We started with a souvlaki skewer and a dream! OPA! is a Greek word used to express happiness, and evokes the joy and celebration of feasting with family and friends. Since we opened our first location over 20 years ago, everything we’ve done has been driven by the philosophy of OPA! The OPA! experience combines fresh Mediterranean cuisine with the friendly customer service we've become known for. We’re a quick-service Greek restaurant, but that just refers to the time it takes to serve our lovingly-made dishes. Delicious food! Salads were fresh and calamari crispy. The calamari portion could have been bigger however the fest and platter had decent portion sizes. Will be back
Tiny Portions, Not Worth the Price Ordered takeout from OPA, and I’m seriously disappointed. The portions were ridiculously small — barely enough to call it a meal, especially for what they charge. Felt ripped off, honestly. You expect a decent serving when you’re paying restaurant prices, but instead, it felt like a snack. Won't be ordering from here again and can’t recommend it to anyone looking for value for their money.
FOOD:Chicken pita wrap with fries was well proportioned and chicken was juicy with a good grill on the outside. Lamb skewers were fair, being that it's fast food. Perhaps a wee bit more seasoning on the fries. STAFF: great energy and welcoming.Some staff are still learning their way around prepping the food, so if you have less than an hr for lunch, order ahead on the app. AMBIANCE: clean, quiet and no concerns.
Absolutely amazing 🙌 The food, the staff, the service, was superb Being a new restaurant in town a group of us decided to try OPA'S! At the beginning I was struggling to use the app to place an order, so I called the store to place a phone order, despite it being their Grand opening and super busy, they went out of their way to take our order. The wrap meals (Veggie, chicken and shrimp w/fries and salads), the Olympus bowls (Falafel w/rice), the Calimari, the Opa platter, Everything, was wonderful. All items were fresh and flavourful. Our taste buds were extremely stasified and the portion sizes were more than adequate. The staff was super nice, and went out of their way to make our experience memorable and enjoyable And don't forget the Baklava 😋 a delectabley sticky sweet, flakey, nutty treat to top off a wonderful meal. A huge thanks goes out to the staff, the manager and Owner for all their help making our dinner so amazing 👏
The food was mediocre. The rice has no flavor. The potatoes were excellent. The meat was so so. The Greek salad was excellent. Very fresh. I don’t like that they put warm food with cold food together in the same container. Warms up the cold food and makes the warm food cold. The paper containers were very soggy on the bottom when we got home. The food was in the container for roughly 15 minutes. Staff were very friendly. And they all were working very hard. The restaurant itself was nice and clean. I did not use the washroom so I can’t comment about that. Overall, would I go back? No.
Got the Calamari and Greek salad. Calamari was crisp. Serving size was mid to below average. Tiziki container was small and half full. Salad was fresh and good size. Way too many onions though. Probably threw out a quarter onion on my plate when finished. Food took 9 minutes from leaving cashier. Overall consensus, decent but could be better.
Disappointed - first impressions left me and my family truly disappointed. October 4 Ordered 4 Pitta Wraps with fries. 2x Chicken, 1x lamb, 1x beef. Fries and dip were undeniably salty. Chicken and lamb tasty but beef was chewy. Portion of the meats were inadequate - each wrap had only 3 pieces - I suggest either increase the pieces or cut them into smaller pieces to create a “larger serving” 2 stars only because the Pitta bread was 100%, we loved it
Opa is my all time favourite restaurant and I’ve been to many, this by far has been the most delicious and flavourful food I’ve eaten! Staff was kind/helpful, they were SO busy but kept you updated (good communication) on your foods progress! We will be back often!

Yep just another food court restorant Every city with a mall hass oppa Greek fast food .rice is blend got no flavor the bred to salty, beef over cooked and saultie salad.. more like here 90% rice , oh shoot forgot he or she ordered salad with it . Let just flop hand full. Also wasnt told the order number too so . Good spin off cranbrook . But well thanks... also note you have to tip them .. 15$ food and tip ha . Nope not going there agine .. for $15 u can cook better Greek food then favor list cardboard
We came here for the grand opening with our family. We have been to several Opa locations over the years and many of them can be hit or miss. This one is definitely a HIT! The calamari was nice and crispy. The tzatziki was on point. The pita bread was warm and tasted fresh. Some Opa locations only give you a single measly olive on your Greek salad and you have to beg for more than one (olives are the best part!), but our Greek salads at this location each had several olives! To top it all off, the owner was on site walking around greeting all the guests and making them feel welcome. We will definitely be coming here again!

We have been there a couple times now and are so excited to have a healthy and fast option for lunch in town. The prices are very fair for what your getting and I didnt feel greasy after eating.
Ordered the calamari full meal and got home and it was the small one with salad. Way over cooked rubber, yuk.
Got the calamari and ceaser salad. Calamari was so chewy no flavor other than flour. Ceaser salad had so much dressing and the dressing was watery. Go to modern olive for good calamari.

Opa is a better brand of fast food, and our Opa is better than most.
The wrap i got was good, however the side order of fries my fiance got were old, soggy and gross. We threw out the entire order. Pretty disappointed
I don t think the folks running this joint are Greek. I went for a gyro- you know, what Opa is known for- and they didn t have it. I was very hangry and my mouth was watering just knowing I was going to get a gyro. But nope, no gyro. So here we are. 1/10 from me. Gotta be on point, especially when you re a new business.

Been waiting forever for one to open here. Food did not disappoint especially since they just opened. Staff was incredibly friendly.

Meat was uncooked and dry not worth the price at all
Oct 2nd around 2pm I went into our new local Opa and placed a really large order. My husband had never had Opa before and I wanted him to try a bunch of items. Our order was 100% dead on with accuracy and I did mix alot of things up. The owner helped me out to my truck even though they were ran off their feet. Best customer service I have experienced in years to be honest. My husband loved all the food I brought home. Nothing was over cooked at all! and everything was super fresh. Thank you Opa!

The food was amazing. The staff is friendly and the service was great reading some of the reviews I would just like to remind our community that this is a new restaurant and they are trying their best so let s give them a break and let them work out their quirks.
Ordered the opa platter and got no rice. Clearly said opa platter. And you can t even call them to fix it. The number doesn t work
