The lady in the front was very impolite and raised her voice when I made a valid point about her wrong service. She didnt even answer my question and I had to wait for 40whole minutes to get my order.

Very poor customer service. The owner is very rude and they don t even reply straight forward. Also, they do partiality in in-store orders vs online orders. Food

If I could Id give them zero.. I ordered a pizza and never got delivered... I called them back n asked about my order n the broad hung up on me.. love the pizza but they lost a customer..

Going downhill. Just ordered cheddar bacon ranch and it had no drizzle on it. Zero. Chicken caesar with what seems like no sauce. Too bad....Im going to try elsewhere.

These people should be ashamed the way they run this buisness. From bullying staff (I was one of them, so was my mother) to bullying their customers. Manger is abusive, boss blackmails his employees to do as he says. They use scare tactics to keep people employed by them. They cut wings in half to reduce cost, they pick food off the floor, they don t follow franchise recipes to save money, they use food after the expiry date. They terminated my mother because I left a bad review as if my mother can control what I (a 21 year old) do with my own voice and opinions. For 3 years we endured bullying, blackmailing, aggression and racism. This location is completely corrupt and disgusting. The owner should be ashamed of the way they treat people. Owning a business is a privilege that they should lose.Take all your complaints to work Bc or Pizza Hut corporate. The owner, the boss, the manager are all related. Also they own arbys too.

Got pizza which is always good then a cheese burger melt that is new and it has little to no toppings inside and a waste of money.

The last three times I have ordered pizza they send me notices for congratulating me on my first order and keep sending me emails suggesting I add to my one credit. Had a membership with three or four points when this new trick started. The pizza also seemed to go down hill some during this time. Been trying to respond to emails and send messages with but with no response from company. Figure I will just leave bad reviews everywhere for a while and order pizza anywhere else.

Ordered takeout and did not receive 2 marinara sauces that I ordered. Ordered cheesy bread and it was extremely over salted. Called the store and manager said I can come in I can get my sauces. Really!! I live out of town. He basically dismissed me. Not happy amd wont be ordering again.

Worst customer service in town. Had my order go to the wrong location twice, and one of them was not even close to my home or work. I order to work and home all the time, and never have I had them take food to not 1 but 2 wrong addresses. When I called they just kept saying that I have 2 address on my account, even though I selected delivery to that means nothing to them. Offered me nothing for my inconvenience. I refused my order and will not be ordering from them again. This place needs new management.

Got a medium pepperoni but the amount of crust was crazy like over a inch I could clearly see a line around the pizza that I assume the toppings are suppose to be made to, felt like I had to throw out half the pizza from the amount of crust left over.

We had placed an order online and accidentally made 2 orders, called them right away to fix our mistake and the lady on the phone said if you want one order only order one don t do this again was very rude kept cutting us off and we tried to cancel one order and she was yelling at us telling us don t order online again if your gonna do this and don t do this ever again and asked if we wanted both orders cuz we called 20 minutes after even though it was right after we made the mistake. I will not order from here again

Never had a bad customer service in our life. The lady was so rude in Pizza Hut. My husband and I were go there from Creston. She was not taking order also from us. She was discriminating because we were Indian. She didnt even smile, when we were order she was not even listening. When we were waiting outside patiently in car for our order. She came outside and start yelling on us and she said wants to speak to us inside. There was another employees and customer also, they witnessed also how she was rude and having a bad attitude. Never had bad experience before. I make sure that my family and friends never gonna visit there again because of her. We have request also, who ever is owner please take a action against her.

I ordered a pizza last week. I ordered the pizza with toppings but they gave me the only chesse pizza. The worker was like we did not get any order for the small topping pizza. The main thing was that I paid for the toppings.

Ordered a delivery with the new Handcrafted (light and airy crust) and Cinnabon mini rolls. The pizza came on a thin crispy crust instead of the airy handcrafted. The Cinnabon mini rolls also had no icing whatsoever. We took pictures and didnt end up consuming them. When we called the store to clarify she said that she would have to check the cameras and will call us back. A moment later she called back and said she checked the cameras and its fine. We told her that we havent eaten it yet and can bring it back to the store to prove that the pizza crust was wrong and that the Cinnabon rolls had no icing. She immediately started to yell and swear at us over the phone and said we will block your number and you can never order pizza here again and hung up. There was no offer to fix the wrong food solution. There was no apology. There was no attempt at any customer service. Our money was wasted on food that the family will not eat.

I have been going this place for last 6 years. Best services in East Kootenay area. Product quality is excellent and always delievers warm and fresh food intime. Must go and try this pizza place.

The guy that worked the front when wee were ther was very rude.When I asked about the pizza that I ordered the last time I was there, he said that there was no such izza got mad and wrnt to the back. Worse common sense customer service ever. They wouldnt do a half and half pizza because it would.cost more for the special. I asked for 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni. That cost more to do.... Ordered pizza and wings tonight. Food came 15 minutes later than their app said it would and the wings were wrong. When I called to complain they put me on hold to confirm order details and then said they would remake the proper wings and to make sure I give the wrong wings back as if this was some kind of scam. They are the ones that made the mistake. Absolutely did not care, did not apologize. Not my first problem ordering from them and I will not order from them again.

Absolutely horrific. Gave our pizza to the wrong people. Made the people come back. He brought out pizzas back and picked up his own. Made us wait in the car while they Made us new pizza but when we got home we realized that they just reheated the pizza they wrongfully gave to the other person, as it was completely burnt, hard and inedible. Forget the fact that we are dealing with covid right now, you cannot Absolutely do that at any restaurant. You cant reheat food and give it to someone else once its left the establishment. I find that they have Greasy Pizza. If I put in an order they wont deliver to us but if my husband orders they will, we live in town, they will also deliver to our neighbors. The last time I ordered they said my phone number was not a real number. I dont usually order here but we had company and that what they wanted. 2 for 1 is better and about the same price.

I came at 10:30pm in store to order pizza date June 14, 2022.They did not take my order said that our kitchen is closed and can t make it when the store closes at 11pm. We ordered online this morning before opened fo an early afternoon get together! Excellent service, excellent food, amazing plg of pizzas, wings breadsticks and desert. Will never go anywhere else again. Oh, we live out of town and took this back home and reheated 4 hrs after and still as fresh.

This is usually our go to place to order; but the last few times it s been brutal. Tonight I got my pizzas in 1 hour when they said it would be ready in 25 minutes. They seriously lack toppings!!! Ordered 2 medium pizzas online but couldnt remove the mushrooms from 1 of them. They told me they cannot remove toppings and I had to buy a different pizza for more money if I didnt want the mushrooms... Pizza was cold and greasy when I went to pick it up. Pizza is usually good but the customer service is non existent. Sad way to run a business.

Very unimpressed. I absolutely will not be back. Paid for extra cheese and didnt even end up with enough cheese on my one pizza to qualify as a regular amount of cheese as far as I am concerned. We just ordered a pizza, like we have done for years... except it didnt arrive for over an hour and a half. We called and politely asked where our pizza was, but to no success. Unfortunately the man on the phone was extremely rude and very unprofessional..not just for a minute or two but for at least 10 minutes he continued to blame us for our pizza not arriving.For the summary of this Pizza Hut we decided to never order from Pizza Hut again. As it is not worth arguing and being blamed for them not delivering our Pizza.So disappointed to witness this type of customer service in these times of Covid I repeat that the experience was so unacceptable that we will NOT be dealing with Pizza Hut, in Cranbrook BC ever again.

The quality of this place needs work. The restaurant is clean and staff is friendly but they lack amount of toppings on their pizzas... and its even worse when you use bonus rewards. The ownership is a friendly person but this has to be addressed to keep or build a clientele service.

Charged us twice for a pizza and hade to argue to get are money back when we gave them are bank receipts and still argued was really disappointed with the service and we didnt even get are money back on the double charge

This place has some pretty bad service. They require customers to wait for the workers to come up at the time they choose and have had many people at times be waiting for over an hour. The managers are rude as I have heard one yell at an employee, hence why they are probably understaffed. Good food? Meh. Thank you, next

Pizza Hut is usually pretty awesome; but the new delivery driver they hired has absolutely no idea what he is doing. I was called two separate times, 30 minutes apart because he was unable to find my address. After confirming my address through two different people, and insisting that the address they had was indeed correct-- and having him drive past my front door twice. When he finally pulled up to my door, he sat in his car for a long time until I flashed my house lights on and off and waved at him. It put me into such a terrible mood having to deal with this-- and when the food arrived it was cold, and the cheese was already hard. Having to pay full price for sub-par service and food is frustrating. This will affect where I choose to order from in the future. Which is a shame because they have had a number of great quick and friendly drivers in the past.

Called and complained about pizza being raw the manager basically called me a liar said it wasnt possible, Well that was the first time I ever had a issue there its usually great pizza but with the managers response Ill never order from there again he was rude and dismissive Ill never recommend pizza hut to anyone.

What a joke cranbrook pizza hut is. I waited 30 mins for my order it never showed up. Called and they said it would be on its way. 30 mins passed by and still no pizza. I called back and he said there is only 1 person working and no delivery. Why wouldent you call to tell me or tell me when I called?? How disappointing and sad.

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and both of them came in scrambled in the box like it was dropped several times before delivering I called back to see if there was anything they could do but all they told me was you should be able to manage the customer service here is trash would not recommend getting a delivery from them it would be nice to see the owners actually do something about this place

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on Sat Jan 13th. At the time of order I was informed that the delivery time was 45 to 50 mins. After an hour of waiting I called to find out where my order was , I was informed it was enroute. Some 20 mins later my order arrived , I was rather upset to discover the pizza and wings were cold. I called the store although they were apologetic the best they could do was a 5% discount on my next order. I typically dont pay for cold food and feel the order should have been replaced with HOT FOOD. Next time a hot Dominos pizza !

gluten free pizza was the best ever! After having a horrible experience elsewhere earlier in the day with a very tasteless gluten free meal I didn t want to try and have take out again but we decided to try Pizza Hut and it made the day better! Hard eating take out when you have dietary restrictions but they made it work and I m happy! Absolutely recommend to my fellow gluten free people! 5 STARS!!!

Poor customer service experience Ordered online using the online option. Errored on transaction, and when i reloaded and placed order the pizza came with cheese only (ordered 3 toppings, on a 2 topping pizza, why wouldnt I Atleast order extra cheese) Phoned store and explained situation and that Pizza was virtually untouched (not that they could resell it). Manager on shift stated thats how the order came in to him online. I explained i understood what he was saying but asked what he could do to help rectify the situation. He told me that i should call it in next time and nothing could be done with mess ups after payment. My suggestion,check your order before you hand them your funds.

The food is good if not a titch expensive. On this particular visit I came in to order then sat down at the counter and waited. Five minutes passed when I was told it would be done I asked how long it would be. The same guy who took my order looked super confused and then looked in the warmer and grabbed my pizza. I was sitting there the whole time.

Failed to deliver. Literally. The driver was stuck somewhere. The roads arent that bad, been over 8 hours since it stopped snowing. We live in the mountains, have a back up plan ready. I tried to order the $10 pizza of the day online and it kept telling me your order has to be $10 before delivery and taxes, which it was. Since it wouldnt accept my order I called the store and they said I cant override it here you have to order online. Kind of useless if you ask me. Also I tried to remove the green peppers from my pizza and it wouldnt do that either. Due to all of this the order did not get placed.

Will never order from here again, worst customer service ever, I have givin it lots of chances each time failing, tonight I ordered a hawiian pizza and 20 wings (seeing as its the only place that wont do half and half flavours unless its 20 or more) the hawiian pizza was cold had barely any cheese and way too much sauce.... And ANDDD!!! It was over cooked, I called in this time and explained the issue and his response ... we havent had no complaints today and was basically calling me a liar saying they weigh all toppings ...
