Went there today ordered 4 soft beef tacos the amount if meat that was in the taco was next to nothing... the wrap was stale it was completely disgusting hard to even stomach.. paid almost $13 for garbage for stale food ! I will never be eating here again.. the staff was rude rolled her eyes when I had to go ask my husband if he wanted cheese on the tacos so unprofessional and garbage food not worth it !
What is there to say really…. It’s Mexican food made by someone who has never actually eaten Mexican food. It’s Taco Bell…. It’s ok lol. Food quality the same as any other location. Staff bother me here though. Barely look at you. Hard time understanding one middle eastern guy. Middle eastern woman was very rude. Sticky tables. Staff busy talking in Punjabi I assume instead of doing their jobs… minimum wage people putting in minimum wage effort but expecting more, same old. Go for the tacos not for the ambiance I suppose. Also bothered me one of the times I went I had to explain to the guy on till multiple times what I wanted and he kept punching it in wrong making the bill very expensive. Told him 2 taco meal, add 2 hard tacos. He kept punching in 4 tacos then fries and a drink and it was like $20. Had to explain no… punch in the meal…. Then add 2 more hard tacos to the order. Had to do this 3 times before he did it. Saved like $5. How do I know how to do your job better than you? Or were you just trying to run up my bill?!
Had a comb: two beef hard shell tacos, fries, and a drink. It was decent, and the fries came from real potatoes. Nice! The counter guy was less than a friendly, enthusiastic worker. But, hey, he works on a fast food joint. I can see how that could be depressing. Place was clean and nice enough. Washrooms were clean. As a fast food place, it worked.
Capitalism and corporate greed in a nutshell, times infinity. In the last 5-10 years, the prices have doubled at a minimum, and at times, have more than quadrupled. Not only that, the portion sizes are at best half the size compared to what they used to be. Not only that, the quality of ingredients are abysmal, more so than what they were before. So basically, mathematically speaking, in the most ideal situation, you are still paying at least 4-8 times the price to get a small piece of garbage. It is such a shame and disgrace………… But hey, at least you get to make billionaires even richer while giving yourself cancer and food poisoning, am I right?
This was pretty average of a fast food place. Short on toppings and food was pretty basic. The service seemed nice. And the atmosphere was okay. What was interesting was that they had laptop/study spots at the eating area which was unique.
So, we had never been to @tacobellcanada before and we figured as long as we're passing through Cornwall we might as well give it a try. Yes, of course we needed to get the silliest sounding thing on the menu but we don't regret it at all.
Drove here from Montreal to get our Taco Bell fix. This place is so much better than the Hawkesbury location (which is always closed/missing ingredients). The dining room is actually open, all our items were fresh and tasty. No mistakes made in my all vegetarian order. The cashier was super nice, the food came fast and the place was clean. Definitely will be coming back. Thanks Cornwall Taco Bell!
Nachos were good but lukewarm, were light on sour cream. Overall good but I've had them better. Still much better than Quebec based Taco Bells which are now closed.

Roof leaks, so the ceiling was dripping on me while placing my order The front entrance and windows are infested with spiders, no pest control. Gross. No soap in the bathroom, unhygienic. So the staff definitely didnt wash their hands properly before preparing the food. 3 for 3, an absolutely disgusting store in a bad state of disrepair, pest infestations, no handsoap... should be shut down.

Only done take out here, but the few times Ive gone Ive had a solid experience with staff and the quality of food. Prices and standard great Taco Bell prices. Vegetarian options: Theyve always been willing to swap meat based meals with rice and beans.
Im from Montreal, but Im a big Taco bell fan, so Ive been to this location a few times now. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and the food always hits the spot. For the uninitiated, I recommend a crunchwrap Supreme, and dont forget to get some Baja Blast!

Big box recommended
Went in early afternoon on Family day and was greeted by a very friendly staff member. Although the food at the Cornwall location is usually exceptional. Today was beyond that. The quality of every part of the meal was the best we have ever experienced. Everything was fresh and flavourful. It s clear the two members of staff working that day (that we could see) care very much for quality and service and we re excited to come back again.

Drive thru customers are always told to wait in parking lot, only to have workers search the parking lot for the correct customer. Even during the worst storm of the year Food is good though.

There is no option to rate it as a 0 star else I would have done that. The worst customer service. Customer Service : I picked up my order and when reached home, I saw that fries was missing. I headed back to the store and mentioned that the order is not complete and they should take care as I burn worth of $5 gas to get the fries worth of $3, to make them realize customer is not fool. Instead of training the employees, the owner started having argument with me and told me that I am being rude and bla bla... It is completely understood that owner doesnt care about the customer at all. Food : The food was worst as well, no stuffing at all, was feeling like eating the wraps without stuffing. Food was not warm at all even felt like it was just taken out from the freeze. That was my last visit to taco bell ever as there are many other Mexican options in the city..

Ordered a crunchwrap supreme and basically got a tortilla filled with lettuce and a spoonful of meat, if that.
I place my order online and it is always ready when I go to pick it up. The customer service is great and when it is quiet someone always comes to the dining room to clean.
I visited this location in the late afternoon on April 28th, 2023. I ordered the Party Pack for $27.99 (before tax), but was charged $29.09 (before tax) instead. The price of $27.99 was clearly displayed on the overhead menu. When I questioned the price discrepancy there was mass confusion. The employee kept trying to explain that it was the tax, but I was disputing the pre-tax price and she could not understand. She called over another employee to help. This employee leaned over the counter to see the customer facing screen on the register as I pointed out the error on the display. She then looked at the overhead menu and could see that there was a discrepancy. At this point I was naively expecting her to corrwct the issue. She re-entered my order and it came to the same incorrect total. Only this time she did it in such a way that I could no longer see my order on the screen in what I can only assume was an attempt to conceal the error. I told her that it was still incorrect and she said that the price in the register has changed and the overhead menu was not updated. I told her that the sign was misleading and they were very dishonest. I cancelled my order and left. I have low expectations from the start any time I visit Taco Bell. I expect meh food and multiple errors with my order, but I have no tolerance for getting scammed or ripped off. Ill get my loose stools from another establishment.
Quick service but the product (quesadilla) left a lot to be desired. I had to bring it home and add some more cheese and bacon to make it palatable.
I always say Im going to eat less next time, and every time I overdo it. Food is just too good

Dry. Not enough sauces in the items prepared. My cheesy gordita crunch lacked in flavors because it had barely any sauce and cheese in it. My quesadila was good but dry too. Wasnt due to a rush either cause I was the only customer there. As another reviewer said, Hawksbury does a better job.

I ll give it a two because I had a couple other alright experiences but I just ordered 4 tacos 15 minutes past opening expecting for it to be fresh and when I was driving home the bag was leaking on my lap. I get home to see my tacos litterally soaked, the lettuce was frozen or just washed. The tacos were so wet and cold they went into the trash and I m down $10
Placed an order online for pickup so I didnt have to wait 10 minutes again. Found out they charge more when you place an order online vs in store even when youre picking up yourself. Tried reaching multiple to no avail. Will never return until I get a call from the owner.
The tacos over there never disappoint
Lunch visit was great! Everything was fresh, no crusty carryover from the night before or anything. Service was fast and accurate. All items were loaded with a pretty heavy hand, compared to skimpier locations around. Everything actually tasted a lot closer to the way TB used to be decades ago. This location is far superior to anywhere in the Hamilton - Niagara regions. Baja was a bit light on the syrup ratio, but hey, everybodys trying to save a buck these days!

I asked for no tomatoes for the whole order... My husband doesnt like them and got tomatoes with it. They were not busy at that time so there is no excuse.

Incapable of keeping up with orders as they are having drive through customers park in the parking lot and wait. Some customers dont have the patience to wait and just leave, confusing the staff and causing a longer wait time for other customers. Take extreme caution while pulling up to the window as to curb your tyres.

Extremely Fast Drive-Thru Everytime
I ordered 6 tacos and found out when I got home I got 3. I went back and they wouldnt correct their mistake.
I paid for 6 tacos, they gave me 3 then would not give me the 3 missing tacos. The employees working there have no idea what customer service is and should honestly be fired.
Amazing and fresh
The taco all state all in day or so the food is simply fun and at times the management is sweet but I never hit on them out of respect of thier workplace the quick in and out of the drive thru is tricky at far left but the speed of service cant be be beat for a quick nourishing meal served in minutes and the dishes can stay clean thank you God bless you Dua mustaque hugs

I love Taco Bell! Its about time they brought it back! I do empathize for those who have not had their orders right etc.. as I would not be happy but I can only rate my experience. Both times thus far have been delicious! And the only way to have their fries is to go supreme!
Service was friendly, but the food was only ok. It hardly had any meat in the burritos and tacos. The fry supreme hardly had anything on it either. Not worth it for me. They also forgot part of my order.
Ive gone 4-5 times now and every time our order was made wrong. When we brought the wrong order back to the counter to have it made right, it takes on average, at least two more times if getting it made wrong before we finally get it the way we order it. I go with a picky eater who does not like veggies on their tacos. One of the times we went, they remade the order literally 5 times before we got it with no veg and you can clearly see on the screen where it says no veg. Its extremely frustrating! The only reason Im giving it two stars instead of one is because I order mine with everything on them and Ive never had an issue with my own order

I went there today. They werent busy there was 1 vehicle in front of us and no one behind us. I ordered a family pack and a number 3 combo and 2 extra soft taco supremes. The girl hands me 2 bags and says this one is your family pack and this one has your number 3 combo and your 2 extra soft tacos. I get it home the family pack is right and the number 3 combo is there but the 2 soft taco supremes for my picky 9 yr old grand daughter were not. I called them right away left my phone number on their answering machine and explained i was missing food. That was at 12:30-1:00 this afternoon. Its now 10:25 pm and i havent received a phone call yet. Never again will i buy food at this Taco Bell. They have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS AT ALL
Definitely not at all the same as the pictures on the menu!!! Looks like a down graded version once you get it it! It Tastes good just when you eat it however make sure your near a toilet because it wont stay long in your stomach!
Quesadillas wasnt cooked thoroughly , something wrong with fountain drinks, however they did offer substitute
I went to Taco Bell and ordered a à taco Gordita crunch box and only got one taco and got a dorito laco taco instead my daughter got a chicken quesadilla that was not only extremely soggy and it was a 4 minute drive home but it tasted so bad that even I almost threw up on the bright side the baha blast and cinnamon twist were good. Don t think I will be going back

I enjoy Taco Bell because unlike any other fast food chain I get my food fast, fresh, and right. The distinct taste of taco bells signature taco meat makes every bite warm and delightful. Also the wide variety of drinks makes a big difference when I go to eat. I will say, you should take some of Rhett and Links advice from Good Mythical Morning and make some of the things they have created on their YouTube channel.
