Very sad pour she made on my Heineken. Almost half of my glass was foam. Anyways, Niko was nice, had a great time talking to him.
Pretty basic wasn't really busy which was nice. The French toast was incredible some of the best I've ever had
Such great service! Good was delicious. Gave 4 stars for atmosphere due to an intoxicated man bothering other tables, but he was quickly removed from the area so once he was gone all was good!
I highly recommend this place. The food is fabulous and you get your money worth. I had the best 2 piece Fish & Chips here. Big pieces of fish had just the right amount of batter on them. It was loud but there was a kids birthday party going on. I will be back!!!!
Wow! What a treat it was to have stumbled upon this restaurant by complete accident! This restaurant, although in a hotel, is beautiful and the staff are wonderfully delightful. I wish i got my waiters name, but he was above and beyond. He suggested to try the turkey club and WOW was he ever right about it being amazing. The mussles were seriously no word of a lie, the best mussels myself and my partner have ever had. The burger was honestly just okay, but an okay burger is still a good burger… pretty hard to mess up. Overall, this was an amazing place for our date night and the price was crazy cheap for the quality and taste of the food.
Pitch & Pivot has always exceeded my expectations. Their food, and service is absolutely amazing. Roberta specifically has been our server for 2 years in a row during business travels, and she is always so pleasant and welcoming. I am so happy to see her behind the counter, and she is truly a joy to speak with.
Really liked my first two visits on weekday mornings around 7am. Lots of natural light and a relaxed atmosphere. Friendly service. Without remembering much detail now, the breakfast bowl was tasty, pretty healthy, very satisfying. The avocado toast was good as well. 3rd visit: The Wellness Omelette I tried today (a Sunday at 9am Dec 2023) and was happy with it. It's an egg white omelette, filled with mushrooms, eggplant, and peppers? A sweet potato puree is poured on the side of the plate, and you can dip your fork in that. Served with a side of toast that was a bit burnt, but still edible. Families staying in the hotel made the visit less relaxing, as kids were loudly running around, putting their feet up on their chairs, parents still in pajamas. Of course, this is somewhat expected and not the fault of the hotel. Just that for myself, or anyone else looking for a more tranquil breakfast, stick to weekdays maybe.
Had a business lunch there. The surroundings are bright and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious and our waitress was terrific! She could tell us a lot about every dish and was friendly, professional and helpful. The menu had such great selections that I'm trying to think of other working lunches I can arrange there!
Nice hotel restaurant with variety of seating and lots of food options.
best hollandaise sauce in the HRM
This was our second visit to this restaurant. We came back because of the excellent food, excellent wait staff and the ease of parking. Tonight I enjoyed the Salmon Seacuterie - wow! My husband had the lobster rolls with French fries - the lobster was fresh - not from frozen. Both meals were as delicious as they were pretty! For dessert we shared a pineapple creme Brule. It was wow!! Roberta was top notch - excellent wait staff. There was also a gentleman who was very helpful also. We highly recommend this restaurant. Parking: Plenty of freeing parking. This is a hotel restaurant.
Food is very good and quick out of the kitchen. Clubhouse and fish and chips are winners but would have loved to try the curry and a few others but not enough meals in a day service was quick and pleasant as well.
Staying at the Delta Hotel so my first meal that I ate here was a matter of convenience. However it was quite tasty and reasonably priced that I came back for more meals. They have a fairly good selection of food on the menu with the fish and chips being my favourite. The staff were really friendly, giving us good suggestions on where to visit and how to get there. If you are staying in the Delta hotel be sure to eat here.
There is a Starbucks located within the restaurant which was a great find while attending a conference. Unfortunately it doesnt show up on Google but hopefully any undercaffeinated folks might see this!
Being our last place to have a meal before we head back home and I must say this was an absolute treat! We started with mussels and they were quite possibly the best Ive had to date. The sauce they came in was so delicious that I had to order extra house made garlic bread as I did not wish for that sauce to go to waste! I followed that up with the Thai Curry and I was expecting it to have a little bit of heat but what it lacked in heat, it sure made up with flavor! In the end I finished the meal with a custom ice cream sundae and it left me extremely full and happy! To top it off, the service was excellent and it was a very pleasant experience overall, I highly recommend. Next time we come back this way we will stop and stay for sure!
Wonderful breakfast, western omelet was super tasty, service was excellent! Liz and the lovely lady with the British accent (sorry we missed your name) were top notch!
Nice place to eat and menu is labeled with GF options. Had the beef pho soup and it was a good. Nice seating area.
