Food is great but the staff and service are amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and give very personal and quick service. The breaded wings aswell as the habanero mac n cheese is to die for.

The food was great! The restaurant was very loud and overwhelming and the hostess were very rude. The server was great and so was managers.

Took my hubby for his birthday supper last night around 5 30. He had Shrimp noodle bowl and I had Cordon Bleu chicken. They were both excellent dishes. Kudos to our waitress Jessica (I think that was her name). The birthday chocolate chip cookie with ice cream was a nice touch. Thank you. Food

The owner Bobbi Latour is very rude. I had issues with my meal and she as the owner did not accommodate for her customer even though there was 4 other people still paying for mediocre meals. I did not touch the burger I ordered and they still made me pay for it. Bobbi attempted to confront all 5 of us for not tipping when we hadn t even left yet and planned to tip cash to our server who also did not give remotely good service. Leaving the restaurant I approached our server, Sam and asked for the owners name. Instead of giving it to me or giving me a business card I was told I could find it online

Fantastic atmosphere for game night, high energy, lots of TVs & quality staff. Its a go to for date night or lunch with mom. Ill be back

I wanted to like it but just couldnt. Two of us at the table ordered Philly Sandwitches. I ordered the Joe sized version, which was supposed to have extra meat. In comparing the two versions, there seemed to be no noticeable difference. Unfortunately, extra meat or not, both sandwiches came out slightly warmer than room temperature. They were gross. We then ordered a couple of Ultimate Cookies. Ultimate, they were not. Id give the place a 1 if not for the decent service from the pleasant wait staff.

Incredible place to chat in the late afternoon with good food.

I used to really enjoy this place but went to go watch the game. Intending dinner, snacks, and drinks all night. The server didnt ask if we wanted another beer. Presumably brought the bill before we finished our main. Used to go there weekly and with work. Going to avoid for awhile, not a loss for them I know but still sad given how much staff they have in there.

Went with the guys for drinks Sunday. Ordered round and the bartender poured large beers instead of the Sunday special we always get trying to work bigger tips. Atmosphere matched the bartender if thats want you want to call her. Doesnt pay attention to the customers, too busy talking with coworkers.Washrooms were dirty. Paid the bill and left. Wont return. Much better places around Cornwall dont waste your time and hard earned money here.

Whenever we are in Cornwall, we like to stop by. Stopped in on our way back home with friends. Really enjoyed my meal. I had the chicken burger with a side of salad it was delicious. Staff is always friendly from the hostess to our waiter. Our waiter was great, and he often checked in on us. We were there on a Sunday afternoon, and there was a good number of people. This sports bar is family friendly and has a good variety of food and beverages. I totally recommend this place. Its too bad we dont have any in Quebec

Very nice place, was visiting Cornwall and stopped at shoeless Joes sports Grill in order to have lunch. the food was amazing and very well made, their burger is great, same applies to the salad. the ambiance at the restaurant was very nice as well , the staff were very nice and very friendly. Would recommend this place for sure. The price was fair for what we ordered. The view of the restaurant is nice. And the location is very good as well. It may be the right place to visit if you are visiting Cornwall or close by. It was very easy to find a parking spot in the parking lot behind the restaurant. Would for sure recommend this place!!

Food was not bad but not the best. Chicken wing with barely any sauce on them. Natcho big portion didnt had much topping. Service was good.

People were sweet but we were placed under a cold Ac fan and we were freezing the whole meal. Also my food (smokey mac and cheese) had WHOLE to only HALFED peppercorns and ruined the whole meal. Only tasted like pepper and I still taste it till the day after.

Very unhappy with the portion of nachos received today. Shrinkflation as near half the size that we had a few months back. Yes, we ordered the same small size as last time. This is not a compare mountain size to small as our non-helpful waitress tried to sell followed by stating not in charge of portions with no running by those who are.

Ive been going to Shoeless Joes off and on since they opened and it the last 6 months, things have really come together for them. The food is now excellent and the service is always cheerful and attentive. I would recommend it to anyone.

The wings were incredibly delicious, and the overall ambiance of the place was fantastic. The service was excellent, and our waiter even recommended a delightful cocktail called Purple Raptor, which paired perfectly with the chicken wings. It was a wonderful experience enjoying a meal with my family at this lovely establishment.

I ordered the chicken cordon blue, and was quite happy with it overall. I could go into great lengths about the food as someone with Chef training, but thats not necessary, as its just a bar. However, I will says that I was disappointed to see that the seasonal vegetables were just standard fair veg that were under seasoned. Given that the carrots were overcooked compared to the rest of the veg, I suspect they were previously frozen which is rather disappointing considering how inexpensive carrots are. For a bar style restaurant the food was quite good overall, and the waiter was quite personable even volunteering to take photos of us without any prompting. Regrettably I accidentally skipped the option to tip and didnt notice until after my transaction had completed and was to embarrassed to bring it up. The atmosphere , however is a quite oppressive with 27 TV being visible from our seat in the restaurant alone. It was extremely obnoxious even by the standards of a sports bar. Overall I give the restaurant a 3.7/5 stars. Parking: For those coming out of town, there is a decent selection of parking on site at no additional cost.

I always like coming to this spot. Great atmosphere to hang out, even better when there is live music. 4 stars given for food.. I used to love the buffalo cauliflower but the last time I had them they were very soggy, something was definitely different. I do love the salads offered.

Had to stop for the night I Cornwall because of the snow and my son and I came in for dinner and a few beers and had great service from the young ladies in all we left with full bellys and smiles on our faces .... I will be going back

Was most impressed the Chicken Cordon Bleu with buttered vegetables (no potatoes requested, extra veggies). Absolutely delicious, the chicken was crispy and tasty. The veggies, not your usual assortment, were done just right. The whole meal was served very hot. The prices were not too, too high. Love the booths for 4 people. A very enjoyable experience. My partner also enjoyed the salmon very much.

An amazing service and ambience. We ordered Buttermilk fried Chicken sandwich, Feta bruschetta Flatbread, Tennessee style chicken sandwich and they didnt disappoint us. And Ofcourse the desert ,the ultimate Cookie was just yummy

Great restaurant to go watch the game, be it hockey, curling, MMA. Food is tasty, good flavours, the Tennessee chicken sandwich however was not spicy at all despite being listed as spicy. They do have hot sauce if you d like though. Wheelchair accessible restaurant, bathrooms are surprisingly well kept for a restaurant with such high traffic. The restaurant was very loud, which isn t a problem but just something to keep in mind. My only complaint are the stools are very slippery and don t slight well so i found myself having to get up to readjust a couple times, but it was far from a dealbreaker. Overall great spot.

Went here with my family the other day and it was a great overall experience I would definitely come back. Ordered the Nashville chicken sliders which were great and very filling. The chicken tenders also looked good. Our server was very friendly, accommodating, and she did a great job. I also liked all the tv s in the restaurant, would be a great place to watch a sports game.

After 45 minutes of waiting for my order (chicken sandwich and a soup), the server advised me that something was going in the kitchen and they wouldnt prepare my meal. He suggested that he wouldnt be mad at me if I left. Shoeless Management, get your things together.

In-store service and food is but my partner and I have disabilities that make it difficult to get out of the house. Your app on Doordash doesnt allow you to include mayo with dishes. This is really awful for both chicken tenders and fish & chips! especially fish & chips! tartar wasnt an option either! who serves fish and chips without tartar? Grocery stores are closed so I hado to order a bunch of individual packets from McDonalds while my food got cold

It took 50 minutes for our food to arrive... cold. We only ever saw our waitress every half hour and was told, to get a free dessert we have to leave a 5 star review... so most of the reviews with 5 stars are probably just for the dessert as we werent the only ones complaining. The food was good, but it didnt make up for the poor service.

So Ill be honest, I very rarely rate restaurants. However my boyfriend and I came year after our yearly visit to Pumpkinferno. When I tell you, my boyfriend could not STOP RAVING about his Truffle Burger. He and I have visited all type of scales of restaurants, but the food at this place made him happy! Prices are reasonable, and place is incredibly friendly and laid back. Theres a lot of TVs, cool sports memorabilia, as well as two sections if you want more bar or resto vibe. Thanks a lot to the team for making this restaurant for us memorable. I can assure you, we will be back!

This place does not know how to run a kitchen. We ordered chicken tenders, 2 Greek bowls and a flatbread. The chicken tenders came out and the other 3 of us sat there for 10 minutes without our food. You should never bring out 1 plate of food, especially when the other 3 are not done. By the time our food came out, the person with the chicken tenders was almost done. The waitress didn t even apologize for our food not coming out with the first plate. From now on, your kitchen should time the tables food better and tell your staff they shouldn t bring out a table unless all dishes are ready.

Stopped for lunch on our way back home on the 401. Nice enough place, very much catered to sports events. Food was pretty good. They have the typical sports bar menu, lots of drink varieties though. Service was very good, waiter was nice and helpful.

Its very hard to have a conversation with someone when its really loud. But then again, it is a sports bar. Food was great, service was great, but just a tad bit too loud for my liking.

Shoeless Joes is filled with hockey memorabilia and had TVs, focused on sports, at every booth. It is a hockey lovers spot! The food is exceptional especially their maple cheddar burger and their tacos! A really nice spot for lunch when in Cornwall.

My husband and I went for dinner and had a wonderful experience with a server named Kyle . He was very friendly and welcoming, he gave us a booth when we requested it and made excellent recommendations and modifications to the entrees we ordered. He was present and attentive and had the best smile! On top of that, the food was amazing! I got the chicken sandwich and my husband got the hot dog and we could barely finish! Wonderful experience over all!

Great food great service all around fun

The food was sent out cold and when we asked to cook it or heat it, we were told that it wasnt possible... Really ! The server Sam was really good and attentive to everybody, but was swamped in her section. To bad ! Kid-friendliness: Not bad for kids.

I went during a quiet time between lunch and dinner and I must say, I was really blown away by the quality of service I got. The waitress that served me was very polite and friendly. She kept checking up very frequently and that with a beautiful smile. I had a three course meal and everything was up to par. I started with a big bang shrimp and it was absolutely delicious with generous portions. For the main I had chicken cordon bleu and it was really good except for the veggies. I found the veggies which were a little over cooked to my liking and the carrots were borderline burned. I ended it all with a salted caramel cake and it was perfect to end the meal. Prices were also reasonable. Will definitely come back!

***Update*** I went back yesterday afternoon for my go to normal. The made to order chicken strips and fries. When they brought it out to me i was absolutely shocked. It was smaller pieces and resembled something you would get at a fast food restaurant. So as not to ruin the time i was spending with family i just ate and left. However after this complete disappointment i will not be returning. I do want to say our server was amazing***** Absolutely love this place. Always amazing food and top notch service.

I have always loved this place. But they changed their menu too much. The water taste like sewage and they charged me two dollars for adding mayo to my burger. I wouldnt mind that much but I should have been told that BEFORE when I asked for mayo. Seriously, ketchup and mustard and relish free... but not mayo. Im sorry but with the slow service and no descent sports bar items... like ribs... Im just not coming back... its been great Shoeless Joes. Ill really miss what you used to be!

Top of my list when I go to Cornwall for meals. I ve been coming here for years and I ve never once been let down. They have a ton of ice cold beers on tap, lots of mixed drink options, and their menu is adaptive and delicious! There are also enough TV screens to catch any sporting event televised! They also host great bands on weekend and work hard on entertainment programming! The staff are always fantastic and the owners are active and present on the premises. The pride of ownership and passion are apparent.
