Vigzee and Rajat both are amazing workers. My girlfriend and I were very satisfied with the costumer service they provided, literally. While one prepared our order, both of their focus was to help us decide the toppings and sauces according to our best interests. The guys knew what they were doing. My first time in Bar burrito ever and I simply love their work ethics and the food. I highly recommend the service and employees like these. They will make you feel right where you need to be to eat!
Having munch here as I write this Lady starting to put together my bowl was rude and short with me after I asked her twice to recommend something. She gave me dame response over and over like she was automated while looking angry Girl at til I had to point to water to buy because she couldn't read Seriously hire people who speak English and who are polite The quality of the food was very meh as ot was covered in sauce and potion was very small
I’m from Texas. This place is Punjabi run. For never meeting a Mexican… they do a darn good job. Better than plenty of other Tex-Mex restaurants. Great menu options. 🌱 💪👍🏼 Nice staff. Burritos are huge!
Walked in with my boyfriend, we had plenty of time to decide on our meals because no one was behind the counter. There was one employee who was also just outside the store on the phone. We stood there for about 5 minutes and when my boyfriend finally shouted hello for the third time a girl came out from in the back where she had been standing the entire time. They also have a loud door chime that goes off when you enter so there's really no reason for the wait. Atmosphere felt unwelcome. Food was about as good as fast food burritos can be.
I did a delicious fish burrito take out and the portions were generous and the food was good. I would have given them a five-star except I wasn't that fond of the refried beans they were a little bit chunky which I'm not used to but honestly everything else was superb and the staff person was really really nice.
*3rd update - did a pickup order and my food was not ready when I arrived. They took only a few minutes though so not really that bad. My food however was not good. The soft tortillas for my tacos were so stale they broke and fell apart as soon as they were picked up and they covered all 3 tacos in cilantro even though I did not ask for it. Made my food inedible. Complete waste of $$$. This restaurant just cannot consistently provide good food or service it seems. *2nd Update - I went back and the difference was night and day. The service was quick, friendly and the food was very well prepared and delicious. Obviously they took my feedback seriously and were Ernest about improving. 2nd photo is from this visit. You can see the difference. This is exactly how companies should take feedback! I have updated my score for the new experience 5 stars! *Update - Both the Owner and the Manager called and offered a sincere apology for my food and the service. He offered free food as well but I declined as I did not need it. He promised a better experience in the future and I said I would give them another chance. I will update my review next time I go. I did a pickup order, and waited while new customers were served and my order was ignored. When I eventually got my food it was not prepared with any care at all and was a mess (picture attached). Also they substituted ingredients without telling me, using lettuce instead of cabbage, and white tortilla instead of corn. Usually I have a better experience there, but it seems to be going downhill fast. 2 problems in 2 visits.
The staff member who served us was extremely rude and service was poor. My boyfriend asked for no cilantro on his burrito and the employee loaded it up with cilantro. Then he said “I’ll pass on the jalapeños and the employee put on jalapeños. I wanted to get 3 different street tacos to try (there was an option that was not included in the 9.99 promo that was clearly listed on the menu board) and he said no they had to be all the same kind for the promo price. I said I didn’t want the promo price and was fine paying extra for 3 different tacos but he was very adamant that I could only order 3 of the same kind. So I ordered the Nashville chicken tacos and they were pathetic. 5 pieces of popcorn chicken total in 3 tacos, just hidden with gigantic pickles! Put together very sloppily for the amount of time it took to make them. Definitely do not want to go back mostly due to the rude employee and slow service.
I took my bean vege burrito home and grilled at home. It was so good with all the ingredients that I added inside came out so good and everything was fresh. Love it. Will go again and again.

Yummy in my tummy. Best place for a burrito in my opinion. Little messy but over all delicious. Wheelchair accessibility: There s a ramp at the end of the side walk nearest to bar burrito.

All in all better than I was expecting! Was looking for something gluten-free I could eat close to 10:00 p.m., was happy they were open. The employee wasnt very clear on what I could eat, but thankfully barBurrito has a great allergens PDF I downloaded online so I could pick out ingredients properly for me. ( Im not sure if thats posted somewhere in the store but it would be a great thing to do!) I ordered just after 9:30 but ate the food in my car as they had already put all the chairs on top of the tables by then. Seems common these days in service industry to start closing half an hour early which makes me feel unwanted as a customer. Food was tasty and good value for the price. Had a burrito bowl with spicy chicken. Good selection of toppings. Liked the pickled onions!
Price is a little high for comparable places but the food was great. The service was slow - stood at the counter twice for what felt like a few minutes waiting for someone to come to the front.
Didnt realize that they werent open yet, but went in while the staff were training, and they still let me get a burrito. It was delicious, so Ill definately be back when they are officially opened next week.

Got a large spicy chicken burrito, super good would recommend. Serving was massive & they had a wide selection of protein, toppings and sauces. Prices were very reasonable too.
Really good food and variety!
Enjoyed the food, but ran into a grouchy employee. Hes a tall, young East Indian man with glasses (no nametag). He was angry and impatient, maybe think about moving him into the back or dismissing him as he isnt very customer friendly. Also, I could not find anywhere that you charged extra for guacamole. All the other employees were friendly and helpful. My wife said the food was more flavorful than Quesada.
This place is great,also the staff is really nice and friendly and its easy to tell that making the customers happy is their first priority. Food is pretty good with some Mexican classics and some twists, and for their prices it s 100% worth it. LOVE TO VISIT THIS PLACE :)

Its a little small inside but all the staff were very friendly and polite and they actually seemed to care about doing a good job which is extremely rare these days!
I visited Barburrito for my lunch and I was amazed with the employee behaviour with me , they told every of the thing for which I was interested. The taste and service was best ever I have in my life . Thinking to visit next week again

I LOVE BAR BURRITO!!!! It was me and my ladys first time at this excellent cuisine. Compared to other burrito shops (I wont name names , *cough* chipotle) It is cheaper and much more ultra loaded with all the goods. My guy also gave me a chip to try the burrito sauce without even asking. I love bar burrito. All my homies love bar burrito. 4ever grateful. #chipotlecanthang #lunchforballers

Holy smokes! My aunt and I went there for the first time today and the good here is AMAZING! I got the bang bang shrimp tacos and they were absolutely delicious! My aunty got a burrito for herself and a burrito for her daughter. The friendly staff were nothing short of amazing and our all around service was amazing! We will be back. The fresh chips and salsa didnt even make it home, I ate those in the car because they were soooooo good and that pineapple salsa thank you so much

First time ordering, was hesitant on getting the hottest sauce they had. However, they didn t over do it. It was super flavourful, the pulled pork is what I d recommend everybody try !

Amazing food and really good staff. I am a vegetarian and they took care of it really well. They changed gloves all the time which I love the most. Do visit this amazing reataurant. Vegetarian options: Falafal tacos

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool .staff is really friendly. Employees are very professional. theyre doing great job. Customers satisfaction is their main priority. Food is pretty good. Prices its 100% worth it. Definitely I will go back.

Delicious food and excellent customer service
All together amazing!! My 3 yr old was being a hand full and the guys were great with him!! I asked for lots of extras knowing I wild have to pay extra and wasnt even charged for them because they noticed I was pregnant and fighting already and had a huge craving!!! All together an amazing place to eat and go to will be back again very soon!
What a great addition to Cranbrook. Staff is so friendly. My order was made exactly how I asked. And if you havent tried the Extreme fries....well you need to......they take fries to the next level. And if your not faint of heart and like heat....ask about their Northern Reaper sauce.......but have a pen ready as you have to sign a waiver in order to have it.......... its pretty tasty on chips. BarBURRITO is a home run all the way.
Had a small chicken and bean burrito, it was huge for small and pretty good... was full after.
