We are a locally owned and operated Italian Kitchen & Bubble tea shop that also offers variety of pastas with home made sauces. Along with our huge selection of milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies and hot drinks, we serve in house made soup, salad, stew, risotto and desserts.

Stopped here driving through, counter service was good. However, the food is really mediocre at best. The sauces (carbonara and pesto) didn't have much flavor and gnocchi were very bland. The bubble tea was pretty bad. The fruit flavor one seemed ok but the matcha milk tea was unpleasant and the boba were soft and tasteless. Couldn't finish drinking it. Really should be rated 3-3.5 stars not 4.8 stars.
Really enjoy the milk teas, the brown sugar with mango is my new favorite. Recently started ordering breakfast there, the Eggs Benedict is very nice, everything is made fresh in house. Would easily go back for more and I did two days in row! The Husband and Wife very lovely and friendly couple, if you're looking for a good place to go I'd easily recommend

Ooo the 4 cheese gnocchi has me in a chokehold. Service is always great and environment so clean. I love the background smells that greets me when I visit. Love this independently owned gem 💎
Absolutely delicious food.The menu is simple but the choices are filling and tasty. All three of us had different meals - the ingredients were fresh and the food hot. A great dinner stop in Cranbrook.
When we travel we like to visit the hometown type of places. We couldn’t have picked a better place this evening than the Italian kitchen here in Cranbrook! The food was amazing, very fresh flavor. I think the dinner salad was the freshest salad I’ve ever had and I only wish I had enough appetite to try even more of the Pastas! Anyone looking for great Italian food, this is the place for you!
Worst tea ever low quality ingredients please don’t waste ur money i did not even drink it
Love this place! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Did have a mishap with food allergy knowledge. Many times I went there I asked if the flavour powders contain dairy which they assured me they didn't. I got sick from one of my drinks and next time I went in asked if I could read the ingredients myself. As I am vegan and do not consume any animal products. Sure enough many of the flavored powders contain dairy. The staff was very kind and said they would make sure next time to know exactly which items I could have. I haven't had any issues since then.

Very good food at an affordable price. You are able to get a full dinner with appetizer for under $25 and you are getting a good quality meal. Highly recommend.
Horrible service, recommend the other shop nicer quality, better prices, welcoming atmosphere don t waste your time here 15$ for one drink off door dash and made incorrectly received tapioca instead of the boba I ordered. Got this drink many times and never had an Issue with it till today, Staff was rude when I asked for my beverage to be fixed (the owners comment below proves my point, I can do math haha but can you read my 3 ingredient order?), I asked them to discard the incorrect drink was told I can do it myself and that I ordered incorrectly. made me a new drink and was still incorrect shoulda just got my money back lol

A very friendly owner. We were able to choose the sauce and the noodle combo! The meals came quickly, were hot and tasty. We had Mushroom/Chicken penne Alfredo, with big chunks of mushroom and tasty chicken(obviously homemade), and house soup(hot and flavourful) and Ravioli with bolognes. He brought my husband extra chili flakes and Parm!!! Bubble tea bobbas were perfect and they offer half sweet. While chatting I found out they will be expanding their menu soon and are going to be making a true Authentic Masala Chai. Support this local restaurant and the new owner and his family!!! Absolutely delicious food, especially given we had it delivered, as pasta doesnt always travel well. Quality ingredients and amazing taste! Will definitely be ordering again!!

Pesto ravioli had good flavour and the pasta itself was very good. Portions could be bigger but overall satisfied.
Love bubble. My fav are Thai and the Frankenstein Matcha + Brown sugar, both with bobba and popping lychee!

Awesome pho soup and banh mi sandwich.
This was a great first time in a new restaurant here in town. The drinks are fun and well be back for the Pho. It was a hit for our monthly Dad and daughter date. Vegetarian options: Tofu options for noodle bowls Kid-friendliness: The bubbles and poppers were a hit. Fun exotic drinks that are worth hanging with.
Bahn Mi was excellent. Closest to authentic Calgary China town Ive experienced! Their brown sugar Boba is also amazing, and thats coming from someone that cant stand the texture of most Boba.

Great restaurant! Extremely friendly staff and options for either dine-in or takeout. Lots of choices for food and drink from their new and improved menus. My favourite is the taro milk tea with lychee fruit. The best thing, in my opinion, is that you can choose the level of sweetness for your drinks. Gluten free and vegetarian options available.

Worst excuse for pho I have ever seen in my life. Broth had no flavor , poor presentation. The beef ball was half decent but as a whole 0/10. This meal should be advertised as warm water in cardboard bowl.
Their brisket pho is legit. And their bubble tea is authentic.
I had the beef pho soup and it was delicious! The broth is so flavourful and I love the fresh ingredients. They have a nice seating area and its close to downtown. A great place to go on your lunch break!
Our family love this place. The drinks are fantastic and everyone gets their own fav. The staff are always so patient with our daughters trying to figure out what they want. The Bahn mi sandwiches...well, I find myself craving them often! Get in there and check out the exciting and yummy menu. Kid-friendliness: Staff are friendly and great. Kids love panda bears!
Visiting from Vancouver, what a lovely shop, the food was AMAZING, the staff was superb and so friendly . Highly recommend this place, the drinks were great, food was superb, can t wait to try it all!

Mid. Food: zero fresh fruit options, all powders. No blended ice options. It seems like whoever started this shop hasnt been to a good quality bubble tea shop. Doesnt even have to be exotic fruit, either: bananas, mango, strawb, avocado... These are all popular flavours. Service: I saw folks come in who didnt know what bubble tea is get its good as an explanation. That pretty much sums up the level of interest. Atmosphere: year-long-renovations vibes.
I got the peach fruit tea with boba it was delicious! So good I walked there and got another one the next day.
I always like coming here after school for a nice, clean, warm environment. The drinks are great, staff is great, and the baked goods are to die for. Plus, there s lots of variety. If you re in Cranbrook and wanting to try out Bubble tea, Bubble Hut is a great place to start. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp instead of stairs

The drinks are delicious, so many flavors to choose and different toppings as well, and we love the food and snax especially the jalapeno cheese sticks.
BBQ beef, pork and chicken banh mi are delicious. I am sure the rest are too I just havent tried them yet.

Everytine i ask for ver less ice. They fill it up with ice. Two sips and its done. I mean i am paying for ice or drink? Otherwise staff is nice but you really need to take care if customer needs. Love the mango fruit tea, my usual.
Came here to try the bubble tea in cranbrook for the first time.... I was disappointed, I got the brown sugar drink with tapioca pearls they were undercooked and extremely hard I couldnt even chew them. Made the drink unenjoyable

Nothing but good things to say about this locally owned establishment. The location is great and the atmosphere is inviting and comforting. The food is amazing and fresh, and the bubble tea is delicious.
They always go above and beyond with trying to give customers exactly what they want. My friend and I are decaf and they always reassure us that they can make it work and its always been delicious.

My sister and I tried the ramen from Bubble Hut Cafe for the first time yesterday, and let me tell you, it was the best ramen I ve probably ever had. The shoyu ramen is perfect, not too spicy and tons of flavour in the broth. Likewise, the miso ramen is perfect for those that don t like much spice, it just hits all the right spots. Also, the serving sizes are perfect, filling, but not too much so that you re left with lots of leftovers. Everything about it was great and we will definitely be going back there for lunch! Also, I feel it s necessary to point out that the seaweed in the ramen was not fishy or too oceany at all, which is something that bothers me with ramen sometimes. 10/10!! Also only $12 a bowl which is amazing!

I have only ever gotten bubble tea, no baked goods. But every single time it is excellent! It is more on the expensive side but it s understandable. Definitely stop here if you are going through Cranbrook!

I waited 10 mins to get served tonight and the Young blonde girl told me she would be right with me and then this other customer walks in 10 mins or so after me and gets helped before me even tho i was their first!!! I walked out and did not buy any bubble tea

Staff was very helpful and out going, menu has lots of options and is accommodating to celiac or lactose intolerant people, and the drinks are amazing. Really loved the matcha bubble waffle we tried. Gladly will come back!
