I used to live in Cranbrook and went to this place quite a bit with my friends as a teenager. The ladies were nice and the food tasted fresh and was crispy.

Went for dinner. Had the El Cruncho and mexi-fries and enjoyed a Kokanne with it. I enjoyed every bite.

We were visiting from Washington State and stopped for lunch. It was different from Washington, where the chain originated. The hard shell tacos were bigger, better, and cheaper than in Washington State.

We order delivery often and always have great food, arrives quickly!

Loved the cantina atmosphere and service was exceptional. Food was great and I will definitely be back.

Maybe change your hours online. It plainly states your open till 10pm. Just literally had the door locked in my face at 859pm. If you change your hours in winter, state that online. It would be helpful We always stop at taco time when we come through Cranbrook. Which is at least once a month. This was a bit of a disappointment.

Decent enough food for fast-food. Points off for service because I didnt get cutlery, which they had hidden behind the counter, and when I went to get some, the woman had disappeared and the guy in the back ignored me standing there. When she finally showed up , she quite grudgingly handed over a plastic fork.

I have been coming to this Tacotime since I move to Cranbrook and I have yet to be disappointed in the 3.5 years living here. The food is always on point, the staff are very friendly and the owner is a great guy. Highly recommend to anyone.

I went in for an online order and I was really early and they hadnt started making it yet. They had all employees up front slamming tacos together so fast that they had it ready in just a few minutes and a huge 10 taco order. The friendly employee apologized for my wait even though I barely waited at all and the order was on time for the pickup time. What an amazing team that really cares about their customers. Thanks again Taco Time team you have some amazing customer service.

Food good but when stuff is being only half or three qutars of the scopp getting put on the food so you pay full price but no getting everthing you pay for

TacoTime hands down the best fast food in Cranbrook. The food is always hot and fresh, the staff is friendly and very professional. I highly recommend the El-cruncho if you need something to eat on the go very clean to eat as you drive

This is a very fancy Taco Time. The decor is incredible. All mexican themed. We really enjoyed the experience!

Great tasting food value and the green salsa is HOT. The decor is texmex cantina, which is unique. The supervisor/mamanager was courteous. Told him I am from Edmonton and this was a treat. As a Mexican this is food TexMex

Last night we had a bean burrito for a dinner at tacotime, It was a great experience with sharan and the other staff was so friendly.

I have always loved the food since I was a kid, and I love the staff working here now. They are always go go go and they care a lot about getting your order right.

The tacos get me every time. Something about the hot sauce, the crispy texture of the tortillas, fresh peppers. For a chain it just hits right over and over. I never get home with soggy tacos and usually everything in my order is accurate. I also very much like the staff that have come to know my odd taco salad order, made out of order and still they go above and beyond to make me happy every time I come, most often knowing what I want before I ever get there myself. Excellent at anticipating needs and they always work quickly to get customers through the line, always as a team. Overall, this is my pick for tacos in Cranbrook.

I ordered a chicken cruncho meal. It was a lot of food. Very tasty. I requested extra pico salsa and there was no extra charge. My husband ordered the crisp beef burrito meal, also very tasty but smaller round than he remembers it. Employees very friendly and willing to bring your food to the table. The Taco Time Cantina in Cranbrook is more like a restaurant than a fast food joint, but with the fast food service. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Vegetarian options: Willing to customize your order to be vegetarian. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has a ramp to enter. Large door way and restrooms wheelchair friendly.

TacoTime is a good place to stop in and eat. They have good food, great customer service, kind and helpful staff, and the food is delectable and filling. Love the empanadas, crustos, fries, and beef tacos with fresh veggies. Great atmosphere!

Clean and delicious. An open kitchen (this one even has windows) is always a good thing and this one looks SPOTLESS. The food is FANTASTIC! Ordered the beef and cheese burrito last visit and want another ever since, lol. Update: it just gets better. This is the kitchen Gordon Ramsey walks into, says nothing, orders a burrito and leaves. This place is the model of how a restaurant should be mantained and staffed. If you own a restaurant and its not as clean as this place, you got issues...

Prices need lowering. There is no justification to $17 for a fast-food meal. Service was excellent and curious. Atmosphere was unique and serves liquor to add to that fact. Comfortable and large enough to not feel crowded when busy.

Horrible place with terrible customer service and trying to trick customers, screwed first order and blamed us, eventually changed and still tricked us on the second order charging more than we ordered. Avoid the place. The license should be taken away from this location....

Came in on Taco Tuesday and it was quite busy but the crew was so organized! They had a couple of huge orders they flew through efficiently and without error. The communication between team members was fantastic. This isnt your typical Taco Time and its great to see.

The wonderful staff, ordering was seamless and very friendly. The food for some reason tastes better here than others in this chain. :) Super clean, lots of parking, easy access.

Not your usual chain restaurant, this Taco Time is a cut above. Starting with the décor, you walk in to see the usual order counter, but also, a sit down place made to look like a Mexican backyard. There are a few tables and a bar type table where one can sit at and maybe meet some other taco enthusiasts. The food is pretty standard. Tacos, Burritos, pretty much what every other taco time serves. But this one here also sells beer, and yes, Corona with a lime is my favorite cerveza to enjoy while there. the service is usually decent, parting for the one off bad days where your order can be misunderstood or messed up. The price remains pretty good, though the taco Tuesday prices have gone up over the years. All in all, its one of my go to places when in Cranbrook, and I look forward to eating there again.

Fantastic customer service, I hate being that guy, butni showed up at 4mins to 10pm (closing) and they brought me in with smiles and made my dinner without the slightest hesitation! And... They had my favourite, Cherry empanadas! I travel BC and this is the only taco time that I know that has them! Thank you!

We decided to try Taco Time the other night, havent had it in many years. Long story short, we were rather disappointed in their burritos. For the same price you can go to Kimberley and get a burrito thats double the size and double the flavor.

Figured I d grab dinner quick (fast food) hadn t been to TacoTime in awhile, so I decided to stop in. $36.00 for a chicken wrap and the girls 2 -6 inch quesadillas. $4.75 for a kids cheese quesadilla then I asked for abit if chicken on both. Boom $3.00 extra each for like 4 tiny pieces of chicken. Which in turn makes it the same price as a full size wrap with chicken lol $7.95 each + .75 for cheese on mine. + + I looked at my receipt after and I asked the guy how it came to $36.00 and he s like uuugggghhhh anyways way to go TacoTime.
