Disappointed in the package of cheese curds given to a large poutine that i had ordered.. the staff said it varies from owner to owner about the quantity of cheese that they give out .,.just strange that they even count that,,!! It should be standard since it’s a large size poutine Lots of fries and heavy sauce (plus their sauce it tasted like burnt 🥵 and bland..not well seasoned either) and very little cheese curds for the meal 🥘 Normally other Harvey’s do that as a standard (2x packs of cheese 🧀 curds) Anyways not coming back anymore …😒😒😒
Simren decided that he was going to help himself to are money, We gave him cash, 32.75 are meal came to 32.65, We thought it was weird how he counted the money way off to the side window shut then gathered it all back and said we were missing $2 so us trusting him gave him 2 more dollars, But figuring it out after counting my money, we gave him the right amount and were only owed 10cents, Now he has an extra 2$ for himself, You should never expect a tip or try and steal from your customers !! And do better and include napkins. NOT IMPRESSED,

I went through the drive-through today to get seven kids meals some for my children and two for my dogs and I was served by a very happy, smiley young man. Very courteous and polite and told me everything wouldn’t take too long and kept me posted. Very upbeat. Good job keep up the good work!
Honestly livid. Trash right from the greeting at the drive thru speaker, which took a solid minute in the looting rain with my window down to receive. "Go ahead with your order" he says unenthusiastically. To which I reply kindly I'll take a chocolate shake and a birthday cake pie please. "What" he replied. "Just a chocolate shake" I reply louder mildly irritated by the lack of manners. "I can't hear you" he retorts. Now soaking wet and beyond annoyed I shout back 1 chocolate shake. I then arrive at the window after traversing the small canyon of a pothole in the drive thru (seriously fix this, your location in terms of accessibility is already a huge detriment on business undoubtedly - so having a car swallowing hole in the line up just about guarantees anyone with a luxury vehicle only comes once) . Once arriving at the window I ask to pay by interac and extend my phone. The dweeb then closes the drive thru window ,fumbles the lock at the top closed, grabs the interact machine slow as balls all, unlocks the window and opens it just enough to squeeze the machine through and extends the interact machine a mere 8 inches for my to hang out my car in the downpour and tap. After waiting a few minutes I received this hardly mixed shake that now ten minutes of whipping with a straw later I can now consume. Seriously if no one's told you to fire this kid yet I'm standing here waving my arms like a maniac. Maybe make him shovel some gravel from the huge pile in your parking lot to fix some holes first though. Good chance I'll never dine here again even though you've got the best shakes in town (normally.)
Service and the meal were excellent. It was fairly quiet but many tables had crumbs on them. The wooden high chair legs were black nearly ten inches high from the floor and the arms sides were also. I would never put a child in a filthy chair like that. Cobwebs in the bathroom and you could see the floor corners were also black as no one took extra time to properly clean. It’s too bad because we love Harvey’s food.
Never had been in one before. Concept good, but the burger- not so much. Excellent onion rings. Salted caramel shake wasn't fab. Tasted of artificial flavor maybe it wasn't but it tasted that way. Ho with the chocolate.
I loved the service and quality of food with proper sensitizing.
Hamburger was great, car order was friendly and quick.

I walked in and didnt have to fight for a seat. The lineup was short. The chicken dinners are pretty good. Organizing the orders there was a little bit of a struggle. But they definitely got it right this time. Im not a huge fan of the air conditioning over your head. But that comes with everybodys comfort zone. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. And if the chicken dinners are not your thing. They also have specials on different days watch for those. The parking is a breeze with lots of space for all vehicles and campers.

Just came from working out and was so hungry. Was Greeted with a smile like I was her best friend. I hope I get this right, but I think her name was Simran. I ordered a grill chicken wrap. She told me was gonna be 10 minutes and told me I could sit while I Weed. It only took 10 minutes they called me to the counter, asked me what kind of vegetables I wanted in the wrap and then they made it up for me. Now It was getting close to the time they close the dining room but I am handicapped and I explain to her It is difficult for me to eat in the car Because I only have the use of one hand due to a stroke that I had two years ago and that and that I wouldn t wouldn t take long to eat And she said ok go ahead. the wrap was very healthy And absolutely delicious. when I was finished, she asked me if I wanted a bag for the stuff I didn t eat. She could say I was having difficulty walking So she asked me If she could help me carry my stuff out to the car She went out of her way for me. To help me. I. Highly recommend This restaurant Vegetarian options: They had salads there plus the wrap that you can make up. You can definitely make it a veggie wrap and a lot of veggies to choose from for My wrap Parking: There was plenty of parking and there was two different spots to park that I remember seeing the parking kind of wrapped around the building So it was easy accessible for those were disabilities

Cornwall Ontario the driveway at this restaurant is horrible. The picture is a huge pothole in the drive thru. Drive carefully all around the restaurant is very bad I really do like the food though.
Lack of maintenance .
I have ordered online abd the food was vedy dry and all i have ordered fod first time and also i have tried their food for first time and it was not good and cold also i am very disappointed
The staff are generally quite good and the food is pretty good. But on my visit today I noticed that the whole restaurant smells like a sewer, particularly near the washrooms. I hope this is fixed asap
Just ok. Time to look at adding a Swiss Chalet with the Harveys. Too many burger places in Cornwall. Lets expand and add a Montanas, Moxies, Keg, Baton Rouge.

You could smell the bathrooms from the dining area. They really need to spend some time cleaning. My wife and I will never go back.

Like the food, but I wish they would fix the parking lot. Its full of potholes. Its also very poorly lit. 4 Parking: Badly in need of fixing the large holes and cracks, and needs better lighting. Theres next to no lights in the parking lot.

Recently visited this place and to be honest the experience was good and the staff was also very friendly
Parking: The Parking lot at the Cornwall , Ontario location is terrible , their is a ton of large Pot holes this makes for very dangerous driving , you need to repair the driveway entrance also the drive through entrance. Please make sure this is attended to , I would hate for someone to drive into one of those big large holes this could damage a vehicle.

good place to eat a delicious food
The classic Harveys Burgers just the way I Like it. Double Cheese with easy on the sauces Mustard/Ketchup/Relish/Chipotle/Onions/Hot Peppers/Tomatoes/and Pickles. The taste from some 40 years I have known. Well I did add a few new things. But its perfect. And so far I have had it 3 times at this location and fresh it has been even at the drive true. But I will say the parking is in need of mega repairs.
We ve been waiting for mor. Than 15 minutes in the drive thru. They should hire more employees to run the business.

I never thought Id say that. But Im disappointed. Not by the food but by the service and the atmosphere. The burgers there are always delicious and tasty. On the other hand, the interior of the restaurant deserves a refresh. And the service was very ordinary.

Food is always great, aside from the deep fried pickles occasionally being over cooked. And they often forget items like apple pies. Parking: The parking lot is notorious for its potholes, they have made some effort in correcting it, however.

I live in Florida now, spent my early life going to this Harvey s, the one thing about coming home again was that this location never changed, it was perfect! Very disappointed they updated it considering A&W Canada is going back to the their retro-style . They need to change it back! That all being said, I get it, but why? Food still like I remember, a classic Harvey burger and poutine hit the mark, and the service is still great. Bring back the retro Harveys! Included pictures from 2018 vs 2023 .

Food was Meh, the restaurant itself is nice and staff is very good.
Disgustingly dirty and we ve been there on two separate occasions. The second time, there were no salads at all. Door had signs of a break-in, as it wouldn t even close properly. Windows/doors were filthy! Garbage cans were overflowing. This was 1:30 in the afternoon, Aug. 28, 2023. Only two customers dining in at that moment. The sweet senior lady was apologetic that they didn t have salads. The other young lady behind the counter watched us come in, never even smiled, said hello OR goodbye. Someone from corporate office needs to take a visit incognito and order lunch here! Then let s see what their review will be! Vegetarian options: They didn t have any!!!

We used the drive thru. We ordered hot dogs which were very good. We were advised that it would take five minutes because they were not cooked yet. They offered to bring our order to the car. The young lady brought the order as promised. She was very professional with a smile and an apology for the delay.

Drive through. Burgers were ice cold. Barely any toppings. Id asked for all dressed, but no tomato, no pickle, no onion were on the burger. Apparently all dressed means a dab of ketchup and mustard with a shred of lettuce
Closed before 9 on a Friday night???? Wow. Hard to give more stars if I cant get food! And dont tell me youre open because I called the restaurant seven times and it rang until automatically disconnecting each time.

Used drivethrew,no ketchup, no napkins ,and 1/2 the fries .it was terrible the WORST HARVEYS .

Ordered from Doordash. Order mustve been sitting for a while as it arrived stone cold and was not very good. The restaurant is about 1km from my place , very unlikely it was because of the driver. I ordered two kids meals, and was missing one fry and the two toys. I tried calling the restaurant twice, left it ring until someone picked up and hung up on me. Doordashs customer service is better as they helped me right away. Not impressed with that location.
Had lunch today Harvey s Cornwall, fresh food, friendly staff, very clean restaurant.
Consistently getting my simple order wrong and can never properly cook anything. I used to go here all the time but now everything is undercooked and the staff cant follow simple directions. Dont work customer service if you cant follow what the customer wants.
The lady on the cash for drive was rude ! And our meal was missing stuff.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Nastiest food I ve ever gotten. Ordered chicken nuggets, ceasar salad, & Buffalo chicken poutine. All food was cold and tasted like it sat for hours. The nuggets were stale, cold & made me sick. They didn t give me the right salad & the lettuce was wilted so I didn t eat it. the poutine was so bad I just threw it out. Ever since they updated the outside of the store they ve been just terrible. I wouldn t recommend if you don t want to get food poisoning. Sad because I used to love Harvey s, now they re trash

This restaurant used to be a wonderful place to eat at. It seems it might be under new management, and its quality has dropped significantly. The windows are filthy, the floors are sticky everywhere, and the tables were all uncleaned. The staff will laugh and have great time amongst themselves in the back, but when it comes time to deal with customers, they are quite unfriendly, unprofessional, and overall did not seem to even want to be there. The only one who seemed to enjoy working there was the cook in the back. I dont expect ultimate pampering when I go to a restaurant, but i certainly do not expect to be treated like Im unwelcome. Basic customer service is essential.

The only issue I had with Harveys is there were no lights in the parking lot. It was completely dark. That can be safety hazard. I hope they turn on some lights.

Quite terrifying, actually. Used the mens washroom and it smelt like a urinal. There appeared to be some orange fungus growing on the bathroom sink. Caused me to wonder if my burger was safe to eat. There were three staff and three customers in the building. Two of the staff were sitting on a break and when I approached one of the older staff about the issue, she just threw up her arms and stated that she didnt know anything about it. I will not be back. Very disappointing.

probably one of the worst places i ve tried to order off of out of cornwall. not only is the staff ignorant they don t put the costumers needs first. terrible service and absolutely ignorant over the phone. cant seem to care my food will arrive cold when i spent 50$+ on my order! just sad.
