I had all my family members here, and everything was hot and tasty.

After a long 6hr drive this place was perfect for our family. Always can find something we enjoy.

My mother, sister and I had the Trio lunch and it was very good. The service was welcoming and full of humor from our waiter Ray. Parking: Estimated to be about over 15 spots.

We came last minute with a 40 person reservation. All the food was amazomg and the service was exceptional. All servers includong the manager raymond were accomaditing kind and above and beyond to make our lqst minite plans happen. Extremely grateful. Love the restaurant, the friendly service, and the owner has always been amazing. We are really sorry to see him go but wish him all the best! A great dinner with the family!

Comfort food heaven. I had a hankering for soup and had their Italian Wedding soup with a buttered bun followed by their Ravioli and fresh Parmesan cheese grated on top. And very friendly prompt service even though I was their last customer five minutes before last call.

It was just me and my two kids dining this time. From the minute we sat down we had the best service from our server as well as the owner/manager. They checked on us multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. I spilled my water (oops) and they immediately moved us to another booth for easier cleanup. We felt well taken care of!! Will be back soon! Vegetarian options: I had the spaghetti primavera with veggies and it was delicious.

This was only the second time I ve been to this Restaurant, we got our Salad and we didn t even have Plates or Cutlery. The service was slow and some of the food was Hot but not all. The server spilt water on our Grandsons head. Overall a bad experience and we will never return. They get a Zero star rating from me Parking: There is plenty of room

Absolutely horrible. We were with three different families. They wanted to seat 5 adults and two kids(which one was in a high chair) in a booth. I asked if we could sit at a table with chairs(needed to be cleaned). They left us standing at the tables after they said they would return. They finally returned, they were not washing the table so I grabbed a wet cloth and washed the table. They brought us bread with no side plates or napkins. Once we got the napkins they only brought us three. I asked for more napkins they brought three more. Once we got our food I asked again, this time we received five napkins. I ordered the chicken parmigiana. It was cold. The waitress was funny but the service was horrible. We will never visit this restaurant again.

We came in for an early dinner. We havent been to East Side Marios in a long time as we dont have one in Edmonton. My food was delicious, my son food was delicious, my daughters food was good. My husband said his chicken was dry and spaghetti needed meat sauce as the tomatoe sauce was meh. Everything else was delicious . Service was good. The price was good.

Good food, good pricing and great service

This was my first time to an East Side Marios and my partner and I had an amazing time. Our server, Grace, was phenomenal. She knew the menu up and down, and made perfect recommendations based on our likes and dislikes. The Bruschetta flatbread was heaven. A perfect light starter, or even a great lunch on a hot day. The Trio entree had a Chicken Parm, Fettuccine Alfredo, and Lasagna. Talk about value! The chicken was done perfectly, as was everything else we had. The Steak was also cooked to perfection. The sear was exactly how I ordered it, and tender enough melt in your mouth. You cant beat the price on this either. All the entrees come with all you can eat soup or salad. The seasonal Ravioli Soup was my favorite. For dessert we topped things off with a mini trio to go because we were absolutely stuffed halfway through dinner (blame the delicious soup). For me and my partner, this was a fantastic way to spend the evening before our wedding, and I would absolutely qualify the service we received as 2S/LGBTQIA+ friendly. Thank you so much Grace, you made our night!

Usually East Side Marios is only okay. This location had exceptional service and staff. It didnt feel like a soulless chain, but more like a local, family owned place. And they cooked my steak flawlessly! 10/10 will come back next time I am through Cranbrook! Other locations can take a lesson from the team here on how to get it done right! We visited East Side Marios Cranbrook Aug. 20, 2024...it was fantastic we were there with our 2 grandkids aged 16 & 12. We were greated by Raymond he made us feel right at home made us laugh & introduced us to George the ghost...the bread is so good. Our meals were so delicious we returned for supper the next evening. Thank you Raymond.

Disappointed, travelling thru Cranbrook noticed one of my wife s favourite restaurants. We re seated promptly and drink orders taken, returned with drinks and we ordered, usually it s been my experience that bread is given to the table but not here not yet, fifteen minutes pass out comes the salad and bread, three minutes later here are the entrees, so service timing is messed up, now the food, bread , salad good, my wife had cheese cappelletti it seemed over baked making it chewy, I had the chicken parmigiana also over cooked, so overall experience wasn t great, hopefully next Time I visit an East Side Mario s I have a much more pleasant and enjoyable experience

The food is good here. All you can eat salad is great. The service left a lot to be desired. We waited almost the entire meal for anyone to stop by, had to ask for forks and salt because neither were on the table. Food

I did not have a good experience at all here. My server was sitting at another table across from eating and on her phone, I had to ask another server for refills and my bill when it was time to go. I am not happy about my experience at all.
