Have had Classic Pizza's food quite a few times over the last years, mostly through pick-up and Skip the Dishes. It's always been delicious and fresh. Last night, with friends, I suggested we order. I was raving about the food from here. So we ordered a donair pizza and garlic fingers from the website. The pizza was very dry, almost like it was sitting under a heat lamp (I don't think it was -- just an example of the dry, overdone texture). It was so dry, it actually cut the top of our mouths a couple times. Really disappointed. Thought my friends would love it and you'd have some new loyal customers. Unfortunately, I doubt they will order from you after this experience.
We have only ever ordered for delivery. Food arrives hot, drivers are friendly and courteous. We have tried nachos, pizza, garlic fingers and fried pickles. Food always tastes amazing!
My wife and I each had a slice of all meat pizza. The sauce and crust were amazing and the toppings were very tasty and well portioned. Very friendly service. Definitely going back!
We ordered a few clubhouse sandwiches but didn’t realize it was after hours as our search engine said it was still open at the time. We contacted via Facebook messenger inquiring about it the next day and they said they refund ordered placed after hours and asked for my order number, which I was at work so I wasn’t able to get back right away. By the time I got home my boyfriend and I decided to call to see if we could just get the order that day instead of a refund. The man on the phone, which we assume was the owner, was so helpful, sweet, personable, and assured us that we would get our food delivered as soon as it’s ready. Let me tell you, we were (and still are) so impressed with the customer service, food quality, and the prices! So much so that we ordered again tonight! And this will be our new pizza place, with the goal to try everything on the menu! Highlight recommend
Well let me start by saying my first time experience was not a good one.... But before you judge read my review first. Let me say when I sent an email to the restaurant the owner personally contacted me. I was so impressed with him getting back to me so fast, he apologized and was very concerned about his customer experience and wanted to make sure it was going to be a good one. I was not looking for a free meal but to inform him about my meal and how it was so disappointing for me. Between a few emails and apologies he wanted to make sure we had a good one. So we order a pizza and let me say boy what an amazing pizza. It was loaded, hot and delivered fast. So let me say Classic Pizza awesome job I will return. But the thing I Appreciated the most was the owner contacting me personally and apologizing. That's what I call real customer service and that's why I would go back again. Plus the pizza 🍕 perfect. Amazing pizza! Fresh and delicious ingredients. Served hot. Everyone was impressed by how small the place was, but the food was amazing! Very quiet and nice place. I would just ask that the washrooms are a little bit tidier and have soap next time.

just ordered a margarita through uber eats and it s not good:( and there is no tomato sauce on my pizza and no fresh basil, it s just slices of tomato and some cheese, and garlic for some reason they added mushrooms on top just like i asked them so i guess that s something

Great little place. Tasty pizza and table with electric fireplaces throwing heat. Just the thing for a quick bite of flavourful pizza in a cold night. Parking: Lots of parking in the large lot.

Classic pizza has some of the best pizza and poutine I have tried in the province. The staff are friendly and fast.
They watched someone get slapped in the face on a weekend when a one sided altercation occurred and kept the assaulting party in their business, while still serving them. Horrible business do not go.

Food was disgusting and when we called to ask for our money back on just the pizza the guy on the other side of the phone called me a fn ahole and threatened me with violence if I came to the store with it. I will never order from here again.
So happy I found Classic Pizza, my new favourite pizza place! The pizza was phenomenal and made with fresh ingredients. I also love that there were great deals online, thin crust is an option, and I can even add spinach to my pizza to convince myself I am making healthy choices!!

Edit. 8:00 Still waiting for those fries. Lost a customer. Pizza was good. Wrap was supposed to come with fries there was none. Called was advised they were on their way it is now 45 min since food was received but still no fries. Food
Pizza is good, rest of the menu is weak. They forgot my order of fries, said they were coming but 2 hours later and no sign. Stick with the pizza, if you dont mind them possibly lying to you.
I am a pizza fanatic and is one of my favorite. First time ordering from classic Had meat lovers with garlic fingers. Delicious. Well worth checking them out. I will definitely be ordering again
Dont usually leave reviews but the pizza and garlic fingers is so tasty and my fiance loves the poutine!! Ordered a few times already and after trying many places around... Its now our go to. Do yourself a flavour and treat yourself. ;)
Absolutely amazing! Hands down my favorite Dartmouth pizza place. The wings are also great and I highly recommend the nachos.
The pizza was fantastic and the gluten free options were just as amazing. The service was incredible, they went out of there way to get us what they needed and they made sure everything was right.
Never had the pizza from there but the gravy is among the worst around.the burger was not even real meat one you can taste it from the first bit and the gravy all you can taste is flour sadly disappointed

This is the only pizza place I go to in Dartmouth. Always on time, friendly, fair prices, and its always delicious! They have a great selection of pizza toppings. Their donairs are really good. Its always really clean when I go there. Vegetarian options: They have a lot of options for a vegetarian. Parking: A lot of parking is always available.

Ive been on the hunt for a good pizza since I moved here, and boy did they deliver. If youre from St. Johns, and you love Old Town, I found the crust to be very similar, and the sauce seems close (probably better, actually as I found Old Towns sauce to be a bit bitter) My friend visiting me, and who regularly orders OT agreed on the taste. It was delish! We will totes be back for the pizza. The garlic fingers were average, but good. I have a few more local places to try, but so far, number 1 on my list.
