A little slow today but friendly service

Absolutely terrible service. I sat for over 20 mins waiting for my food. Food sat for 10 mins on the shelf waiting to be put in a bag and given to me. Guy walks around slowly dragging his feet. Dont waste your time stopping here.

I ve been coming to this triple os for the past six years on my commute through Cranbrook every week .the girls are always very friendly and the food is fantastic never been disappointed . A little more expensive than other fast food places but definitely worth it and those milkshakes .sooo good

I love going to Triple Os here in Cranbrook! The food is excellent - especially the breakfast sandwiches, theyre a must have. As well, the manager is super friendly and honestly a really good guy! Thanks for the great service and the great food! Six out of Five stars. Update 5/3/22 - I cant leave another 5 star review, but today my girlfriend went through the drive thru to pick up some breakfast. She did not know that breakfast ends at 11 am and she arrived at 11:15 am; however, the manager Rubina, with absolutely no hesitation, said, No problem! I can still make it for you! What a fantastic place, with fantastic staff and fantastic food. 7/5 stars

Food was delish and arrived to our table quickly. The customer service workers were great, efficient and kind. Definitely eating here again.

Took my son there for lunch and we both had a burger, I was pleasantly surprised it tasted fantastic, fries were done just right crispy not soggy and I had the pickle chips although I kept stealing his fries. The food was good, the kitchen was very clean as I do Watch for this type of thing and staff members changed their gloves which is important to me. I will be back. It was good. The man who worked at the gas station cashier was so kind he deserves a raise. He went out of his way to talk and chat with us. He didn t work directly with the restaurant but he made our visit 100% better. These burgers are better then 99% of other places in cranbrook I have to say and yes I ve tried every where. Thank you!

I was in the other day and the guy behind the front counter at the gas station completely sold me on the Triple O burger and I am so glad he did! It was amazing. Customer service all around is top notch everytime I go in. I hope Triple Os is giving him a bonus.... I think his name is Calum.

I stop here frequently on my trips between Grand Forks, BC, and Calgary, Alberta, probably in the range of 30 plus in the last year, and this is my absolute go-to in terms of breaking up my trip and having a meal! The staff is very courteous and the food is excellent. Combine that with the great service at the Chevron station, and this is the best place to refuel your belly and your vehicle!

Rubin was fantastic and helped me decide what to get. Other staff where very friendly as well. Burger was alright just your standard burger, but the fries were delicious!

The best burgers ever and the service is always excellent. Just went there tonight and the manager Rubi was friendly and her staff are very quick. The small wait is worth it as the meals are freshly prepared and never under cooked. Would highly recommend them to anyone. The fries and shakes are yummy too. I get the BC grilled chicken and its amazing , get the lettuce wrap too.

This burger restaurant is definitely one of Cranbrook s hidden gems! Service of manager Rubina was 2nd to none. Chef Harbreet prepared the best burger I ve eaten in forever. Try the the Parmesan Garlic Fries - you won t regret it

We got wooden forks with slivers all over them...my daughter got a sliver in her finger. Somebody didnt think that idea through.

Very tasty BC chicken burger, gluten free bun option so that was really nice. Chicken was not breaded, juicy, and flavourful, bacon was smokey and salty, cheese was real cheddar. French fries were very satisfying, thick cut with the skins on. Good potato flavour. Great fast food experience.

So so so bad, It is the second time that they give me the wrong order and the presentation and the food is horrible. I really loved it before, I dont know why they lowered its quality so much, I dont recommend it anymore

Absolutely love the impossible burger. Some servers just need to go easier on all the toppings & dressings. Its can get really messy really fast. Friendly service and I dont mind waiting 5 minutes or more for my burger to be fresh & hot. Would highly recommend this place.

This was a great Triple Os (Cranbrook). Milkshakes were great, cajun fries were killer, and the buffalo chicken sammy was amazing. Also, staff was friendly and helpful.

Triple O s used to be my favourite fast food place in town but over the past few months, this Triple O s location has poor service and poor quality food. Their drive-thru is now incredibly slow, and it takes them around 5 minutes to open the window once you pull up. They do not even greet you; a debit machine is just handed to you. The past couple of times I have gone, they forgot to hand out drinks and they never put napkins or utensils in the bag, even after you ask for them. The burger patties taste like store-bought freezer patties and they are dry and burnt. The fries (both regular and sweet potato) are usually overcooked in old oil. Would recommend one of the many other a fast food places along the strip.

Absolutely disgusting, my burger was so soggy that the bun fell to mush as I unwrapped it, the tomatoes were so mushy that it looked like a paste with seeds and the lettuce was super slimey and limp, not to mention my fries were smushed flat at the bottom of the bag, needless to say that i recommended picking up better food, maybe out of the dumpster behind walmart!

Today Muhammed, manager, made me feel like I never left, even gave me some donuts compimentary as a welcome back gift. Great burgers, fantastic staff, and personalable service no better place in town to grab a burger fast!!!!

Triple Os has always been good. Sometimes they forget dips but are always happy to give you one if you just ask. Odd time they have messed up big orders with lots of modifications but are happy to make it again correctly. Great service and happy staff. A bit exspensive but all the food is real, fresh and everything is cooked to order. Almost nothing is hot held which makes the price worth it.

Highest quality drive-thru breakfast in town. Prices are about 15% too high though.

Great burgers everytime!

Ordered food for take-out tonight and it was disappointing to say the least. My chicken strips were burnt, my kids cheeseburger had no cheese, it had so much mayo and relish on it was dripping off the bun. Also, no cookie in the bag. We eat here quite often but after tonight maybe not anymore.

The Monty Mushroom Burger was excellent. The Strawberry milkshake was excellent. The parmesan fries were ok, I didnt realize they were a sort of poutine type fries.

Their hearts Smart chicken burger is absolutely the best chicken burger in town. Their fish pieces with tartar sauce used to be hard to stay away from now they are over cooked and very crispy hard.

I was looking forward to my Triple O stop as we dont have these in Calgary. I had the Monty Mushroom with sweet potato fries. The burger was decent size & was good just not as good as I remember my visit couple years back.

They have THE BEST chicken burger. Feta, tzatziki, onion, tomato and lettuce with a grilled chicken breast. I drive between Calgary and Grand Forks BC a lot, and always stop at the Cranbrook location!

I went last week and was extremely disappointed with my meal. I had called and the manager said hed make a note to give me a free meal the next time I came in. My cashier today was Muhammad and Ill say Im completely satisfied with the replacement meal with which I was presented. He really went all out to make my return experience one of a kind. Super polite and he made me a chocate coconut cream pie milkshake, which he recommended, to go with it. Probably the best milkshake Ive ever had, and I just have to say excellent job. Make sure this guy is working when you go in. Totally, hands down murdered it. Thank you.

Cost 30 bucks to feed my family of 4, well worth it! The burgers are big and actually taste like real meat. They also put lots of cheese and toppings on the burgers. The fries are thick cut quite tasty too. One star off because it was super warm inside.
