Everytime my family goes to eat there, something always goes wrong. The past few times we have went to dine in, make us not want to go there. The first time, it was a busy night but they took way too long to bring our food out. Recently, we went for my mom s birthday and the waiter forgot both of my toddlers food which is what we like to get first to keep them occupied. We didn t end up getting our kids food until we were about to leave and they didn t want to eat it afterwards when they didn t eat dinner. Not to mention, we notice there is a constant turn over when it comes to the people working there.

Great place, I love it and the food is so good but its kinda expensive but you definitely get your money worth, 10/10 I recommend you check it out

Staff needs more support as they seemed short staffed and the fryers were down so limited menu but the quality of the food we could order was BP standard.

I havent had a pizza from Boston Pizza for years but the last one I had was phenomenal. It was the Greek or mediterranean, I cant remember which. Also they had a summer special that was a burrito bowl and that was absolutely delicious.

I ordered for lunch, was told to pick up at 1230. I waited in the lobby for 20 mins (there goes my lunch hour) and was given a portion way smaller than what is served in restaurant, and with no sauces or any flavoring that would usually be on it.

Its tasty, mostly come for the Bugs and Cheese and Cactus Cuts. Update: I ordered bugs and cheese once again and the sauce was literal water? The noodles were hard too. Pls fix this.

I visit there with my friends and the server didn t show up almost 15min When she show up she said its busy and a waiting list it will take 15-20min She ask for phone number so when we get our turn she will call us But unfortunately she didn t call I was waiting for 30-40min for her call Then i have to leave and go somewhere else Its a poor service even for take out it takes 30mins for other customer Half of the restaurant is empty There is a space and still they are saying it is busy

I have to tell you, when you enter a restaurant the first person that greets you sets the mood for the night. Our experience with this restaurant started off on the wrong foot. We entered and was somewhat greeted by the host, we asked for a booth, he gathered the menus and started towards a booth, threw the menus on the table and left. Didnt wait for us to sit, no mention of drink or food specials, just took off. We were not impressed and thought of leaving before our Waitress came along. Allie was wonderful, with a smile and very attentive, if it wasnt for her, we would have left. I only gave a 3 star, for service, because of the young inexperienced male host. He has a lot to learn in the CUSTOMER focused business. He should go back to playing with his friends and not work in the service industry. Food was as we expected. Same flavors and taste. Jim, you might want to visit here.

Waited 17 minutes to get a server to come by for service. I had to leave my family because lunch took over a hour and had meeting.

Tonight I went for dinner with my dad. He had the ravioli which he said was delicious. He also said it was the perfect portion. I had the salmon power bowl. I was skeptical so asked our server who raved about the chicken one. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Now onto more important points . The service: we had Aiden (I m sorry if name was wrong I only glanced at tag) he was extremely kind, very helpful with answering any questions, and actually took the time to provide great customer service. It was a nice change the staff that we interacted with also had a good sense of humour and seemed genuinely happy to be there even despite the level of chaos and how busy it was. I even heard a different server at the next table over sharing some jokes and providing what sounded like top notch service. I hope this is their new standard. Was so impressed. I believe it was also a member in management we also spoke to who again was cheerful and happily assisting people as needed. Now for the kitchen staff there wasn t an empty table on either side and they were rocking it tonight. Food came out pretty quickly and was fresh and tasted amazing! I only rated atmosphere a little lower but to be clear it s not for lack of the company or staff. It was more due to others that were dropping stuff and not picking up after themselves, or allowing littles to be about a bit more then they probably should. It s a family restaurant though so alot of that will happen :) . Still soooo impressed.

You cant go wrong with BP. The one thing I really miss from their menu is the Hail Kale Caesar.

Tonight went for supper . Was seated and took 10 min to get a pop. Understaffed and when i asked the employee said that management didnt care. 9 dirty tables when i was seated . Food was sub par and speed of service lacked. Felt bad for the server as she tryed but she was only 1 who seemed to give it her best. Gone down hill. Hopefully management will do better and show there support to there team .

$3.29 for a side of ranch!!?? Are you kidding me!!! How do you expect families to be able to dine here! $30.98 for a Medium Hawaiian Pizza with extra pineapple!?!? Next time we will happily go to Dominos and stay home and save $30!! Dinner for mom and 4 year old - $48.76!?!?! Dont even get me started on the fact that I had to ask for napkins and side plates! I am a very experienced server (19 years in the industry) and a Food & Beverage Manager for the last 10 years. I get being busy but come one Boston Pizza!! If your servers can even supply napkins and side plates when a toddler is present then thing need to change!! Kid-friendliness: Had to ask for napkins and sideplates when I had my toddler with me!

Went for the first date and enjoyed pizza and .

We usually order out and never get hot or fresh food, most times there is a mistake made on our order. Most of the time management corrects it but is a big pain when using delivery or pick up. Went out with the family for dinner, absolutely the worst service we have received at any restaurant ever. Ordered apples they showed up with our meals. Had to track down our server to get utensils so we could eat our meals, then had to track them down to get the parm and chili flakes for our pasta, from the time our meal got dropped off we never saw our server and not one single drink refill until tracking down a manager, and then the bill was incorrect at the end of it all, did I mention we also had to track someone down for to go boxes. Then sat and waited 20 minutes for the bill that never came.... you guessed it we had to track down someone to get the bill. I feel for the servers as this is clearly a staffing issue by very very poor managment/ownership. Was not even given a discount for the meal dent 200.00 dollars and can honestly say the worst dining experience I have had. Be better. Also your manager felt it ok to touch my 18 month old daughter by pinching her cheeks. Completely inappropriate, keep your hands off of peoples children.

This was by far the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. They were so understaffed we had to get a manager to get our drinks refilled. Everyone at our 7 person table had empty glasses. We had our food delivered by volunteers who brought out the appetizers with our dinner. The appetizer was sent back, but it did appear on our bill. We never saw our server after taking our order. A couple were seated beside us and after 30 minutes got up and left with not even being offered a menu! There was some team who were volunteering? Some were working diligently while others were lounging around taking up the managers attention. We had to wait 35 minutes before we finally had to walk to the kitchen area to get someone to bring our bill (which was wrong).

Always a great place to wind down

The food was good and on point with other Boston Pizzas. The server was adequate. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options. They do a good job and my family has no issues. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu with Gluten Free options. My children are both allergic to gluten and had pizza with no issues.

Had avoided this place because it is a chain restaurant. Stopped in and ordered a carbonerra pizza. Deliscious. Will return.

Cant attest to the quality of the food as the bartender/waitress was too busy flirting with male customers. They had sat down after we already came in at least 5 minutes before.... So if youre a single man, this will probably be a great place for you.

Service in the dining side is always slow and borders on neglectful. Lounge side is a slightly better experience. Decor and food is generic at best. For the same prices you can eat at way better chains and unique restaurants. Kid-friendliness: Standard chain restaurant kids options.

Got a spicy chicken burger that wasnt spicy at all.. felt like ordering a side of hot sauce but shouldnt have to with that meal lol.. also less then a handful of fries as a side was very disappointed. My brother had the salt n pepper wings which were good however on 8 wings for over 20$? and a Caesar that tasted like it was a virgin Caesar. He was disappointed as well.. I had a vodka OJ it was the best thing we ordered. The staff was very polite and helpful. We were going to say something about my food & his drink not being up to par however it was getting busy and the server had enough to worry about at the time. Boston Pizza used to be my favorite place to go eat with family and friends but not so much anymore. Also there was a small child in the bar section with his father which I feel was inappropriate.. I have kids and would never bring them to the pub side of the establishment. Its a different environment a.d not ment for kids nore do I enjoy drinking around children period. But thats just me maybe.. No hard feelings at all.. We just wont be coming back.

Came in looking so forward to BP nachos and was really disappointed. They were far below what we have enjoyed in the past. It was like they were made and sat waiting for someone to order them. Cold and not appealing in the least.

We stopped in for dinner after daughters volleyball game the other day We arrived ~6 & there was no wait for a booth. We ordered a couple of drinks and appies, which took no time at all to all come out correct and still hot. The meal was again all correct, hot and tasty. Now the service, our servers name was Gabby. This young lady did not seem to be one who had been doing this for a long time. Gabby was very polite, happy,attentive, and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you, Gabby!

I ordered a small pizza with extra cheese and there was very little cheese I asked the server and she told me they put the extra cheese under the pepperoni and mushrooms! I call bologna on that one! I was not happy! I used to drive to Calgary as a young man just to get A pizza from Boston Pizza. You cannot cut your way to prosperity!!

Our servers were awesome considering we had a huge group. The music was a bit too loud for our group to talk much, but we all had a good time and left with full bellies. A huge thanks to all the staff for making it a pleasant experience.

Food was good always is. The staff were amazing handled our large hockey group excellently. Food was delivered to the table no confusion, like a well oiled machine. Plates and drink glasses cleared quickly and staff friendly.

If you are going for drinks and appys, go to the lounge side! The service was prompt and friendly, and the cocktails were absolutley scrumptious! Ill definitley be going back, especially since they have the best peach bellini I have ever had! We arrived on a busy Thursday evening. The staff advised us that there could be a delay in our service. However, our waitress Freedom was great. The food arrived in a timely manner and was what you would expect from a Boston Pizza.

I have only had take out from this location, but everytime my pizza has been perfect and on time! No complaints!

Always clean with great service and decent food just a little overpriced for what you get. The menu shows huge portions and when the food arrives it tends to be a fraction of the size

Went here tonight as cranbrook has limited eat in options later at night. Most food was good but when we complained about dry overcooked fries the waitress apologized but when I asked if they would try and make them properly or at least take them off the bill the answer was no we cant do that. Well I go out and pay for food that I hope is at the very least edible but those fries were not. This would have been a 5 star review aside from that but they deserve ZERO STARS for not being willing to attempt to correct a mistake. I think Im going to take this to higher levels. I am very dissatisfied with the way that simple thing was handled.

ive order to their online to their restaurant as i got home ive notice i dont have the sauce for my wings and so then ive call them. i told them i dont recieved a sauce for my wings and the women i talk to told me if i want to go back to pick up the sauce and then she hang up on me . im not to far from their restaurant but for me its their fault that they forgot the sauce on my food . im so disappointed.

Standard BP. Very pricy for what you get. Great for watching certain sporting events. Vegetarian options: The cauliflower appetizer was not very good, though there thai chili sauce did help some.

We were there on a Friday night of a playoff game so we expected to wait to get served. It took forever to get served and someone in our party needed to ask the hostess to send someone to us. We go drinks, then food, then no one checked on us ever again. We had to resort to getting the hostess to get our bills. The food was good and the specials were very reasonably priced.

Love to come here for Pasta Tuesday. Excellent value. Love the pasta and the Caesar salad side for an additional $4 is large enough to split. We always end up with leftover pasta to take home. They desperately need additional servers. We waited a long time to order, then get drink refills, and then get/pay the tab.

Awful service. Had to ask for a menu ten minutes in ordered and wasnt checked up on again. Five people working in the lounge yet Noone could even quality check. Just listened to them talk about how much mushrooms they were gonna do this weekend. Only reason I even tipped 18 percent is cause the bartender seemed to know what he was doing. Go to Mr Mikes.

The items are a little bit expensive, however the quality of the food is amazing! They even add a wet napkin to wipe your mouth! Will likely order again, the price is worth it!

Worst service in my entire life. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Never got cutlery took 20 min to even get a drink and the waitress completely ignored our table for the entire night. Not one refil. And we had a party of 11. Worst experience at a restaurant ever!

The Royale pozza was excellent!!

Took over 10 mins to meet our waiter, another 15 before our drinks came, and 10 more for our appy. When our mains finally came, they brought my mom the wrong dish, so she had to wait for the proper meal to be made. Her second drink, was wrong (she ordered the same as her first) and also took over 10 mins to get, and it was wrong after being remade too. It was such a cacophony of buffoonery, seemed like the entire staff was new. Im moving to the city, and have at least learned where I wont be eating.

Ordered a small cheese pizza for a specific pickup time. Arrived 15 minutes early and decided to wait inside. When asked, o told them I was way early, they went around the corner and popped back with my pizza. By the time I got to the car, the pizza was Luke warm at best. I can only imagine how cold it would have been had I waited the 15 minutes that was supposed to be my pickup time. For what I paid, and a Luke warm pizza, I wont be back.

What a waste of money! Both our meals were not good. We were looking forward to a nice meal and we sure didn t get it here! The waitress was nice. Three people in the kitchen had no masks on, they did check our ID at the door at least. Go to the ABC restaurant or Mr Mikes and don t waste your money here!

Fast friendly service and the food was solid. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and all covid protocols were followed. Prices were standard for any other Boston Pizza youd go to. If Im in the area again and Im craving something off their menu, I wouldnt hesitate to come back.

Good food, good service. HOWEVER, the bone I have to pick is with the male bathroom. The stall has a gap in the door, approximately 1 and a half inches wide and lines up directly down Main Street. I used to washroom and unfortunately it was my only option. It was a do or die situation. I was fighting for my life in there, trying to get done with my business before someone else walked in there and made eye contact with me, my gut, and my horn. Final review. 5/7 Heart shaped pizzas.

I ordered their Pizza, Pasta and salad deal twice now. The first time, the pizza was cut all over the place. I ordered the same pasta as last time and as I can remember the silver container they put the pasta in was full. This is time I only got like about one layer of ravioli about max 15, barely any sauce. So, this will be the last time I ll be ordering. I d rather go to other restaurant that has some standards and consistency!

Stood at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting to be seated, and employees in the lounge could clearly see me. After ten minutes I just left.

I ordered the friend chicken sandwich and I wish I didnt. It tasted bland and was accompanied by a very sparse amount of fries...couldnt even fill the plate it was on. I wish I got the spaghetti or a salad instead. They atleast looked filling.

After receiving my med-rare steak extremely over done. The waitress asked if Id like her to bring me another steak. I said that would be wonderful. I completely understand that people make mistakes but after 20 min when my husband had finished his dinner and I had eaten as much of the garlic toast an mashed potatoes that I could, my steak arrived perfectly cooked. The manager apologized and said mistakes happened when the cook gets distracted. In the end they still charged full price for my meal. Having to pick at my sides while my husband ate his dinner what not exactly the enjoyable dinner we were hoping for. I would think that some sort of discount or retribution would have been completely appropriate. I completely understand that mistakes happen however we were paying for an enjoyable dinner and were absolutely disappointed and paid full price.

So disappointed My wife and I each ordered $21.00 steak sandwich, medium rare. Mine came medium and my wifes came medium well. Server ordered replacement for my wife. 20 minutes later it showed up after I went to kitchen and complained. Of course I was done eating. Got an apology but you would think should have offered a discount or something but.....full price Management didnt seem to care very much.

The food is great when its right..... But it never is. Every time I pick up my friends order its wrong....Thai chicken wrap, No onion and no mayo.... Always ends up with onion and mayo. Today they finally got the onion and mayo right... But the put crispy chicken instead of grilled. This has happened over a dozen times and we have talked to the store. Just not worth it anymore

Had never thought I would ever write a negative review on any restaurant but the way we were treated is not acceptable, so my brother and I went to this specific location for dinner and we had an E-Gift card in my phone, the girl working in front probably did not know about it therefore she went to get the MANAGER (Linda), and when I tell u I have never in my life made feel that way . So she comes out and checks us out from top to bottom and when we try explaining her about the E-Gift card she kept on saying I need a paper copy of this as I am not sure if it really belongs to you or not. Excuse me what gives you the right to judge someone from their Race/appearance ? We still kept our calm and decided to try out the food I would say the food was 7/10 and the server that we had was amazing at what she was doing But I do not think I would recommend this particular location to anyone or go back there. If the food is not good that is still acceptable as not all days are the same but JUDGING people on their appearance, specially your customers IS NOT OKAY!

The service they offer is good. Menu options are few compared to what we have in Mexico. They didnt offered us toppings like ketchup or sauce for the pizza The crericot was delicious The wings were super tasty

Waited 10 minutes to be sat when they were not busy. Literally took 2 hours to get our food. Service was horrible. Started off with a pizza as an appetizer for the table.. everyone sat there with greasy hands and fingers for 20 minutes before we had to wave the waitress over for napkins. There was just no regard for the customer and the food was not good . Will not be back.

Horrible customer service. Seriously go spend your 100$ somewhere else. The management at this location has no respect for there customers, can not handle confrontation and has poor communication between staff and management. I called the manager Shelby on September 1 regarding an incident that occurred at her restaurant and wanted email contact information for customer service. She refused to give me any email. She proceeded to make degrading comments and hung up on me. The amount of disrespect coming from a manager was unbelievable. I talked with another manager Rebecca who said she would forward my complaint to someone who would handle it. That did not happen. I only received contact once I made this review and complained online in two different formats.

This is not the first time that we ve had BPs delivered and it was cold. Not impressed as I paid $50 for 1 adult meal and 2 kids meals. Not worth it! No more take out from here for us!

Good atmosphere and clean. The place has a trendy updated decor. Servers were professional, and well kept in uniform. The pub side is a bit noisier but without children. The restaurant side has booth and tables but good privacy. The food is good but portions per $ isnt great. The sante fe chicken is fine but I miss the chicken Alfredo Stromboli and even the perogi Stromboli.

Consistently great food. Unfortunately didnt get salad dressing for the delicious chicken pecan salad. Husband got Alfredo, teen boys each got a pizza, which were all good. Short staffed, many customers. Very busy place 6-7pm. A bit pricey for family takeout.

Took my daughter out for dinner the other night to BPs. Place was pretty busy with 3 big birthdays happening but still go a seat right away. The food was a bit of a miss for me because I ordered the full rack of ribs for dinner, when I cut the first rib off the end, they were colder than the ceaser salad. The young lady waiting our table was great, friendly and happy. Told her it wasnt her fault, and the place was very busy, and it happens sometime.

The food was okay, despite the fact that they didnt even deliver everything wed ordered. The fries never showed up with The Big Dipper. We ordered 2 bottles of Pepsi and got cans (wouldve been fine if theyd acknowledged that theres a price difference or called to let us know). Spicy Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese didnt come with garlic toast - website asked only if we wanted to upgrade to cheese toast, not if we wanted toast or not so that seems to indicate that it should be included. The only thing not messed up was the Hearty Jalapeño Popper Dip. I mean the taste was okay for the food, but it certainly wasnt worth the price they charge, especially when they cant even deliver the complete order.

I don t like to post negative reviews and I get it; the world is short staffed right now. But our service tonight was terrible! 6 of us ordered and half the tables food arrived, but they messed up my order and had to remake it. Normally this is fine, but time passed and eventually the rest of the table got their pizza, but still my food was no where to be found, as well as our waitress. We asked 3 different people about my order. Seeing all the other tables get served their food that ordered after us was annoying. By the 3rd try everyone at my table was already finished their food so I just asked for my food to go. The lady was nice and said she would take it off the bill. When our original waitress finally came with my food and the bill we still had to pay for it! We were just so done with it all that we ended up paying anyway. Definitely not my first choice next time we go out for dinner :(

Worst experience and will not return. Came to Boston Pizza with a few members from my kids hockey team. We ordered but my order was not taken, I thought the server would come back but did not. Once the server figured it out I knew it would be too late to order compared to the rest of my table. My 9 year old son ordered from the kids menu at his table and I verified the order with the server. 1 hour later the kids food came out, and every kid received their meal except my kid. He was so distraught watching his friends eat. I decided that for these 2 mistakes I walked out as they had no need for my money or future business. We went to McDonalds instead. Just a heads up on how long the order was going to take, or an apology for not getting my sons order right would have been enough. Apparently 30 minutes after we left, right before everyone left, his pizza was ready and the server was looking for him.

Very good service for our crew party. A few mix ups with the orders but very friendly staff and got drinks and such out fast. Thank you ladies and men who served on our crew party.

My food was great, my mom however had a very skinny over cooked steak . Restaurant itself is very clean and the atmosphere is nice

We walk out they could not make a Caesar salad because there kitchen was closed at 8 o clock on a Friday night. This was not the first time

We had a family outing which included two young school age children. The free books kept them happy waiting for the food to arrive. They also loved the childrens menu. Our food was delicious and the service was great. Will be going back soon.

Never thought I would write a bad review but here it is. Ordered a clubhouse meal with a dipping sauce and didnt receive fries the server told me just one minute and after I finished my sandwich and everyone at the table was done there meals the server asked just the bill and when I mentioned the fries I was bought a cold plate of fries without the dip after I said no thank you everyone is done and ready to go they applied a very small discount amount of 4 dollars. I was offered to speak to the manager Selby who was not very professional and argumentative. After this experience i will not be returning to this boston pizza

My son and I decided to grab a quick bite to eat before we headed home. We were seated at table 62 with Taya-think that was her name. Was not very busy for a Friday night, looked to be about 3-4 serves or expos on for help on the family side. We already knew what we were getting, granted my son is 15 months old and he was hungry hungry. A few moments go by and I a see a server bring drinks and take the table in front of ours order. Walks right past us, no acknowledgement. Ok, she must be busy, understandable. As I was in the Industry for 14 years. She walks past another 4 or 5 times, still no acknowledgement.. tried to say hello but no eye contact. I thought ok, maybe Im not I her section. 10 minutes goes by and still no server.. few more moments go by, I grab my son and we get up to leave. We talked to the host and let them know that not a single person came to our table and that we have to leave because my son is so very hungry. To the server that was supposed to serve us, try not to be a yoyo, grab your orders and great your people. Dont go to one table and then the computer. And then one table and repeat. You had booths, so go down the line and check and make sure everyone is good all in one trip. The people behind me got their meals as we sat down they needed something to go with their meal and no quality check was done and by the time we got up they were done their meals..Im sorry if you were having a bad day and not on your game. Always ask for help! Unfortunately, this isnt the first bad experience Ive had at BP. But we were desperate for some food and was the closest restaurant.

Ordered different size pizza and they made/charged me for different size. I have mushrooms allergy so I had it removed and added another topping. Looked like they are saving on cost or something because I could hardly see or taste it not in every bite of course but not even in every slice. If you see the place is busy, walk out right away because you won t get quality. Dough was stretchy row. This would be my third time messed up pizza experience at this place.

Took my wife here for our night out !! Wife enjoyed her food but the burger I ordered I couldnt eat it, it was either over cooked or warmed up in the microwave cause most of it was rock solid

Im not normally negative when I write reviews, but unfortunately there was little to enjoy on our visit to Boston Pizza. We havent been in a while and wanted to try some of their appetizers. We tried the Thai Bites and the Cactus cut nachos. The Thai bites were tasty but that was about the extent of what was good. The Cactus Cut Nachos were very disappointing. About half the size of what you see on the commercials and at best they were warm. Considering the cheese hardly melted and the portion size for the price there was little to like. The Spicy Perogy pizza is one of our favorites and again BP let us down. The pizza was cold as the cheese didnt melt and the spicy kick was no longer there. Sadly this will probably be our last visit to BP.
