutes for them to make it while you sit there. I give this restaurant a one out of five star rating.

The cashier/waitress tried to steal from me. I went through the drive thru, my order was $9.37. Paid by card, she held the keypad at an angle so I couldnt see the amount and pulled it back quickly. It seemed pretty sus, so I checked my banking app immediately. I was charged $19.37. The cashier/waitress thought that she should give herself a tip in excess of 100% without my knowledge. I was refunded the whole amount after speaking with a manager. Food was OK, but service from the first person was beyond terrible. I just want people out there to know that there are bad people in this world who are jealous of the success of others and have no problem stealing for you to even things out.

So my friend suggested we visit Big Bites for the first time and from the moment we walked in the door we got greeted by the most friendliest staff the Food was amazing I personally had the Big Bite Burger .. Had the Big Bite burger and was amazed! The beef patty was thick and juicy. The fries were just as we like. I was blown away with the chili, which is their own recipe. Almost forgot about the wonderful smoked meat. Thanks for a great meal!

My husband is always on the lookout for good smoked meat. Neither of us had ever been to this restaurant before, but my goodness, it was a delight! Very delicious food, fresh, hot, and wildly cheap for the quality! Absolutely a new favorite for us.

Poutine here are big! Tried the beef and onion pouting, was crispy full of cheese, and gravy. Was so much food partner took it back home as a late night snack. Highly recommended

Huge thanks to the three guys working at Big Bites tonight! They were just about to close the restaurant but they allowed me to come in and order my food, which was much appreciated! They were super nice about it too, I know how much of a bummer it is when someone walks in just as youre about to lock the doors! The food was 20/10 and the service was 100/10!! I definitely reccommend and will definitely come back again, but Ill make sure to stop by a little earlier than closing time.... sorry guys! Vegetarian options: They have a couple of vegetarian options! I personally love the veggie pita! They also have a veggie sub and a few salads that are vegetarian friendly!

Excellent food. Burgers are phenomenal, Fries are very good and the poutine doesnt disappoint. Their hot dogs are interesting (the bacon and cheese dogs specifically). Ive ate here a few times and its always been very hot & fresh. The service was great. The nice lady noticed we had our daughter with us and offered her a slushy on the house. Great overall experience.

I was about to go to Subway, which was right next door, but decided to try something different. I was pleasantly surprised by the plethora of different options to eat. The burgers were very tasty along with everything else I ordered. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable of their menu. I didnt get to try the poutine, so thats the next thing Im ordering

I really love this place! The burgers are my favourite, the poutine is also bomb. Sometimes you have to wait a bit in the drive thru, but it is so worth it! I highly recommend this place! I hear the smoked meat is also delish, but I have yet to try :)

I was really impressed with my order. Two poutines and bacon cheese Burger was $17 something. I thought it tasted very good. The Food is Great. Drive thru is slow because its made to order. 100% worth the wait.

The Mexican Sub is really great! Packaging can be improved though, its a pity that some of the heavenly sauses be lost. Im sure my cars upholstery is happy with the taste, however Im selfish and dont want to share

After a nice walk along the back path we decided to go for a hot dog and fry...they surprised us with free slushies with the colors of Ukraine to show their support and our Pudgy Pug got a treat too. Best fries in town and the hot dogs were fantastic. What amazingly friendly service:)

Hotdogs are absolutely delicious, both all dressed and plain. Hamburgers taste exactly like what you want them to and have an amazing home style bun taste to it. Fries are 10/10 the best in town, and the poutine is made to perfection. I recommended this restaurant to anyone wanting an amazing meal.

Absolutely the best vegetarian sub Ive ever had! Perfectly toasted homemade bun, super fresh lettuce and cucumbers, perfectly ripe tomatoes, tasty olives and onions, blended with feta and an oil and vinegar dressing. Ill never eat another sub anywhere else! Big Bites, Ill be back often!

Best smoked meat in town by far! I went with my son, my wife and her father everyone was very happy with what they got. Staff from the guy in the front to the team in the kitchen are also very friendly and interacted with my son, while keeping service quick! Five stars for me!

Love big bites! Their. Smoked meat sandwiches are delicious, generous portion of smoked meat with fresh cut fries and of course the pickle! I suggest ordering a whole pickle, they are there best real deli pickles, we have tried their burgers too juicy and big!

During one of my visits to this establishment, I witnessed a young male employee get yelled at by the back staff once for making a mistake. This was done in front of customers so I can t imagine how they treat their employees when no one is looking. This visit made me uncomfortable and I asked the young man if he was okay, he explained that he was used to it. Sad. I won t be returning. I ordered 2 poutines and they were nothing more than okay. Fries were over cooked.

The first time my family and I ate here we were impressed by the customer service and the fries were great. This time though we decided to get The Philly steak subs. And they are not good at all. For some reason there is steak sauce and smoked meat on the subs which was not in the description.. The steak on the sub tastes like roast beef and the gravy we got for the fries wasnt made properly. It is thick and congeeled. Also, the fries and most of the subs are burnt. We also asked for one to have extra onions and there was no label to specify which out of the subs it was. This whole experiance was a huge disapointment. And I am so sorry that I fed my body and my family this garbage. Get your act together you have the potential to be a great restaurant. P.S. change the oil and clean your meat slicer.

Big Bites Cornwall is absolutely fantastic. The food is to die for and the service is even better! We got the triple stacked burger full dressed and the poutine with extra gravy & curds... Worth every penny. The entire staff is positive and seem to enjoy working there as they served us with smiling enthusiasm. Will most definitely be returning!

Decent fries.... great bacon cheese dogs... very good customer service...and despite being very busy...the head cook was on top of things...calling out production to the other two cooks...and getting things set so all the parts of the order were all finished at yhe same time.... Great job all...well done...will gladly go back to try other meals...

Did not like owner attitude

The staff are friendly. The food is good, but rather inconsistent. The drive through is nice, but it moves slower than weve become accustomed to. Both times I went I got the philly sub. It was very good both times, but also slightly different too. All steak on the first one with carmelized onion and melty mozza(?) slices all on the perfect roll. The second one was the same except half my meat was smoked meat. Still delicious. My greek salad didnt come with any dressing. It was all romaine, but had crumbled feta and sliced olives. The other time I went I got a combo and didnt get my drink. I had to sit and wait the very long wait for the next order to be ready before someone came back to the window so I could ask for my missing drink. Ive enjoyed the eating part of both of my visits. I do think there could be a bit better care taken on the orders, especially considering the prices. Could be theyre a bit new, and well, covid screwed with everything.

French onion soup and chicken ceasor on a bun was superb. I will definitely recommend and return.

If you want real smoked meat, not the pretend kind, it melts in your mouth. Service was good food portion was worth the price. It was hard to communicate through the plexiglass and both of us wearing mask, but we got it all right

Decided to try this place on Saturday night (during a snow storm!) because we were out and my son wanted chicken fingers for supper. Everything about this place was fabulous! The staff were amazing, super friendly - even giving my son a free slushie, which made him super thrilled (and he couldn t believe that they gave it to him for free!). The food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Big Bites and will definitely be going again!
