Kid-friendliness: Even though theres no tables to sit at, the have a nice friendly sitting area where you can sit and wait for your meal! Wheelchair accessibility: They have well maintenanced parking areas right in front of the building in the winter. The Handicap space is right by the front door.

Crust wasnt fully crisp, I probably put too many toppings on it plus mushrooms can be watery which helped add to a moist under cooked pizza. Delivery guy went to front door disturbing roommates upstairs but was a scared kid so was kind enough about it. Parking: N/A

We order from Dominos frequently. We are always greeted at the door with a hello or a how you doing with a smile, makes you feel like youre welcome and appreciated. Our food is always hot and fresh and the lava cakes are our favourite dessert highly recommend to try them if you havent.

Just had their new butter chicken pizza. It was so so good. Will definitely have that again. Can t wait to try the tandoori chicken pizza next.

I did not feel like cooking tonight so I ordered Dominos. I used a coupon and made up my own 4 topping pizza. I got a large double bacon, ham and pineapple pizza. My limit is usually two slices but it was so good that I inhaled them and had room for one more but wanted another. I reined myself in at three but if you want a great pizza run, do not walk to your phone and order Dominos! I used another coupon for a six piece brownie, they are to die for.

Its very nice for reasonable prices. I enjoy the Monday coupons.

Your online system messed up my order. They made it as the system spit it out, but it was just wrong. Manager onshift was a legend, re-made it right away, no hassle. Super proud to have them in our community!

Thanks to Gurnek, an outstanding employee at Dominos, I had a great experience today. The second I walked in he smiled and greeted me as friendly as could be. Full of Personality He took the time to walk me through the menu options and made some good recommendations based on my likes. Gurnek was efficient in getting my order placed and made sure everything was set up the way I liked it. He had a good manner behind the till and was able to serve customers thoroughly even when busy. It is obvious he cares of his work and cares for the customers. From start to finish, Gurnek left a lasting impression on me. Now thats the kind of spirit we associate with Pizza at Dominos, isnt it?

Pizza was good we ordered with adaptions which were done. We had bbq chicken half no onion and Canadian which had very large slices of mushroom this time, they were nice but could have had a bit smaller and more dispersed

EDIT: The hospital confirmed my partner got norovirus from here and after finding out, was beyond angry. Norovirus is a gi infection caused by the DIRECT INGESTION OF INFECTED PUKE OR FECES. I was promised a call from the owner and regional manager 2 weeks ago from the sweet gm who tried making this right, I still have not received a call. He almost died ffs. I have no doubt that staff got a talking to about washing their hands, but Im not sure a talking to will change bad habits in any one worker. If you are sick, stay home. serves us right from ordering from a place that requires no food safe. Pizza would have been awesome, it normally is awesome but partner got horrific food poisoning this go around. Too hot to cook, dont know why we thought it would be a bright idea to order meat pizza in a heat wave from a place that runs that hot of an oven in such a small space. Please temp your meats and if it isnt cold or if its OVERSTOCKED and cant be MADE cold due to this, please be aware its going to get people violently sick. Nothing but undigested pizza in our bathtub, hoping a hospital trip isnt around the corner.

Dominos Cranbrook always delivers. They also bring you the pizza if you ask them to. When they have made an error they are quick to correct it and do their best to make it up to the customer. Best value in town.

We had to order from this Cranbrook location in a pinch as it was the only thing open when we arrived to our hotel. They were helpful and friendly on the phone. Habanero mango wings were okay, a little rubbery. Pizza was good. No delivery to our hotel (didnt ask why) but it was a 10 min drive to pick it up.

So i finally decided to buy pizza from Dominos again, so i ordered chicken pizza, and the quality of pizza was so downgraded. The base was not airy it kind of hard to eat. Toppings 7 to 8 pieces of chicken on 14-inch pizza, cheese on pizza was so less that more than 2 inch of pizza was visible without cheese and even sauce, cheese was not at all stretching Very little onion.pizza sause i could not even feel it. I think 50% off is really affecting the quality and quality of the food. SORRY TO SAY BUT I END UP WASTING MY MONEY AGAIN

Amazing customer service experience! I messed up my order by placing carryout instead of delivery. It was a huge miscommunication and mistake on my part but the team fixed it and was able to get me my pizza through delivery which I meant to place in the first place. They even waved the delivery fee which was very appreciated! Very happy with my experience with Domino s and the pizza was delicious too!

I had an order for 2-large pizza and cheese bread food was amazing and the services excisional, one of the guys said pizza was wrong so they made it again and give me the wrong one for free.

The Staff at Cranbrook Dominoes are amazing, they worked hard to have 32 orders feeding 50 people ready when our bus arrived at 11:30 PM Sunday, July 23. Rish Saini, Lucy Lalach, Connor Whitaker, Connor Brokowski & Sam Turk. Had our orders ready on our arrival, everyone was fed and bus departed in 30 minutes. We were so grateful for their efficiency, smiling faces and gold star customer service.
