Never in my life have I left a negative review for a business. But I ordered a pizza and they gave the Uber Eats driver the wrong order. When I opened it, it was the wrong order. On top of it, it was cold! I called the store and they said they made a mistake and could give me a free one if I come to pick it up. What was the purpose of me paying for pickup since I don't drive? On top of that they didn't apologize but hung up on me twice. Will never order from Little Ceasars again. Horrible customer service!! Total waste of my money.
This place has gone downhill. Hot and ready wasnt ready. The staff were out back screaming each other in Hindi, very unprofessional. Used to be a great place to come.

Almost every time I order from here there is always a missing item, how hard can it be to remember three items ordered, and phone is always busy can barely ever get thru to the store, worst lil Cesar's I've ever dealt with, use to be great years ago and now steadily goibg down hill with service. Can't even get nd out why simple items are forgotten, thank god skip gives me my refunds every time they mess up which is about 98% of the time.
3rd time walking in with no one around and once again never have there hot and ready actually ready. Iv always like this place and have came here since I was a kid but today was the last day u get my business. Little Caesars do better and tell your employees they need to make more then one pizza for hot and ready.
It’s a little Caesar’s. It’s run exactly how you would want. The classics are almost always hot and ready and when you order ahead they’re quick to get your food ready and placed in the warmer. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and it’s pretty much always been the same.
Friendly staff specialy Megha which is on the front desk, explaining the menu for me very clearly with her warm Smile😊 I highly recommend that place plus their Pizza are really delicious at a good price
The pizzas are cheap and the taste is also good. Worth for the money. Wish they could go e a filling or ketchup for free to enjoy the pizzas.
Fine for take out pizza when youre in a hurry, the Hot and Ready pizza is a decent deal.

The girl behind counter she definitely don t know about customer service she was wearing headphone talking to someone and same time talking to me and make me confuse so rude ridiculous behaviour don t know how to speak with guests will never go there again I didn t even order after seeing her behaviour

Quick and easy and good food. Line up for the pizza on the go is great. If you want it truely on the go, plan ahead and use the app on a Friday night. Timing of 10min is a miss calculation on a Friday. But still worth the wait when the food is tasty and the price is perfect..
There is never any cheese on my crazy bread, after asking for extra extra cheese they still failed to put a decent amount of cheese on my crazy bread. I have givin this place many chances and all they do is fail me.
Great pizza i a pinch hot and ready
Don t bother ordering from here. I ordered online they didn t have what I ordered I gladly accepted a different item. They were going to charge me still for the item I ordered when the item I received was cheaper offered me 3 dips instead .. which was fine. Then I realized they forgot my crazy bread I called them to say they forgot I got to the store. They proceeded to argue that I got the crazy bread and threatened me with checking the video surveillance at the back of the store. I told them please check the video surveillance and they will see I did NOT receive my item. Called back after to ask when the best time to call to speak to the owner or manager and they said they didn t understand and refused to give me the information . Needless to say I will be contacting head office. Don t waste your money !!! I really hope I get a response from head office this is unacceptable!
Descent pizza, their Italian bread is awesome! Overall, it depends on what youre looking for. If ya want a cheaper slice of pizza or whole with a descent taste on the go, its quick and easy to order online. Nice staff and if ya do happen to order online, bring your code in and ya can take it right out of the computerized holding oven. The order was quick and it hit the spot for our team at PhotographingInTheMoment....Cheers to enjoying those pizza moments.
Great food for the family.
We dropped by Little Caesars to grab something for our Friday movie night and the Canadian large thick crust did the trick, plus some pop on the side. There are a number of local pizza places around the area that you can try as well, but I would strongly suggest not to miss this one! Awesome food, awesome and fast service, and you should try those cheese breads too!!!,

Wanted only hot and ready pizza and 2 crazy bread ... ended up with 2 of each at 12.99 a pizza ... not what I wanted at all ...
People are friendly and provided the pizza quickly. But we noticed that the pizza makers were not wearing hair nets and no gloves. Sadly, seconds after noticing that no gloves were being used we saw a pizza maker clean their nose with their hands. The same person that cleaned their nose also was handling money with no gloves in between.

Pizza always smells burnt from this specific location heard several complaints about it reeking of a burnt smell almost smelled like burnt cardboard, I would go to literally any other little Caesar s location than this one. Don t bother applying here either the manager asks you health and safety questions or operating questions as if a teenager with no experience seeking a minimum wage job has the answer to that, you are supposed to be the one teaching that. Those questions are not necessary to ask for working a minimum wage job. This isn t fast and furious 15$ dollars an hour.
Pizza has been way overcooked the last 3 times I have come here. Very skimpy on the toppings as well.

If you come here and they actually have pizza ready, you must be a lucky person. Because 7 times out of ten, when I attempt to stop here for a quick meal when on a time crunch, they dont have any pizza ready.
I refuse to pay almost 30 dollars for a half hawaiian /half supreme pizza and 1 crazy bread when exact same purchases on March 7 2022 and April 4 2022 were to be exact $19.53. This business has lost this family as a customer forever!
I used to buy from other branch of little Caesars and this was far from my home so I give it a try drove more and after bringing pizza home worst pizza compare to other branch, never going again

Very delicious pizza. We had chicago style vegetarian pizza and it was very good and all the veggies were fresh . Its is my go to place for pizza now. The prices are reasonable too.

They said it would take ten minutes to make the garlic fingers but it ended up taking close to 30 minutes. Not only that, there was what appeared to be a short, coarse, thick and black hair in the cheese. I am disgusted.
Went in around 7:50pm, the young lady wanted me to wait while she counted her float, left after a couple of minutes. Ive never heard of counting your float mid shift, especially with a customer in front of you.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One was the ready type. One had to be made. The ready one had been sitting there for a while. Lukewarm and hard crust. Next time will ask that both be made fresh.

It is a great place to get quick pizza. However, today I was in to purchase pizza and when the worker took my order I could not understand him. When I realized I had bought an extra pizza I tried to ask him about it and he yelled at me. I didnt even get my sentence finished. I will come here again but next time I will make him clearly read my order back to me.

Was there yesterday with a friend got an order of crazy bread,while waiting for it we observed the young lady working there answer the phone,take a order touch paper,the pen,dirty phone reciever, than proceed back to putting toppings on pizza without washing her hands ,than answer her cell phone,than cone to the cash and ring someone in take their dirty money give change back,than right back to putting pizza toppings on pizzas without washing her hands.I took alittle video of her answering the phone than going right back to putting the topping on . GROSS

You get what you pay for
I called this location to order a cheese pizza ($5.99) and add bacon. The casheir advised it would be $8.69 + tax. I advises her $2.70 + tax to add 1 toping to a medium pizza is excessive and changed my order to a cheese pizza. 10 min later we arrived at the store and I was advised it would still be another 10 minutes for the pizza that I ordered 10 min earlier. While waiting for the pizza I asked what hot and ready pizzas were avaible to purchase. The cashier advised me there were no pizzas avaible and it would be at least another 10 minutes. We were in a hurry and could wait another 10 minutes . This is not the first time there was no hot and ready pizzas at this location. If you are in a hurry and want pizza do not stop at this location.

Ive been going to this place for years to get my pizza, its good, its fast, and its cheap. These are all things youd want for a good pizza place, except one thing. They close at 9:00 on all weekdays except Friday, then they are open until 10:00. Id always go late and grab a pizza just before a hockey game started but now I cant.

Pizza was decent. Staff was friendly enough. The bathroom was probably one of the most disgusting things Ive seen in a really long time. Pee everywhere toilet seat was almost yellow there was so much pee on it. Toilet bowl itself was no better pink sludge all over gross bacteria. When I asked the staff if they clean their facilities they said yes. My response really just not today? Response well no not today but weve only been open for 3 hours or so. Will be contacting the manager tomorrow

Fast service, good food!
I waited over 20 minutes to get bacon bacon box set. I was never asked if I want it crazy bread so technically I should have got a bag for free did not receive that neither. And when I got my pizza it was barely warm and it wasnt fully cooked all the way through it was still doughy.. I guess sometimes some things never change so itll be over another eight months before I go back
