Wheelchair accessibility: This is so run down the staff is not nice i think it is rude that they talk to each other in their language they speak english and when you are working or serving a customer it should be english spoken and for god sakes smile it is free and yes we miss the best manager Kevin when will he be back that is when we will be back

The staff was very rude and never order nuggets, because there werent many customers, the nuggets were so old and dried out that they looked like rubber. Don t go there. If you go there, don t expect too much. There are a lot of restaurants around there.

I haven t stopped there in a long time but if you are looking for a quick stop for two fountain cokes it was between 7&8 dollars so it will be an even longer before I stop in again.

If the debit machine is down please notify the customer before taking the order. I had an experience today ordering the food at the drive thru and ended up paying and collecting the food at the restaurant due to debit machine fault. I would have gone to Wendy s than doing this lol. No complaints for food it s all about the service.

The food was cold as ice. Considering I asked for a burger with no tomato, which should be custom and not just sitting there. However, there were tomatoes on the burger, so of course my daughter wouldnt eat it. They also forgot my onion rings

We had to take a detour off the highway and ended up in front of Burger King in Cornwall. I dont think I have ever had one of their burgers (I usually go to Harveys), but my road trip pals decided they would like Burger King and I have to say I have been converted The Whopper was really good and service and cleanliness of the restaurant were excellent.

Its a burger king. The food is good but you have to be very careful with order accuracy at this location. I have received incorrect orders many times here.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ive tried to eat at burger king 3 times this month because Ive been craving it and all 3 times theyve been closed. How can a fast food chain be closed at 5pm on a Friday when youre located on the main road in and out of town! Where are the standards. Come on 3 times this month!! I dont care what issues you may be having with staffing, figure it out this is unacceptable.

Never complaints about the food or the service. The property is starting to show its age. Could use a lick of paint here and there, but that wont stop me from a whopper fix.

Probably the worst one I have seen as far as the building goes but dont judge a book by its cover. Super friendly staff. Server at the window clearly loves his job. Best service ever!!

Staff was unorganized. Getting mad/yelling/rolling eyes at another employee. All while there was a line up... Foods ok. I asked for no ice in drink, but got ice.

Havent eaten here in many years and I will never again. Chose eating there. Cashier was very helpful. They advertised Jalapeno bites, told me not in stock. I asked why is there not a sign? No reply. Ordered a kids meal for my daughter, told us no toys. I asked for my receipt and magically they offered her an ice cream. Food was horrible. Fries still very cold, daughters burger was burnt and dried out. Chicken fries also cold. Nuggets were warm. Basically threw out the entire meal and went somewhere else.

Love going to my favorite burger king especially when Tessa hyderman is working she makes me feel very special my food is always good and her leadership makes it a great experience thank you Tessa keep up the great work

The issue I have is with the parking lot. There were NO lights at all in the parking lot. It was completely dark, very unsafe.

Unfortunately this location is very hit or miss. You can get a correct order one time with hot food and the next a cold incorrect order. Always check your order when going through the drive thru

We ate at the location on March 8, 2021 and were served cold chicken nuggets and a cold cheese burger.

Fries were hot and fresh and they upsold me on the two pies for $2. They were tasty!

Went through the drive through, which was quick. Employee on the intercom was very pleasant. Got my order and went home. Opened the order to find it was all wrong. Tried calling but no answer. Went back through the drive through and as I explained the error, they knew and remembered right away. They advised they would prepare my order fresh, and to keep the incorrect food. When I got to the window, was sincerely apologized too, and given two pies as an extension of their apology. Everyone is capable of making mistakes, but this location made it right in the end. When arriving home with the food, it was hot, and good! Will be back.

A burger is a burger and some of the menu deals are good and cheap.

Couldn t even get a small order correct. No marinara sauce with two orders of mozzarella sticks and asked for salt and ketchup but those were not in the bag either. Unbelievable! Only other items were two sandwiches - I should be glad we got those. And, you can t go in to get missing stuff so you d have to go through the drive-through again.

The premises needs some TLC but the service was generally alright. Service at the drive-thru was bit slow though understandable given that I went during a busy time of the day.

You have to wait often for your order. But, 10 minutes wait on a meal is really not that bad. Other than that, its the food youre expecting so, good.

This location is getting more and more useless. Either their grill is down, probably because the kids dont know how to light a pilot light when it goes out. Or you go to order beef and they are out, all they have is chicken. Or you want to pay via debit and they tell you their machine is down. The new boundary location seems better.

Rip you off all time. Went back for the combo they didnt give me and of course im mad when i have to go back got threatened they would call the cops they didnt give my combo or money back... seems to be the new thing... theyve lost my business completely after this.. no wonder burger king is barely holding on lots of other places to eat.

A few times I go and am asked to pull ahead being told my order was being made fresh, however when I get my order it is room temperature. The are asking people to move ahead as they are on a timer and get in trouble if timer goes over. Wouldnt mind pulling ahead if when I get my order it was fresh

Food is good, standard burger king food... but they dont turn on the parking lot lights at night, and they always seem to be close earlier than there hours when I try to order later.

Usual stop but given was 4 meals really wish the had gotten the orders right and actually given napkins as well as the dip for the nuggets.... ended up 1 woofer short as well as a drink and a fry. Thus of the 4 orders not 1 was right.

Normally this is an okay Burger King. Today, not so much. Very stale buns, the hamburgers looked like they were thrown together from across the room, and I think the lady that served us was having a bad day because she seemed a bit short tempered.

Asked for freshly made and it was completely brushed off. The food was warm, cheese wouldn t even melt. Just old and gross.

Supper of horror and indigestible. Couples dinner on October 8, 2020. It was disastrous in a word except for the kindness of the young waitress who spoke French and who served us diligently. It was disastrous for the rest. There was clearly a lack of coordination and communication between employees. It was chaos. A customer was really angry when we were served before her even though she was there long before us to place her order. We ordered two king deals at $4.99 each with two apple turnovers at 2 for $2.00. Everything was cold and I emphasize the word cold because it wasnt even lukewarm. There were only a few free tables inside due to the pandemic climate and the fountain beverage dispenser was temporarily out of action for the same reason. We have some photos to offer you. My brother recommended that we try the King Burger he made it sound so good double Pattys bacon cheese so the wife and I tried it on us Friday night the bun was cold the meat was so so it wasnt a good experience I should have bought a couple whoppers for a quarter of the price

Went to Burger King on Brookdale around 5:30. They were so busy but the staff was above accommodating and professional! Kept apologizing for the wait but 20 minutes in these times is not long.
