Nara was amazing and that s an understatement! Hopefully we get to move to Cranbrook and get to visit more!! all the staff was kind and it was SO busy! My fiancés steak came out not the way he liked it in the beginning and within 5 minutes it was fixed and out. It was outstanding and amazing So thankful for the experience !!

Food and steak quality is very good, but small amount and over-priced for what you get.

I appreciate the response to my rating. Here are my thoughts: - Service was solid and timely. - Food plating and presentation was fine. - Food was also cooked well. - Food itself - specifically the proteins (steaks and a chicken sandwich) were a bit bland and under-seasoned. I thought it was maybe just me thinking so, but my wife and kids said the same before I brought it up.

It was a PACKED house tonight we almost didnt stay but so happy we did. We just had burgers n chips what blew us away was the service! Makayla* so sorry if I spelt it wrong I know I did. EXCEPTIONAL 10/10 stars fast friendly and efficient to the point she passed our table saw my drink was almost gone next thing I knew she was swappin my empty glass for a full! Absolutely awesome service!

Higher end restaurant process with casual atmosphere dining. Little too open atmosphere for me when its that busy.

My Friend and i went to Mr Mikes in Cranbrook last week for dinner.They had a steak and seafood special on ,I ordered the steak with seafood sauce . The server came to our table and i asked her what type of seafood was in the sauce she really had no answer for me so i waited a minute and asked again what type of seafood is in the sauce she looked at me and said i dont know its whatever is on the bag it comes from im not sure. HMMM OK ..sauce out of a bag... she didnt even say she could ask the cook,which is what she should have done. Oh well i decided to order the steak with seafood sauce and i ordered my steak Med well it looked really good i took a bite and it was great.I then cut my steak and it was so undercooked it was bleeding on my plate.The server came by and i said to her my steak was undercooked and i had asked for M/Well she said sorry and said ill grab a plate and take that back and we will cook it for you....ugggg i said okayyyy....not what you would expect in covid times to take a steak backoff someones plate and put it back on the grill...while waiting for my steak to be cooked i ate my sides. The server came back and said they made me a diffrent steak which was ok but not what i paid for because it was thin and chewy. I couldnt even chew it so i left the steak because it was not edible.the server came to our table with the bills and Mine was $44 dollers!!!! SHE SAID i took your drink off the bill!!!! I couldnt believe it. Should i have paid 44 dollers for carrotts,a potatoe and 3 onion rings? Because thats all i ate!!! What a terrible experience ....The maneger should have stepped up to resolve this issue but nothing !!

Went to lethbridge to go to mr. Mikes but they have gone broke. I went to the location in Cranbrook, it was busy there but 60 bucks for two low quality steaks is unreasonable better to go to a real steak place

The restaurant is very clean and the staff make this a welcoming atmosphere to gather with family & friends. They have a huge range of different foods on their menu: from appetizers, salads, pastas and steaks etc. Our group was very pleased with the service and awesome food! It was so nice to gather with family & friends to visit, eat and enjoy time together. We look forward to dining here again during our next trip to the Cranbrook/Kimberley area!

One of the best burgers Ive had in awhile. The bruschetta was amazing!!

We visited to enjoy Mr. Mikes Cranbrook Burger Month offering; the Philly Cheesesteak burger. One of us is low-carb, and the changes were made impeccably. It was awesome! Highly recommended.

Ive eaten here several times ,and always enjoy both good food and service. But not only that , I love the fact they have a giving community spirit. I run an animal rescue and they have been so kind at different times to donate gift cards etc. Great Business

Remember happy hour starts at 4:30pm for the best appys and drink specials! The manager is super accomodating and ensures all satisfaction of customers. You just gotta eat here! We ordered Sirloin Bites and Stuffed Shrooms tonight and we were totally disappointed to see the portion of Steak Bites for the price. The picture on the menu was totally deceiving as they looked like generous delicious chunks of beef but when we got them they were the very mini version of what was pictured. They tasted great but portion was very disappointing for the price!

Excellent food and service, price is average for a place of this type of restaurant (pop is expensive I think it was $4.50) I had an amazing burger (double patty.... It was huge! with fries and gravy it was epic) My wife enjoyed a Caesar salad with a grilled chicken breast and she enjoyed it alot!

3 of us went for lunch at 1130 today. It wasnt super busy and we were seated quickly. Our waiter took the order then dropped off our drinks and left. We didnt see him again, (someone else brought our food) until I flagged him down finally for the bill after we finished and had sat and waited for a really long time! The girl that brought the food left as soon as she set the plates down and no one checked on us at all, not to see if we needed more drinks or if we wanted anything else. The food was ok but we werent offered steak sauce for our steaks or ketchup not even salt and pepper. Awful service for 100$ lunch.

If I could give more stars for service I would. I ordered a dish that I had an allergic reaction too and the waitress took it off my bill and only charged me for my drink. I was so not expecting that as it wasnt the restaurants fault. But it was super appreciated. Definitely will return.

Perfect! Attentive waitstaff, perfect steak and yummy dessert. We had the filet steaks. Cooked to our specifications. This 1st time experience at Mr. Mike s Steakhouse really made up for the recent little steakhouse disaster in Fernie. They got it right and even offered a refill for my soda. Well done. We will be back next year when we hit the road again.

I paid over $70 for my meal I ordered sirloin and Panko shrimp baked potato with mushrooms. The steak was supposed to be a medium well it was over done I couldn t even chew it. It s charred on both sides. I am very disappointed. The steak was supposed to be 7 ounces. It was more like 4 ounces. I normally really love, Mr. Mike s, but I am truly disappointed for how much I spent on this order and didn t get the satisfaction that I wanted and expected.

Very friendly and communicative service. The New York steak was good but a little too dry. The sirloin steak was okay. The Smuggler Cove steak with shrimp was fantastic and both the cheesecake and chocolate cake were excellent. The price was also okay.

The meal I had was classic Mr Mikes burger with onion rings... there was very little mr mikes sauce and very plain burger with a soggy french bread bun.. we were not offered a box for our left overs and we were asked if we needed the change from the bill assuming I was leaving the 12 dollar tip on a 45 dollar bill. I did in fact intend to but its not very good manners. I have ate here before and it was very good so this review is just for this experience.

Have yet to eat in at the Cranbrook location Mr Mikes. After recommendations from co-workers though decide to opt for their take-out/delivery service and I must say, after doing so several times havent been disappointed once not even close. Food is always excellent and their consistency is second to none. Earns them a highly recommended from me!

Our server was very good! Didn t catch her name tho. Your typical casual steakhouse dining. The food was good, can t complain, but was nothing to write home about. Drinks were good! Chicken and fries were good, however both of our steaks were over cooked from medium which is what we wanted, they were still good and not too chewy so I didn t want to bother our waitress sending them back. Overall was a good experience, was nice to eat something other than fast food on our vacation! Shoutout to our server tho she was great.

Service was great. Food was cooked perfectly. The system for getting Rewards is the worst. Twice had to ask for rewards to be corrected and added. Birthday bonus did not appear.

Service could have been better. We booked a large group. Upon arrival, it took awhile for someone to come by. They brought jugs of water, but took awhile to get glasses. Appetizers arrived, but did not get cutlery until we had finished eating the appetizers. Menus were not taken away, so they were our place mats. Could have done better.

Cannot recommend this place enough. On one occasion, my server did my homework, fixed a spare tire on my moped, taught me the ins and outs of adiabatic thermodynamic systems, Straight piped my duramax, cut my hair, walked my dog, redid my driveway, painted my bedroom, taught me how to flyfish, and babysat my four month old. Service was amazing, they have cozy booths. I ordered the taco salad, it was pretty decent. My friend was a bit dissapointed in their cocktail and steak, however I felt the atmosphere and friendly prompt service will be enough to warrant a return next time we roll through town!

Stopped for dinner. Had the Bacon Mushroom Mike burger which was very good.

I ordered to go. I Got steak and lobster macncheese. The steak was so bland boring and tasteless that it no longer felt like I was treating myself to a steak dinner. The lobster Mac... It was ok I guess, not as mind blowingly good as it could have been. THE ONLY REASON Im giving 3 stars is that the sticky toffee pudding for dessert was decadent and rich and absolutely delicious. My opinion, this spot is probably only good for drinks and dessert!

Service was great our waitress was super sweet, however the steak was dry and tough. You d think for a steak house they would know how to cook steak. I came from Abbotsford BC to visit my daughter and we had dinner here. It was AMAZING! We had the mushroom caps and the bruschetta which was a 10plus! Dont go for the small size large is a must! Also had the fillet mignon and lobster tail and shrimp it was all cooked to perfection and I am a complainer. Not sure who they have cooking back there but definitely an asset to this restaurant! Service was also incredible. Making my daughter take me back there for the bruschetta again before I leave! You wont be dissapointed here! I ordered the salmon steak and my friends ordered various dishes and they were all superb they were perfectly cooked the vegetables were ultra fresh the plates were really presentable and the best thing to say about this is that its a five-star dish The salmon was my frist time and it blew my mind
