Sasy's Pizza in Dartmouth

They have served their community for years. There food is always good and when delivered never cold.

Waited 3 hours for two large pizza and a two litre of pop, even though I called right when delivery opened. I called after two hours and the guy said it would be 5 mins when the food got here one pizza was cold the other was hot but undercooked. The two litre of Pepsi was foul the expiry said May 22 and tasted horrible.

Went today because it said open until 11pm unfortunately they turned off the open sign and closed at 10 pm

Ordered the Lasagna, it was good.. It was a bit heavy on the sauce and spicy, but the portions were great!!

Dobairs are a little spicier than I like, but definitely the best value in Cole Harbour

...when they changed ownership few years back they said we want to keep what has made us successful...then they change to deli pepperoni...I go elsewhere now.

Had the donair pizza. In fact, picked up two of them. One was good (lots of meat but could not taste the tomatoes or onions), the other was more of a cheese pizza with a little donair meat.

Extremely disappointed, I got an XL pizza and wings. The wings were disappointingly small and the sauce was barely drizzled on. Also it was a 3 topping pizza and after I had to confirm with him a bunch of times because he wasnt seeming to understand what I was staying, he still got the one topping wrong. Was very disappointed because I was the only order in the store. Wont be going back

Pizza came in steaming hot and the garlic fingers had the most cheese I ever seen! The delivery driver was very nice and friendly! Great service

Called to order their 2-donair plate and nacho special, when it arrived there was only a single Donair plate (flavorless Donair meat with onions and tomatoes is not a Donair plate...Im not sure what it is) and mediocre nachos. to be fair I havent tried their pizza which Ive heard is apparently good and the delivery time was acceptable hence the two star review.

What pizzeria reheats a very stale slice in a microwave? These guys. The owner (I guess it was the owner) was rude as well. 0/10, would not recommend. Bigger and better slices are available literally across the street.

Just got a delivery order for a large donair. 14 dollars. Came on a small pita and very little meat and toppings.I know covid is playing a part in this but come on. Wow,

If you re thinking of ordering from Sasy s, I strongly suggest giving them some business. Friendly staff and unbeatable value (trust me, I did the math). Their garlic fingers are the least expensive in Dartmouth. Order two 16 for best value.

I ordered a pizza in store late one night and asked that it be delivered as we had to get home to relieve the sitter, paid up front and gave a good tip ~25%. After waiting 2+ hours for delivery, I called to see where it was and was given various answers from its already been delivered, Its almost there, etc.. At this point it was quite late and I said we dont want the pizza so would prefer to just get our money back. The person on the phone agreed but said I would have to come and get it, given the time I did not want to drive to the store. About 20 more minutes went by and the pizza finally arrived, but it was cold and had clearly been sitting for a long time. I tried a piece and it was not good, I put the rest in the fridge. We werent able to get to the store to discuss the issue the next day but did the following day. I brought the pizza in and the folks working there said there was a mistake in the address when it was written down on the order. I agreed that these things happen but that was not communicated to me the night of the order. I then asked for a refund which was denied, they said I should have gotten it the night of the issue. I wasnt asking for anything more than a refund which I didnt feel was unreasonable given the situation.

Donaire plates are usually very good...however no sauce was added to the bag and took awhile to arrive. Food was cold by then and no solution offered from store

I ve ate Sasys almost my entire life, back when it was Dino s. My entire Jr High stint we ate it every day. The owners are very nice and are always friendly. They still remember me from over the last 15 years. Great pizza and some of the best donairs around.

Waited 10 minutes for a slice of old pizza that was reheated in the microwave in front of me, still paid 4 dollars for it. Bit into it and half of it was hard. Not a good first impression.

Asked for something special they did it it was great and first time in a long time my pizza had lots of cheese on it without asking or paying extra. First timè i have ordèred from sassys put it wont be the last. Delivery guy was extra nice also.

Ive ordered here a few times and its always been great. Ive only had the pizza though.

The pizza was good, and staff was very polite. For my friends first time donair pizza experience, it was an excellent choice. The waiting time aorund lunch was around 25 minutes for a 16 pizza and garlic fingers. Thats plenty acceptable for me and not having a chain store pizza. All in all, would definitely order it again.

I really love the food! Its good and delicious every time. I dislike the horrible long wait every order. My last order was pick up and it took them 90mins to cook my pizza and garlic fingers... Its just too long of a wait

This was the first place we ordered from when we moved to the area. The 2 for 1 is a great deal we usually get a pizza and garlic fingers. They are busy but the food is NEVER cold when it gets to you. Sometimes we have to let it sit to cool. Their delivery drivers are polite and usually chat with my toddler who tries to talk to everyone. The toppings are good and the red sauce has a little spice to it. The donor is good too. Solid place to order from.

A tiny mom & pop joint with a few tables ... takeout seems to be their main business. My donair was very tasty with well spiced donair meat and a lot of it! The Greek salad was generous in size, very fresh and well prepared. The staff were very friendly and service was fast. Rumour is their pizzas are damn good too!

Always good pizza

I know a lot of people say they have the best pizza, but Sasys really does make a fantastic pizza pie. Just let Amir or Violet know what you want. They truly are part of the community. Thanks guys!

Just had my first Sasys pizza. Toppings were plentiful and sauce was tasty....BUT....the crust was burnt and completely dried out! We had a piece each and couldnt eat anymore. Tasted burnt too. Never eat there again!
