We ordered ahead of time, was told our food was ready, so we went to pick it up. When we arrived the food was not even started & then the employee ignored us & served people who ordered after us before us. He lied straight to our faces when we arrived & made excuses. Incredibly unprofessional & uncomfortable experience. Unfortunately good food but will now boycott this location because they took no accountability for their dismissive actions & attitude.
Ordered chips and queso with my meal, and got like 5 chips in the bag. Not to mention that the burrito looks like it was mangled... Pretty poor service, I will not be returning to this location

I've never really been a fan of burritos, but this was good. I ordered a sm Jerk Chicken burrito and loved it. A great selection of toppings, sauces and it's the only place, that I know of, has pineapple salsa. My fiancee ordered a mild chicken bowl and loved it. Will definitely be coming back for more :-)
i really enjoy the food at bar burritos ninth street location. i was in the other end of town and decided to come here thinking it should be the same… this is literally a mess, i understand it’s a taco and not going to be super clean to eat. but it should at least look put together in the box before i pick it up. very careless and basically just slapped it all on there, im unimpressed to say the least. they need to take some tips from the other location like putting the sauce before the lettuce so it doesn’t just fall off and overall just be more organized with their presentation 👎 taste is there but it’s not functional when half the ingredients are thrown on the box not even the taco
Excellent food. My first experience here was a good one. Clean restaurant, delicious food and very friendly staff. I had the burrito with crispy chicken and lime crema sauce. I am a huge fan of that Lime Crema sauce. My wife had the Crispy Chicken bowl and that Bang Bang sauce with the bees knees. I will definitely be coming back. Need some coupons for this place.

Outstanding place and food ! We went there for a quick lunch and realized that it had only been opened for a few days. Friendly staff and great floor manager. Learning curve in progress with the staff but it’s 100% normal. Would recommend for a quick meal. Ingredient were fresh and delicious. Churos was very good.

she literally forgot my steak in my wrap so it was all veggies , had to drive 15 min back and get my baby un strapped. ended up just taking my money back 20$ for a wrap this is unacceptable it wasn t even busy i was the only One inside

Ended up with food poisoning from undercooked chicken. Absolutely awful. The boy who served us was sweet but I don t think I ll ever be able to eat chicken again. Worst experience of my life.

i recommend you go here It is so good not only are they fast but their food is awesome it tastes so good and every one was so sweet Kid-friendliness: they have a kids menu i love that because kid should be able to enjoy this food too
First off, very friendly staff. Very clean. food was delicious, had a burrito with ground beef, burrito sauce and bang bang sauce. I d highly recommend this , in my opinion it made the burrito that much better.
Best burrito is town
I was heading to Popeyes when I saw this great restaurant next door. I couldnt resist because the opening special was enticing. Very good burritos. Very friendly boss gave me a bottle of water for free. I highly recommend. Very clean and welcoming
