We had a bit of a bad experience but the staff was able to make it right at the end, and we came back for more. So glad we still have an amazing place to get donairs when we come back to visit everytime

I have never physically stepped foot in the store but I order online from here every weekend and have never personally had any issues with my pizza or extra garlicy fingers, the delivery drivers are nice and always thank me for my business

I add chicken on my pizza and chicken was dry as hell(it s not meant for eating ). It s a worst experience I had with them. I paid extra for it but didn t get that quality.

Our order was messed up due to alot of customers calling in around the same time, but the owner made sure we got our order straightened out and sent us away as happy customers, will recommend

Gluten-free awesomeness! My wife has celiac disease (and is also picky lol) and has to be very careful with cross contamination. The owner assured me they take it seriously... and we were not disappointed! Works pizza and donair pizza (*yes, gluten free donair meat too!) .. she yelled to me from downstairs ... and suggested I start eating asap because it was so good . I eat lunch at this shop two to three times a week. I really like the pizza and donairs are really good there too! The daytime cook, older gentleman working there is super funny :) Highly recommended it! Recommended dishes

Nachos and garlic fingers are a must try here! Lots of cheese on the nachos, good amount of toppings and the crust is amazing on the pizza.

I visited this place last Monday, the guy at front was really nice and the pizza was awesome, but the owner was really rude.

Can not produce what you order. Bacon no matter how much u pay for it. Not added. Pizza is raw.

UPDATE: Discussed the issue with the location and they apologized for the mix up. It was a simple mistake and they apologized. I really appreciate them reaching out as quickly as they did and doing what they could to provide a better experience and level of service. I ordered chicken shwarma for delivery before closing last night. What I got was some sort of mix between a shwarma and a donair. It had chicken, very little lettuce, onions, tomato, and very little sauce (if any). There was no pickles or pickled turnip at all. Also, I called them before closing to confirm my order would be delivered and there was no mention of these changes or substitutions. I was hungry so I ate the food that was delivered, but it certainly was not what I ordered.

Been awhile since ordering from here. Seems under new management. Looks a little run down. Ordered small donair, unedible, meat was overly spicy, dry, burnt, tough as shoe leather; had to chew so much my jaw ached. Pita bread so soggy couldnt pick it up. Ate 1/4 of it, couldnt finish. Wont be back there are other places I do like and frequent. Parking: Large parking lot that services a strip mall with Superstore at 1 end Walmart at other.

The employees were swamped but they did their best to get us our food as quickly as possible! The person who served us was really nice. Not the first time weve had a good experience here, and we look forward to going back

I just ordered from here. No garlic at all on the garlic fingers and the butter and dough tasted and smelled old. Waste of money as we won t be eating it. Pizza was on if you don t mind eating it with a spoon. Won t be ordering here again.

Best Donairs in the HRM and the nicest staff

Smooth customer service and definitely the best affordable pizza in town :) And ordering directly from their app is much easier and u can save a lot of money that way. The third party ordering apps charge way to much service fee. Alexandras pizza app even has a rewards program that is much better than nearly all the delivery apps Ive seen so far. Enjoy!

I absolutely Alexandras Heart Smart Pizza! Everything about Alexandras pizzas is perfect, from the grust to the fresh ingredients. Though they have changed hands more than once since I began orderin from them, the quality has remained awesome!

**Update** Owner reached out and offered to rectify this issue. We ordered again and the pizza was excellent . The donair eggrolls are always a good choice. The owner and the staff are second to none. They went over and above to resolve the issue and it made me want to come back. I would order from Alexandras Cole Harbour with out any hesitation in the future!

I ve been trying not to write a bad review, but enough is enough. Terrible customer service, not cooked with any love, comes burnt but yet cold, also has yet to show up in under 60 minutes.

Usually Pizza from here is great. Today I went in for just a slice. Took it to my car and wow. Cold as ice. Just a suggestion to the staff please heat up the slice before you pass to the customer. Hopefully just a one time occurrence

Food is hit or miss, whenever I order delivery it s almost always cold. The poutine, however, is one of the best I ve had in a long time. Gravy is amazing!

Have been a loyal customer for awhile now and I love you guys usually....but the past few times we have ordered the food was either way overcooked or tasted old, definitly not as fresh and delicious as it used to be. Ordered a pizza and a poutine today and the pizza is dry and over cooked and the gravy was cold.

Update: the owner of the store contacted us and apologized for the poor service. We appricated the gesture to make it right to their customer. We will be giving Alexandra s another try. Tried to order pizza and garlic fingers with donair egg rolls. After placing order Alexandra s called back to ask what pop we wanted with the order and comfirmed the order. Then we waited over 40 min and got a call back from the shop and told they would not deliver to us and cancelled our order with no reasoning. We have ordered from here many times before with no issue. Extremely poor service and disregard for its customers. I Like to support local but what s the point if they cannot provide service to the community it is within. I will be taking my business elsewhere to places like Sassy s pizza or Annapole pizza and I recommend others do the same.

Its expensive for what you get. Poutine is shredded mozza so basically party fries. Service is mediocre at best employees are half nice/half jerks. Its just okay. If you want a fresh slice I wouldnt go here unless you want to wait ten or fifteen minutes. Slices are always old if youre in a hurry which sucks.

Cole harbour location If I could do 0 stars I would, food was delivered cold, drove back with food after calling get their to be met with the owner who wouldnt share his name and his response it looks fine!! I asked him to eat it but he wouldnt this was my kids supper delivered cold refused a full refund gave me half back would not recommend this company or Alexanders in general poor owner customer service food is horrible . No wonder they have a 3 star rating

Alexandra pizza in Cole harbour is one of the superior and magnificent place to have a fresh, crispy pizzas in the town. The meat and toppings on the top of pizza s are so juicy and garden-fresh. Also, The customer service is outstanding, I would say one of the unbeatable pizza shop in the town.

I have been buying pizza here for years. The pizza is a little more gormet than your typical pizza with a lighter pizza dough and a more flavorful sauce. They have always been great to deal with and never messed up an order. If you like the more typical heavy pizza dough then you may not enjoy this as much.

ALEXANDRIA PIZZA I have been buying pizza from them for years some are really good and some have been ok. I ordered a LG Canadian classic pizza and asked for pineapple on it, it took over an hour to arrive. Once it got here it had no pineapple I called they said they would send out a new pizza. I said it already took over an hour and we are starving. He said I will write down your address and your next pizza will be free. I called one week later tonight to claim that offer. His response was I will give you free pineapple on the new pizza. Definitely not what he said last week. You have definitely lost a good customer you are only as good as your word. Terrible customer service !!!!

I went and got 2 large donairs 1 with the works, 1 without onions, both with cheese... the guy got my order right... he gave a side of donair sauce on the side as I asked... it was perfect... I took it all home and dished it up for supper. My husband loved it as usual!!! Its his favourite thing to order from here. This donair was the best ever!! It tasted so good! Obviously we only get this once or twice a year, but they definitely didnt disappoint us!! We are satisfied as always! Great service! Great food! At first I thought the donair was a bit small... once I opened it at home.. it was huge!! It overfilled us!! Lol Im sure we could have cut them in half and saved it for the next day... however.. it was soooo yummy... we ate it all!!!
