Well, we have been ordering from Roma’s and New Roma’s since the last 5 years and have never been disappointed until today. The minute I open the box I knew something was different. THIN Crust is not what I’m looking for, that’s why I bought your pizza. Oh well, you lost a customer. I was NOT impressed, paying the same price for a THIN CRUST PIZZA!! Not again, will go somewhere else.
Friendly greeting and prompt customer service over the phone when we called. The price point was perfect. We ordered a large special pizza, it arrived 30 minutes later hot, cooked to perfection, and loaded with toppings. The free poutine deal was also a great bonus, lots of stretchy mozzarella and a good amount gravy. Fries were crispy and not mushy at all. Highly recomment

The pizza was delicious and a huge hit with all the workers today. Everyone mentioned how filling it was and how generous they were with ingredients! The gentlemen inside were also incredibly kind and hospitable while I waited for my order! I will definitely return here in the future!
This has to be my favorite restaurant to order from! The food is always fantastic, I've never had an issue ordering and I've never had my order wrong. The owner is absolutely great, always so friendly and asks how I'm doing. He goes out of his way to make my meal great every time as well as hand deliver even when he's busy. I always order the same, 2 panzarotti's with chicken and green peppers with the meat sauce on the side and its always hot, fresh, and done perfect! When I come into the store, the service is always so nice and welcoming and they're always great with the kids.
This is a great pizza place in Cornwall. I loved the pizza, was really tasty. The place is Italian themed: Red white and Green. Feel coasie, nice place to chill. Not wheelchair accessible.
I just got word that Romas will be closed Every Tuesday everybody, so order tonight instead!
Bought the best (Montreal Style) steak and pepperoni submarine!! Didnt eat the fries it came with as they were the frozen McCain like fries but the sub was DELICIOUS!!!

Drove all the way from Montreal for this pizza. Insanely good, cannot recommend it enough. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, it felt like I was home.

Very good pita, the chicken and pork are both excellent. The only real Greek restaurant in Cornwall, they make the tzatziki the right way. Great price and unbeatable service! Parking: side of building
I just ordered a Mexican pizza from Romas and the box was so wet at the bottom..and it was cold ..I have always ordered from here never did this happen ..not going to order from there again

Tonight we ordered our usual Romas pizza. Delivery was prompt and the driver courteous. After a few bites we noticed something was off. Unfortunately we recieved a different combination pizza and a certain ingredient disagrees with my better half. We recontacted Romas who acknowleged their error and resent our initial order at no cost and no fuss very quickly. Thank you Romas , your a credit to your profession and we will continue to order your great pizza for years to come.
Used to love romas. I always get the chicken pitas. The last two times it took forever to get here. Each time a different excuse. It was cold and didnt taste good. The pita was also poorly made. It had very little tzaziki sauce, little meat which was also dry, barely any tomatoes and was mostly onions.
Best pizza in town! My go to is the Roma s special with added feta cheese. It s to die for.

8/2016: Was sitting in my hotel in Cornwall wondering where to eat and found Romas on Google. Im so glad I did. I walked in and ordered a small Canadian pizza (peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni) and a garden salad. The pizza was fantastic, and I have to be honest, the salad was the freshest salad I have ever gotten at a restaurant. The portions were big, this was really 2 meals worth of food. I chatted with a very friendly older guy (owner?) while I waited. I would highly recommend this place. Update 8/2022: I ve been to this restaurant every Summer that the border has been open since my initial review. The older guy I mentioned is one of 2 brothers who ve owned the place for years. They have removed the indoor seating (Covid?) so it s take out only but my 5 star review still stands. Excellent food and freakishly fresh salads.
I dont know where the positive reviews are coming from, but literally one of the worst pizzas ever tried. The toppings were falling of the pizza and it had a very weird smell to it. The cheese and dough didnt seem fresh at all. Threw the whole pizza out after 2 bites.

I would like to take the opportunity to take this time to thank all the staff for their professionalism . Let me explain my husband accidentally over tipped by 168.oo yes you read it right. He was panicking so I called the restaurant back and explained, they could have said to bad but no they checked with the delivery guy and sent the money back. Poor guy had not even checked the tip it was debit. He apologized and apologized even though it was our fault. So a Great Big Thumbs Up to you all.
Ive gotten ill a few times from eating at this place. Once my meal was so salty I had heartburn, another time had cramps that lasted hours. And the last time I ate there, I took mash potatoes and it strongly tasted like dish washing soap. I told the waitress about it, so she replaced it but didnt apologize.

Chicken parmigiana looked like vomit. Hardened inedible chicken was found hiding in the guts of mushy spaghetti. No utensils in the bag should have been a hint the food was not meant to be eaten.

One of the best Pizza joints in the area (along with Riverside & Loius). Pizzas arent cheap, but worth it. Tiny dining room, but clean. Waitresses were friendly and polite, and the wait was pretty short. Only downside is the location, which is in a fairly bad area for a small city like Cornwall.

Strange thing happened. There is a sign outside stating 2 for the price of 1. When we asked about it we were asked do you want to eat for free? Then he proceeded to show us specials on the menu when you order for 2 people. The the prices for 2 people were a couple of dollar savings. So dont be lured into the restaurant from this sign.

This pizza stuck to the inside of the box an hour after being on the table. I dont know what kind of pepperoni is in it. Looks like salami or some type of lunch meat. And for heavens sake quit putting the toppings under the cheese its just wrong.

I order 2 large all dress pizza it came with 2 poutine or 2 salad so i got 1 poutine and 1 salad but didnt know it came with 4 drinks which is cool. My first eating there i gotta say its actually really good my kids loves it. Price may seem high but really they really fill up food and make it worth it. People should really try out there food you wont be disappointed.

We stopped here for lunch on our way back to Toronto from Montreal. The food is absolutely delicious (I had the club sandwich and it was just perfect!) and the owner is a total sweetheart. What a gem :)

It is very easy to find good pizza in cornwall. Good pasta on the other hand proves to be quite difficult. Today I have found the top contender so far. Romas speed , price , quantity , and quality make it ideal if you are looking for some ravioli. Full of flavour and still hot when delivered. Which is more then I can say for establishments like Kells kitchen, Louis Pizza, and Sub Bay. I will be ordering again and very soon.
I live in Oshawa now and have been trying to find a good pizza. Even out here there have been reviews on pizzerias that have compared it to Romas! Its that good!
