Horrible customer service and bad details on their menu husband is allergic to onions so he decided to get their pepperoni sub which states on their menu it only has cheese pepperoni and marinara sauce when we got the sub home there’s onions and pickles all over it and when I called to see if they could fix it they said well next time order with no veggies… I told them it didn’t say there was veggies on it nor did they ask when they took the order and they continued to just tell me next time order with no veggies. There will be no next time any normal place would have A asked what vegetables to put on when taking the order or B said to come pick up a new sub especially 40$ in for it for a pick up order not like they would lose out now he goes hungry cause they just want more money out of people? Absolutely ridiculous and I will never be back
The place is small, which isn’t an issue per se, but still made it hard to order and wait for our order with other customers there. Our first few times there was great. We became regulars, however, the next time it tasted like chemicals and wasn’t cooked all the way through. The customer service was terrible this time unlike the other few times. The man on the phone was harsh and impatient and refused to give us the deal we’ve gotten the many times we have gotten before. But despite that terrible experience we went back and the food was okay, but not good. Then we went back a final time, and it was wretched, worst than the time before. It tasted so strongly like chemicals and the dough was quite literally RAW. The person who came to deliver to us didn’t bring any change even though we told them we were paying with cash and refused to give us our change (about 19 dollars) even after we had offered a different bill. He didn’t bring the debit machine either so we had to pay an extra 19 dollars for our meal, our raw, chemical infested meal. Absolutely terrible. Don’t order here.
This is the second time ordering from this location, and the second time I was served completely raw dough. First time was a pizza. This time was a donair panzeroti. I pulled off a baseball sized ball of raw dough. Raw dough is very dangerous to consume. I recommend turning down the heat and extending cook times in the oven before you kill someone.
Fantastic Donairs and even better Panzerottis! Enough for 2 meals or one health appetite. Medium Donair is more than enough for as well. Great food overall consistently from this go to place.
I always order through Skip and I have never, EVER been disappointed. Randy’s is my litmus test on local pizzeria’s. Their Greek salad is my bar (it’s ridiculously good). Pizza, sub steak subs and stellar customer service! They’re adored by the locals for good reason. Your food is literally happiness on a plate. Many thanks from this grateful local🤗
$6 slice and a pop. Hard to beat that. Pen for scale. Curious about their other lunch specials...egg rolls sound good. Only 4 stars because I haven't tried anything other than a lunch special slice.
Tried the Donairs and pizza, both were really good! Good portions, good price, good service, made by nice hard-working people, couldn't ask for more! 😁👌😇 Definitely give them a try!
Not sure what happened between this time and our last time but this time was terrible, we didn’t get an item from our order and was not notified at all and the pizza dough was raw, can still move it around with the knife. Really sucks because last time it was great :( Update: We’re all got sick

Based on reviews I went for a Donair and it was terrible. A large donair with a small flatbread .sorry but too much meat and if there were onions, tomatoes and sauce on it - it was a very very small amount. And cost was $15. Never again here

To start this out, Ive ordered from the kearney road location before. The randys facebook page advertises a September special for $11.99 pepperoni pizza. I decided to order from this location to try the dartmouth side because Ive heard great things. I went in to pick up my pizza. I was charged $16 for the $11.99 pizza. When i questioned the cook, he argued with me and kept pointing at the menu special. I explained the Facebook post and even showed him. He still argued black and blue about it. It was never about the $2 difference. Thats fine. It was the dismissive workers that refused to have any of what i was saying. The food was actually better imo than halifax but the attitude i got from the workers will ensure Ill never be back. Horrible customer service
After recently having food from the cole harbour location. This place is awful, food tastes different, quality and quantity not there compared to cole harbour location.
They are always hard working, and the food is fresh. Cooked with love. In the neighbourhood several years now and youve always been there for me, my family, and my friends. Thank-you, Randys. Looking forward to my next visit.
Pizza was hot, but the crust was super dry. I live about a 6 minute car ride away, waited just almost an hour.

We took pizza every weekend, the pizza was very tasty and the staff was nice, today we wanted to order, but we were told that we had to pay extra for some kind of extra, although we had never been told this before. We wont be returning here again. The manager does not respect customers and bullies them I took fried wings, the worst wings Ive ever tried, they were overcooked and tasted like rubber. the sauce really makes me sick

I originally ordered a donair with the works on Doordash. What arrived was a pita and just meat. I called and asked what happened, they stated they could fix it but Id have to come get it. They kept passing the phone around and asking what i wanted. Then girl on the phone went so far as to blame the driver for the order mix up. They sent a new one with just tomatoes when I clarified with her 4x the works. 0/10 service, 0/10 food. It never used to be like this, no longer our go to sadly. 0 stars if I could.

Had a chicken Caesar pizza and a Canadian classic delivered. To b honest...flavour was good but sauce on the classic tasted like BBQ sauce and crust was soggy and limp on both pizzas. Not ordering from here again.
I have ordered one time and they charged me $5 for delivery and didnt tell me. This time they called me back and told me about the fee. I am a 8 minute drive (4km) from their location. I would rather go out of my way to the Sackville location now to get anything from Randys than go back to the Boland Rd location again for anything.

This is the best pizza place in the area. The pizza dough and sauce are perfect, and always has plenty of cheese. The Donairs have tons of meat and the pita is fried to perfection. The garlic fingers are always good as well. Stop in at lunch time and pick from cheap lunch menu. Donair sub and pop for $6 taxes in. You cannot beat that. The family that runs the place are super nice and friendly. Highly recommend Randys!
Its the only pizza shop where I can eat pizza and its not hard on my digestion. Their pizza crust is the best tasting in the area.

Edit: Butch (the owner) came by and delivered a fresh proper pizza as soon as it came to his attention that the order had been mixed up with another customers. He apologized for the issue and was very polite. Although it was a bit late after our order were still Quite happy with the way he handled our service. Mistakes happen after all. Waited hour and a half to receive a veggie pizza instead of a works. Was soggy as well so a little disappointed there

I ordered a large donair with onions cheese and sauce on the side, 10 wings and a poutine. The order came quick in 35 minutes, but the donair was missing cheese so I called back and they said if we send you another donair we need the old one back , I feel like I should keep it for my inconvenience and waiting a hour and 25 minutes for them to bring me a new one. And I did keep it. First and last time eating here!!!
We ordered a medium pizza the other night We were so impressed with the pizza the crust was not too thin or thick but had a bit of fluff to it the only thing I will say it needed more sauce but it was awesome ordering there again. This is my new pizza place now.

The lady in there were so annoying and rude. She was literally throwing food in front of us. She is a downgrade for the business. Similar experience were faced by one of my friend. A person working in a restaurant shouldn t be behaving like this. This is not at all acceptable. Anyway the food was good.
I had a bad experience over. The lady staff over there was so rude to me and not even listening to my order. She was really disrespectfull. When I asked for a bag to carry my food she told me that they dont have one. That was really not acceptable.
The donair pizza was very bready and it seemed like they used ground up donair meat instead of big pieces. It wasnt great. The garlic fingers were good but again, cheap on the cheese (only the center was cheesy). Poutine was just ok.

Great late night donair that hit the spot after Rock the Harbour.
The regular poutine is fairly good size with gooey shredded cheese, a medium-dark gravy, thick cut fries...pretty decent overall. Lunch deals they have are a great price (eg pizza slide + can pop for $6/taxes in... small poutine + can pop for the same...plus several more things for that price). Individual slices are quite large if you just feel like stopping in for that. Lots of toppings on the Works, good flavor. No tables at all if you wanted to quickly eat there. Id come back any time.

The staff is friendly and provides great customer service. I ordered a Greek pizza and Greek salad. The Greek salad taste very good. The pizza however was not good. I actually think it might have been the worst pizza I have ever had. The pizza sauce was super bitter. The dough/crust was extremely bland. Getting the worst grocery store frozen pizza would have been much better.

Food is good Be prepared for different pricing and weird rules depending on who you talk to when you order. (Ex: Donair sauce not included with donair or refusing to make fresh slices) They also tend to close up to an hour early frequently.
They make amazing donair dinner plates it consist of French fries on the bottom topped with Donair meat veggies, & cheese melted all over everything, I always get A large ,I get sauce on the side for my leftovers which heat up so well in the oven the next Day so delicious

Ordered pizza to take back to our hotel before we flew home. Best pizza I have ever had. These people work hard. Phone never stopped ringing and they get the food out fast. Great job!! I just wish I could find pizza this good around where I live. Amazing!!!!

We ordered one pizza from them. Medium size and live down the street. They said it would take 45 minutes. After an hour, we called and asked about our order. She said they were very busy and when I stated we would leave a review, she hung up on me. Terrible!
I ve been on a huge mozza stick kick, trying them from every other restaurant and Randy s has got to be my favourite mozza sticks I ve had yet. Their donair panzerottis is also really damn good. 10/10.

Ordered the large donair plate and fries on the side with an order of onion rings. The fries were not cooked well the size of the plate of donair plate was small to begin with and the amount of meat was a small donair at best and the donair sauce was sour both cups
OKAYYY...so skip the dish.. ok. Just now Forgot my item. Talked to the gentleman as he was walking down the lane if he had the item in the car as I was talking to the place I ordered from he replied no, this is the only bag they gave me. And what did Randys Pizza do?... they came and delivered a NEW salad made ...future refence.. will call the store and just ask myself for it...very happy thank you guys AMAZING food and customer service xo

Ive ordered a lot of food fr Bolond rd location in past 18 months. Last few times ive ordered everything was different. Pizza sauce,donair sauce,even thickness of donair meat. This was hands down my favorite spot. Not sure if new cooks or new owners but Ill try again because its been good but if not sadly Ill have find a new favorite spot.

There poutines are the cheesiest. The best around.
Had a donair and it was sooo good the meat is hot and the cheese melted and everything was made perfect! Still eating these a year later and they are just as delicious as the first time. Their lunchtime specials are the best around ... 5 bucks gets you a giant slice and a pop ! They do donair, fish and chips, poutine on the 5 dollar special at lunchtime but who can pass up a yummy slice!

The people who manage and serve are friendly and professional! We are traveling from California and enjoy meeting great people. They added value to our trip!
