If you’re really in the mood for some Chinese food, this is your spot to go in cranbrook. The food is delicious but most of all is the staff are super friendly, even when you look in the kitchen your greeted with a warm smile. I gave four stars for the atmosphere only because it is in a mall and seating to eat is the greatest. Nonetheless awesome place to eat I highly recommend this place, one of the only reasons I’d come to the mall.
This joint is the hookup for hella plentiful and tasty Chinese food! Your container is jam packed. They also don’t do the whole tip thing every other takeout place is doing these days. You pay a reasonable price for your food and that’s it. 10/10, Much love to the staff at Eastern Wok
My absolute favorite Chinese place, I love the Lemon Chicken along with the Chow Mein The people are so friendly and the food is always good. When I didn't know the names of items they were so understanding and very kind about it.
We enjoy the food from this mall outlet. Especially good is the Won Ton soup. They serve good sized portions and have a good selection of dishes to choose from. Try it. You will enjoy it.
Ate their food 4 times, so far, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and they failed miserably each time. The only palatable dish was their stir fry broccoli. The sweet and sour sauce they use tastes awful! I would love to try their pot stickers, but they are only available pre-order. Staff, however, are very efficient and friendly.
Staff were super friendly! I chatted with the lady at the counter and briefly with the gentleman in the back kitchen and both were heartwarmingly polite and full of smiles. The food portions were big and it was incredibly delicious - felt really authentic. Would definitely recommend

This was the only option for food in the mall so my expectations were not very high. I was pleasantly surprised as the staff we friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. I stuck with the mixed vegetables and baked chicken and did not sample any deep fried foods.
Noodles smelled like a rotten fridge and tasted like they where left out overnight. Crispy pork was the same. Would never recommend this health hazard to anyone

The food is Great every time, it doesnt matter if its been a day,weeks or months. Their food is consistently delicious & fresh.
Really good! Wish they had a dinner for 3 option togo Maybe a bit pricey but always good. Chicken balls 10/10

I come here all the time, its fast and the food is really good. I like everything on their buffet line but the dry pork is easily my favorite and arguably the best in town, and their chow mein is awesome. The woman who usually works at the front is very nice.

Ok, so ordered take out here based on the positive reviews. Started with the won ton soup, which was excellent, thus the single star. We also ordered, sweet and sour pork and lemon chicken, although the flavors were excellent, the meat in both dishes was tough, tough, tough, plus half of the chow mein was dried and crispy. We struggled through one helping and had to throw the rest out, which is a shame because the take out servings are enormous. Ive never written a food review before, but felt I needed to in this instance, very disappointing, on a positive note the young lady behind the counter was wonderful, non stop smiles.
Fast service and always greeted with kindness. 11 dollars for 4 item lunch is a great deal.

The lady at front is very nice and kind! BUT DO NOT ORDER CHICKEN BALLS OR ANYTHING DEEP FRIED! FOOD IS NOTHING SPECIAL AND THIS CHICKEN BALLS ARE $6 FOR 3 PCS AND U GET THIS!???! WHAT A RIP OFF. CHICKEN DISSAPEARED SOMEWHERE IN THE DOUGH. Unreal

5 stars?? The owners must have done that. I got take out today and it all went in the garbage except the rice and noodles which werent very good either but we were hungry. The chicken, beef and pork were not edible. Could not bite through It, sooo tough. Hard as a rock!! Thank goodness we didnt have guests@ What was the meat really?? GARBAGE
The best won ton soup in town!!! They give huge portions and the service is amazing. And they will make large orders of anything you want upon request! You will not be disappointed
