This little pizza joint is a great local taste. The owner is really nice and welcoming. It is an old little building inside that adds to its charm. The food is all in-house fresh made and is delicious. Overall, the vibe and the service are great 8/10

Be careful ordering donairs from here, they changed the way they make them and are now disgusting... The bread on the donair appears to be deep fried and hard as a rock and had burn marks all over it.. everything inside the donair tasted of dirty grease and also burnt.. Took 2 bites and threw it in the garbage, this is the 3rd one in a row ive gotten like this, was hoping it was just a fluke or new cook. Never again~

Been ordering from Revana for over 20 years. I ordered tonight for the first time in over a year. I was really looking forward to it because it had been so long since I had it. We got a donair plate and a large donair with cheese. The meat was rubbery and tasted boiled. It wasnt cooked the way it usually is. Portions very small compared to a year ago when I last had it. The price was high for what you get and to top it off, I paid for an extra cup of sauce they didnt bring. As a decades long customer, Im disappointed with the quality, Portions and my forgotten item.

I ordered a 12 pizza and a large donair. The pizza had burnt edges and a black bottom and the donair was gritty (dont know if it was the meat or the pita) but every other bite crunched like sand. The donair had very little sauce so the meat was kind of dry. will continue to look for a pizzeria I like.

We ordered a chicken pizza and they gave us a pizza with what looked like old burnt french fries on it. When I called to complain they said they would never put french fries on a pizza. So what did they put on the pizza? Worst experience ever!

First of all, thank you for Darlene. This was my first time visiting Dartmouth and since I arrived late, most of the restaurants the hotel recommended were closed. Not only was Revana Pizza open for delivery, they had a lot more to offer than just pizza. I ordered the medium hot chicken wings. Darlene delivered my food and was so very accommodating. Talk about service with a smile. The next day I called back to let them know just how great Darlene was and how delicious the wings were. It was really great speaking with Jack and Marie. Not only did they make me feel welcomed, they made me feel like family. Looking forward to dining in next time Im in town.

Just went in for a slice. It was very dry and not fresh, basically broke in half as I was eating it. Used to love their pizza but the quality over the last year or two has been diminishing

I grew up in London Ontario eating panzerottis made by real Italians. Ive been searching for an authentic panzerotti in HRM for years. Finally found it. The Revana panzerotti is excellent. Deep fried with an excellent crust. Needed extra cheese to rival the Ontario versions.

Enjoyed their pizza, friendly and entertaining staff while making pizza after pizza. The only thing, lots of toppings but they could have been spread out to the edges a little better. But will certainly order from there again.

Twice this summer I have been to Revana for a slice of pizza and both times the person working the cash was short, cranky, and rude, as if I was a bother. Get better people working the cash. I won t be buying a slice for home anytime soon. The guy last night was rude. Great pizza too bad the service isn t.

I enjoy the pizza from here to start on a positive note. I paid for 5 toppings plus extra cheese. 1 topping was missing and not 3.5$ worth of extra cheese. Worst thing was it took 1.5 hrs to arrive!!!

The people there are halfwits, The pizza took over an hour when we got it it was cold garlic finger raw and we didnt get the extra sauce we paid for they more or less called us a liar when I called to ask for it. They said they put in the bag, well then pizza and garlic fingers were not in a bag for one and the one cup of sauce was on top of the boxes. If they put it in thr bag the girl didnt get the other one. I have never heard rude people in my life when ordering. I wont order it again it was not good food. The workers, they need to find some manners. Not good customer service.

Home of the raw pizza.... they legit used the dictionary to call out someone s complaint on here about tacos and the definition...the food is sub par end of story. It s not priced according to what you re getting what so ever. All of their toppings are the cheapest you can buy....

I ordered the 2 Med pizza deal here the other day and it was so delishious i love the dough ball in the middle of my pizza! The dough was delish, the pizza was so hot and fresh and cheesy . Im definitely going to order again.

This place has been here forever. When I was a middle school student, I would come here with my lunch money to play Dig Dug, and the guys I hung around with at the time and I came here after our graduation from said middle school. The owner, Jack, is more often than not on the premises, his wife and a middle-aged lady are often on the cash, and the delivery driver who is in and out rounds out the somewhat motley crew. The food is certainly not gourmet, but surprisingly tasty. I m sure I ve tried just about everything from the menu over the years. Open late, and you can eat next door at Whiskey s as well. All sorts of interesting characters, depending on the day and time.

We ordered an extra large works pizza with a large garlic fingers through Skip The Dishes. It took over an hour to arrive and was warm, not hot when it did. Pizza was VERY overcooked. Shouldve taken some photos. The top of the crust was black and bottom had a textured burnt/black look. The topping section of the pizza was edible but the crust was far from it.. also, there was 1-2 inches of crust. I prefer to have my toppings brought almost to the edge with maybe 1cm of crust to hold onto. We also ordered garlic fingers which was under cooked in comparison and seemed more like a cheese pizza with no sauce. My wife said she has had pizza from here in the past and it was much better so maybe it was a one off but im disappointed that the store wouldve sent out the pizza in the condition it was in. I wouldve preferred to have it delayed another 10 minutes to be re-cooked.

The best pizza and donairs anywhere! Well that was my review a year ago. Times have changed and so to has Revannas quality in both their service and food. I ordered a large donair with the works last Thursday January 2 with the sauce on the side. I recieved a lukewarm soggy pita wrapped piece of meat covered with I believe cheese and sauce. This week I ordered a large donair with the works and recieved the same thing as the previous week. Jack ,please hire competent employees who know how to correctly take orders over the phone and produce the fine donairs that your establishment was once known for .

We came from Enfield last night to try this restaurant out. They were overwhelmed they were so busy. I had to wait 45 mins and I didnt mind at all. The out come was amazing I have now found my favorite pizza place we will be back . We had pizza garlic fingers donair and wings every thing was DELIGHTFUL. AND IM VERY PICKY

Dont waste your time here! I was a former customer who spent years ordering from them, While their pizzas and garlic fingers are usually fine their customer service has become repulsive. The phone operators are rude, arrogant and mistake orders constantly. Last time I ordered from Revana I had ordered Pizza, Garlic fingers and a Poutine when it arrived an hour late it was missing the Poutine, when I was trying to find out where the missing item was. The employee operating the phones proceeded to yell, cuss at me and insult me and then banned me from the restaurant. Dont bother with this place anymore and if you do dont ever have a complaint.

Just ordered ,two tacos from here and felt like just got pita bread instead not toasted or grilled. Just wrapped with bunch of veggi and meat. It s not even a taco. Takes advertising and gross food.

This place is actually top notch; their sauce is one of the better I ve tasted - because you can actually taste the oregano. I ordered for the first time tonight (on 420!) and thoroughly enjoyed it. I m going to order on another day to make sure the impression I got wasn t due to it being that particular day.

Hands down best pizza and garlic fingers in NS. Fresh homemade dough and sauce. The cheese isnt cheap. This place rocks. You need to sell your pizza sauce in stores its that good. And I was interested in a job there and when I dropped off a resume someone told me they dont hire white boys and asked me to leave. I was wondering what the hell thats about lol? I havent ordered since cuz it was just rude. But I may give Yas another chance considering your food is what matters.

Ordered the other day and was very happy with the taste and quality of the food. Had a large pizza and the cheese, toppings and sauce tasted great. Crust was evenly done and the right thickness. Also had some wings and found them very juicy, not over cooked. They were mild and really solid . Definitely will be ordering again.

Compared to Stone Pizza, Revanas, and Yeah Yeahs, I consider Revanas second out of the bunch. Having a very local feel, Revanas is that quick stop you can always rely on. My pizza was greasy, yet delicious. The bottom crust was perfectly cooked, even during the hurricane. You can tell its a properly cooked pizza when theres just the right amount of burnt crust/dough. Having that balance of bitter and sweet makes a great flavour. Price was reasonable, and atmosphere was adequate. Definitely the place to go if youre looking for some great pizza. 5/5 taste/flavour 4/5 atmosphere 5/5 service

Ive been away from Halifax for 12 years and Ive been thinking about donairs from Revana Pizza the whole time. This week I was back in town for a visit and I had too see if Revana was as good as I remembered it. It is! The medium donair is huge and a great value at under 9 bucks. The sauce is sweet on the tongue and just a bit firey on the throat; a perfect combination. The delicious donair meat is piled so high I had to eat a bunch of it first to made the donair small enough to bite into. The proprietors are friendly and energetic and take obvious pride in what they do. I just hope it isnt another 12 years before I am back in Dartmouth.

Good day, In regards to the customer service at Revana Pizza, 29 Portland St, Dartmouth. Revana Pizza delivered food to my residence on Portland street 3 times, I called the this pizza place for a 4th time to order 4 lg pizza w/ workers! They asked for my address and told me sorry NO delivery to your address on Portland st? I told the Boy about the past deliveries and then slammed the phone down in my ear before I finished my sentence! REVANNA PIZZA HAS THE MOST IGNORANT EMPLOYEES AND DONT CARE ABOUT RETURNING CUSTOMERS!

Friendly but the place is super dirty. We looked on Google and had 4 stars so thought it would be good. We ordered without doing much looking around. Then went to the side with the bar to wait. We sat by a big mirror on the wall and while looking around started to see dirt and dust everywhere. Then we noticed about 1000 fruit flies on the mirror. We quickly moved out of there and back to the pizza side. Then looking around there we seen it was just as dirty. Got our pizza hoping it may be the reason for the 4 stars but nope. After cleaning off our own table we asked for plates and cups for our pop. We got 3 paper plates and dirty styrofoam cups. Then asked for forks and we were able to pick our own because theres a basin on the main counter that people just reach in and pick whatever one they want. I wouldnt even want to see the bottom of that basin. Its probably never been cleaned. This visit was back in late October but cant get it out of my mind now. 1 star for food and 1 star for being friendly but 2 starts are still high for this place.
