Bad experience! It starts by our food took a hour and a half to arrive, everything was cold, i ordered a greek salad and the lettuce was old i had 1 tomato and 2 pieces of cucumber a couple of crumbs of feta cheese i could barley see and onions on it even though i asked for without…the receipt even says no onions. my chicken wrap had very sweet mayo on it i couldn’t eat it because it tasted awful..i guess i should of asked if it was mayonnaise or miracle whip but i’ve never seen a club wrap with miracle whip on it before. The chicken pita was drowned in sauce making it inedible, and i normally loved extra sauce! (no i didn’t ask for extra sauce on that) we also got a chili poutine and a regular poutine which they were okay but not even warm. we live about 6 minutes away from the restaurant. this used to be one of my favourite places to eat, sad to see the quality has dramatically decreased. not worth 60$ to essentially only be able to eat the poutines. lost a customer that’s for sure
Amazing food at great prices! The wings are delicious, the Kells kitchen sub is a favorite and do yourself a favour and upgrade your fries to a poutine. The fries, gravy and cheese curds are amazing and they don't skimp out on the curds like so many others in town. Also, the staff is amazing and if there is ever an issue with your order (which is rare), they will make it right. Best food in Cornwall!
Extremely rude. Went in because I thought it was a sit down restaurant. It looked like a large building and there was a lot of parking so I didn’t think that was an unreasonable assumption. Especially for a place that does Greek food. I walked in and said “this isn’t a sit down restaurant?” More as a rhetorical question than an actual one. The woman at the front cash was very short with me, said “no” and turns around and starts talking to another employee while I’m standing there. I’m CLEARLY not local if I thought it was a sit down place and just because it’s not a sit down restaurant, doesn’t mean I won’t order, the pictures of the Greek food looked good (and again, it was PLATED…. I know now the customer plated it themself). I stood there for a few seconds and she just continued talking to the co-worker. So I said ok…. And left. To whoever was at the front counter I’m sorry I offended you so badly by asking a question (albeit rhetorical) and I’m sorry I’m not perfect like you must be. What a gift to be the greatest person alive. Pathetic. Learn some customer service. Sad when someone at a gas station is better at serving customers than you. LOL
Great little take out only spot, close to FreshCo grocery store. My favourite item on the menu, that I’ve tried so far, is the pulled pork nachos. If you don’t want to cook, and crave some take out, I couldn’t recommend a better place! The only thing I wish, is that they would have an inside dining section, or perhaps a rooftop patio, for the summer months. But for what it is, a good take out spot, it does it’s job, very well.
I got a chicken pita platter and it was AWFUL! The chicken smelled like fish, had onions even though it was requested without. The potatoes were bland and gritty inside, the feta cheese was WET, olives were insanely dry and the "dressing" was more oil than anything. The rice was the only thing that was half decent. They should definitely stick to wings and things.
Such yummy and crispy wings. Definitely well cooked and marinated. I personally would recommend the buffalo wings if you’re a fan of spice! The pizzas ingredients tasted fresh and delicious! Definitely should try it out :)
This place was a very short drive from the best Western and worth the jaunt. For a great price they gave me a big man portion and more fries than I could finish. If I'm ever back in Cornwall I will definitely hit this place up again.

I order from here often. This steak and pep sub was a disgrace. No meat no sauce and its cold. 35 dollars for that wow. Never again...

Was visiting someone in Cornwall ..he was raving about and said he orders from there all the time ..we got souvlaki platters ..they were really good lots of chicken rice potatoes and salad they only disappointed I had was there was no souvlaki sauce apparently you have to ask for it .the lady taking the orders and giving the food was very nice and we will definitely be back there again ..sorry didn t think about taking picture it just looked so yummy lol Parking: Plenty of parking

I will never have a complaint about this restaurant! When calling so respectful on the phone and on top of that always good wait times for food being delivered. The food is always great portions and the price is well deserved with the amount of food you get. My bf and I have had the best food from there and my favorite is there chicken ceaser salad and there Buffalo chicken nachos yum. Plus more.

Horrible experience! We were not given an ETA cause they hung up before we could ask. Called after waiting over an hour & was given RUDE answer of Well we will call you when our driver leaves with the order asked for an ETA & was told 15 mins.... 45 mins later, driver calls saying he was waiting.. we werent called! Rush there to meet him & GONE. Call driver & finally get our order (2 hours later). Food is cold, wings were mush & tasted BURNT. UNEDIBLE!

This place is priced right but thats not even the best part! Its all about the food***** always delicious, never had an issue with food quality If they forget an item they give options, run it over to you asap or give you a credit for your next order. Also the lady that probably answers the phone is so pleasant, even though she answered the phone 300 times a day, she is always friendly and never in a rush. Terrible experience, went to pick up my order and the receptionist was eating at front counter, licked her fingers and handed me the food without washing hands. Didn t feel like saying anything to her but threw all the food in the garbage. Not good for a restaurant s image.

I haven t ordered from Kells in years as my first experience was less than adequate. But things change I ve time, however the food in this case didn t. I had a bacon cheese burger, poutine and cheese sticks. Mozzarella sticks were alright. Burger wasn t anything special, bacon on it was very stringy, lettuce was very wilted and old, but the tomato was good and the sauce was nice. Poutine that claims has curds most certainly had at best chunk of mozzarella that they are trying to pass as curds. I know curds and they do NOT melt like that. Very disappointing. If you as Kells read this, don t advertise curds when you re not serving them. It s disrespectful to lie.

Only tried the wings as they were highly reviewed. Honestly dont understand the hype at all. They were cold, dry and the sauce was very bland. They were also pretty expensive. Not sure about the other foods but I would skip the wings
We were staying in Cornwall for 2 nights and were looking for take out for dinner on the first night. Decided to give Kells Kitchen a try and it was so delicious that we ordered from there for dinner the next night too! So delicious. We will definitely be back any time we are traveling through the area!

Yesterday evening was my first experience with Kells as I had heard several good things from a friend of mine who orders from here frequently and wanted to try their burgers Ive heard so much about. I was NOT disappointed, I ordered both the Canadian and the Jalapeno burgers and both were above and beyond my expectations. The burger was a smash style which is my absolute favorite way to enjoy a burger and the toppings and sauces were top notch. The beer braised onions and pea-meal bacon on the Canadian Burger and the fresh jalapenos on the other made for an absolutely delicious meal through and through. Sometimes when you get through eating a burger you feel heavy and uncomfortable, not with Kells! You can tell that their ingredients are quality and that they put a lot of love into the food they make. I look forward to trying more of the items on their menu as there are alot of options that peaked my interest, if you havent tried a Kells burger, get on it!!

Best chicken wings in the entire town.
Ordered a Chicago style pizza expecting a Deep-Dish pizza. Received a fairly thin chewy crust pizza, with good amount of sauce and cheese, and a pile of what appears to be raw or slightly cooked pepperoni. We picked it off and ate the rest. I am very disappointed as I was sold something that is not a Chicago-Style pizza. As a suggestion, use the style of pepperoni that Little Cesars uses, and crisp it right up. That would be a step in the right direction if the restaurant doesnt have the proper pans to make it what it should be. Im giving two stars for the fact the pizza arrived hot, and the driver was nice.

Ordered Buffalo wings last night.. I had heard so much about the wings here. They were a mushy mess and def had nothing Buffalo about them! I called thinking maybe the order was messed up, the girl was very nice but my tough luck

Nasty raw chicken and the yelled at my husband when he called very nicely about it. Horrible food. Horrible customer service.
I love their whole entire menu, although not much of a fan of the poutine.. tastes like they add cinnamon.. .. seems kinda sweet tasting, oppose to a regular beef flavored gravy that I am accustomed to.

After several attempts at trying kills kitchen, disappoints everytime. Their lack of customer service is terrible, the receptionist is extremely rude when taking orders and gets annoyed when you ask questions. They always say 40 minutes for a delivery order, and we ve received our order on numerous occasions after a hour and a half- almost two hours.

One of the best places to get delivery. They have amazing onion rings and they make a mean house club for cheap. They also have delicious burgers. They are courteous and delivery is quick. Their wings are also awesome.

New to Cornwall and have been ordering from different restaurants trying to find a good pizza place. Well this is it !!!! Look no more. You have to try this place. We have purchased like 8 different meals at different intervals and we have NEVER been dissatisfied, not once. They seem to take great pride in the quality of their meals. On time delivery and good prices. Go ahead and order... !!!

I have now been ordering from here for around 7 years. Pretty much since right after they opened. There are no discounts for pickup orders. There is only what is on the menu. If you order a pizza that is not on the menu you will be charged full price per topping. But they make a GREAT salmon steak platter that is well worth the price. The Tzatziki is great! The food portions seem to be much larger then most places and the Kells burger sauce is wonderful if overabundant. Honestly a Chilie cheese dog platter is enough food for me to eat for 2 days. So why not give 5 stars you ask? Im old and cheap and I want my discounts for picking up my own food instead of having it delivered!!!!! Edit: Be aware that they really overdo it on hot peppers with nachos etc to the point where you cannot taste the food. So if ordering their great nachos and you like to actually taste them either ask for easy on the peppers or hold the peppers entirely :)

Ordered from Kells kitchen tonight which was my favorite place that Id order from atleast 3 times a month if not more. Tonight I ordered the souvlaki platter and the BBQ chicken nachos. They messed up on the nachos when I asked for no olives. It took over 40 minutes to get the new nachos by that point I was no longer hungry. I called and asked for a refund the lady said they would do it. Then when the driver got here to return the money and pick up the nachos he said we had eaten some to the manage and they refused to refund us when we had never touched them once ! The way the manage spoke to us on the phone was completely rude and unacceptable he refused to listen to us. I LOVED this place but after tonight they have lost a loyal customer.

I normally order from Kells kitchenn 2-3 times a month, and normally get great service but this time was different. I ordered club sub no cheese extra lettuce and ketchup on it. I ate half the sub when I found a hair in it. I called them and told them about what happened they didnt seem to believe me and told me to send the food back so they can take a look at it. They told me they would send me half a sub as I ate half of it. When I recieved my next sub it was half the size of half a sub, I was not impressed! I will not be returning!
I ordered from Kells for the first time last year. I have ordered several things and so has my boyfriend. I recently ordered a Club sandwich. Its put together nicely and the fries are nice and hot. VERY cost effective if youre looking for something fast and cheep I havent seen inside, so I cant comment on that. I will note we did have a few issues with forgetting something our order. We called to let them know, but the mistake happened a few more times. I will note it was a complicated order, so I understand. The person who answered the phone did give us a discount when we ordered next. Other than the order issue, I have been quite happy with this place and will continue to order from here.

Love the food but hate it because I always eat everything I get (which leads to an upset stomach and bloating) but that just goes to show how good it is and for the price? Amazing. Massive quality quantities for the price. I order from here numerous times a month and Ive never been disappointed.

dont b fooled by this small establishment, probably best in town when it comes to authenticity of real Greek food. weve tried all the so called authentics in town and they r the best for portion sizes prices and flavour. very consistant all the time. poutine is unbelievable!
I usually order a burger. Buns are usually a little stale which is disappointing other than that very good food and its delivered quick.
