I frequently choose a Kelsey s when out of town but this one deserves a zero Terrible service, waitress leaves the bar unattended for over 10 minutes. Bar table not cleared for 45 minutes. An elderly couple sat beside and left after no service. Choose elsewhere there are plenty of other restaurants in the area.

They are usually good but when they get busy I find this place folds under pressure and the level of food that leave the kitchen goes down the drain serive was still decent for being really busy but I wont find my self going there again when there busy the food was horrible

Edited as of July 26/2024. Have spoken with the supervisor and manager and they have resolved the issues from our visit and issues afterwards that we had. The Management team of this facility is truly amazing. You can tell they care and strive for customer service excellency. When we are back in Cornwall we will be stopping by here again solely based on the management team. I see lots of 5 stars here but I must say I can only give it 1. We got there at approx. 7pm on Tuesday July 23/2024. Front desk girl was awesome and sat us right away. Our waitress, wont say names but on our receipt says #42, came over and took our drink order. 2 waters, one orange crush and a white milk. She delivered the drinks and took our food order. Food came out recently fast but this is where it went wrong. We got our meals, usually a waiter/waitress comes back within 5 to 10 minutes and checks in. Well she never came back. Approx 30 minutes go by and still nothing. At this point I am done my meal and my water. No refill, doesnt comeback to take a plate away nothing. Now my wife is done and we still havent seen her. Now our children are done and still havent seen her back at our table but she was able to go to the table directly behind us about 4 or 5 times. So now we wait and wait and wait for a bill and still nothing. So I had to ask another waitress, didnt get her name but I must say, she never stopped working the entire time we were there. She earns every dollar and every tip unlike waitress 42 that served us. So I ask her if we can get the bill as we had a 2 plus hour drive home. As we she is bringing us the debit machine etc, all if a sudden number #42 arrives. I still tipped her because times are tough etc but I must say in all my travels, she is in on my top 3 least courteous servers I have ever had. The food was great. Tasty, hot and filling. Service from 42 sucked. We all have bad days but in the customer service industry you have to put on a happy face or take the day off if youre not mentally going to be there.

After our amazing dinner, I took the receipt and came home and my dog ate the receipt. Our server was amazing! Super attentive and friendly! Even though it was busy she still greeted us everytime with a smile! I wish her all best on her year back to school!

Our first time visiting Kelseys in Cornwall - 2 out of 5 meals came out correct. The server was not at all interested in serving and was more interested in being behind the bar. We didn t get offered any refills. Food tasted good but service wasn t anywhere where it should be.

Tonight we went out for my husbands birthday with a few friends. Our first mistake was choosing Kelseys and our second mistake was not getting a photo of the RAW CHICKEN they served one of our friends!!! The only thing that the manager did to resolve the issue was to have them choose something else on the menu and to take down their name and #. If you are thinking of going here, please dont.

I got the ribs and it was good but a bit over cooked. The drink I originally ordered was lacking taste and was very flat for a soda, but they replaced it with a different option when I said something. The butterfinger ice cream cake was very good and large portion!

We can appreciate new staff needing time to adjust, it would have been more enjoyable had there been experienced wait staff to assist. Long waits for simple things (like a cup of water or a coffee refill) and since we were not asked how everything was shortly after receiving our order, which was delicious, we did not have the opportunity to request the extra cutlery we required. All things considered, it was still a pleasant and delicious meal, and the staff were very polite. Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant has a zero step entrance and enough space between booths to maneuver comfortably. There are accessible washrooms as well, although the door in the womans washroom needs repair.

My favourite restaurant, I don t have a vehicle so I often order take out from here and my order is always hot, delicious & delivered quickly! The chicken bites dinner & spinach dip is my favourite!

Made a reservation, as this was a special celebration. Had to wait about 10 minutes as the host was not at the desk. Once all of our party joined us, and we got our food, we didnt see our server again until we were done eating. Our appetizer plates werent cleared away, and the table felt crowded with plates. Very few customers, and I did see other servers, so they werent short staffed. I even made a comment as to the special occasion we were celebrating, and asked for a cheesecake , and none came. Food was good as usual, but we were no happy with the service.

My 10 year old son and I love this place! We are treated like family and appreciate that our name is never forgotten. We enjoy the food and the efforts to ensuring it s always quality. Steaks were cooked to perfection. 3 of us at the table, we had basically the same thing(sides not the same). Service was spot on Pleasant atmosphere.

Took them 40 minutes to deliver my soda water and the Chicken fingers I received were the size of small human toes (I have pics of them). I must of dined here at a bad time I guess, 8pm on a Saturday.

Ordered burgers for myself and my teenage son today, and we were both disappointed. Burgers and bacon were very dry. Nothing was done as an apology. We took a few bites, paid for the meal, and left. I was surprised that my teenager son, who loves burgers, refuses to finish his meal, says a whole lot about the food. Not again, visiting another Kelsey.

Took my niece and nephews here this week. Was quite pleased with not only the quality of the food, but the outstanding performance of our server, Sophie. She was attentive, kind, and very sweet to my family.

This is my first time to Kelseys This was the first time and the last :) The sirloin I ordered was tasty The salmon she ordered was also. BUT portions were SMALL for 87$ I can go elsewhere and have it much better... Service was robotic ready to order Delivered the food with dirty utensils ! Gave us the bill and did not removed half the dishes ?! I go out to enjoy a meal and a good time. I do not need to eat out, I eat out to get away from the kitchen ! I seen better at Boston Pidza for half ! I am willing to pay what is needed to have something decent = Food was ok, small portions. Not satisfied with the whole experience at all. I would rather pay 160$ and be satisfied that to waste 87 $ here Get your act together because there are other places making adjustments accordingly.

Kelsey s Cornwall is one of our favourite restaurants in Cornwall. We love the service (Leica might or might not know my favourite drink order. Lol), and the food won t disappoint. Try the wings or even the spinach dip. The burgers are also delicious!
