The crew with glasses making fun of customer in their language. Disappointing.

I recieved very overcooked garlic fingers for takeout.

What happened to the pizza??? Use to be the best pizza around. Now it is super thin and lightly topped with minimum sauce, cheese and toppings. Even Tim Hortons quick pizza had more topping than on a medium. Crust ends up crisp and dried out. Garlic fingers dried out also with jot much toppings. Waste of money. Wont be back.

Awesome fish & chips

In my brother food there was to be like a tooth or a like a little chip of a bone .and my brother bit this not knowing and may of chipped his tooth and the server was being very rude. and last time we came here around 2 years ago the same thing happen and we we told him that he called us a lier.

Again ordered pizza & garlic fingers and didnt get donair sauce....this is not the first time theyve done this

Ordered a small donair with cheese and paid for it. What I got was a small donair with no cheese at all and so much donair sauce you couldnt experience anything else.. couldnt even finish the 1st bite .. had to spit it out. Total waste of time, money and food. Never going back! Just wow!

Bad pizza place, little toppings were added. Place lost it s name. Used to be a good place sadly.

Received flyers in the mail with medium garlic fingers on for 12.99. Tried to call and order one and they told me no its $19 at this location. Why send flyers with prices youre not going to honor? I could see a $1 or 2 in the difference but almost 50% more than advertised? Ridiculous.

My favourite place to get garlic fingers. Get the garlic parm crust! I dont want to publicly admit how often I order these but consistently good quality. Sometimes takes a minute for staff to come to the counter but I suspect that theyre busy in the back.

Called to place an order for pizza party possibly worth 150$ worth of pizzas and the staff who attended the call without response has kept the call on hold for more than 10 minutes and when I asked he simply disconnected the call with response as YEAH WE ARE BUSY

Ordered Donair Burger and Donair Poutine. Highly unsatisfactory Burger: dry meat with no veggies. Poutine: no meat and not much sauce. Not the best place to order food. Sorry guys but please put something in your food since I am paying for that much food. Feeling paid too much for food which was not worth it.

Edit to my first review. I returned the poorly made pizza and received a brand new fresh pizza. The gentleman who was in store was soft spoken and kind. Pizza was 100% better than the previous one. Store mentioned that they were busy the night before and that it might ve been taken out too soon. Showed me my pizza prior to me leaving to ensure satisfaction. Disgusting. Food was not cooked correctly and the restaurant argued with me saying that is cooked correctly. Told me I needed to bring my food back from my kids party to get a new pizza. Payed for delivery and even tipped prior to delivery.

Probably the best pizza, fish & chips in nova scotia. Super flexible with what to put in it. Garlic bread was really good and the donairs kicked it up a notch. Love the environment in the restaurant. Deals were great, staff were very friendly and professionals. Meet Maninder or pamma for best customer service they will guide you best.

The service at Greco is exceptional. The staff is friendly, and attentive, and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Whether dining in or opting for delivery, the efficiency and accuracy of the service are commendable.

It was my first time trying a pizza from here. It was not the best experience. The pizza was over cooked the crust was dark and dry. It was supposed to be a bbq spicy chicken pizza but I saw little to no chicken and there was no spicy taste or flavor on the pizza. The bbq sauce was simply poured sparingly on top of the pizza after cooking. I will not return to this location and dont think I would reccomend my family and friends going here. It definitely left us wanting a refund

Pizza good, sub good. But the fries are a rip off for 5. Barely covered the bottom of the box. Guy on phone couldnt seem to care less. Many other pizza places in dartmouth. Dont recommend this one.

Pizza was dry with barely enough sauce, crust was supposed to be flavored but wasnt. End of shift, so I believe the priority was to leave early, my order may have proven an inconvenience. Ate it anyway because me and my partner were hungry, and the stomach upset is enough to turn us away for good.

We just ordered a medium pizza half works half cheese under the cheese was pepperoni the pizza had NO crust I requested flavoured crust and they charged my partner at the store even when I paid on line I went back for the refund on it and fought with him, I had to have my bank open a ticket to get it back

Having attended many fine dining establishments in my short 16 years I must say I thoroughly enjoy spending evenings at this location. One night sums up all my experiences in their entirety. It was then I sat and pondered the existence of magnetic monopoles one Wednesday night with my high school education and gifted mind. I bit into my cheese pizza and to my surprise felt something more than greese and cheese trickle down my chin. It tickled like the hairs of my fathers moustache but felt eerie like the my sisters breasts. I reached down to see what the fuss was, for this intruding feeling persisted down my neck. When I lifted my hand to my face to see what was the matter I froze. Shocked, my hand was covered in spiders. I looked down too to the pizza and it was no longer the cheese pizza I thought ordered but revealed itself as the dreaded spider pizza I received the night before. This is several hundredth time this Greco has served me spider pizza but I cannot pass up its marvelous view of the dartmouth countryside and how it calms my mind. Perhaps one day Ill learn to move on or perhaps one day theyll learn to separate their spiders from their cheese.

The worst pizza in the province. Ordered a pizza with NO MUSHROOMS of course, they put a ton of mushrooms on the pizza; and of course, they refused to fix it. I ordered extra cheese, too. These people dont know what extra cheese even means. Just disgusting. Dont waste your money, and dont bother your stomach.

Very worst behaviour by the Staff. Not attentive. Ordered fries but it was cooked with old oil. It was very oil and tastes bad.

I always order party pizzas from here and they deliver on time, flavour is good and the online system is very convenient.

Ordered med Donaire and 2pc fish and chips plus large gravy. Delivered was one small Donaire....raw fish...fries I could wring grease outta fries..no gravy. Called complained said new meal on its way...an hour later I cancelled. Never again!!! # Randys Pizza from now on!

Terrible Customer Service. I ordered Fries and Fish Chips, Fries were most likely reheated and severely burnt. Went back to complain, there was no apology or remorse from the attendant. Attendant was also very rude and reluctantly agreed to replace the fries. I simply walked out without accepting the replacement fries after the rude comments he made just because I complained about the fries. Never ever will I eat at this location.

This employee x2 of them with their dam headphones in, disregarding customers that walk in, i ordered food, he want to mop the floor 2 hours before close, I get my phone and sit in the dinning area and this employee decides to sit on the counter on his phone and wait for me to leave! This is what my dam tax dollars is paying for??????

Great pizza, but the two employees that work weekdays around lunch time are extremely rude. They Barely acknowledge you, and always have headphones in. Terrible customer service. I won t be eating here anymore. 0% tip for you.

We ordered a 2-piece fish and chips and we were surprized at how good it was. The fish was fresh, hand battered and a good size portion and the fries were homemade thin-cut fries which were awesome.

The server was really sweet and the food was good. Cant wait to come again and try more from their menu!

Worst place to have a pizza from. Ordered a party size pizza and ended up having the pizza having literally 0/NO toppings. Went to the store and the Manager HASSAN started saying get out of the store and moved forward with abusive language. 0 Customer Service level. 0 service level. No respect for a customer and moreover he wants to end up fighting with a customer over a rubbish pizza they entertained us with. Won t recommend anyone to even get a POP from this place.

Ordered a party size pizza and pizza that was delivered is what you call disappointment. Pizza was so chewy and did not even tasted fresh. When we Called in to complain and the guy who works in night hours gave excuse that the pizza is chew because you customised it that way and no one orders it like that.Instead of giving any solution or listening to our complaints. This was not the first time we ordered that pizza and we know how it is supposed to taste.

I love the Graco brand however this is the third time I ve ordered from this location where the pizza has been way over cooked.

disappointing first visit , ordered the bacon cheeseburger garlic fingers picture on menu looked great the real thing not so great no cheese / bacon and burger incinerated / plenty of pizza shops in the area usually get randys pizza but could not find a parking space so i thought i would give greco a try , it was a great pizza franchise back in the 90s / i am not saying not to try it , as maybe it was just a bad night for the cook and quality control but for me it was a total waste of money , but on the bright side my dog loved it

The pizza was bland, salty, and greasy. We came in the store and were stared at by the person behind the counter. We greeted him with a hello only to be stared at. The first individual left only to have our order to be taken by a second person. It felt like we were in their way as we were ordering. The food was not good, over priced and the service was rude. This is not how i remember Greco. Good luck at the Albro lake location.

Only reason for giving 3 stars is because yes they do have amazing food and most times the staff is amazing as well but today ( 09/24/21 ) Im disappointed with their online ordering system I ordered a 9 pizza at 1:30pm for my late lunch and here I sit still waiting for my pizza, yes I know it takes a bit to cook the pizza but a 9 pizza should take that long almost 45 minutes Ive been waiting for it too cook than I call and they say oh another 10 minutes for my order, I will not be happy if I get pizza thats burnt

All the staff is very nice and co operative.

My partner and I both got violently ill from eating here for several days. Do not recommend eating here. Update: were now blacklisted for complaining about getting Ill for a week after eating here. Do not go to this location.

Fast friendly service

Both pizzas were not cooked after driving an hour home had to put them in the oven and they were still too gross to eat. Customer service was terrible trying to get them to replace the pizzas. Ended up giving up and didnt get them replaced. Will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

Wife ordered pizza, cant eat onions. Pizza had onions and they refused to return. Now we are out 50 bucks and annoyed.

Usually these guys are pretty good but when igot food there last night it was chicken wings and donair bites, holy moley it was expensive and on top of that it made us sick, one of us even threw up. Major disappointed guys. It was too late to call back and ended up throwing the rest out. Someone dropped the ball...

Fries were black and shriveled up; I believe that they were reheated, perhaps more than once. The fish was not fresh and the coating was very greasy. A 3 1/2 oz. container of gravy was sold to us as a size large! Very disappointing meal and we will never go back.

I ve ordered from this place twice, pick-up both times. No issues with quality whatsoever.. it s Greco, plain and simple. I mean it s not authentic Italian fare, if that s what you re after you re in the wrong place. But nonetheless, it s good pizza and it s tasty!Food was good and prepared to order. Guy running the place is friendly. I will order again, for sure.

What else can you say, its Greco. You either like their food or you dont. Have had some staff issues in the past, but they seem to have gotten that sorted out, foodbis always hot, fully cooked, and tastes like its supposed to for Grecos recipes. Delivery is usually pretty fast, its often at my door before the web app updates that its outfor delivery.

I never showed up until after 2:00 pm, and the two slices of pizza I bought were hard from being under the heat lamp, so it wasnt very good.

There is nothing English style or hand battered about the fries here. They are your bog standard horrible Canadian fries. When I asked the lad working there what exactly was English style about them.... he said they are made from potatoes.... hilarious.

went here once the week they opened, only time we used the credit card that week, number was reported stolen and in use in another country the next morning, buyer beware, also not much for your money if you dont get scammed you still kind of get scammed

Made a complaint was told it was sent to the manager never heard anything again... (we ordred 2 large steak subs and paied $24 for them and they gave us half subs got home and realized they only gave us half subs not full) we sent them pics and everything .... super rude.

Absolutely never again. I would get be a zero if there was an option. Third time I ordered from there and still cant get their job right. This time long hair in my families party pizza.

If I could do negative 5 I would. To have a worker be so condescending to me because they under cooked my food and refused to deliver a new one with out charging me a delivery fee is an outrage. Laughed at me as well for being mad. I will never eat there again.

I ordered online for a pepperoni pizza for my kids for supper...I think 2 hours waiting for a f****** Pizza is outrageous and then when I called to see what was going on and to cancel cuz it IS 2 hours too much, the guy was very argumentative and goes yeah well I was the driver and I couldnt find your address and I said It says right on the house, 142 he goes well didnt click on GPS I was like thats b******* . He goes then i was there and nobody came and i was like nobody knocked at the door then hes like couldnt find on GPS .it doesnt make sense and I think hes a jerk and I was like you know what , nevermind that Im not going there ever again and I hung up on him. I love greco and will pay extra even and go to Portland street ..thanks for making my children to wait and then disappoint them!

Ordered a 15in canadian pizza, took an hour and half to get here, when it did arrive it was cold and the box was crushed so the toppings were stuck to the lid of the box.

The large donair is so small, pizza is really small compared to the old pizza store that was there. The pizza is kinda gross, but i still eat it bc its the closest pizza place by my house. The pizza is so small compared to the pizzas out there in dartmouth, the place is stingy as hell sometimes pizzas have a lot of crust.Wish theyd go out of business and bring back old pizza sarah back or something.
