First time ordering with my friend from work, absolutely phenomenal food. Flavours were to die for! We had 2 Philly cheese steaks, chicken on rocks and cheesecake. Again absolutely amazing food. I’ll be bringing my wife to try it on the weekend!

I ordered the most spiciest element. They tried to educate me and I appreciate that. I still went for the spiciest. I got it on the side after adding the lower heat to the dish. I understand many people ask for the heat but can't handle it. Sometimes they leave negative reviews. With this in mind, I took the spiciest home. I have never been more impressed. This hot sauce had dynamite heat and full of flavours. This will be my new go to, and I have so much respect for the staff. Ordered Lamb box and I couldn't be happier. Coming from Toronto, I also like certain cultural things that I have a hard time finding. Fantastic food, outrageously great hot sauce. (Could go a bit hotter) But the flavours are insane. Thank you and see you tomorrow.
I was literally starving and hopped into Osmow’s for a quick bite. Damn! Should I mention, “The Night Staff” was really friendly. And it’s a highly recommended place to satisfy a night time craving 😌 Ohhh after that I took a to go Wrap as well. Just saying! Enjoy guys :)

I came with my 7 friends from Montreal and we had philly chicken Oz Box! The portions were generous. Cheese Cake highly reccomended. The staff was super friendly and hospitable. Would be visiting every week!

My bf and I went in around 4pm and ordered 4 chicken on the rox, 2 medium and 2 little spice, and a shawarma. It was crazy busy, line looped around, but man they killed it! We were in and out in like 10 minutes, it was so impressive how well they worked together to serve customers in such a timely fashion. Customer service was great too, they were all smiling and having fun. Food was spot on. Tasted amazing, there were no mistakes even with the big order and different spice levels. I was super happy with the order. 10/10 I also go often outside of international shawarma day. Theyre always amazing, fast, and fresh. They made a mistake once when my brother ordered (it was a weird order, and this was a long time ago), and they were happy to fix otneight away and threw in a free drink and baklava. Top notch customer service and food, everytime ^_^

I come to this location weekly and its always top quality.
I have been a fan and a loyal supporter of Osmows restaurant for years. Whenever I travel to a new city, this is the first place I look for. However, my recent experience has drastically changed this perspective. For someone that is traveling and After placing the order, I waited for over 30 minutes without any acknowledgment, and the discriminatory attitude was glaringly obvious. While I quietly observed, other customers who arrived after us were being served ahead of me and receiving apologies for the delay. I finally asked about my order, the staff member s response was shocking saying I have to look after online orders too. and When I asked, So you don t care? there was no apology or basic courtesy. At that point, I decided to cancel the order and request a refund, as I cannot support a business that treats customers with such discrimantory manner. A line worker, who witnessed the manager s attitude, attempted to apologize, but it wasn t her fault then the manager tried to do the same but it was no longer effective the issue clearly lies in poor management. This experience has completely shattered my trust in this restaurant. I will not be returning, and I hope Osmows management addresses these issues before more customers are treated the same way.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this crew! Cant add pictures to this review or Id show you just how much I love them. Not only is the food delicious EVERY TIME I go, the staff is always so friendly. So much so, that for the last year of planning my wedding, they continued to show interest and asked how it was coming. About a month ago they said it was a shame they wont get to see me in my wedding dress. Well....I showed up for them in it! And of course I needed a shwarma poutine for my NEW husband and a traditional chicken on the rocks for me. And no Osmows treat is complete without a slice of baklava cheesecake. Thank you again for the consistency of the yummy food and staff full of smiles I always look forward to going back to see.
Ordered a swarms plate, that included zero vegetables or any kind of sauce, it was more like rice with alitte bit of beef it would be ashame to call it shwarma plate. They dont have taboulle.. not going there again, dont waste you money on inauthentic garbage like that.

Clean store, fast service, and very tasty food. We always enjoy stopping at this Osmows. The only thing I would change is if the company would offer a spicy garlic sauce so that the spice could be even throughout the meal instead of a stripe or spots of hot sauce that dont blend well when mixed. Regardless, I would recommend eating here if you like shawarma and related cuisine.

The staff are very friendly and absolutely amazing, they remember your face everytime! Totally recommend trying! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian swarmas are awesome. All kinds of veggie salads. Dietary restrictions: If you cant handle spice there is a no spice option!

They should hire a new team. My order was a waste and Iregret tipping. Stupid people cannot even read I guess. And the store timings are until 12 and they stop taking orders at 11(about a past order). I hope they know they are representing a franchise. Yuck.

Yeah, they really need to start closing at 11 instead of 12. Its so annoying when you go there after 11 and all they have is chicken on the rox. Ive been there a few times and its always the same story. Either theyve closed the cash and cant take payments, or theyre running out of everything because theyre about to close. Its like they dont understand that if theyre open till 12, they should have everything available. Honestly, its the worst place to go late at night.

Decent place to eat with a clean environment, friendly staff and good food. I used to go here all the time when they opened up and within a couple months the quality went down and wasn t it but lately they ve stepped up their game 100% and have fresh and clean ingredients and food. I went recently and got a Large chicken shawarma poutine. The portion size was great, chicken was cooked perfectly (This was an issue last time where I d get some pieces that weren t cooked well) and they were generous with the sauces. Overall 9/10 experience. They just need to keep the quality they have now consistent and they re good.
