Very good service. The wings are delicious!

Went for supper with about 10 ppl and my bf order a nacho everything else had gotten their food and finished and he still had to wait an extra 10 mins so I totally waited for about 2 hours to get his nacho. Definitely not impressed

Fast service, food hot!

Service was very very slow! We had to wait 15 min to get a drink. No one came back to our table to refill drinks. Very sad! Food was good.

Kind of stingy with their portion sizes and they charge extra for everything like refills on soft drinks.

I wish there was a 0 star option. Services took nearly an hour to begin asking our orders then 2 hours to begin bringing out food, messed up plenty of orders, and they brought out deserts first. To top it off the food was subpar.

First time at Wing House, definitely the last. Just took too long, service is too slow. We got seated 7:55pm ordered drinks at 8:01pm (1 mikes hard and 1 coca-cola). I received my drink at 8:18pm (mikes hard lemonade) Ordered food at 8:20pm (1 pound of boneless honey garlic , + 1 pound of boneless Texas garlic). About 8 wings each Coca Cola for my spouse arrived at 8:22. Food arrived at 8:50 , maybe 15-20 people in restaurant max. Server didn t introduce himself. His demeanor was not very pleasant (either a bad evening at work, or does not enjoy his job) Had to ask for napkins, The sever finished setting up our table once our meal was almost done lol. ( laid cutlery when I had 3 wings remaining) I sincerely feel bad for table behind me, a table of 4 was already there when we arrived. Ordered before we did, and only received their food after we were already done and meal paid for. Left at 9:02pm

We had wings and fries at this location. The wings were cooked perfectly, and the amount of seasoning was awesome. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Great experience, good food

I ordered 3 pounds of wings to be delivered for 8:15pm. By 8:20pm I called the restaurant to inquire about the delivery time. I was told By a staff member that they don t offer delivery on Sundays but then another staff member telling me that the order should be arriving in 10 min. I finally for the wings at 8:55pm and they were cold. I called the restaurant again and asked for a manager but was informed that the manager would only be back on Wednesday and that my info would be passed along. 3 pounds of cold wings for $60 what a rip off!

We arrive at 8:15 on a Sunday evening. Ordered 2 pounds of wings and drinks. Drinks were fine but the wings were dried out. I am sure they were cooked and then preheated. The carrot sticks were dried out also. When the server came to see if we needed anything else we asked for the bill. At this time I mentioned that the wings were the worst we have ever had the carrots sticks were dried out. All she said was sorry but made no eye contact and gave us our bill. Obviously couldn t have cared less. We will not be returning and will definitely let others know.

The service is fabulous, we were very well received. The food is good without pitching on the walls. We thought it was homemade according to the menu and ultimately it was frozen. A little disappointed. Its not really interesting for a young family even if it does the job. It s more of a sports bar/chicken wing style trip.

I love going to winghouse it s always the best service. I always look for my favourite servers when I go (youssef, Johnny and Sam!) they always know what kind of drinks I usually get and when I can t decide they know well enough to make me one that I will enjoy and are always fast with their service. Recently went to enjoy some wings for our anniversary. Wings were delicious, but sad how little you get anymore I ordered a Sea Breeze drink (maybe im getting the name wrong) but it was supposed to be a cocktail of vodka, oj and cranberry juice. My drink was blue (?) and tasted of pinesol but it was 10$ so i forced myself to enjoy it. I couldnt bring myself to say anything, although I should have. We will definitely return though! A huge bonus would be some fly tape or some kind of pest control trap; it was not pleasant having to spend my entire meal swatting multiple flies away. Parking: A few spots in front of building, some on the side and there should be lots in the back of the building.

Just came back from the restaurant! We were 9 for supper at 5:00pm. We get there, and were told all the tables were reserved because there was a party at the temple in the back of the parking. Long story short, they put us on 3 different tables in the bar section. A/C wasnt working. Extremely bad experience. On a side note, When we left there were plenty of tables in the restaurant available! We wont be back!

I went in for food ordered a lovers deal and 2 drinks and was charged $96, I paided then checked the bill she charged me for multiple beers and a ceaser I didnt order and charged me for a more expensive meal so I asked for my change because I was over charged by quite a bit she only gave me $10 and that was wrong I asked for the proper change she gave me a $20 which was still the wrong change and I didnt even bother asking for the reast she over charged me around $30. She also forgot 1 of our drinks and only brought it at the end of the meal luckily they covered that one but everyone was getting the wrong stuff and it wasnt even busy each server had like 2 tables its the worst experience Ive had at a restaurant by far

This was not for me. The food was dry with no flavor, the service was not good, the AC must have been broken, it was hot and humid inside. The only good thing I can say is that the young man who cleaned the table was very pleasant. I will not return here even if they offer anything for free. Sorry, big thumbs down. Very disappointed! I ordered the steak sandwich for delivery. The online order states with mushroom sauce which is ghe onlyvreason I ordered it. I love mushrooms. No mushroom sauce arrived. Wing House is now open for lunch and we finally went there for lunch. They have different deals for lunch. We truly enjoyed the honey bbq wings. Service was amazing as usual. We highly recommend it for all the wings lover. It s our favourite spot for wings.

Chicken on a bun was a processed breaded hockey puck so dried out it made a snap sound like breaking a cracker in half. Dried out hard as wood. Dog wouldnt even eat it. My Greek salad was equally as bad. Lettuce was soggy rotten core. Should have been thrown out. Id give zero stars if possible. Threw it in the garbage.

I have been to the Wing House 4 times in the past year since I found out they exist. I do not live in Cornwall, so it is a treat every time I visit.

Was really happy to find this pub while visiting Cornwall on April 20, 2024. Huge selection of very cool wing flavors. Tasty wings and pub food and very friendly staff.

My partner and I went to Viva la Fiesta for a show. We were already hungry, and the staff reassured us that we could order from the wing house through them. We ordered around 7 pm (quesadilla and nachos), and we got the food shortly before 8:30 pm. It took almost an hour and a half to get the food. An hour and a half is insane. It was our first experience with ordering food from the Wing House, and we wont do that again, even if the food was good.

Weve had some bad experiences here but tonight we took our chances because the food is always great, but the service is a different story. Tonight we had exceptional service from our server Yousef. He was very attentive and made our experience a great one. Drinks were fast, service and good were great. So thank you Yousef for making our night!

The food is still good, but sometimes you get the odd wing or boneless that is too dry or feels its been reheated more than once. The service is still pretty good. Sometimes the TVs are more of an annoyance than a perk. Im not that into sports, so this could be more of a personal input. Still, Im willing to go from time to time, even bring the kids with me, for some dad time with them.

I dont know how they can have all those kind of wings but they have been all great. Their hot rating system is perfect. You know exactly how hot the wing is going to be. I will look forward to my next visit. Parking: Back of restaurant

The place was like a cooler. It was freezing. They can add some heaters than tvs. The waiter forgot about us, then a waitress noticed that we werent served and she took our order. I give 5 stars to her. It was our first time there, but it wont be our last cause the wings were great and then again 5 stars to the waitress.

Got to the restaurant at 510pm. Ordered a spicy chicken wrap with no onions. Wrap came to the table at 525pm. Order came with onions. They took my plate, fries included, and I didnt get my replacement food until 610pm. By then, my partner was already done eating. Lastly, they have it so cold in there. Dress appropriately. I dont understand how it takes 40 minutes to replace a chicken wrap. Even if the restaurant is busy, replacements should be expedited. With the price of eating out nowadays, I will take my money elsewhere.

Very good wings the price is fair for what you get and the flavor variety is hard to beat. Once you find a flavour you enjoy for your wings the multiple pound order is fantastic. Parking: It may look like it only has 3 parking stalls in the front but around back is a large lot with plenty of options available.

When you have 3 customers in the restaurant , and someone orders 2 pounds of wings for takeout, you d think that the place would take higher priority than telling you after 45 min of waiting that it will be another 3 min multiple times. Food is good , waitress is great but this place needs new management

Portions smallish but a truely astonishing variety of sauces and rubs on offer for the wings. Great fries, too. A good dinner out, all in all.

A few concerns. 1 when having wings I would expect that wet wipes are supplied for clean up, but non in sight. 2 you have wifi, but customers have to ask for the password, this practice is out dated. 3 no turbulence occurred like the menu stated Parking: Parking was enjoyable

The wings are tiny and cold now, recipes must have been changed everything tastes different and worse then when they opened. They served half of our table for about 15 minutes till the second half of our table was served and when the second half of the food came out it was cold so it was probably just sitting there not getting served. On top of all of that my buddys cup had lipstick on it from a past customer. Use to be my go to spot, brought my gf from out of town to try it and had to apologize for hyping it up so much compared to how it is now, pretty terrible.

I ordered a take out, yhere werent a lot of options to order or even customize your food. When I got there, it was difficult yo find an open parking space. Secondly, when I went to them and told I have a pick up order, they mixed up their order list and I was told that they had not received my pickup order. After showing them the proof and them looking for the order, they were eventually able to find it and the staff even apologized for it but I had to wait some times since the food was still not ready. When we started eating the food, it didnt taste as good as I expected it to. Some of the people with me liked it and some didnt. I found the chicken inside my burger wasnt cooked properlu, it was dry and hard to chew. Although, the quesadilla we ordered was really delicious. Overall it was an okay experience but could have been better. Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options. Parking: There are 4 - 5 parking spots available only and it is a little difficult to park considering the parking spots available arent in same alignment.

Misplaced our reservation, but made it right... Actually ended up with a nice quiet private area. Food was very good and fresh... Had wings, but other people at the table had burgers that looked absolutely delicious!

Minimal waiters, saw a few people take off before food arrived on table. Had wings and tasted & smelled old oil...very disappointed.

They lost their reservation book and that meant they did not have our reservation for 13. At first they suggested a party of 13 there for a birthday sit at the bar. We had to be seated in the back. The staff did the best with a bad situation in the end. I will go back. I think everyone enjoyed the food.

wing house has gone down hill tremendously. when it first opened it was so good; amazing food, amazing service, so many customers. now it s always empty with service that is deserving of this one star. i am always waiting an hour to an hour and a half for just my appetizer and then my meal comes shortly after like whats the point of an appetizer if im just getting my meal at the same time? today, we got a couple of guys sitting behind us and they knew the cook and got their drinks and food in a blink of an eye while we were waiting an hour for our appetizer. completely a bad experience now coming to wing house; we debated numerous times to leave and go somewhere else and we should ve. their music selection s pretty good

I made a reservation for 4 people at 6pm on wednesday. I got there at 5:50 was sat on patio right away. server didnt take our order for 25 mins. After we ordered, he came back 30 min later saying the kitchen lost our ticket, and the kitchen will prepare our food right away. After 15 min we moved our table inside because it was too cold. waited for another 10 mins and decided to move our table again because I didnt want to be served by him. When he took us to another table I asked him how long on the food man?, and his response was kitchen will prepare it right away, I had to tell them you guys moved the table because you guys moved like three times with clear attitude. I didnt want to argue with a kid so I left it there. we were served food at 7:43pm. Food was good, keep up the good work kitchen. I ended up not tipping at all, and now that I think of it. It wasnt fair for the girls who served us because they didnt do anything wrong, and neither did the kitchen staff. I regret not tipping, but I also regret not leaving after 1 hour in the first place. p.s he messed up the drink order and didnt take it off of our bill, I had to inform our waitress, we never received one of the drink and she took it off right away which Im grateful for.

Great service and wonderful food. With 150 flavours it would be hard to choose something other than the usuals. Yousef was fantastic in explaining what is in each flavour and even helped choose multiple flavours to try. His choices were spot on! Will definitely come back here the next time I m staying in town.

Watched people who arrived after us get served their meals. Once our food did arrivre, over 45 mins after order, food was ok. Once bill arrived, was charged for fries we were told would not be billed and snapped at that our order was not missed, but simply too many take out orders. First, and last time to attend this place.

Service was awful - waited two hours to get our food. Make a smaller menu if you can t serve people in time gave my friend a wrap with cheese while specifically requested no cheese due to an allergy. Worst restaurant ever. Seemed to serve their friends before other customers that arrived earlier.

Great food, great service. It is a sports bar setup so it can be loud. This might not appeal to everyone. So many wing flavours to choose from, as well as a good array of other food.

Service was slow and waitress was misleading regarding what came with the dish and if you ask for more salad dressing they do not tell you there s a charge 2.00 per little cup. Was given only 1 little container with my order which was not enough. Also the other person did not get her full order and had to wait for waitress to come to ask for the rest of order and then took long to bring it. The food was ok but service was lousy. Do not go if you are in a hurry because it took us over an hour to receive food . The restaurant was not busy! No excuse for service .

Went twice in the last 4 months and enjoyed it both times. Planning on going back. The wings are cooked just right, the hamburgers are huge and very tasty, also enjoyed the fries. Sports bar atmosphere. We definitely recommend this place. Parking: Lots of parking at the rear of the restaurant. Only negative is that they should fix the pot holes.

I wasnt impressed with the wings I had ordered for take out. Wings tasted as if theyve been sitting for an hour under a hot lamp, the mild sauce had absolutely no flavor and was as if the wings had been recooked with the sauce on and barely any meat and was incredibly chewy. Ive ordered from here before which is why I wanted them again but today was horrible.

We made a stop on our way to Montreal and tried this place. Food is good - nothing to complain about. The server is ok, he seems a bit unhappy (or maybe just got tired) but still give us recommendation on what flavor to order. A 3-star just because we were not being told that there is daily special for Wednesday (1 lb wing and get 1/2 for free), we found this out only after we paid - a bit unhappy here. Overall is good, wings are tasty, recommend to ask/check their flyers about their daily special before ordering - seems like the server won t tell you.

First impressions are the best, and our first impression was great

Went out a bit late for their Sunday night special. Fries were a bit soggy but the wings were quite undercooked. I pointed this out to the serving waiter and he was dismissive about it and quite rude so the service was sour to say the least. Unfortunately not a very good experience.

Not at all impressed. For the price I expected it to be somewhat decent. Went with my family and a group of friends and none of us were overly happy with it. Service was absolutely nonexistent. Took over 2 hours to be served wings, 2 kids meals, and a chicken burger. Husband and friends said wings were OK. Chicken burger was a frozen burger patty thrown on a bun with 2 browned pieces of lettuce and a whisper of mayo. Kids meals were nothing spectacular and my kiddo complained it was cold. Definitely wont be returning. And not worth the hype.

We have gone here for supper many times and this was the first time we got great service, the young man was very attentive and efficient and the wings were amazing as always.

We really enjoyed the wings. My favorite so far are Indian. They are pretty spicy. The dude that handled our table was awesome. The fries...well, that is an area that needs improvement. They are expensive and not worth the money. I have no problem paying $6.95 for a basket of fries IF they are really good. These are not.

The food and the service is exceptional! We come here every Sunday for the Sunday special and we are always greeted by Brandon. Brandon is one of the reasons why we come back, he knows his stuff and is a great waiter! Another great waitress is Sam. Both Sam and Brandon are amazing! We make the drive from Montreal at least once a week and the food is amazing. We ve only tried the wings, but with the amount of wing choices, you can t go wrong and you ll never run out of new things to try. The only downside is that the music skips a lot and usually the TVs don t work or don t show sports such as hockey or football (on sundays). I think if NFL is shown on Sundays, it would certainly bring more people in. Overall, it s a fantastic place to eat at. Friendly staff, good food and decent atmosphere! Best wing place that we ve discovered and we ve been to quite a few in Montreal.

Tuesday, Oct 24 @ 5:15pm The entire restaurant smells like a bathroom. It s nauseating. We ordered Nachos to START and wings and fries & salad as our meal. ALL the food came at same time. Now, I have to choose what I m eating hot and what I m eating cold. Thé intoxicated table behind us yelling over at us constantly was irritating so basically, you got our money and we left hungry. Thanks!!

Service is beyond terrible very long and they never check on anything if your drink is empty your not getting another. Food cold . Been 2 times thought maybe first time was 1 off but no.

Cold overpriced wings $18 / lb!! Wont be back. Better wings elsewhere for reasonable price.

The place is aesthetically nice but feels a little dark to me. The food is amazing and the service too. The washrooms are too small, the bar counter is an amazing spot to spend your evenings with your friends.

Never written a review in my life but Ive been giving this place another chance since they opened. The service has always been shotty, the food sometimes comes out cold, the changes you ask for on your meal wont be done. Your waitress wont be the one that brings your food out to you, and the random guy that does bring your food doesnt know what your talking about when you tell him about the changes you wanted done to your meal. But we have been ordering for pickup there for a while now so we dont have to deal with the mid service, but its NEVER ready on time so I start showing up 10 min after the time its supposed to be ready like I did tonight. I was told it was going to be 5 or 10 mins still when i went in (there were barely any customers in there). So I go and sit in my car for 20 min! Come back in and both waitresses are walking around me like Im invisible! I stop one and ask if my food was ready and she says not yet. So back to my car for ANOTHER 10 minutes! Finally it was ready but NO apology for the extra 40 minutes delay!!

First-time here and very impressed. I recommend trying it. I had the Kansas barbecue chicken wings recommended by are server and he was right on they were perfect.. Thank you!!! Will be back.

Great discovery in Cornwall

The flavors here will blow your mind lots to choose from. The ones I had were excellent. Tempted to try another round when I am in the area again

The best wings Ive had anywhere and Ive had wings a lot. The wings are consistent. The waiters anything but. They will not ask you for drink orders unless you flag them down. Often wait up to 20 minutes before asking us for drink. Especially if you are waiting on people for your group. Texas homicide is the best flavor if you like saucy and spicy wings.

You get what you came for, great wings excellent value. Loads of selection. Servers require more training but non the less a great spot for wings and sports.

Place was okay. Food wasnt really that great honestly, fries were plain as heck. Service was actually horrible, had to wait forever for anything. 15 mins just to get a beer. Although the servers were nice doesnt make up for the very poor quality service. Atmosphere was okay but the corner I sat in had three broken TVs...

Amazing food with the best service i have ever seen! The waitress and waiter were so kind, happy to help with any requests and made sure to always check-in that every order was fulfilled to the highest satisfaction. 10/10 on all levels and a wonderful stop for family, friends or just something quick to eat!!! We went for a quick dinner Wednesday night for their wing special. So many delicious wings to choose from. Wings are great size and very tasty. I had the garlic parmesan and my hubby had the spicy version of them. Place was very busy but service and food delivery was very quick. Highly recommend this spot!
