Nice place for Sunday dinner, really friendly staff, but the food was unfortunately served cold.

Parking: Some days a lot is full and other days you can drive in. Best to go early. If lot is full street parking is usually minimal maximum one block Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is ground and no problems

1st i wanna start by saying the staff and service was good . And the food did taste great. But for their prices and portions given wasnt. For an example we ordered the shrimp & clams Mozambique plus the additional $3 for linguica... making this app $21/22. What we got was 4 shrimp 4 clams and 6 slices of linguica. I was in shock. And disappointed in myself for not taking a picture. Been to Fays before and know enough to go back and give it another chance. But it was 7:30 at night on a Saturday and it was not busy. I just think little more time and effort could of been made on on our entrees. $19 for 2 tacos. I usually get 3 for $17 anywhere else. And they came with sweet potato fries. So i had to ask the manager if i was getting charged extra for them as most places do. And wasnt something i asked for. Overall 7 out of 10. Will try again. But next visit will make or break our decision going there in future

Great place , awesome food , fish and chips are the best I have ever had , steak tips were delicious too , pizza , everything I had there was out of this world , reasonable prices , excellent service

We went for lunch. Great service and food. I have been fully vegitarian for few months and they had few choices except salad and vegi pizza. Vegetarian options: Had vigi pizza, salad and couple of other vegitarian choices. Wish they had few more choices.

Discovered a Tuesday Gem: 2x week in a row.Perfect extra 1 typing pizza 7.99..pitcher of Sangria, and cheesecake that is out of those world. It is our new Summer night get away.

The selection was amazing. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Had my baby shower here and it was the perfect location. Fit my group of 50 well and the staff was incredibly helpful when setting up and taking everything down. Buffet brunch had a good selection and everyone enjoyed the mimosas. Parking: Difficult to find parking in lot when restaurant is full

The food and staff were exemplary. The warm bread and olive oil is an absolute must. Desserts are out of this world. Try the lava cake or the peanut butter pie. Entrees were generously portioned. Had enough for leftovers. Will definitely come back for more!

Walked in and saw many people I knew, had gr8 food, service and drinks.

I do believe the pizza I had was the best pizza Ive had since I was in high school. I live in Florida and I had to have the leftovers packaged so I could bring the pizza back home. Absolutely the best! Service was also very good! Jason, I think that was his name, was so very attentive and when he couldnt get back to our table, he sent another server. I would say our visit couldnt have been better. We just got home to Florida about 2 hours ago and the pizza made it. I put it in the freezer in our hotel room and it was still cold when I took it out of the suitcase. I will forever be a fan!

Ordered take out over the phone, its a computer and unbelievably frustrating to use. Arrived to not be greeted for a few minutes. The pizza used to be fantastic, today it wasnt great, it was actually very average as was my wifes chicken and broccoli with Alfredo. We had Pepperoni, linguica and banana peppers, the Portuguese feast and the Bianco pizza. Skip the stuffed quahog, it was dry and so hard around the edges it was inedible.

Fays has the best thin crust pizza in the area. Delicious!

They had the best lobster Mac and cheese

Placed a large order for pickup and every person along the experience (placing an order, picking up, etc) were extremely pleasant, overly accommodating and so friendly. When I realized I was missing an item and called them about it; they offered multiple solutions and apologized profusely (these things happen - but they were so great about it). When I returned to get my missing items, they again, apologized profusely and even gave me a gift card and a little note on the to-go bag apologizing for the inconvenience. Again, it wasn t really a big deal to me that an item was forgotten, but they made it all worth it with their attitude, customer service and more. So appreciate them and can t wait to eat in person there soon.

Love eating at Fays. This place offers quality foods at reasonable pricing. The pizzas here are fantastic, as well as their higher end entres. Service is friendly and adequate but sometimes scarce.

Great local restaurant with amazing food. Shrimp and littleneck Moazambique appetizer is delicious. The Fays favorites are always a great choice too.

We pre-ordered take-out for a large family Christmas party of about 26 people. Fays consulted with us about the number of people, adults and children and came up with suggestions on food quantity. The order was ready when promised, still hot and with friendly staff that helped load up the car. Everyone at the party raved about how good the food was! Everyone had their fill with just a little bit left over. Our excellent dinner included steak tips with roasted veggies, chicken parm with pasta, meatballs, mac & cheese, chicken tenders and an antipasto. Kudos to Fays for a delicious, worry free, family meal!

Disappointed the chowder wasnt the same

Food and service were excellent.

Fish and chips were excellent, my 2 bar vodka martinis were on the expensive side, 17.50. Pizza was over baked. Meatballs tasted like they were store bought heat and serve that you can purchase at a grocery store.

Service was amazing. The food was horrid. That Fish and Chip Omylanta, It was so Greasy I mean soaked with Grease. I was so sick with bathroom runs all night. I only eat 5 bites. So sorry but Im very honest with my Food experiences. The place up the block sent me here cause their Restaurant side was closed.

My friends and I live locally as college students and decided to come for dinner last Friday. Such an amazing experience! Delicious food, great service, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Her we go with Another restaurant changing there pizza dough now its not a thin dough not as good. Why do they change pizza that has been great for years? A few years back they changed their crumbled sausage to sliced,not as good, then they finally switched back. Would have given 5 stars!

Not a chance I was SHOCKED!!! Not 1 employee would allow me to Finish w/ my issues they Just kept passing the phone to a different person!!!! Lousy people skills and expensive for yuck!!!

I went in for Tuesday piazza special. Got charge full price because I ordered two toppings. If I had put one topping on one side and another topping on other side it would have been 4.99. It was not explained to me one topping only.

We have been dining at Fays since before they moved the business from New Bedford. The dining experience is still good, but you can see the effects of the economy on it.

Consistently delicious! From Cesar salad topped with Cajun salmon, or pizza with steak and Gorgonzola cheese. Do not miss one of this month s specials, Honey Almond Salmon and check out the Thai Brussels Sprouts.

Food was great but parking is a chore

If I could rate it a zero I would. The food was horrible. Clam chowder was disgusting and the fish and chip was greasy/no flavor. Had my family sick all night. Never again waste of money. throw up within 20 mins

Parking was a nightmare! They didnt have our reservation. A customer was sitting in a handicap parking spot just waiting for his passenger to come out with their order. So I had to wait for a person to leave at the back of the lot and walk back down to the restaurant with my Walker. Once seeted the service was very good and the food was also very good. Unfortunately it will be a one and done visit.

A local favorite. Comfortable, good service, very clean. Meals are tasty and portions are generous. Alcoholic drinks are yummy.

I love this place but today I was not impressed.we ordered to go for the Super Bowl. We got no blue cheese for our Buffalo chicken which I requested, no salad dressing for my antipasto salad and light sauce on the pizza we ordered extra sauce. I understand I get busy but someone should be double checking that all the orders are complete before giving the order to the customer. If I lived closer and it was not snowing bad I would have went back and complained and got the items that were not included.

Went here with my boyfriend and his parents. His parents love it here and it was my first time. The staff is lovely and the food was awesome. The small ceasar salad is big enough for two people, so just a heads up. I would go back

I normally do not like to post negative reviews and especially for a restaurant we really enjoy but our experience yesterday (Mothers Day) was not a good one at all (and we were not the only table with this issue). I had a Mothers Day dinner reservation for me and my family. Our drink order and food order was taken at the same time when our waiter arrived at the table. Our bread and oil was served and our drinks were brought out. A 1/2 hour went by and still no food. We ordered another round of drinks while we waited and still no explanation of the hold up. We didnt get our food until almost 1 1/2 hours after we ordered! One meal was cold and another had a substitution of pasta instead of fries and when that meal was served, we were told they had run out of pasta!!! During that long wait no one ever came over to explain that there was a problem which we would have understood ....things happen! Someone should have come over to address the problem and not just leave us sitting there waiting. They were nice enough to give us complimentary desserts however we had to take them to go because the restaurant was closing. I realize all restaurants can have a bad night but if we were informed of what was going on, the night could have been better.

Very disappointed went for lunch and was served Seltzer water in a cracked glass asked for salad and the lettuce was wilted ( charged $8.00) I/2 and 1/2 pizza and pizza was overcooked when complained and asked for bill which was $14 and change handed them a 20 waited for change back to be told sorry we will try to make it up ( basically letting me know I was not getting my change) waste of a trip

Pizza is very greasy. 1 of the 2 pizza we ordered was over cooked and it became so hard we couldnt even eat most of it. Not to mention they are small and pricy. I dont mind paying more for a good, even small pizza with fresh ingredients, cooked properly. But the pizza here was all around disappointing with is sad because they have a lot of different pizza, just wish they did them well! Also ordered buffalo tenders and they were legit so cold it felt like they were put in a fridge, and mind you I live 5 minutes from Fays and I was picking up my order and I waiting for my food to be ready so there was no reason my food should have been cold. Honestly wont be going back, ever.

It was just beautiful last Sunday 9/26/21, & still bright & warm @ 4:30. so we decided to eat outside ( probably one of the last times well get to dine outside) It was just my daughter & I, so we decided to split a few things . Our table was set up immediately with Fays delicious bread & dipping oil. We started our meal with the best clamcakes we had ever eaten; Portuguese style with peppers, onions & linguica from Fays Summer menu. Omg I could probably eat these things 2-3x a week no probs (I would be the size of a barn, but words cant describe these crispy non greasy morsels of deliousness (yes they were that good). Next we split a crab cake burger & it came with a pile of fries. The taste was spot on,& was loaded with fresh crab, but it kind of fell apart, it wasnt crispy as expected, but of course we plowed right through it was still amazingly yummy. In addition, we had a salad consisting of baby greens, strawberries, candied pecans & feta, it was mouth watering. We also ordered an antipasto salad,(with Italian meats) & an order of Lasagna ( both were delish ) to bring home for the guys. Including a very generous tip for our fantastic considerate personable waitress, I left a,$100 bill to cover it all. Well worth it for the quality of the food & the qauint ambiance of dining outside ! We will return again & again.

Best CHOWDER in the area!!! Has pieces of Lobster in it and is so rich and creamy! Tuesdays are $6 pizza night! Love Fays!

We order at least once a week using a delivery service called Gotchew. We have never been disappointed! Linguicia pizza and spaghetti and a super meatball are our favorites on the menu.
