Amazing wraps in cranbrook, conveniently beside a 7-11! Stopped for gas, ended up with lunch! Passing through. Outside looks a little run down but staff are awesome!

Don’t let the outside look deter you - The food and service was incredible. Glad I came in as I am just driving through looking for a quick, healthy and fresh lunch. I got the special for the day which was Buffalo chicken wrap, and I got to choose so many fresh veggies and awesome sauces (tzatziki, hummus, peanut and hot sauce). Was delicious, filling, and very reasonably priced, and I don’t feel like I just had another greasy burger. Also tons of locals seem to come in as I’m eating - they know everyone. Been a steady line!
If you're looking for a quick yet healthy lunch, this is the place. They've got a huge selection of veggies to choose from and multiple flavors of wraps. The peas are delicious too. They have a daily special each day of the week, and I have to say that the price for value is excellent. They're homemade soup is also quite delicious, and if you have fussy kids they've also got quiche and other quick pickups. They usually also have a couple of different salads to choose from. I've been a patron of this business for years and will continue to be one for as long as it's here. Sometimes when I'm considering a sandwich, I decide to go to that's a wrap instead and I never regret it.
Wraps are a great value. The specials of the day are the best, but come early, like today, I showed up 10 min before 13:00 and they were already out of butter chicken, while it is very good, I was looking to get the bulgogi beef wrap, it is so good. The almond cookies are great at the front counter, and the quiche is always overlooked but are they ever good too! You definitely get what you pay for here. Thanks for a great lunch.

I went to this place on Tuesday and they had chicken curry special. It s one of the best burritos I have eaten in a while! All the veggies they used were fresh and size of the burrito is filling. Highly recommended if you are passing by Cranbrook.

I have eaten here often. If you enjoy wraps this is a great place to go. For a reasonable price you can get soup and a large wrap which would make most happy. I had a bulgogi beef wrap on my last visit with vegetable and ham soup. Both were very good.
So good! Best and cheapest wraps in town. They really fill them. A solid meal on a budget and no way you aren t full after. Always delicious and fresh.

Really good wraps and hot dishes. They have 2 hot specials daily plus 2 soups. If you want a regular wrap thats also possible. Their wraps are different because they add rice (optional).

Such a tasty meal. Split pea soup-the best! Curried chicken with rice and steamed just right fresh broccoli, cauliflower, with redpepper --mmmmm mmmmm mmm. Hit the spot!

Great food. I love coming here for lunch because its healthier and cheaper than fast food. The only reason for four stars is that their hot wrap options run out by 1, even earlier some days.

I had high hopes for this place but I didnt see what was so great about it. They didnt offer to heat up my wrap, I paid 7 bucks for a wrap that literally had chicken and lettuce on it and the staff seemed annoyed when I asked about having it warmed up. I dont think I would go back.
Soups are great. Most of the dishes are spiced hot.
