Once in a while, teens come in Ave are really loud

1/4 pounder with cheese. It was dry, only 2 pickle slices, 2 pieces of onion???? I ordered no ketchup, but got no mustard. So disappointed. Food : 2/5

Called to complain and could hear outbursts of laughter from staff. Needless to say issue wasnt resolved.

No one can speak English, they rush your orders and give you a terrible experience and terrible food. Raise your standards, mcdonalds. I could barely understand the people taking my order. This is embarrassing.

Slow to take an order. Short staffed, over worked so they have poor attitudes. Generally only somewhere I go because Im right there and need to eat right then.

I just went there to take my skip order and the guy at the front was making faces without any reason and was very rude..never going there even to buy something from next time .. I don t know why the hell he was rude to me I just andr for my skip order

I LOVE MY CARAMEL ICED COFFEE! However last Sunday after church (10am) we decided to have breakfast at Mcdonalds at this location where we ordered 4 sets of meals for the whole family when they messed up my iced coffee. This one was bitter and i thought it just needed more cream but i also could not taste the caramel because of the bitterness of the coffee. I went back to ask for more cream, so this manager who was also taking orders both in front and drive thru game me a couple of those mini containers. But then when i added it in, it was still too bitter and I also thought there was no caramel syrup in it, so i went back to ask for more cream and caramel syrup to add to my drink. What this Male Asian Manager did got me frustrated because not only he did not give me any syrup, he was just not paying attention to my concern and just handed me the cream and turned his back. So then i added the cream and was still unsatisfied of the taste but because i was already pissed i asked my wife to come back to the counter to ask to add more syrup in it. What happened next pissed me even more, she came back with the iced coffee having too much syrup now and was told NEXT TIME if she needs to have more syrup we should be paying for it cuz its not free. Yes, i understand that part where there was a charge if we needed more syrup but for our case we could not feel the sugar in it, even after telling him that he just told me No sir, i asked the one who made it and they said they added syrup in it! Damn! if only my kids were not with me i swear!!!!!.So i kept my cool and just walked out completely shocked of what i just heard. If i had known, i would have asked him to taste the iced coffee first it was the regular taste for an iced coffee so he could not tell that to my face in front of other customers. Great customer service coming straight from the manager! Just great! You dont deserve to be a manager, i did not get your name but ill make sure ill add it in here next time i would pass by, nope not ordering from your store again!

Went and got drive thru from this location 3 times this week for breakfast or lunch. Each and every time, they handed me coffee where the lid s hole would line up right over the cup s seam. So every sip, the coffee leaks. I thought it was a fluke the first time, but all three visits?! Very frustrating and hot when you re on the go.

This is McDonalds. Their food quality is the lowest of the fast food restaurants. The building and staff are nice. Ultimately, we all go their for the food which is, lets face it... McDonalds. Also, prices have gone up so much it isnt even the cheap option any longer!

Its one of the best McDonalds in the city.

It McDonalds my siblings wanted it, so we went. McDonalds is McDonalds is not great, but its always good. Vegetarian options: Very limited, but they do have a couple of options. Just ask for no meat. But the fries have beef stock, so those are not vegetarian.

Wish I could understand the broken English. Tho it is exciting to see if they got your order correctly. Love parking the truck and going in to try to explain they screwed up the order again.....even more fun when in a hurry.

Terrible. Staff made a mistake on the order, and they seemed upset that I had inconvenienced them. They got it corrected on the 3rd try after sending out 2 or 3 other orders first.

Always a quick and easy, consistent stop for a breakfast. I was disappointed they gave me a to go bag that just got tossed in the trash to save the staff from cleaning a tray. Seems wasteful.

Wife picked up Chicken Big Mac at drive through brought to me for lunch and Im sorry it was terrible and there was a short black hair in the fries. Eat there couple times a week since close to work, but thi was bad.

I hate leaving negative reviews and I know McDonalds isnt fine dining but a cold big mac on a bun about a week past its best before date is a bit much. Buns should not be crunchy unless they are toasted.

Tables were dirty. Asked to have one cleaned and it was cleaned. All other tables wetter left dirty. Needs more attention to cleaning.

You shouldn t offer breakfast all day if you re going to serve a rubbery egg with blackish discolouration on a rock hard egg McMuffin. No thank you to a replacement meal. I won t be back.

Thanks for ruining my family getaway. Ate there on Thursday afternoon. After getting to Victoria I became very ill. 8 hours of puking and I still dont feel right. Fries and a chicken burger were all I ate that day. Ill never go back here again. I should have known better when I was in the restaurant and saw how disgusting it was. The bathrooms were so bad I chose to go elsewhere. Clean up your act before you really hurt someone.

Coffee good! Cold fries and what service?

Order machine ran out of paper so no receipt. Toilets were inaccessible because all the toilets were blocked for cleaning at the same time. We asked for table delivery but the table was behind a barrier. A nice layout for seating in this restaurant but the times I have been the half the restaurant is blocked off for seating.

The outdoor patio tables havent been cleaned Im months...

Just went through the drive-through. I got charged $1.50 for a large pop. When I got to the pick-up window there was a sign that clearly stated all soda $1.00. When I questioned the staff member, I was told that it wasnt all sizes. I pointed out that they should remove the sign that says Any Size as it isnt true. Her reaction is that the signs come from the company. So either you have $1 pop or you dont. Dont advertise something you dont have!

The employees are judgemental towards the homeless or whoever looks like they might be. Other than that it was good as any McDonalds.

Not sure why Im posting this because management dont read or respond. I often go out for a walk and stop at McDs for a drink and to read the paper. I find the place very noisy. The staff are very loud, laughing, yelling at each other and it carries throughout the store. Also many are ESL and they are speaking in their native language which I have no issue with but they are loud. I had one staff member in the restaurant area yelling back to another staff member in the kitchen area. Many of the patrons Ive seen and heard appear to also be annoyed by this loud noise coming from the kitchen. Have fun and enjoy your job is whats it is all about BUT dont be so loud and annoying to disturb others who come to sit and enjoy and meal, read, use their computer or to have a quiet conversation.

I am impressed with the young man, Nolan, who took my oder through the drive-through. Customer service makes all the difference.

Morning breakfast always seems to be an issue for our family with McDonalds We ordered enough for 4 people all simple combos, and some sandwiches didnt come with meat in them. As in 2 eggs and an English muffin. Among other things that were wrong with the order, they did correct the problem, but only because we dined in. If we were drive-through.. it would have been worse.

Updating this review after 2 years. Minimum wage is vastly over paying these people. Gave them a shot again. Ordered a blt bagel (no egg) i got a dry begal with just suasgae. Ok. Maybe they was confusing. Came back the next week order a blt bagel ( ill throw out the egg myself. Got a dry bagle, egg, sauage. They missed 50% of the ingredients each time. No mayo. No lettuce. No tomato. Just shut the doors. Worst mcdonalds in the world hands down. Every time i go there its 15 min for a coffee. And somehow sits wrong. If you make the mistake of going here look at your order. Becauae it will be wrong. .

Employees look miserable working. The tables are always dirty, the vibe is negative. And food is okay but not great, but thats what you get at fast food place.

Ive had pretty good experiences going through the drive thru at this location. Good always comes fresh and hot, as ordered. Ive never had a long wait for my food, the staff seem pretty quick at filling orders. Staff are friendly at the drivethru speaker and at the windows. My only complaint might be the speed at which they acknowledge customers at the order panel. Ive waited there for a few minutes some times before hearing from anyone.

I went to this dons tonight and I was not pleased with my food or service. What mainly concerned me was how the store manager was tweaking at her employees while we were sitting there listening. Here s how it started ; after ordering I got up to the window and asked for a water, which apparently was the last thing the store manager wanted to hear, then they pulled me ahead in a hurry ( no worries cuz I have to wait for my fresh fries ) and when then they gave me food I politely reminded him about our water which then the manager once again starts yelling at her employee asking well why didn t they take it at the other window are you kidding me!? They want water amongst other inappropriate statements. After that we were a bit shook and just wanted our fries but only to realize that there was no salt WHAT SO EVER

I have always liked this mcds but after this evening my thoughts are a lot different. Here we get sent to the wait window thinking we are going to have fresh food well after getting back on to the road and opening the food it was cold so turned around and went back and got fresh fries. I should have checked the burger also because it was very cold like it was sitting out for a couple hours. I dont get take out often especially from mcds and mostlikely wont for a long time after this experience.

This place has constantly disappointed. Ive never come across a place this bad. I remember on night shifts where I would leave work and even though they are open, they refuse to even respond and it looks like nobody is around. Constantly misses items in orders on more occasions than I can count, and when you try to call to sort it out, they never pick up the phone so you have little to no recourse.

Ordered 2 meals for Happy Meal Day. Meal 1, fries cold, not even a little warm. Meal 2, fries cold, spicy habinero chicken patty was a just plain chicken patty and the chocolate shake was just ice cream - no chocolate. This is why we dont go to McDonalds anymore. The Big Mac was good.

This McDonalds location treat drivers well. All staffs have good teamwork and are very friendly. I was surprise because most McDonalds treat delivery drivers like leeches. I always try to avoid picking up delivery from McDonalds but I like picking from this location even if I have to wait.

Ive literally gotten food poisoning twice this summer going to this location alone & I am not one to fall ill easily. Cant trust coming back here anything will change.

The drive through had extremely long wait times. The cars ahead of me were waiting for at least 10 minutes before their orders were taken.

They will deliberately stall your order in the drive thru to make their times looks good. Awful service, wrong orders everything about this store is terrible. Worst mc Donalds in North America.

Unfortunately this location has been consistently poor since it opened. I wonder if it is a training location for fresh immigrants brought in to do low paying jobs..? Orders are often wrong or worse... when they are wrong AND the egg muffins are burnt black, or hard as a rock from sitting under the warmer for too long. Same with burgers on occasion. Really aggravating when you park to find a lunch that should have been put in the garbage. Seriously, stop selling food that should be discarded. Totally messed up our order again today again. (I always double check to be sure they get it right on the menu screen at least). One of the 2 WRONG items they gave us from the 3 items we ordered, the muffin was burnt and dry as a cracker again...The mayo on that item you gave me today could have been rancid... Im not calling to complain for a credit, (even if someone would answer the phone) and not worth driving across town for mc ds fast food.

went to this mcdonalds Sept 13th 2022 or dinner with our 2 young kids, walked in and they had all the dinning room tables closed. we asked why the counter person said due to lack of staff or something then laughed and said I have no idea. They had lots of staff members there, so we left went to a&w which has less staff and still had there dinning room open. this mcdonalds has gone down hill over the years we will not be returning again.

Manager with a bad dye job is rude. The staff members are nice. Wont go back since the manager was hoping we would just leave. While he bagged other orders for 20 minutes rather then fix our food. Ill drive to the one in Comox before I will go there again.

MickyDs A reliable fast food outlet. I am always amazed at the excellent staff. The kids that work there are friendly, alert and polite. We could be tipping them, but that would hold them back, when in reality they just passing through and onto better jobs.
