Flavor and quality of food is best. Authentic and realistic aroma and taste is exactly what it should be . Good thing they don't mix up western Flavors in Indian food . Must try there tikkas and aloo tiki.
The people working here are always so nice and the service is fast, the food is so good too :) I will definitely keep coming back,, I love the chai tea too as well and the paneer was to die for,, I also loved the samosas and pakoras, I can’t wait to try everything else on the menu 😻😻 I also love how late it’s open till this is the only good place to get food that late in Courtenay now lol
Worst samosa I've ever had. Sooooo bland with only chili pepper for seasoning. Dipping sauce is awful, runny but slimy at the same time. Shame because the dough on the outside was actually pretty tasty, but my god worst filling ever.
Everyone in the comox valley, this is a must try. Great service. Kind people. The food is delicious. It's their first year in business so show them some support. If you are afraid to try Indian food, go for the not spicy dishes. You will love it. I promise.
I must commend the excellent service provided, I feel compelled to share some constructive feedback regarding the food. The side dip was disappointingly runny and lacked flavour, which impacted the experience. Additionally, the Paneer Tikka was difficult to chew, and the Chicken Malai Tikka was noted to be lacking in salt. I believe there is room for improvement in these areas to enhance customer satisfaction.
Super glad this opened up right near me, it's been great to try out. The samosas were tasty (but could've used a bit more seasoning) and the sauce given with it was delicious. Tried the chicken curry and it was also great! Looking forward to coming back again and trying more out
This lovely food truck is not only visually appealing the food is wonderful and Parked in a great location with access to lots of parking. I ordered the pakora and Chicken Malai Tikka. The Pakora was hot, flavorful and had a decent heat level but not where you go crying for yogurt to cool your mouth down. Located in downtown courtenay just 2 minute walk from the puntledge River what a lovely place for an after dinner walk. The people working in the food truck have an absolutely lovely personality and great customer service. What a lovely treat to have Mirch serving up this delicious food.
Had the Chicken Tikka and an order of Samosas tonight and it was excellent. Good portion size, decent price and the taste was excellent. Probably the best Samosa I’ve ever had. I can’t believe they have a Tandoor in the food truck!
We had pakoras, samosas, chicken curry, and chicken malai tikka. Everything was so good! Just the right amount of spice and excellent flavors. Will absolutely eat here again!

I tried everything on menu . It was good but can be improved . The samosa filling was a little underseasoned and the pakora were a bit too salty , the paneer quantity was less and paneer should have been toasted/smoked more . But overall a great startup in the town , I would say give it a try .

I recently tried out a food truck serving samosas and paneer tikka, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The samosas were deliciously crispy, while the paneer tikka was bursting with flavor. Definitely a must-try!
Very friendly couple of people that have an amazing truck! Even my kiddo enjoyed her Lassi (she doesnt like everyones) very good and yogurt-y. Also the paneer Tikka and the samosas were so good! Spice level was perfect, cannot wait to go back for more! Thank you!
