Really nice burgers and people !

Great place for a delicious lunch !

The food and atmosphere was really nice, one of the best places to eat on Vancouver Island according to my family and myself. A special thought for the smoked pulled pork poutine which was really delicious.

Last time I had poutine I gave Heidi a ten dollar tip yesterday she kicked me off a table cause I wasn t a customer

Unreal fresh food . Wraps are large and tasty . Vegetables always taste fresh . French fries are well done and crispy. Just found this place last week and have been for lunch 3 times already . Staff are very friendly . Highly recommend.

The best place to eat in Cow Bay!

Tried this place for the first time today. It was really worth it. The Clam chowder is delicious. The fries were cooked perfectly and retained their heat till the last one. I also ordered the Thai chicken wrap .. it was sooo delicious I live in Nanaimo but I d drive to eat there again.

Dietary restrictions: Celiac. They cleaned the grill and fried a piece of gluten free seasoned cod and placed it on a freshly made salad. Delicious.

We love this place! The staff/owners are lovely and kind, and their food is consistently delicious. Our go-to is their veggie quesadilla and veggie wrap. Oh my! Fresh ingredients, excellent veggie patties and tasty sauces/sides. The fries are fresh and crispy too. So good I m drooling just thinking about it. In fact we re going back right now to try their veggie burger. Thank you for the delicious food and excellent customer service!

Cute little place serving a fish based menu. Had this fish an chips and prawns and was not disappointed.

Food was very tasty. Had a cod burger. Cod was fresh, tender and juicy. Toppings were the same as a burger. I had the lemon herb seasoning. Partner had the cod wrap with Mediterranean seasoning. He raved about it. It looked very juicy and again, fish was very tender. Will definitely go back and try other items off the menu. Service was courteous and friendly. Didnt wait long for lunch from the time we ordered to the time received.

Ive been there quite a few times and everytime the meals have been tastey and portioned well. My fav is the clam chowder.

The food here is above average and the price is very reasonable. I enjoyed the chicken and Brie focaccia sandwich for only $7 dollars. The following day I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich for $6 dollars. The third day I had the breakfast wrap, which was the only poor meal I received here. There was far too much lettuce in the wrap and it overshadowed the other ingredients. The sandwiches are tasty, the price is right, and I would return.

Ive tried several eateries in Cow Bay. This and the Cow Bay Pub are the best right now. Tasty food, good chowder and cod burger and at a reasonable price. Good service too.

First time eating here in Cowichan Bay, friendly unrushed order of Fish and Chips for my wife and I.... Very good price, portion size and the flavour was amazing. Will return soon.

My wife and l enjoyed...We had the 2 piece cod and chips....best price lve ever seen and the food was honestly awesome....We will most definetly return....So good to see great food great price....Staff friendly and quick service...l highly reccommend

Great prices, speedy service and friendly staff. I had the cod burger and a side of fries to go and I could barely finish it even though i was starving. All very tasty :)

Super yummy wraps, they are huge, fresh and tasty. Very friendly service and great price. I just wish the sweet potato fries can be more crispy but everything else is great.

Very limited menu. We were told, Only the top three items are available. Thats the top three items of a full-page menu. Seems pretty limited to me.

Im writing this review as Im sitting in the restaurant. Superb local quality ingredients, which is definitely all sourced within the cowichan valley. Food price is very reasonable. A must visit and a beautiful place to get warm.

Wow! This funky little place doesnt look like much but you wont regret stopping here for a bite!! The food is awesome!

We stopped by with hungry, tired kids. They liked the fish and chips and we had a brief reprieve. Yay.

Very good fish and chips. It might get crowded in good weather but the outdoor patio is nicely set up and owners are attentive. Ill come here again.

We are Cowichan Bay locals and we come here every couple of weeks for a cod wrap and side salad.

Delicious yogurt with granola and strawberries, could be a little less sweet in my opinion. Everything served in disposable cups: a shame. Delicious breakfast on the (covered) terrace. Great place.

Always great food!

Just had my 1st wrap there today and was honestly shocked at the taste and the quality! The chicken was tender and fresh and the fries were delicious and fresh cut and the price was super reasonable. The guy that made the wrap (probably Rob I suppose) was super friendly and I could tell that he cared about his product. Ive lived in the Valley for 35yrs and even lived in Cowichan Bay for a few years and did not even know this place existed. Another Gem that I can tell my clients about - yahoooooo!!! Man do I love this valley!!!

On my long quest to find the best tasting burger, i have finally found it here as we were exploring the island. The only downside is that i live in Oregon and cannot frequent this place. I would come to the island just for the burger itself. Sorry Victoria...

Better than any pub around. Terrific Veggie burger with excellent fresh toppings and nice buns. Great fries and a great price! Everything I want!

Thanks to Eriks review we decided to try this place while vacationing. Food exactly as described. Lightly tempura battered fish (wife had grilled) with good fries and coleslaw. The whole menu wasnt available since some items werent in season (January).
