This restaurant is amazingly clean and spotless - the high chair looked brand new it was so clean. Food was great and well priced. Staff were kinda and friendly! Definitely recommend.
The worst customer service ever, went through drive through, they told me I had to wait on chicken. 21 mins goes past no one brings my food out. After I go in- 8 people standing there- no one at the till, no one in the back, I start looking around for any staff and they were all sitting on boxes in the back. I ask where my food is, he just rudely hands it too me and doesn’t even say sorry. Three people left after they saw them sitting. ( you can see through an area) Extremely poor service. I am also considered about the them chopping chicken and how gross it was. The last time I was in. Guy came around the corner when blood and nasty stuff on him. Why is raw chicken being chopped then staff cross contaminating and grabbing other things like potatoes with their same gloves and equipment etc? Not ok. One other thing- the owner/mangers must not like any other culture, other than Indian (Pakistan) people as that is the only people who work there. Which makes me wonder if they cast discrimination, considering how I was treated today. Everything screams that the owner and mangers are racist there. Manager needs to be replaced badly.
Horrible, purchased chicken tenders and fries. Fries dryer than Sahara desert. Chicken tenders dry and all breading. Rubbery and chewy. So hungry and couldn’t even eat. Also cut up mouth on rock hard chicken (tenders).
On a very rainy morning the doors were opened late as we stood outside. The biscuits were hot and tempting and the counter staff were courteous and quick. But again, how much can you enjoy it when you are cold and wet now.
I found the 'Popeyes L. Chicken' a new experience, and though the chicken was good and all the Servers were keen and the building was brand new, the coating was a little difficult, which lessened the experience. However the friend I was with thought it was fantastic. He become a regular consumer.
Went in tonight for a quick road snack back to Sparwood, service was fast and efficient and our cashier girl was super friendly. We got a chicken nugget combo with Cajun fries and a “tester”/snack size of popcorn shrimp for $4.99. Everything was so delicious and not super greasy like your average A&W. We will definitely be back to the Popeyes in Cranbrook, BC! 10/10.

Of you are in Cranbrook then Popeyes is the only place for fried chicken. KFC in Cranbrook is horrible and not a good choice. Popeyes chicken is less greasy, nice and crispy, with good flavor. Food
Great place, great chicken and cajun fries are awesome. Not real fast but is definitely worth the wait. This time though had to wait over 20 min for mild chicken . Finally went inside and order was sitting on counter . So not only did they not bring it to my vehicle, not a little freebie for waiting so long and not bringing out when was ready. And only i customer inside Hummm? Parking: Made for cars , not pickups. And in cranbrook lots of 4x4s and SUVs

Food is delicious (especially the wings) And the service is fast and friendly. Ive never had a bad experience at popeyes and they even listen to all of my little hyper specific requests which most places simply glance right over! Probably the only place in cranbrook I feel confident leaving 5 stars on.
Worst Wings we have ever had!! Those are Chicken Wings! So small they can t be wings. And way too expensive and awful! False advertising! Be ware!

Everytime we eat here we get sick. Service is subpar at best. Everything is way too salty. KFC in town is no better, do yourself a favour and make fried chicken at home.
Love the chicken here, the staff are always great. If there are any delays in your order they will throw in an extra piece of chicken or nuggets. Would highly recommend!

I went through the drive-through and got the chicken sandwich and some chicken strips the service was great and the food was hot and tasted fresh. The chicken was tender and juicy with a nice crispy breading ,The sandwich was amazing and the frys were crispy and very good, The flavors here are unique and delicious

Food was alright. Please allow the bathroom doors to stay unlocked so people can wash their hands before eating. THERE IS NO BABY CHANGE TABLE IN THIS RESTAURANT. That is why only one star.
Our order took forever ... over 15 minutes. Said it was because they were waiting for the strawberry pies to be cooked? Sandwich was yummy and filling, but the lettuce was a bit wilted.

The chicken here is amazing BUT the prices are outrageous. We ordered 20 chicken tenders and it cost us $80, that is $4 per strip. Yet the family dinner was the same price for 20 chicken tenders and 3 large sides. There is a problem there. I can see 20 chicken tenders being $25 but $80 is absolutely ridiculous. Not sure we will be eating here again with these prices. I can purchase a lot of groceries for $80. I think they need to look at the prices and possibly adjust them. UPDATE: I decided to go in and speak to the manager of Popeyes and find out about the pricing. Come to find out that it is not Popeyes that is outrageous it is Doordash. Doordash adds fees and tip and and and on to the price of the food. Food is expensive enough without Doordash adding an extra $30 on to the freaking price. So from now on I will be going to get my own orders no more Doordash!!!!

Came in to order a meal for my family. The meal was good, if not lacking in spice. They also forgot the fries. I called to let them know. Not a big deal. Until I got back to the store. The service was horrible, and I was passed around like I was dialing a call center. Good food, nice establishment, service left me a bit sour on the place.
For a fast food franchise it was very tasty food. The staff there was very friendly and we were served quickly. The layout was very nice with booths and tables and the restaurant was very spacious. If you need fast food in the area I suggest going here.
5 stars for their Chicken Sandwich. The chicken sandwich is THICK and JUICY and CRISPY, and delicious. Much bigger and crispier than KFC but KFC does have a better spicing. That said, Popeyes spicing is still delicious, just more of a general salt spicing than KFC. Order a couple of sauces to make your bites pop. I like the blackened ranch and the sweet chili heat. The gravy also is great for dipping. Poutine is also delicious. My fiances 4 chicken pieces were overcooked and therefor drier but when he ordered the same a few weeks ago they were great. (Update: we ordered a bucket of spicy chicken to go yesterday and it was perfect!) Make it even better with milkshakes please, Popeyes, thats the only thing missing, a creamy cold dessert to balance your menu. For now I run next door to Wendys to add a Frosty to my takeout. And you need to ask for a key for the washrooms now so thats a little annoying but not the end of the world. Go to Wendys next door for the best washrooms in Cranbrook and no key needed of it bothers you and grab that Frosty while youre at it. Parking: We like parking here because we can see our car from any table and keep an eye on our dogs while we dine in.

Usually I like Popeyes but I had the chicken strips yesterday and they tasted funny. The chicken in itself was fine but the coating had a weird taste. Maybe the fryer needs cleaning

Absolutely non-sense! Ordered their spicy chicken sandwich from drive through. Emphasized and repeated 3 times I want all kinds of vegetables that you have to come with it . The guy who took the oder said sure . When I get home, open the bag, saw only couple pieces of pickles in there. Funny thing is this is actually the second time the same thing happen to me in this place, the first time was a in-store pick up order. Guys, please open up your bag and double check your food before you leave there, people who work there either can t understand English or just don t care about what customers request. And if you end up walking into the restaurant to place a pickup order, congratulations, you are gonna be waiting forever, you are the gonna see hundreds of orders come in later than yours go to the drive through first which is super ridiculous. I totally understand restaurants serve drive through as priority cuz the traffic in drive though might get too busy, but this restaurant funny enough seems only serve in store pick up orders when there isn t any vehicles in drive through. Very bad experience.
Must have had an off day with the biscuits. They were tasteless, hard and dry. Rest was great.
Food is usually good but the service sucks. One time I ordered chicken strips only to get home to have chicken legs and thighs... Love the popcorn shrimp but half the time its not popcorn shrimp and had the shells on the tails still...

What a $31.00 dissappointment! Ordered the new blackened chicken meals. the chicken was like a cold small piece of leather on a bun, not spicy at all and the fries were so cold and soggy. the only decent item was the cold drink.

I would have given a 5 if they didnt mix up my spicy with mild. Got all the way home. Complained and they didnt seem to really care. Food is good except for the mild chicken. Really dont like mild.
Very very poor service from the staff at the Cranbrook location. Turning their backs to the counter, completely ignoring customers inquiries, shrugging shoulders and rude. Next time we travel through Cranbrook we won t return to this location.

Yesterday, i tried popeyes first time and i ordered a blackend sandwich combo with biscuit. The food is so delicious and sandwich is so fresh and the biscuit is so soft and tasty.

Ordered off of door dash, the wait time was almost an hour which isnt necessarily a bad thing, however when you have to pay for dipping sauces that you dont end up getting, that is extremely frustrating especially when they are PRINTED ON THE RECEIPT on top of that there were no napkins nor forks in the bag to eat our salads with, the food its self was alright but expensive

The food is alright - not worth the cost - but the service was horrible. Definitely didnt matter that I was there. Make your order and get out of the way. Parking: The parking is alright, theres just not much for how many businesses are in that area. Also, the drive thru exits with a massive blind spot. Its pretty bad.

We ordered a family meal,spent $65 the chicken was good,, fries were cold and soggy, onion rings were cold and mushy, we were told 15 min wait when we ordered, which is no big deal, however we ended up waiting 45 mins, to get a a very subpar meal. I had the same experience once before so decided to give them another shot. We wont go back for what we paid.
