Good prices, generous portions, upbeat and friendly staff and most importantly, the food was delicious.

Dietary restrictions: The Poke Bowl has a selection of a variety of the most healthy food choices you can find in any restaurant Ive been to. Taste, texture, nutrition and cost are my 4 goals in enjoying a meal. For many years I mostly ate at restaurants that met 3 of those goals. I would enjoy the taste, texture and the price of my meals but a half hour later I did not feel the energy boost or the tummy contentment that comes with eating nutritious food. I also carried an extra 30lbs weight wise that goes with eating high calorie low nutrient food. My body was enjoying the taste of the Poke Bowl and even better was the way I felt after the meal..Energized and content. For a great meal at a reasonable cost nothing competes with the Poke Bowl.

Im from Vancouver and here in the Comox Valley for the summer. Im pretty picky when it comes to poke - there are only a couple of poke places in Vancouver I would consider going to, after trying many different ones. When I googled Poke in Courtenay, I was worried when I saw only one option, Poke Page. I worried that it would be the generic, chopped up uninspired raw veggies and plain fish + boring sauce that ruins so many poke places in the Greater Vancouver area. Boy, am I glad I was wrong. Poke Page is fresh, delicious, and fantastic. The salmon, tuna, and scallops were very fresh, and the combination of spicy sauces (wasabi and spicy mayo) were delicious. There was also an exceptional amount of accompaniments/sides, and paying the extra $ for the avocado was so worth it. It was nothing short of miraculous that the slices of avocado I got were perfect, ripe, melt-in-your mouth goodness without a single touch of brown. I have no idea how they did it. The rest of the sides I chose were also very fresh, and portions were reasonable for the price. Service was prompt and friendly, and the lady at the counter was patient and explained how the menu works/numbers of sides since it was my first time. Thank you for serving great poke (its rare to find good quality in smaller towns when theres only one restaurant of a particular type), and I will definitely be back before the end of the summer! P.S. - If ownership reads this, my one suggestion which would make this place EVEN better would be to have a SUPER spicy mayo-based sauce (ghost pepper, capsaicin, whatever you need to do).

I go here almost every week because of the food. It s very affordable and you get to choose your own toppings for the poke (They have like 45 topping options) and everything is so fresh and delicious. Also, the boba is the best in town and they also have icecream. Hands down the best poke bowl I have eaten. The staff are very kind as well as the owner!

Large variety, fresh and decent prices. Their bubble tea is sooo good, we will definitely be back.

17 Jan 24, 4pm. I ve had many meals from this place and never been disappointed. However, my dinner tonight . Was especially amazing! I regret not asking for her name but she made me my Maui Chirashi bowl and the portions of each ingredient are immaculate - just how I like it and more - and she filled my bowl perfectly. You don t know how much this made my day, thanks girl

Excellent poke bowls! Bubble tea is amazing! Super tasty, great portion size. Staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is cute and clean. So happy they have come to the valley, and very excited to eat here again.

Excellent food, Had the HONOLULU DREAM and milk tea. Good serving size for the price and quality, will definitely be one of our takeout staples for now on.

I havent had poke that good in years since my favourite place in downtown Vancouver closed. Super fresh ingredients and great selection of toppings and proteins.

Always stuffed after eating here! Food is super fresh and we always have a great experience.

Food and atmosphere are terrific, but one staff gave us bad attitude because we took too long to order as it was our first time there. We understand you are busy and preparing food to serve customers but making us feel uncomfortable will not help you.

Stumbled upon this cute restaurant while getting my boys pizza next door and how lucky for me. It was incredible! I was so amazed at how all the ingredients worked together. Will definitely be recommending this to my friends for a delicious and healthy bowl!

My daughter loved her poke bowl. She has been wanting to go back. Fast service, friendly service and easy to order from the menu or make your own bowl. Five stars from this customer. We will be back for sure. Check it out if you are a fan of sushi.

Finally! Simple, fast, fresh and delicious. I used to always pick up a Pole Page when driving through Nanaimo and now the small valley has its own. If you like rice bowls it wont disappoint and of you have never tried before its the perfect accessable place to dive in. Support this business!

Such a great spot and exactly what the Comox valley needed. Fresh seafood, veggies, and delicious sauces. I had a large and it was really filling. For the price it s totally worth it. Highly recommend. Dietary restrictions: You tell them exactly what you want in the bowl.

I was there with a friend earlier today and I had a build your own bowl, it was excellent. The staff where nice and the place was nice. I had a great experience overall, such a good combination of flavors. I really dont know how they keep ingredients this fresh so consistently, its awesome! My friend has been here four times and loves it too.

Second time enjoy Poke Page and it s still amazing. Pleasantly surprised at the freshness. As someone who eats very healthy, it is great knowing healthy options are available for days eating out. Staff was super friendly, menu knowledgeable, and the establishment is very clean. Would recommend for lunch or dinner!

Super tasty and fresh, I get the large make your own My is sushi rice, get 6 add in mix (toppings), 3 proteins I usually get ahi tuna, spicy tuna and marinated salmon plus sauces and green onions and crunchies on top It last me atleast 2 meals unless Im really hungry Staff are just amazing, great selection of items, reasonably priced Ultra healthy fun for the kids, lunch/dinner some assembly required lol kidding I highly recommend Vegetarian options: You dont need to add meat its literally all vegetarian lol Parking: Its at at stripmall Kid-friendliness: Staff are suoer friendly and its fun as the kids can create thier own bowl
