Why are they closing?

I would like to highlight this Naxos restaurant on Coteau du Lac will remain in our memories (hats off! To the owner, outstanding service/quality food, beautiful atmosphere, it is with sadness. ...the restaurant will close on December 1st 2024. Congratulations to the owner, the family and the employees. Thank you for all the wonderful years. well deserved

Order on delivery..submarine and lasagna..submarine peperony steak..I took the trouble to ask if the submarine steak had nerves he assured me that no he didnt..steak full of nervous and not edible and served with fries for free but charges $3.10 for the fries.. lasagna lacks sauces and uncooked pasta.. I received the meal 30 minutes later and everything was cold... never again at this restaurant ..

Appropriately modest and friendly with good pizza. We had been there a few times in the past and the last time was for dinner on the evening of May 9, 2015. We were served by the very friendly Michèle J. to whom I told that we would produce a review on Tripadvisor in mentioning it. She enthusiastically gave me her full name but I told her that I would not give her full second name for reasons of internet privacy. She did her job well and we are satisfied with the good service she gave us. The outdoor terrace is certainly an asset but we still decided to take a table inside. The atmosphere is correct with a large television screen without sound which is respectful for customers. We cannot say whether this is always the case. We opted for a medium vegetarian pizza at $18.20 plus a fries at $2.75. We had plenty and it was good. The bill came to $24.09 with taxes. We photographed the pizza and fries if you want to get a glimpse of our feast. We will probably post an exterior photo of the restaurant in the near future because we couldnt take one that evening since the terrace was too busy and we didnt want to photograph people. We also note that no official photo represents the place, which will be all the more relevant. We offer you photos. We think trying this restaurant is a good idea but we dont plan on going there on a regular basis necessarily. Review written on May 11, 2015 in Salaberry de Valleyfield, Quebec, Canada. Two more visits. I went back there for breakfast with my wife on December 17, 2015 and it was very pleasant in every way. I have already posted the photo of the note online. The total with tax came to $12.93 with tax for our two excellent breakfasts. We had been served by Cricri. The prices are really very competitive as you can see in the photo: $5.15 for one egg, one meat and $6.10 for two eggs, one meat. I went there again yesterday morning January 8, 2016 with my friend Alain and it was just as pleasant. I ordered two eggs, sausages with baked beans, household brown bread. I had the choice of an extra applesauce or fruit salad and I opted for the latter. We were very well served by Josée this time. Total bill $7.00 with taxes which is a very good deal. I left Josée a good tip and with great pleasure. I am attaching the photo of the bill for my feast to this notice. I highly recommend this restaurant for at least breakfasts. We left the tip counting. We couldnt eat inside. So we were able to do it on the outdoor terrace. We had to order inside and were then served at the table by our kind waitress. The fries were very small and the pizza was ok but we have had better at this restaurant. It seems to us that the size of medium pizzas has diminished in restaurants over time. Nexos lasagna.... Delicious

Little update decided to give a 3rd chance but i warned them of ny allergies to onions and they put onions in my order told the person 4x and still messed up my order Normally the pizza amd subs are amazing but tonight it took over 1hr to get a sub amd my food was cook amd extremely undercooked meat was cold and bread was not cooked at all. Thia is the 2ed time it happens with my order of subs and 2 x with my pizza being very disgusting greasy and once under cooked. Oh and they changed there Italian sub sauce to some type of ceasar .bring back the old sauce

All I wanted was salad, fries and a beer, and I got it there with a pleasant service. Thank you!

Recently moved to Coteau du Lac, have been/ordered from there a few times. The food is very ordinary, the restaurant seems unclean and everything is very expensive considering the quality... Unfortunately thats not all... Not all obviously, but some waitresses just shouldnt work with the public.... In summary, really bad service, but its in agreement with the owner who cooks the food and who doesnt has no respect for his customers.

For a village restaurant, I only have one word, Pizza Miam,Miam,Miam. The fries remind me of the Golden Potato from Point des Cascade. Well done to the Chef

Im very picky about what I consider to be a really good pizza. And after being very disappointed with the region on the subject, I tried an all dressed from Naxos. I found the cost above average for an average of 14 @ $25, but after the first bite, it was clear that it was worth the cost and that I had finally found a place for good pizza.

Was a good stop after coming east from Cornwall, On. Going towards the Province of Quebec you desire a hot dog? dressed with mustard, cabbage, and you can try fries on top. Boy this is a delicacy, I like. Brochetterie Naxos has a variety on their menu, chicken, hot chicken, subs, pizzas, and much more choices. A quaint restaurant in the town of Coteau-du-Lac, Qc. going towards the west island of Montreal, and the City of Montreal. I have used their nearby scenic bike paths last summer in Coteau-du-Lac and Pointe Cascades, not to forget the near by restaurant Brochetterie Naxos, you have to visit this small town and its restaurant, why not.

I highly recommend trying the subs, especially the special naxos one.

Really disappointed, ultra slow service, asked 3 times for a glass of water, vegetables 0 cooked in my omelette which was cold and childrens pancake each with a whole pot of Nutella in it. $50 completely wasted.

Wrong food. Hot as hell. 35 people planned to use reception room with ac. We were 25 and could easily fit in restaurant. So they did. Soup was hot and tasty. Main meal was wrong. #3 Naxos sub was bland and did not work. Could hardly eat any of meal just trying to keep myself from having heat stoke. Drank 2 pitchers of no ice water. Do not sit in corner with no ac. Other side of restaurant was ok. Sat at bar with kids in front of ac exhaust, which was fine.

Rotten service so long you dont know how to get served

Poor service. Waited for 15 minutes and the waitress still didnt acknowledge my sitting there with only a third of the place full. Went to McDs.

The sub Special Naxos is yum. I take this sub almost everytime it go there. I have only been at lunch time. The service is a little slow. But the food is good. There specialty are subs.

Excellent lunch for a very low price. We enjoyed the hamburger poutine lunch special, including a hamburger, great poutine, wonderful homemade soup, coffee and dessert (black forest cake or strawberry rhubarb pie) all for $9.99.

The plates are very generous and appetizing. The meals are very good. To try it is to adopt it!!! We have been going there regularly for 14 years already!!

We decided to try a few things on the menu as it was our first time eating here, and there wasnt anything we ordered that want good. The pizza dough was crunchy, the submarine was delicious, the poutine was hot and very good, and the Caesar salad was great. The service was very friendly. Definitely recommend trying this place out.

Awesome Pizza, Great service and staff. They close at 9:00 and we got there just before that. They said No problem come on in. Best pizza I have had in many years. Will be my regular food stop when traveling to Montreal and back.

Alright. The service is good, the pitas are plump and crunchy. The grilled chicken is moist, the tzatziki is delicious. No stress. We will definitely go back there.
