Friendly staff, good family atmosphere. BP has been a staple in our family history since my wife and I had our first date. Special shout out to Claire and Stew during our most recent experience with our kids.

The resturant was clean and the food was fresh and arrived in a fimely manner. The server was awesome and was veey attentive. The bathrooms were spotless as well. Parking: Lots of parking.

Amazing birthday for my 5 year old! Face painting and all. Hosts were great and Haillie was terrific!

Was sat down, given menus, and told our server would be by. We sat for almost 15 minutes and each time someone walked by the made a point to not make eye contact like we werent there. Half of them were folding forks and laughing, some on their phone, and one or two bussing tables. Its was 1830, not overly busy, Id say moderate. We walked out and gave the menues back and left. We had been there numerous times no issue but today and the last time we were there was awful. No one even asked if we wanted a drink or if anyone served us. We came in with two of our small children who were quite hungry. We walked out and went to Harveys on Main St. Highly recommend the Harveys!

Stopped in for a drink and a bite tonight and had the pleasure of being served by Haillie. She was fantastic! It was quite busy but she was super attentive, efficient and so fun! She managed her time and all her tables very effectively, you would never have guessed she was as busy as she was. Amazing experience!

The food today here was excellent...small touches all done well.

My wife and l really enjoy going there for lunch. We usually share a meal there, and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. The lunch we have is really good, its the chicken club with sweet potato fries. love it.

This establishment does not care about service, its slow, mediocre and no one there truly cares about the guest s experience. Management is also slimey and disgusting. Told one of their staff she looked ugly because she didn t wear makeup and sent her home. Who wants to work for someone like that? And who wants to support a business like this? This place is a piece of work.

At the Portland street location in Dartmouth. I ordered almost a hundred dollar order off of Uber, you can t write notes, there is no way for me to add anything else for a fee on the pizza. I called and asked for them to put green pepper on my pizza, the lady was so sweet said of course! Do you need anything else? I said no thank you. I get me order with no peppers and a note. What the heck?

Good food, good service. Relaxing ambiance. Plenty parking space. Do not miss out the $10/draft beer. It is gigantic! Food : 5/5

It brings me to tears how good Abby Macphee is at her job , I ve left multiple times and gone home and cried when I was done because she s just so good at what she does

A week ago I had dinner at Boston Pizza on Portland street with some relatives and we had a wonderful time. Food was delicious and served on time. Best part of it all, was our waiter named Abby, who really went out of her way to be so accommodating and helpful. She was courteous and helped us choose what we wanted to eat. Great service !!!!

Boston Pizza, Portland St, is our number one spot for eating out! And for take out! The staff are all friendly, especially Abby, in the bar section! Very friendly and a pleasure to deal with her, we always sit in her section for her bright smile and great attitude! Parking: Plenty of parking, no issues!

I was in yesterday and we had a wonderful time. Food was good and we had an amazing server named Alex she was so sweet and seemed to really care for her tables and not just us! It was quite busy but she still got around to always check up on us. I will be recommending Alex as our server when we come again.

Dined at Boston Pizza with some family during March break and had Rachel as our sever. It was quite busy, yet she was very attentive with us and had an amazing and kind attitude. She checked in multiple times to see how the food was and to make sure we were satisfied. Everything was amazing. 10/10 waitress and experience. I would definitely recommend this location and Rachel as a server :)

Was a busy spot and still got a good table in the bar side. We will be back again. I tried the Memphis burger and was very good. Will order this again.

Food was great, served fairly quick. Never saw my server again till 10min after we were done eating, then another 10 min before we got the bill...and she forgot the container for the other half of my wifes sandwich. Love Boston Pizza, just a bad visit this time.

Stopped in and placed a takeout order. Staff was polite and friendly. The order was fast and the food was delicious as usual.

Not being a pizza lover, I usually get the double bacon burger, with cheese. I was very disappointed with this order, as the lettuce was sparse, and very wilted. Had to be tossed. Im not sure what happened to the bacon, but it was not on the burger I had ordered chocolate cheesecake, but received something entirely different. Tasty, but way too sweet for my liking. Hoping this was inexperienced staff.

Food was average at best. Booth was cold. Not the level I typically expect from BP.

Came in on Valentine s Day which is busy at all restaurants. Was greeted right away and sat quickly. Our waitress was Morgan and she was a delight. Friendly and personable very helpful! Restaurant was staffed very well and you can tell very well managed. Atmosphere was very positive and enjoyable. Would recommend and will return.

Wings are overpriced. Staff takes long to take your order, but they have sports on which is good.

Been going to this BP off and on for years! Sometimes staff are super on their game, other times some changes make things a little slow. Always a well rounded menu and the bar side has great screens for pulling up a booth and whatever whatever major game you wanna catch. Bonus points for having some framed hockey memorabilia from some of the greats!

Well, we went again here, the service was a little shocking. Drink server was just putting drinks at end of table for us to dish out, delivering food to our table that wasn t ours (twice) and server was annoyed by us saying it wasn t ours. We enjoyed the food dining in the first time here in Dartmouth. The fettuccine jambalaya was amazing. Second time, we ordered takeout. The bourbon chicken pizza was ok. Unfortunately we had the best version of this over and over in Trenton, Ontario where we loved it. Overall, its worth eating here.

Our dinner was good but service seriously lacked the past couple times weve gone to this location. Servers were struggling and the manager was not helping them.

Placed a 1st time online order,,,got the delivery time,price etc details. There was no way to have BP contact me so I phoned the BP to ensure order details.The waitress didnt see the order online.she handled all by putting a fellow on and he asked my details...order was $30 minimum. Anyway all was handled very professional and friendly and the order was earlier than expected plus lower in cost.The delivery fellow was a pro,friendly. I was impressed and left a big tip and great review. Thank you all BP staff.

The delivery driver laughed in my face when the card declined but I had 117$ in my bank account. He now refuses to deliver food to my house anymore. I was a regular customer paying 45$ minimum for each delivery. This was almost a month ago now and still refusing me service. Thanks very much boston pizza

We had our team meal here between games. The food was great and the staff were super at dealing with our crowd size, getting us fed and in our way to the next game.

Made an order an hr and a half before closing.. waited an hr and 20 mins for a pizza and garlic fingers and the restaurant is 5 mins down the road so I called and was told they tried to call and knocked but they didnt as I have 3 dogs and they all would have barked at the door also waited at the door at the delivery time.. then called to say ill just go pick it up and was told the kitchen was shut down 20 mins before they closed so it was tossed.. they didnt actually make the stuff they were just to lazy to deliver it. Instead of canceling it and letting me order elsewhere they wasted an hr and half to which it was to late for everywhere else. Terrible franchise and will no longer be spending money there.

The food is average, the place is clean. The servers are absolutely awful. They are always rude every single time without fail, whether we dine in or take out. We re not difficult customers by any means, so I m honestly not sure why they give us attitude every time we re there. I really don t know. Seems like young, preppy girls who think they re better than everybody and only work a job to pay their phone bills while mommy and daddy pay for everything else. That s the vibe, anyway lol. High school bully types. Not a very comfortable place to dine if you re not also young and preppy.

My son and I went here for supper the other night... the food was amazing! The service was great!! And Im very happy with all the options we had to pick from. My son loved his dessert... And I ordered a pizza to take home with me.. overall, I think everything was great!! The girl even noticed that my son had forgotten his hat, and she ran over to grab it for him!

Was quite disappointed in my last few visits here, went to watch football at what I thought was a sports bar and I was told they dont have that in their bar, thats whatever I guess what made me upset was I asked before sitting down if the game was on because it was the only reason I was there and I was told yes. To top it off it took 20 minutes to get me a beer even tho I was sitting at the bar and watched the bartender talk to a group of staff member that was finished with their shift before realizing she forgot my beer..so long story short I was lied to about sports not being played in a sports bar and it took 20 minutes for a beer on a not busy night...

I love the pizzas! The service is friendly but a little inconsistent with the drinks. Ive been going to Boston Pizza at least 18 years and I have always ordered their signature fishbowl cocktails. Its advertised as a full bowl, so naturally I always get it and am happy to pay for it. However, we only got half bowls this last time. I feel that either the advertising should change and be honest of what it is were ordering or charge less money. I will still go back but its just disappointing that Im being short changed.

For some reason, Boston Pizza cant seem to do their delivery right through Skip the Dishes or Uber Eats. The food is great, if you get it. Id recommend never ordering from here. Just eat in... cause its ridiculous how often my orders have been completely wrong or missing the beverages or appetizers.

Everything was good just a little disappointed with the garlic Parmesan fries that we ordered. The fries were a little too oily. Other than that everything was wonderful. I loved my margarita .

Went for drinks and food later last night, best service we have received there to date! I forget the waitress s name in the bar but she was a brunette and it was her first day back after 4 months. She killed it, super friendly, welcoming and over all great at her job- they need more of her there!

Server was excellent. Was disappointed in salad that was delivered to your table. Had to be sent back as greens were not good. Brown and slimy . Your store in Dartmouth Crossing also used fresh pineapple which is what I was?expecting.

Boston Pizza Dartmouth #907. Server was excellent ( Terri-Lynn) , we ordered the Pineapple Beet, Goat cheese salad which upon serving there was wilted slimy lettuce in the bowl , obviously salad ingredients were not fresh and disappointed that the pineapple was not fresh. I ve had this before at the Boston Pizza in Dartmouth crossing and it was amazing and I was taking some to give them that same experience that I had at Dartmouth crossing, but nope didn t happen.

Wonderful restaurant. The restaurant is very clean, the menu offers something for everyone. The beet goal cheese salad is wonderful and not over dressed. We also ordered the big dipper and it was terrific. Our server Brianne couldnt have been nicer...service was excellent and she made sure to check after we received our meals to ask if everything was to our liking. Friendly staff, decent food. Salads are pretty good, pizza is ok and burgers are ok. The kids menu is fantastic. Drinks list is good and overall atmosphere is good. If ya need a place to take kids for dinner, would def recommend.

Huge portions for the price and delicious. I had the chicken and mushroom fettuccine. Peter had the grilled chicken club and for dessert we shared the brownies.

Order from Boston pizza all the time, usually everything is amazing( Service &food) but when I tried ordering from the Portland street location(Sunday, sept 11) I was told that I could not get any food after 11:20pm when they close at 12am. The girl sounded unsure of why on the phone , said something about different people close at different time. I just felt like she wanted to get off work early. Not good service and I m sure the owner would not be pleased with this.. nor would any business owner.

Awesome chicken sandwich

Ordered a large pizza and bottle of wine. Pizza came but no wine so here we sit for another 30 minutes waiting for our drink. I tried to order online but of course it is not working again so had to call and it came wrong. I would not have left a review but this is not the first time.

Does not even have the nfl Sunday ticket. How is this a sports bar. Hosts are awesome however

Training required. Training staff to double check slips before putting orders in their take out bags needed. This order was picked up for me and it was missing my sour cream ( that comes with the perogie pizza normally) and the bacon I requested to have on the side. It was pretty dry. I guess I should have asked the person who picked up my order to double check it first, you kinda trust that items meant to go with the actual pizza thou wouldn t be missing. My friends order came with their condiments but mine did not . Disappointing. However, I have received more right then wrong with Boston Pizza in the past & can t sum your company up with one unsatisfactory order. This review is based on this order only .

Awesome restaurant

Went for dinner last night. The food was great however our server left a lot to be desired. Her section was clearly too big for one person. From when we sat down until she came for drink orders was easily 15mins. We ordered our food at the same time. Our food came in about 20mins (which is perfectly fine) but our appy came at the same time. The food was not brought to the table by the server. At no point did the server come back to the table at all - no drink refills, didn t come to see if we needed anything else (my daughter wanted Parmesan for her spaghetti). She did come back after we were clearly done eating to get the kids dessert order and we had to ask for drink refills at that time. We arrived at 6pm, our food was entered at 6:18 ( as seen on receipt) and we left the restaurant at 7:36 (according to card receipt) BP is our favourite family restaurant. We have never had an issue at this location before. Parking: They have their own lot. Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family friendly restaurant.
