Tim Hortons in Cranbrook

Store details mentions that they close until 11pm. I was kicked out at 10pm. I was dining in and placed my order at 9:55pm. The server did not inform that the dine in was closing at 10pm.

Most of the staff besides one individual were speaking another language and that seemed wrong for the one person who clearly didn t understand. The staff was all laughing and joking but how was I, others, or the one staff member to know they weren t talking about them?

Customer service could be better.

My favorite Tim is always fresh, nice and friendly staff.

I cant speak to the atmosphere as we did the drive-thru but we had the neatest experience when we got up to the window to get our delicious new Savory Scrolls which I have to say were yummy, someone ahead of us had paid for our food and drinks so how nice was that.

have been to mthis tim hortons many times at 10pm and got coffee threw drive threw went at 10pm tonight and was told they are done for the day pretty sad when you work at a fast food place but cant do your job right .

Stood at the till for a good 5-6 minutes before anyone even came to help us. Drive thru was not busy. And we were the only ones at the counter. If you are charging an extra 1.10 for an espresso shot, you might want to make sure it s actually in the drink. Seems to happen more times than not lately. We shouldn t have to be trying all of the drinks before we leave to make sure they are being made right. Thanks!

Stopped putting ketchup etc. in bags. Ok, if its a waste then ask if its wanted. Have to ask for a coffee sleeve, again ask if its wanted. Digital only for roll up the rim, there are a lot of old folks out there that dont do digital, discriminating. I guess this a general company review but really. Not sure why we all keep going back.

Sometimes I wonder what happens between these Tim Hortons why theyre all so different

I go here frequently to get coffee and occasionally snacks! The employees are always friendly and helpful. The coffee is normally fresh and delicious. However i did get a bunch of grinds in my coffee this last time (first time ever) but it was terrible and nothing i wanted to drink. I will be back as this was a 1 time thing i hope!

I asked for rocky road cookies and this what I get I drove away back to Alberta I only asked for two thecashier offer to get 4 and when I reached home this is in my box. Im craving for rocky road cookies.

The drive thru was faster than walking in. The coffee was perfect

You are stressed, I get it. And I also understand your confusion when the order says breakfast sandwich and I complain that its not what I ordered. The thing is, the person who took the order pushed the wrong button. And thats not my fault. I ordered a bagel belt with bacon, I should not have to come in TWICE to get my order fixed and get attitude for it on top of it.

Says its open until 11pm. Went there at 10:20pm on Tuesday and doors and drive thru was closed. Disgrace. Update your hours if you are closing earlier than advertised.

Food and coffee was good but alot of there tables were dirty had problems finding a clean table and they were not very busy at all

Actually got my order 100% correct. Very rarely does that happen. Cant figure out how to redeem my doughnut that I won on the app roll up to win though.

We like shopping at the Bay, if you watch for the sales, get on their e-mail list you can get some real deals on Brand name merchandise. Variety varies from store to store, customer service is first rate. The staff is very helpful, and courteous. We really dont have anything bad to say about shopping at the Bay. And if you get the Bay points card, you can get even more discounts on sale items, you accumulate real money that you can spend on more of the stuff that you want. Like shoes, runners, jeans, winter coats at steep discounts. I get a brand new winter coat EVERY year! Not some cheapo Wal-Mart parka, real brand name Parkas like Tommy Hilfiger, Jack and Jones etc., all at less than 1/2 price. If you like what you see at The Bay, you need to be a smart shopper that gets alerts and watches for the deals. I hope this review helps.

This was our first visit to a Tim Hortons, but the server was very patient with our disorganized order. The food was great and we were back on the road very quickly.

As an American all I can say is this just smacks of being identical to a modern Dunkin Donuts but I will say the jalapeño bagel sausage egg cheese breakfast sandwich was amazing

I can t say enough good things about Jenny who is usually working the drive through at this timmies. We honestly drive to this one specifically to be served by her. Always so friendly and on the ball and she deserves to be recognized!

I was excited to try a loaded bowl but feel like it definitely fell flat and will not eat again. Overall though, I do appreciate and enjoy the regular products.

If I could give 0 I would have. There was no dressing on my wrap which wouldve been okay but the gentleman, and I use the term loosely, was extremely rude. Almost threw the wrap at me out the window. What happened to customer service? Pathetic. Dont like your job, get a different one.

Very regularly our order is either messed up or items are missed. Honestly who makes a Chai Tea Latte with coffee.

Ordered 2 coffee, 1 black 1 w/2 cream and 4 cheese bagel double toasted w/ plain cream cheese. Coffee was good! The bagel took 20 minutes was not toast little lone twice like I asked and the cream cheese was sour. 20 min when there was no one in front of us is questionable. It took two people to make one breakfast sandwich. Sad..

Stores look nice but the service is awful, it never used to be. The food isnt great and my order is never right. The order isnt right probably because a lot of the employees dont understand English or speak it. I dont have a problem with different cultures etc but when they are working with the public it usually doesnt work out all that well.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Although advertised as open 24/7 half of the menu was not available. Service was quick

Poor service in these days. After 8 pm everyday when i order from drive through. i always hear from these guys that we have no wrap, no potatoes Wedges. This is happening from last one week. Quite disappointed from their service .

Got duped by their drive through! I saw that there were 2 cars in the line, and I thought to myself, how long could that be ..well, it turned out that being the third car in line, i waited for about fifteen minutes .probably it was the longest wait I had experienced being the third vehicle .otherwise the iced coffee was tasty and exactly as ordered

Came here when I first went to Cranbrook. Lovely hot chocolates and smashing tim bits. Staff were friendly and the seating was very comfortable. Excellent place to go if you need to be warmed up during winter!

Great service, but the coffee is never more than something to grab when theres nothing better nearby.

They got 2 out of the 3 item that we ordered correct. No napkins. You are better to go inside instead of drive thru.
