This place is great. People are just flying through the door. It’s outdoor seating but even in a little misty rain we were fine. The soup was hot!

This is such a cute soup kitchen. Heather and Gordon are great cooks and hosts. If you're not sure what the soup tastes like, ask for a sample. The soup is so nutritious and the cheese scone is delicious. I got the borscht soup with sour cream. I ate outside with my dog. It was a lot of fun and reasonably priced. Very nice owners. Please support the local business.
The best place to grab a delicious and healthy lunch on the go in Courtenay. Every day choose from one of 4 healthy and delicious soups,always with a vegan and a vegetarian option and at least one choice for the carnivore in your crew. I am only disappointed when the family that runs this dynamic lunch spot have to take the day off
I live in Victoria, but everytime I visit Courtenay The Soup Pot is on my list of places to stop. Great little mom and pop shop, and offers a grab and go cup of soup/scone or sandwiches. Unpretentious. Good portions, tasty and hearty soup, wasn't shy with the cut of roast beef in my sandwich. Great lunch stop!

Friday is fish chowder. Love the Mulligatawny. Love the scones. Too noisy to eat there. People without mufflers driving down Cliffe. Eat in your car. The tall cups are good to drink your soup and keep it warm. I will bring a flask so I can bring it home without spilling it. The best soups in the Comox valley

The Soup Pot is our go-to lunch place. Their soups are exceptional and they always provide a terrific selection. My husband and I really appreciate stopping there when were out for a ride.
Delicious soups - really delicious soups! Only wish they were open 7 days a week. The soups are so good. Parking: There are a number of parking spots at the restaurant also the mall parking across the street.

Cool little spot with a great concept for a soup and sandwich spot. It was late so I missed out on the soups but Im thinking if they sale out that fast its gotta be good. My sandwich was awesome my friend who did manage to get soup said it was great. Oh well next time. Apparently they off 5 different selections of soup a day looking forward to returning there.

Incredible home made soups!! Sold out of a very unique location ... There were five different ones today and they sell out fast so go early. Soup served in a cup! And get that cheese scone, because the combo is just so good! They are busy making sandwiches everytime we go there so those must be incredible. And the two people there are charming.

The most excellent food and service! Heather and Gord are such amazing people. The Soups are always a wonderful tantalizing variety which usually includes at least one dairy free option and one veggie option and Oh So Many Gluten Free options!!!! I am celiac and am so confident to eat here! I have had MANY issues at many different places with GF menu options still causing me problems....BUT here I NEVER have any issues at all. It feels like eating at my grandmas place or something. Ya know? All home cooked and and hearty and full of Love! You sure can feel the love in this soup!! I love supporting local businesses especially good people!!
Local best lunch by far chicken sandwich, add an original soup, usually 4-6 per day. Your mid-day is complete. The soup comes with an amazing cheese bun, I love mine buttered. The chicken is an actual chicken breast cooked that morning assembled with the works no mustard for my wife. If their open and were in town thats Lunch.
Couldnt get better quality, or more lovingly made food. Trust a certified chef to make soup this good and dont get me started on the scones, sandwiches and butter tarts! Yum!

One of the best places for Lunch in the Courtenay/ Comox Valley. Fresh made daily with home made on the spot sandwiches that cant be beaten. Warm the body, both in fall and winter. See you again soon.

Really nice people, good club wrap and scone, weird spice in the broccoli cheddar soup couldnt taste anything else and no chucks of broccoli only pureed, would try again but a different soup.
