I m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Burger King. I ordered a poutine for $6.99, and what I received was nowhere near what I expected. The carton was barely filled, with maybe 10 pieces of fries covered in gravy and cheese, as if they were trying to hide the fact that there was hardly anything in there. For the price, this is just wrong. You should be embarrassed to serve something like this to customers. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your portions because this is unacceptable.

No flavour and very mushy

I bought an English muffin breakfast sandwich. When I took a bite I noticed the English muffin wasnt even toasted. I called, and the manager said the employee said she toasted it. She asked that I bring it back. I didnt have time to bring it back so I called again. The second time I spoke to the manager, she said they dont toast the English muffins!!! I would have to ask for it to be toasted. I used to work at burger King and the English muffins were ALWAYS toasted!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied! Even though Ive been a regular customer there since it opened, I will not return. Poor service, poor customer service, poor management.

Id forgotten how much better they are than the place that will remain unnamed. They are fast and friendly as well.

Ordered onion rings and mozzarella sticks, the onion rings were literally gummy and undercooked. Showed them to whom I presumed to be the manager how inedible they were and her response was, that s what the timer cooks them to, if you want crispy rings you have to ask for that. The mozzarella sticks were crispy. So yeah if you want crispy fully cooked onion rings, MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR CRISPY ONION RINGS!!! There is no customer service anymore, a simple response would ve been something along the lines of, oh that s unfortunate, I can cook you another batch and make sure they are crispy and not gummy. Horrible service and experience. Will not go back and would recommend others to avoid.

Id give a zero if I could! I pay MONEY, for 1/3 of a POUTINE??? , I pay for a gravy and recieve it 1/4 FULL ! 2 original chicken sandwiches and they are absolutely destroyed in their wrappers!. Note to staff, if you hate your job, THEN CHANGE JOBS , will be going higher up with this, ridiculous, not worth the 25 minute drive back to resolve. What a JOKE.

As of MAY 2024 : DINING ROOM IS CLOSED - drive thru is still open. A bit misleading because as you enter the drive thru from the back (parking lot) - there are no signs that say that the restaurant is still open and it doesn t look open at all there is only one sign at the front on Montreal Rd. Good food - that s my go to place when I crave a whopper jr. Fries are ok , w ketchup - chicken fries are good.

At a time when food is as expensive as it is, the restaurant decided to throw away the order we made after my card was declined due to their internet being down. I will never visit burger King again. This review could have been 100% different. Had golden arches instead.

The onion rings were not fully cooked i think because they tasted different. Burger quality was inconsistent, and one was the worst I have had. Would not recommend this place.

I like their deals, but it depends on the branch the quality of food and the service is different. I dont like the 10th line branch since I believe they dont care about the customization of the orders! We ask for light mayo, and there is no difference with regular one. We asked for extra pickles, no difference with regular! We asked Diet coke, and I believe it wasnt Diet coke! In general, its a good option when you dont want to cook !

Happy about the renovation but the walls are blah,the design seating concept sucks feel like dont want to stay long.food wise wow price are significantly higher and quality is ok,customer service maybe needs polishing.

The renovation is over due, and is very nice inside but the service is atrocious.

We gave it a shot since the renovation....we did drive thru had to go to the window so that they could understand what we were ordering. Took 3 minutes at the window to get food that had quite obviously been sitting there waiting for the next sucker to drive through. Got to our destination everything was cold and we had a missing burger. $87 worth of garbage shame on you Burger King for not doing right by your customers!

Honestly I read the reviews online before going here. I thought that since the reno it would be great. Sadly I was 100% wrong. I ordered a bacon and cheese crispy chicken burger combo plus 2 apple pies, came to $18.50 (around there.) First off the place was empty besides a couple eating. The girl who served us was cleaning, didnt acknowledge us for 2 mins, no smile, no hello. Finally got acknowledged by same girl. Ordered. Was fast. Sat down to eat (table was dirty when girl just cleaned it) opened burger, took a bite and noticed the lettuce was reddish, cheese was hardened around the edges, chicken was so dry and old looking, like it sat under the heating lamp for 2 hours. The fries were however fresh and good, the pie was dry and tasteless. The Gold Peak lemon iced tea was water with a bit of flavor. Wont be going back there. Also, the staff were unfriendly, rude and look so unhappy to be there. I just dont understand why its so difficult to make fresh food for your customers. Do you not want your customers to come back?

Less than pleasant experience. Keep in mind this is all relative to Burger King, understanding that this is not a five star restaurant. That said, fries were undercooked, they forgot to give me ketchup and the doors close at eight, so I had to go back through the drive-through to get ketchup - not a great experience, and not a great set up.

Horrible drive through service. I ve given them multiple chances because the nuggets are a great deal but todays experience was awful. Rude staff, didn t get my order right so I went back because we were missing mozzarella sticks and they gave us extra nuggets by mistake. No apology for the incorrect order and they wanted the extra nuggets back which is fine but makes me wonder if they will serve this to someone else. Disgusting, rude staff, not sure if saving a buck is worth it anymore.

The food was great, order was fast but the service was lacking. My husband and I asked for ketchup and mayo packets, to which the attendant responded saying they were already in the bag. After driving off, we realized that that wasn t the case. We ask so asked for sweet and sour dipping sauce for our some while ordering and it was also missing. Disappointing!

I guess they stopped using Skip for delivery?

Not the first time but got home and chicken nuggets missing....they even asked what sauce I wanted for them....and of course they dont answer the phone

My first time here at this Burger King. My order was take out. I ordered my favourite burger The Bacon King . It was served hot, my fries were hot, my order was precise. It was so good ! The person who served me at the take out was very nice and my order took less than one minute to get my food. Very speedy service ! I will come back for sure ! Burger King you guys make great food !

Stay away from the mushroom/ Swiss burger. Not even 1 mushroom on the patty and barely any sauce. Very disappointed.

I Ordered the Family 3 combo. One of my whopper was missing ,the toy for boy and no ketchup and mayonnaise despite calling the atore requesting for ketchup and mayonnaise. I am not pleased with the service

Placed order for 3 chicken Fry orders, 2 monza stick orders, large fry and 1 Ned coke. Got home and unpacked food for grandchildren. 1 order of chicken fries missing and no marinara or BBQ sauces. NOT happy.

I went here for the first time in a long time. Got the whopper and whopper junior. Great taste and inexpensive. Got served quickly. This is definitely a contender next time I crave a burger. Parking: Shared parking with other businesses.

Polite staff. Turned a 20 minute wait into a 7 minute wait! They do their best and I commend their efforts. Vegetarian options: Impossible Whopper is good

Fast and friendly service

Ive been a long-time fan of Burger King, especially their iconic Whopper. Lately, though, Ive noticed a decline in quality. While the Whopper is still the king of fast food burgers, it doesnt quite live up to the standards it once set. It seems like the ingredients arent as fresh, and the overall experience has lost some of its charm. I hope Burger King can address these issues to maintain its reputation for serving the iconic Whopper at its best.

We ordered burgers on our apps and we got an error regarding our payment method for national burger day, we thought the payments did not went thru for our other orders but I ended up seeing charges on my credit card for orders that we had a payment method error on but did not get the food. There is an issue with the app so I need to be reimbursed or get the food I was charged for.

I miss the old days Burger King, early 2000 s late 90 s I go now and it almost looks rundown and abandoned, the food is still decent although you can tell the quality went down but not the price unfortunately which is the case for most restaurants out there. The language barrier is also very challenging at this location, mostly if you re using the drive thru. Seems like a failing business to me, and I don t mean the franchise I mean all of Burger King.

Love the updated burger King menu and the food quality is good for what it is. I especially like the fresh toppings but the restaurant is old, dingy and grimy. It can really use some updating and the staff could use additional training. Parking: Parking is excellent.

Had to go through the drive thru twice to be served today. Waited 10mins at the speaker with a line up of 4 cars behind me... after not receiving a response, and the many impatient people behind me, i drove through. Only to sit in the parking lot and realize they could be bothered to receive my initial order.... May as well stay closed during renos if the customer service is going to be that appalling.

I went to this location yesterday, no sign anywhere other then we re you pay at the window that says « no 100$ » really annoyed that after I put my whole order through they tell me this. They lost my business to McDonald s next door. Few locations now that don t which is not accommodating & just from me alone they missed a $60 order because of this issue. Also in general every Burger King I go to staff has heavy accents & don t know there menu. It s like the fifth time I go to Burger King & when I order chipotle sauce they say they don t have it even though they have a chipotle sauce but it s called something else but I always forget what it s called. I waist 10 min explaining this every time is really annoying, how does the staff at all locations don t seem to knothis

Drive through was my choice due to COVID19.... I went for the two whoppers for $8.... The first one was perfect and loved it... But the second one was built very sloppy... The onions, tomatoes and pickles seems to be dumped all in the middle. That made the outer bites very plain with no special taste, and made the sauce run so fast to the edges. It made it soggy and a mess... I opened it and re arranged the toppings to make it a bit better. I always wondered when those workers make their own sandwiches do they pile it all in the middle and wrap it ? Would they enjoy it that way??? It takes less than 20 seconds to do the toppings and sauce right...

A good spot for quick service. If ever our order is not quite right it is quickly fixed.

Interesting experience. Used one of their coupons to get two whopper meals and asked for cheese. Cost me an extra $1 per burger. When I got home to look at the food I notice that both my burgers where missing cheese and that they kinda looked like sad whoppers when compared to whoppers in the past. I drove back, told them about the missing cheese and without hesitation, they placed an order for two whoppers with cheese. I got the burgers within 30s. Now these where whoppers! Thick patty s, good amount of lettuce and tomato and of course the cheese. Sure it was an inconvenience to drive back, but I got two free burgers.

Tasty and juicy burgers, fast service and fresh ingredients. This Burger King is soo underrated. Honestly it s way better than the other fast food.

The angery lady in the drive thou is unbearable. Its been going on for years. Everytime I drive thou shes mad about something different. I have ptsd because I gave the coupon code at the end. Nothing beats an Original Chicken Sandwich. This place is on the ball and measures up to BK greatness. 10 Nuggets for $2.99 ? Uh yeah

Not a absolute fan but the quality is as good as any other fast food restaurant although the price is the game changer. Admittedly, the buns, more often than not are stale but then I have found the same problem with others as well. You definitely get more bang for your buck and the quality is very close to equal.

I like burger king, but every time I go to this one the meat seems like. Its been out too long (stale, burnt). And like the nuggets were just sitting there or something because they were cold and rubbery.

We ordered Burger King, I do like Burger King BUT this time when I opened my burger from its wrapper there was a bread clip stuck to the bottom of my bun.

Drive thru way too slow. Watch how many people get in line in the drive thru then leave before they order because the line doesnt move, so much lost business. Put enough stand on.

We went to this establishment to get a ice cream cone. When we placed our order for two ice cream cones, we noticed once we got to the window they had prepared vanilla shakes. When she asked our method of payement, we confirmed our order and she realized she made a mistake and put us down for two shakes instead of cones. We pay but without any staff letting us know we are out of cones they out it in a cup. We wanted cones for the cone it self.

I sat down to a double whopper with bacon and cheese! Service was fast, food was perfectly hot and fresh and to top it off, my burger was picture perfect! Looked just like the burger in the pictures we always say.... My burger will never look that perfect Well minemail actually did! Very well done Burger King Innes rd and Tenth Line rd

I ordered a milkshake from here through ubereats yesterday and the cup came sealed with a sticker. I break open the seal only to find not one, not two but THREE DEAD FLIES inside, two of which were clearly visible. I immediately reached out to BK whose area manager then called back only to say he hasnt seen something like this happen in 20 years, and that its the Ubereats delivery teams fault, and how he recently had a delivery guy who picked his nose and then touched customers drinks with the same hands, while this guy was watching. My question to this is 1)why would u then let this guy touch ur customers food and 2) how is this a response acceptable or have anything to do with the dead critters in my drink? Oh and the solution the area manager gave me? Why dont u come back so we can give u a better experience. This is really sad burgerking..

Good Foods

Waited in drive through and got my my order....when I arrived at home I was missing food for my family and I tried calling them they answered and then hung up on me. I tried calling back with no success to replace the missing Whoppers we ordered 3 meals and 2 whoppers for 8$ and they were not in the bag. They did not include my receipt in my bag either so cant even return.
