I m sure it s a busy time of year but just ordered garlic fingers; took 1.5 hours at 11am and called to check in. Was told they JUST came out of the oven and are on the way. The arrived ice cold. I actually couldn t believe it. Ive had Kenny s before and it was great. These were terrible unfortunately..

The friendliest staff and such fresh pizza!

Not sure what happened to Kennys, just picked up a pizza and Donair. The Donair was not good, the pizza was ok. Staff are friendly but sorry, the donair was terrible. It tasted like grocery store donair meat that was wrapped in pita bread, the tomatoes and onions were added and then it was heated in a microwave. Kennys can do better!

Well I had a large donair at Kennys tonight in Cole Harbour Nova Scotia. I have to say I was very disappointed, the meat was not on a spit as expected, in a shop that sells donairs. It was packaged just like what you would get in the grocery store. The meat and sauce were both tasteless and the donair was very greasy. I do not recommend this place to anyone who likes donairs, and I will not be back.

They just to tried charging me 20 bucks for extra cheese, never ever going there anymore, , and they said $10 bucks for tomatoes, a large pizza was $60 dollars, what the hell, for a pizza nuts

One of my favorite pizzas in HRM. As a Cape Bretoner, we believe that Cape Breton pizza is generally superior to Halifax pizza. LOL. Its just a thing that has been said to me over the years by all Capers. Kennys is from Cape Breton, so I had a bias when this Cole Harbour location opened around 2017 or so. But trying to judge objectively, it is just really good. Ive been here to get takeout maybe a hundred times, or eat in with a friend. The Combination is my favorite (peperoni, mushroom, green pepper). Deluxe is great too. The $5 deal is great if you just want a slice & can of pop. Also, the combination pizza burger is a great option if you just want something to hit the spot and not a whole pizza. The panzerottis are also excellent, baked or fried, a large portion with thick, chewy crust. Friendly staff. I just have to try more things on the menu!

Great pizza, service, and prices. Our go to place for pizza. The portions are generous, full of flavour, delivery is always quick. The toppings are generous and always delicious. If you re looking for a new pizza place give them a try.

Awesome staff and the food is always amazing

Sorry Kennys, your pizza was terrible and we wont be ordering from you again. Pizza was gummy, most of the ingredients were clumped together in the middle, it was lukewarm, you added a ton of green peppers, but I didnt ask for green peppers because I detest green peppers. The best thing I can say is that it was on time! Well stick with our Dr. Oetker frozen pizza. Its $6 and tastes much better than the pizza we received from you this evening. Not recommended (very sorry). (Took pictures, but theres no way to add them?)

$10 for two delish slices and two cans pop. Cant complain about that. Mid day last visit and slices were still fresh and tasty.

For the cost of the pizza it could have been a lot better. The toppings were clumped together and not spread somewhat evenly. Hardly any sauce . We got a large deluxe and sadly the only thing that was deluxe was the price. Food

So disappointed in the ponzo I ordered today. Cost $20, did order extra cheese, although it didn t seem like it. Seemed smaller in size, more expensive, way less filling, no green pepper, maybe six mushroom slices, about ten pepperoni slices. I have ordered these for awhile so the change was definitely noticed. I am done. John you can do better. That was in no way worth twenty dollars. It was definitely not the regular one that I always order. I have given this place more then a few fair chances.

Not shy when it comes to putting meat on the pizza

Just wanted to say how disappointed I was in the staff at the Cole Harbour location this past Thursday around 5pm. I went to the drive through, and no one came to the window, waited about 3 minutes its and no sign of life, which wasnt too bad, so I drove around and went inside. There, I saw 3 employees talking near the cash, as soon as I entered, they looked at me, then 1 went to making pizzas, the other 2 scattered on their phones. I stood their for a few mins, everyone completely ignoring me, so I just left. Ive never seen that level of incompetence when it comes to customer service. Ive seen bad service, but to be completely ignored, when Im the only one in the store, is just crazy. Absolutely disappointed, and debating going back. I would suggest you have a chat with these employees, because if it happened to me, I doubt its an isolated incident.

Outside of the fact that you can rarely find help on the floors, there is a wide variety of goods to choose from. Will never use automatic tellers. I want to talk to a teller in real life. Vegetarian options: Lots of choices. Few specials.

Ive been eating at Kennys pizza for years. And would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody I know. However, if today had been my first experience of Kennys pizza. I would not be able to turn customer.. Dry pizza not a lot of flavor, was just not what Im used to when I eat at other Kennys.

Stopped in for lunch with the work crew. Great slice for a decent price. Could have gone for seconds..

Great pizza one of the best in halifax!

Ordered through UberEats. When my food arrived the driver only had half my order. Called the store and they didn t even cook half my food. The guy on the phone fought with me about what I ordered until he reread the slip and realized he screwed up. He then proceeded to try to blame Uber even though it wasn t their fault. I called him out and he then put me on hold and came back with attitude and told me they will make me the rest of the meal and it would take an hour to get it.

Disgraceful!! I never leave reviews but I had to make an exception for this place. I ordered a pizza and after being placed on hold for 4 minutes I was told it will be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up in 20 and proceeded to watch them make 2 pizzas for slices before they even started making mine. Forget the fact that nobody was there wanting slices, I ve never had such poor service from any establishment.

We ordered 4 pizzas on Door Dash for a 5pm pickup. They flagged us as a no show at 4pm. Door dash confirmed they messed up and 5pm was our pickup time. Come 5pm, I arrive and they served us the cold pizzas they made over an hour previously. This was disgusting, attricious and Im sure a health violation. Pizza joints are a dime in a dozen. Save your money and avoid this place

Downhill since opening. Garlic fingers were crispy and snapped due to the over saturated crust deep-frying the bread . Just not what I expected last three times have been :/

I order on there online web service. I order the Moms pick. I got a confirmation email saying that my ordered was received. In the email it said that you can pick up in 20 mins or allow a little more time for delivery. I allowed and hour and 15 mins and called the restaurant and asked were my order was. They told me that it was going in the oven now (an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered). They told my my order took so long because it s Friday and I live so far away it would put them behind. I live 8 minutes away from the restaurant. Luke warm pizza, terrible service. Poor communication. Never again.

Ordered from Kenny s last night. I asked for donair pizza and bacon pizza with extra cheese. First this the donair pizza had hardly any donair meat and neither pizza had extra cheese and I paid $5 extra for each. Then apparently don t give you donair sauce to go with your DONAIR pizza paid $6 for 2 very small cups. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the pizza was dry and cheese was not soft it was almost burnt on it. Too expensive and expensive they are ripping customers off.

Pizza arrive in over an hour!!! And was ice cold!!! Well done!! Would never recommend!!!

The pizza really is delicious which is why it saddens me to write a poor review. First time we ordered for delivery, we waited 2 hours when we were told about 45 minutes. When we would call back for an update we were told it s on the way ... obviously lost our order as we had to keep waiting. We get that accidents happen and wanted to give them another try. So we called one day about 10 minutes after opening, our first question we asked was how long for a pickup order because time is important today and we need it within 45 minutes . We were told no problem it ll only take about 20. So we show up 20 minutes later and pay, we re told it ll be 10 more minutes. Which was ok - we had that buffer time in. About 25 minutes later someone told us soon - yours is next , yet we kept waiting and watching other orders come and go. Long story short- it was an hour and a half from phone call to pizzas in my hand and we were super late with the lunch that people were waiting for. So - if you want good pizza you re willing to wait an unreasonable amount of time for, then this is the place for you.

Omf Kenny got the best pizza going! Ask for pep on-top and extra sauce lordy lordy you will not be disappointed. Pizza got here in 20 minutes too.

Donair is no good , who puts pepperoni on a donair ? Not me, buddy said there was gonna be lots of meat on the super donair there was lots of pepperoni. Gross . Donair meat Tastes like it was boiled .

We really enjoys Kennys. We are not big pizza fans. Kennys is easy to online order and reasonably priced. 4 stars because they say ready in 20 minutes but it always takes 30.

Google says open until 11pm called 4 times the call was picked up then hung up. I was calling at 9:50. Very poor customer service someone could have answered and said they had different hours or that they where only doing pick up or something. Not impressed.

The staff was so lovely, but unfortunately our pizza had a very different texture than weve previously ecperienced eating at Kennys, the dough seemed to be over worked and the man making the pizzas wasnt wearing his mask properly which just made us even less interested in eating it...

Food is excellent, enjoyed the meat lovers pizza and the super donair is awesome. Just the right amount of heat. Prices could be a little lower however they are the same price as any other pizza place. Will be back for sure.

First off I need to say the staff are awesome, always friendly. Fresh slice and pop can t beat it. But tonight I had a donair my wife had a burger. The donair was terrible, the meat tasted very processed, consultancy of bologna with a bit of donair flavour. The reason for two stars is the donair was a around a minus 2. This is based on just tonight. I have never been disappointed any other time.

Decent pizza and garlic fingers. The Donair sauce is very sweet. Not recommended for those like me who like some spice in their pizza sauce. Very sweet sauce.

My mom recently passed and we just finished the viewing at the funeral home. My close family wasnt doing so well, so we had to ensure that everyone was eating. The closest place on doing a quick turnaround was Kennys Pizza. The drive-thru was only open and the owner was at the window. I let him know the situation and I wanted to make sure everyone was eating during this time. He said Wait out front, it will be quick. At this point I was willing to pay ANYTHING to help family out during this time. He came out with two pizzas and I pulled out my wallet. He said Dont worry about it. I was fairly insistent on paying and yet again, he said We all go through hard times, so dont worry about it. I shed a few tears because its so nice to see good people out there. Ill be back again for many lunches with friends and family here. Great place and amazing pizza.

Love the pizza. It has the thin crust and fold ability of New York style, great chew and classic Maritime flavours. I love the owner, Ive known him for a while and cant get enough of the pizza + the drive-thru slice is a genius feature!

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the serving size of my large donair. This was my first and last experience with Kennys Pizza. I called to ensure that my order was correct, someone answered the phone and said thats the size it is and we know they are smaller then other establishments. There was no care or concern for my opinion. I highly do not recommend.

Took the drive thru and the staff were really great. They whipped up a fresh pepperoni pizza after we ordered a couple of slices.

Pizza is okay but other items sold arent of value portion wise. Ordered a 12 donair sub and there was barely any meat in the sub. Our latest order included a small donair poutine, small was an understatement, a few pieces of donair meat and no cheese.

I had pizza from here about 4 weeks ago it was good I stopped in last week to try a donair because the person that bought pizza to my place said it was the best so I had to try it while it was disappointing the bread meat and tomatoes went through a pizza oven on tin foil the vegetables were way to hot and the bread was doughie and the meat wasnt all that good either so my first and last donair there

Amazing service, and great quality of product, for a great price! It was so nice to find a level of continuity with the Bedford location and Cole hbr. I strongly recommend that you come to dine in or take out. And remember to savor the flavor! Cheers!

The pizza slices are literally cardboard. When I just told the lovely lady at the front. She gave me attitude... and then tossed in the trash and said people love them. Then asked me what I wanted. I said not another slice. I probably won t go here agian... there is enough spots in Col Harbour to go to.

Best slice in town IMO. I was there and watched the whole ordeal when John Richards threw a fit and complained about his cardboard pizza slices and asked for his money back, they obliged. He then ordered a pizza, after about 20mins he noticed that someone that had ordered after him was served ahead of him he got upset his food wasnt ready and got ignorant with the staff. The staff said something back to him and then he demands his money back ! I just witnessed a business throw away food TWICE for a customer who was in the wrong in my opinion... . And that customer John Richards isnt his real name. Please take 10 minutes and read his other google reviews. He is very opinionated on most other businesses except his own Minute Man Printing., Ill be back to Kennys next time Im hungry and passing thru. BEST SLICE IN TOWN!

2 stars for this reason, the slices are a good for lunch purposes. Had the donair... super donair actually.... the sauce is sobeys bought junk, asked for sauce on the side... it wasnt. Super donair had lettuce and pre packaged meat... disgusting.

Well finally tried Kennys Pizza in Cole Harbour after being told what great food they have. Well what a mistake that was Order a donair pocket and there was only 4, yes I said 4 pieces of donair!!! I will NEVER spend my money at their place again!!
